Justin Bieber How Do You Drew? Wear My New Clothes!!!

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's looking to expand his brand, and the plan is to get all his fans rocking clothing plastered with his name ... his middle name, that is.

JB's company just filed paperwork to lock down the name "Drew" for all sorts of clothing apparel -- from shorts, jeans and skirts to sweaters, jackets and coats. He also wants to venture into the pajama and children's clothing world.

But wait, there's more ... Bieber also filed to trademark the terms "The House of Drew," and the fancier French version -- "La Maison Drew." Because if Beyonce can have a 'House of' fashion line ... so can the Biebs.

Interesting to note -- Bieber has applied for the "Drew" trademark twice before -- in 2012 and 2015 -- but the application was abandoned both times. Maybe now that he's a few years older and wiser ... he's getting serious.

Seems like it's going that way with Selena Gomez, too.

BLEW A CHECK ON MY WRIST

Floyd Mayweather rolled out $2 MILLION in cars, jewelry and cash to dominate the Rodeo Drive shopping scene in Bev Hills ... and gave TMZ Sports a private tour of his new toys.

First off, our guy tried like hell to press Floyd on the possible Conor McGregor rematch -- but the dude bobbed and weaved like ... well, like he's Floyd Mayweather.

Instead, Floyd bragged about his upcoming 41st birthday celebration -- and showed us the new $600,000 Rolls-Royce and $1.3 MILLION Bugatti he's using to drive him around L.A.

Oh, he also bought a new $100,000 Rolex and showed off about $100,000 (maybe more?) in cash he had on him the entire time.

The video is an embarrassment of riches -- so, naturally, we had to ask what's next for the boxer?

What he says actually makes a lot of sense ...

Markelle Fultz & NBA Stars Named In Bombshell Hoops Corruption Investigation

Published | Updated

Markelle Fultz -- along with a slew of huge names and top college basketball programs -- have been named in a bombshell report into NCAA hoops corruption involving illegal payouts to players.

The report centers around ex-NBA agent Andy Miller and his ASM Sports agency. Yahoo! Sports obtained hundreds of pages from an FBI probe which appear to show ASM Sports employees working with programs and players to ultimately get them to sign with the agency.

Fultz -- the #1 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft -- allegedly took $10,000 from the agency while in high school. He did not end up signing with ASM.

Other names ...

Dennis Smith Jr. (North Carolina State) allegedly took $73,500.

Isaiah Whitehead (Seton Hall) allegedly took $37,657. He signed with ASM, but later left for Roc Nation Sports.

Kyle Kuzma (Utah) allegedly took $9,500.

Bennie Boatwright (University of Southern California) and/or his father allegedly took $2,000.

A bunch of guys who currently play in the NBA are on payout sheets obtained by federal investigators including -- Kyle Lowry, Nerlens Noel, Fred Van Vleet and Kyle O'Quinn.

The docs also show ASM met with Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo, "Villanova coaches," and the family of former top high school prospect Mitchell Robinson.

At least one ASM employee has been arrested in connection to the investigation.

Dennis Graham Drake's Money Is Still Plenty Long After 'God's Plan' Giveaway

Published | Updated

Dennis Graham has ZERO concerns about Drake getting down on his luck if he keeps giving away stacks o' money by the millions ... although he's struggling to explain the "God's Plan" bonanza.

We Got Drizzy's pop outside TAO in Hollywood, and asked him about the music video that's helped push the song to the top of the charts. Dennis suggests the money didn't come out of Drake's pocket, but that's not the full story.

Fact is ... the label may have fronted the $996,631.90 for the video, but typically it would eventually recoup that money from Drake. It's basically an advance.

Dennis' description for the financial setup -- "I don't know what happened there." But he knows this ... his son's pockets are all good. It's not clear if he knows Drake told us he's planning to give away even more cash.

BTW ... how smooth is Papa Graham?

Lisa Marie Presley Sues Ex-Manager ... He Blew $24 Mil of My Elvis Dough!!!

