Jay-Z is getting all his businesses in the hurricane relief game ... first his music sharing site TIDAL and now his 40/40 Club and cognac.

We've learned Jay's lending out his 40/40 Club Manhattan location Wednesday for Disaster Relief For Puerto Rico, a fundraiser for Hurricane Maria victims. In addition to the free space, comped bottles of D'Usse for the first hour -- Jay's cognac -- will be flowing for anyone who donates items or money to relief efforts. D'Usse is even throwing in free models to serve the stuff.

The invite for the 40/40 event, which is being organized by the Puerto Rican Family Institute and Big & Little Skills Academy, asks people to bring school supplies, flashlights, solar lamps and batteries. A plane will be sending the supplies from the event Thursday. In a separate effort TIDAL also is reportedly planning to fly 200,000 lbs. of supplies to the wrecked island on another plane.

Aaron Judge ain't a rookie when it comes to celebrating his first postseason win ... 'cause the star slugger brought out the big (gold) guns for the Yankees' victory over the Twins Tuesday night.

Judge and his teammate Didi Gregorious went all-out for the team's champagne celebration after winning their wild-card game 8-4 ... poppin' massive bottles of Ace of Spades.

FYI -- a regular bottle of Ace of Spades will set you back around $300 ... so it's an expensive booze shower.

MGM Resorts is giving $3 million to the relief effort after the Las Vegas massacre which went down on one of its properties.

MGM owns the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and announced it would donate the huge sum to fund humanitarian assistance for families of the victims and the first responders of Sunday's mass shooting.

CEO Jim Murren said, "There are simply no words to express our grief and outrage. With this donation, we hope to make a difference to those who were harmed and those who are left behind."

Hours after Derek Jeter's ownership group closed on the purchase on the Miami Marlins ... #2's wife, Hannah Jeter, hit the town -- lookin' like $1.2 billion!!!

Hannah was spotted out shopping in Tampa on Monday -- with witnesses saying she hit up a high-end shoe shop and a fancy salon before meeting up with her new MLB owner husband.

Shelley Adelson, daughter of casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, also kicked in $10k.

We've also confirmed L.A. Rams pro bowl tackle Andrew Whitworth ponied up $25,000 to the fund.

Hoda Kotb has also added $1,000.

According to the GoFundMe page, the money raised "will be used to provide relief and financial support to the victims and families of the horrific Las Vegas mass shooting​."

Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko, carried on with their baby shower like nothing was amiss -- despite his sex tape/extortion scandal -- and announced their new baby boy's name.

Kevin and Eniko hosted their shindig Sunday at the Calamigos Beach Club in Malibu, where they revealed they're naming their incoming son Kenzo. The name was plastered all over Eniko's social media, with friends showing off "Kenzo prizes" they'd won.

Aside from the big name reveal ... everything else looks like business as usual for the Harts, even though Kevin's smack dab in the middle of being extorted for a sex tape in which he was secretly filmed.

As we reported ... the expecting couple dropped around $118k for the safari-themed baby shower. And it definitely shows.

Kylie Jenner's not letting her baby news get in the way of her dolled up lifestyle ... which is now steeped in "plastic" for the low cost of about $9,999.99.

Our Kylie sources tell TMZ the expecting Kardashian sister dropped around $10k for a hot pink neon sign that says "PLASTIC" ... which she recently hung up in her Glam Room and showcased on social media.

We're told Kylie bought the 48x13 art piece from contemporary artist Beau Dunn about a month ago, and it was just installed on Friday. Kylie's bought other art from Beau in the past, and it looks like she's keeping the Barbie theme going for a pretty penny.

Still, that's nothing compared to what she's spending on baby clothes. We broke the story ... Kylie's spending north of $70,000 for some sweet duds for her soon-to-be baby girl.

Hugh Hefner's most prized asset -- his ownership of Playboy -- could be in flux for a full year.

Hef sold his company, Playboy Enterprises, back in March 2011, but retained a 35% minority ownership in the company. Our Playboy sources tell us there were strings attached to Hef's shares in the company ... strings that affect his children.

We're told under the deal, Playboy Enterprises has one year from the time of Hef's death to buy back his shares, assuming his estate and Playboy can reach an agreement. If they can't, after one year Hef's 35% interest is up for grabs -- the highest bidder gets it.

Our sources say proceeds from the sale will go to Hefner's kids. Playboy insiders say Hef's shares should fetch around $45 million.

