CAN'T HAVE TOO MUCH BLING

Ray J may have good reason to have armed security follow him around, because he and his fiancee are dripping in tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry.

The singer hit up Richard Nektalov over at Leon Diamond in NYC for a 4 carat diamond and rose gold RJ pendant, with a $10k price tag attached. But that was just the beginning. Ray also left with a $40k rose gold Rollie and two charm pendents at $7,500 a pop.

Leon Diamond does well by Ray J ... it's where he bought the 8-carat engagement ring for Princess Love back in October.

This may explain why Ray and Princess Love were escorted by a hooded, armed security dude Thursday when they hit up a Detroit nightclub.

Mel Gibson Baby Mama Gunning for Epic Payday

Published | Updated

Mel Gibson clearly loves his little daughter, but he's gotta be regretting hooking up with the kid's mom, who's going back to court for a bloody fortune.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva is asking the family law judge to increase her child support from $20k a month to well over $100,000 a month.

Our sources say Oksana wants significantly more than $10k a month just for security, even though we're told she can't point to any security risk involving 6-year-old Lucia.

The case is about to go to trial, with Oksana claiming she needs to support a lifestyle of vacations, travel, lodging and other items that make Mel look like mobile home material.

TMZ broke the story, Oksana got $20k a month and a house from Mel after a brutal legal fight.

WATCH ME WHIP

Don't believe everything you see in commercials ... 'cause when Odell Beckham Jr. whips around in Bev Hills, he ain't driving a Buick -- he's in a $300,000 Ferrari.

The NY Giants superstar was doing some shopping on Rodeo Drive Thursday -- and while he wasn't doing much talking, he was definitely flossin' in a big way.

Check out (what appears to be) a Ferrari F12Berlinetta -- which rocks a 6.3-liter V-12 engine and goes from 0 to 60 in 3.1 seconds. The price tag is reportedly somewhere in the $325k range.

FYI -- OBJ is still in his rookie contract with the Giants and is only expected to make roughly $3 mil this year ... unless he strikes a new deal with the team before the season starts.

Meantime, keep gettin' that Buick money!

Steven Levitan Divorce 'Modern Family' Creator Makes Millions ... Every Month!

Published | Updated

The creator of "Modern Family" makes a fortune. Would you believe $2.4 million? How about $2.4 million a month?

Steve Levitan's wealth is being displayed for all to see in his divorce case thanks to wife, Krista. She's trying to get her cut of their riches and filed the docs to prove he's rolling in dough.

Krista says Levitan's take home is $2,436,543 a month before taxes, and he puts a little more than a million away every month for what seems to be a super impressive savings account.

The papers lay out the family's monthly expenses, including ...

-- $11,849 on clothes ... but only $100 on laundry and cleaning
-- $9,592 on education and another $7,705 on childcare (weirdly, the couple has 3 kids, all adults)
-- $1,901 on beauty and grooming
-- $1,299 on fitness and health
-- $1,333 on pet care

We're told the couple -- married for 23 years -- does not have a prenup, so the soon-to-be former Mrs. Levitan should do quite well.

Tupac's Mom Husband Wants a Piece of Tupac's Pie in Divorce

Published | Updated

Tupac Shakur's mom is getting divorced, TMZ has learned, and her husband wants half of that Tupac money.

Afeni Shakur filed for divorce against Gust Davis, her husband of 12 years. For some reason we're told the couple doesn't have a prenup.

Afeni filed in North Carolina, where judges are not required to divide property 50/50, but rather on a case-by-case basis to determine what's fair. They have lots of property and he wants, among other things, the right to live on their 50 acre North Carolina ranch and wants the keys to the houseboats. Gust, who's a minister, also wants to keep his sweet Jag.

Gust also wants alimony. We're told the Tupac Estate rakes in around $900k a year, but according to Gust, after expenses Afeni gets around $20k a month. We're told he wants $10k a month for the rest of his life.

As for Afeni, she's been separated from Gust for a little more than a year. She's currently living on a houseboat in Sausalito, CA.

Afeni has filed legal docs asking the judge to shut down Gust's alimony request.

LET'S CHANGE THE GAME

Clippers owner Steve Ballmer is being called out by one of the Clipper Girls ... who says the dance squad deserves a serious RAISE ... especially since the billionaire can afford it!

Athena Perample -- who also stars on the "L.A. Clippers Dance Squad" reality show -- was leaving Craig's Wednesday night with showman Jeff Beacher when we asked if NBA cheerleaders do better than their NFL counterparts.

That's when Athena took a stand -- saying it's time for ALL professional team dancers and cheerleaders to start getting paid better ... especially with SO much money in pro sports.

Athena wouldn't say how much she's getting paid now -- but says some cold hard cash could help change a major stereotype that's been doggin' dancers for decades.

You listening, Ballmer?

Rose McGowan Sued I'm Brain Damaged Thanks to Your Dog

Published | Updated

Rose McGowan's dog crushed a woman's skull and now she lies in a bed severely brain damaged and is gunning for millions of dollars ... so she claims in a new lawsuit.

Elna Ebner claims she and her daughter were taking a walk in the Hollywood Hills last July when Rose's dog walker came along with her large mutt, Mrs. Noodle, and a small pooch. The 85-year-old woman says Noodle jumped up and planted its paws on her, causing her to fall backwards.

Ebner claims her head hit the cement, cracking her skull. We're told Ebner suffered extreme brain damage and now lies in her bed with 24 hour care.

Rose is a named defendant in the suit because she owns Mrs. Noodle, but we're told Ebner has made a multi-million dollar demand to the actress' insurance company. It has not been resolved.