Published | Updated

2:46 PM -- Lisa's ex-manager in a separate lawsuit says Lisa "refused to listen to the warnings of her most trusted advisers and her family. Unfortunately, she now has only herself to blame for her financial and personal misfortunes."

Lisa Marie Presley is offering an explanation for why she's in debt -- she says an ex-manager sunk $100 million into a failed investment, and now she's suing him.

Lisa Marie says Barry Siegel ran the Trust Elvis Presley left for his daughter -- and in 2005 he sold off 85% of her interest in Elvis Presley Enterprises for $100 mil. In the lawsuit docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Siegel took all of that cash and invested in a company called Core Entertainment.

Core is the parent company of "American Idol." You could kinda understand his move -- 2005 was the heyday for 'Idol.'

Unfortunately, Core went belly-up in 2016 and, according to the docs, Lisa Marie's stock plummeted and she lost $24.5 million. In the suit, she also blames Siegel for not warning her she was spending beyond her means. For example, she says the Trust already had 2 mortgages that were under water ... when she bought a $9 million English estate. She says Siegel never sounded a single alarm.

She says the Trust was left with a mere $14k in cash after Core went bankrupt.

TMZ broke the story ... Lisa Marie says she's $16 mil in debt ... some of which is tied up in her mortgage on that English estate, as well as unpaid taxes. In the suit, she says Siegel stopped paying the taxes to conceal the true nature of her financial mess.

Siegel's told us Lisa Marie's spending habits are the real problem, and claims she was $20 mil in the hole back in 2003 ... until he stepped in to right the ship. He claims his attempts to curb her spending fell on deaf ears.

She's suing Siegel for more than $100 million.

Farrah Abraham MTV Bullied Me Over My Sexuality!!! I Just Want to Work Hard

Published | Updated

Farrah Abraham says she's been bullied and ganged up on by MTV ... and the main reason she's suing is because she doesn't want her daughter to ever be treated that way.

Farrah was in L.A. Wednesday with her daughter, Sophia -- and a couple cute pups -- and she got into the lawsuit she filed against Viacom, MTV's parent company. She says it's no shocker she's going after them, after she was booted from 'Teen Mom.'

She insists she's on to better things now, but had to take a stand with MTV to set an example for her little girl. Sophia even voiced some support for her mom.

Farrah's suing for at least $5 million.

Kylie Jenner Snapchat Tweet Might've Cost Snap $1.3B!!!

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner's bitching about Snapchat might've inadvertently inflicted some pain ... in Snapchat's pockets.

The reality star tweeted Wednesday, saying she doesn't use the social media app at all or as much as she did before. And less than 24 hours after that tweet, Snapchat's shares tanked by as much as 7.2% ... equaling a whopping $1.3 BILLION loss. Coincidence?

No one can say for sure that her tweet caused the domino effect ... but Kylie does have a massive influence (she has a combined 128.5M followers on Twitter and Instagram) on Snapchat's coveted demographic -- 18 to 34 year olds. But analysts point to Snapchat's recent app redesign for SC's decline in active users, who HATE the redesign and forced SC to rethink things.

For what it's worth ... Kylie tweeted 11 minutes later professing her love for Snapchat. Too little, too late?

Prince's Heirs Worried They'll Get Zilch Estate's Burning Cash Like Crazy!!!

Published | Updated

Prince's estate is spending a ton of cash -- at times more than $600k PER MONTH -- and dropping that kinda loot has the singer's heirs worried they'll be left with nothing when it's their turn to collect.

Sources close to Prince's heirs tell TMZ ... they're dumbfounded at how much money it costs to manage the late singer's estate. We're told at the current burn rate, heirs feel there's gonna be close to nothing when it's time to distribute the inheritance.

According to docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Comerica's monthly fee to manage the estate is $125k per month. Comerica also hired the law firm Fredrikson & Byron P.A. to rep the estate in court (i.e. Prince's label suing Roc Nation), supervise and coordinate with accountants and advise on tax-related issues. Last November alone, the law firm billed more than $440k in fees and expenses.

The spending keeps going ... F&B then hired other attorneys to deal with trademarks, oversea litigation and services on deal proposals, among other things.