And our sources say ... it's likely Playboy Enterprises will make the deal sometime in the next year, because the shares aren't that attractive to an outsider, who would not have majority control nor would they have the power and influence wielded by Hef.

Gotta say ... $45 million's a lot of moola, but you'd think the guy who founded a globally iconic brand would reap a bigger payday.

Kylie Jenner's on a mission to outfit her daughter in the swaggiest baby gear money can buy -- as in $70,000 -- and she's done most of it behind closed doors.

Sources close to Jenner tell TMZ the mom-to-be has made online baby shopping a habit ... surfing the web for high-end designer clothing and baby accessories. We're told she's already got one huge closet filled and plenty more is on the way.

Kylie's also venturing out to OG brick and mortar retailers ... she hit up a few stores in the San Fernando Valley.

We're told in all, Kylie's dropped north of $70k. One Kylie source familiar with the purchases tells TMZ, "This is gonna be the best dressed kid you've ever seen."

As quickly as Hugh Hefner said "I Do," he rolled out a plan to make sure his wife would be provided for when he dies ... a plan that included a sick pad and MILLIONS.

TMZ obtained the deed to a Hollywood Hills home that is held in trust ... a trust controlled by Crystal Harris. Hef bought the 5,900 square foot house for her back in 2013.

And get this ... sources familiar with Hef's estate plan tell us he also left Crystal $5 million. Based on what we know, the deal is part of a prenup Hef and Crystal signed before they got hitched in 2012.

As for the house ... it's got 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and an infinity pool.

Hef died peacefully in his L.A. home Wednesday. He was 91.

Kim, Khloe and Kylie will make you a small fortune if they all pop out a bunch of baby boys ... but the odds are STACKED.

The gambling site BetOnline.ag -- one of the biggest gambling sites -- will pay out $3,300 for your $100 bet if they all give birth to boys. But as TMZ's reported ... Kim's surrogate is having a girl and Kylie's telling friends she's having a girl. So ... good luck with that.

But there are some safer bets:

Rob Kardashian is broke and the money he's paying Blac Chyna for child support is being fronted largely by the Kardashian family, but Chyna's gravy train may be leaving the station ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story, Rob has agreed to pay Chyna $20k a month in support, although some of the money is going directly to nannies. We're told Rob's primary motivation -- he loves baby Dream and wanted to make sure he'd get 50/50 custody.

Chyna was holding a domestic violence restraining order over his head -- which could ruin his chances of getting 50/50 custody -- and part of the deal was that she'd drop it in return for getting the cash. The Kardashians felt all along Chyna's motivation was money.

So the question ... how's Rob paying $20k a month? We're told his family is totally invested in Dream, and they want to make sure they have a strong relationship with her. They also worry about Chyna and her ability to care for the child, and that's another motivation to front Rob the money.

Rob is making no money now ... his days on the reality show are over, and his sock business is hardly turning a profit.

Here's the wild card -- Rob can always go back to court and ask for a modification of child support based on his income or lack thereof, so Chyna's days getting $20k a month may already be numbered.

"American Idol" has completed the arduous and super expensive process of snagging 3 judges for the show's reboot ... and it didn't come a day too soon.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ, ABC and Fremantle, which co-owns the show with Core Media Group, will announce as early as Friday night they have signed Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie as judges #2 and 3.

Luke and Lionel will join Katy Perry ... and join her fast. We're told shooting begins Tuesday.

We're told although Luke and Lionel have agreed to join, there could be a delay in announcing if the lawyers start nitpicking.

Production sources tell us, the show has gone way over the intended budget ... largely because Katy Perry held them up for $25 million. Ryan Seacrest's making somewhere between $10 and $15 mil, and that pretty much blew the budget sky high.

We're told Luke signed for around $13 million and Lionel got close to $10 million. It's going to be difficult to turn a profit unless the show is an out-of-the-park home run.

Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price was too busy racing to get his flu shot to address the flak over him chartering private flights with taxpayer money.

President Trump says he's not happy and plans to look into claims Price ripped off taxpayers. We got him in D.C. and asked if he was worried about hearing Trump's tagline ... "You're fired."

The HHS Sec. has since apologized, saying he won't take private charters anymore, and will reimburse the expenses for the ones he's already taken. Still, you can tell Price was already feeling the heat, and used the flu to evade questions.