Rose tells TMZ, "Elna walks through the neighborhood every day. She's a trooper. I was working in NYC when my dog walker stopped to talk to two of my neighbors, an 85 year old mother and her older daughter. My sweet as pie foster dog, Mrs. Noodle, a large but terribly gentle mixed breed, put her paws on the knees of a woman that stands 4'7"."

Rose adds, "The woman was standing on the hill's 65% incline. This terribly sad accident was an unfortunate sequence of events. Do I wish this tiny elderly woman hadn't stopped to talk to my foster dog? Yes. Did it happen? Yes. Am I responsible? No."

Wife of 'Biggest Loser' Dr. He Got a New Young Thing ... I Got a Tumor

Published | Updated

Ex-'Biggest Loser' doctor Robert Huizenga has a big problem with his ex-wife ... who says she's cash strapped and fighting illness, while he's off living the life with his 34-year-old P.Y.T.

Wanda Huizenga says she and the Dr. were happily married for 33 years -- plus 3 not-so-happy years -- and during that time she quit working and became a full-time mother and housewife. They split up in 2012, but since then ... Wanda says she's fallen on hard times. She's battling COPD and has a brain tumor.

On the other hand ... Wanda says Robert, who is currently Charlie Sheen's physician, is having the time of his life. In legal docs she describes his health as, "Excellent. Runs 8 miles a day. Young 34-year-old to keep him happy."

Dr. H. is currently paying her $10k per month, but Wanda says that's not cutting it ... especially with her medical bills. She says her ex is not "being fair or generous" and she's hurt beyond belief.

In addition to increased support, she wants the doctor to cover her mounting legal fees.

Tyga Real Men Wear Pink ... In Their Mouths

Published | Updated

That shine coming out of Tyga's mouth is basically a brand new Chevy Impala -- that's how much dough he dropped to customize his new grill.

We found out T-Raw picked up his 18 karat diamond and rose gold grill from Johnny Dang & Co. earlier this week and spent $35k in the process.

Tyga is no stranger to mouthpieces -- this being his 5th grill commissioned by Johnny -- and if you remember he made a very similar purchase for Kylie Jenner last month around Valentine's day.

Luckily, he paid in full ... wouldn't want any repo companies waiting outside his dentist's office.

I'LL STILL BREAK HIS JAW

A self-described "objectivist, atheist and independent/former radio DJ" is suing "The Breakfast Club" for allegedly defaming and threatening him during a radio interview.

DJ Star says in a new lawsuit The Game went all rogue on the show back in September when he threatened to break Star's jaw, because he was pissed off that Star was in a feud with 'Breakfast Club' star DJ Envy.

Star, who represents himself in the lawsuit, does not explain the reason for defamation, but we know he's pissed off because he believes Envy derailed his career and Game jumped in the fray.

DJ Star wants $10 mil to make things right.

"The Breakfast Club" had no comment.

Justin Bieber Shells Out Peanuts To End Paparazzi Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber dug into his pockets -- but not very far -- to settle with a paparazzo who sued him.

Jose Osmin Hernandez had sued Biebs for assaulting him 3 years ago, claiming the singer kicked him MMA style and punched him at The Commons in Calabasas during a date with Selena Gomez.

Sources tell us the case has settled but the amount is in the "legal nuisance" territory, meaning Bieber would have paid more in attorneys' fees so it made sense just to throw some money at the guy.

The case has been dismissed.

BALLIN'

While Kanye's slashing his prices, the competition's going up -- WAY up, as in $4 million for a single pair of sneakers, and for some reason people are lining up to buy 'em.

The shoe is called "The Fire Monkey," but it's really just Dwyane Wade's Li-Ning Way of Wade 4 ... with several hundred carats of white diamonds and sapphires strategically added!

The ridiculous baller design is a collabo between Bicion, owned by "Growing Up Hip Hop" star Egypt Criss (Pepa's daughter) and Mache Customs.

A Bicion employee posted a brief peek at a pair that's only 60% completed. Our shoe sources say that was enough for 2 potential buyers -- from the Middle East and China -- who are flying to NYC next week to see the finished product.

Proceeds from the eventual sale will support the Soles4Souls charity.

Mark Wahlberg, The Rock The Price of Being 'Ballers' ... $200,000,000

Published | Updated

The folks suing Mark Wahlberg and The Rock for allegedly ripping off the idea for the HBO show "Ballers" have now put a price tag on the lawsuit ... $200 MILLION.

As we reported, Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton filed the lawsuit in December, claiming there are 27 similarities between "Ballers" and a show they created back in 2007 called "Off Season."

"Ballers" -- a show in which The Rock is a retired football player who becomes a financial advisor -- has been picked up for a second season.

Silas and Littleton claim they brought the idea to Wahlberg, The Rock and their managers in 2009 but the project fell apart over a creative credit. They claim the similarities include

-- Both "Ballers" and "Off Season" are about football players and their lives off-field

-- Both are set in Miami

-- Both center around African-American athletes

HBO has said the case is frivolous.

Charlie Sheen No Dough Left for Denise Either

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen is pleading (celeb) poverty with his other ex-wife, Denise Richards ... insisting his child support payments to her have to be reduced, just like Brooke Mueller's.

Charlie's filed docs that are almost identical to what he filed nearly 2 weeks ago. Just like Brooke, he says he's been paying $55k per month to Denise. She's been getting that amount since 2009, but now it's too much for him to handle because "my income has drastically declined."

As he did in the Brooke filing ... Charlie lays out his financial hardships -- selling off his "Two and a Half Men" rights and mounting health care expenses.