Comerica, for its part, has painstakingly broken down in more than 600 pages of invoices exactly where the money's going and why it costs so much to manage the estate, which is reportedly worth around $250 mil.

Sean Kingston Ordered to Cough Up $301k in Jewelry Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Sean Kingston just picked up another L ... and it wasn't cheap.

The rapper's been ordered to pay $301,500 to NYC jeweler Aqua Master who sued him over 9 pieces of jewelry but was never paid. The items included 2 diamond necklaces, a few gold chains, a ring and 2 watches.

Making matters worse, Aqua says Sean flaunted the pieces on his IG.

TMZ broke the story ... Aqua sued Sean back in 2016, but the rapper never responded to the lawsuit, so the judge issued a default judgment. Aqua says Sean made a halfhearted attempt to pay ... sending 2 checks. But they later bounced.

Sean's got issues with jewelers over the years. He was sued in Florida and had already been ordered to pay another jeweler in 2015.

Mark Cuban Worst Day Ever Fined $600k for Tanking

Published | Updated

Mark Cuban was just fined $600k by the NBA for openly admitting to tanking ... less than 24 hours after a bombshell report was released exposing "predatory sexual behavior" in the Mavs' workplace.

"Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has been fined $600,000 for public statements detrimental to the NBA," the league said in a statement.

Cuban made his tanking comments on Dr. J's podcast earlier this week, saying -- "I'm probably not supposed to say this, but I just had dinner with a bunch of our guys the other night ... and I said, 'Look, losing is our best option.'"

The fine's chump change for a billionaire like Cuban ... but the timing couldn't be worse.

Sports Illustrated published an article Tuesday night alleging crude sexual harassment on the part of former Mavs president and CEO Terdema Ussery. The article also claims a former writer for the Mavs' website kept his job despite committing multiple acts of domestic assault.

Both employees -- as well as the Mavs' head of HR -- are no longer with the team ... and Cuban has since hired an independent law firm to investigate.

Farrah Abraham Sues MTV Exec 'Sex Shamed' Me Over My Porn Career

Published | Updated

Farrah Abraham says a 'Teen Mom' honcho ridiculed her for her adult film work, and she's not gonna take it laying down ... she's taking the whole company to court.

Farrah says she met with Morgan J. Freeman (no relation), an executive producer on "Teen Mom OG," at her home in Texas last October. In a lawsuit, she says Freeman harassed, humiliated and degraded her doing porn.

The 'Backdoor Teen Mom' star says Freeman went on to threaten her future career at MTV, and she "feared for her life" because he was hostile toward her. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, shortly after the meeting MTV fired Farrah from the remainder of the 'OG' season, and also pulled the plug on negotiations for a long-term deal.

MTV aired portions of Farrah and Freeman meeting in a preview for the current season -- it was clearly tense, but there was no mention of her porn career in the clip that aired.

HE'S A GOOD GUY
TMZSports.com

One of Mark Cuban's "Shark Tank" business partners says the billionaire always acted like a consummate pro with her ... and she'd be SHOCKED if he really did know about the horrible things happening with the Dallas Mavs.

We spoke with Raven Thomas who got Mark to invest in her gourmet food business -- The Painted Pretzel -- during a 2012 episode of "Shark Tank."

Thomas had nothing but positive things to say about her 6-year work relationship with Cuban -- and says he's always been a respectful partner and honorable business owner.

In fact, Thomas says she was "shocked" by the allegations that the Mavs' front office was a nightmare for women ... saying, "I would be surprised, shocked if he had any knowledge of this and didn't do anything about it."

Thomas says she's also spoken with other people who work with Mark and has not heard anything negative about their experiences.

"I have not heard one other entrepreneur say they've had a problem with [Mark] at all."

Drake How Do I Top Giving Away 7 Figures? Just Stick to the Plan, G ...

Drake says giving away nearly $1 million during his recent music video shoot was one of the best things he's ever done ... and now he's contemplating how to beat that.

We pulled up on Drizzy Tuesday night leaving The Nice Guy -- not to cuddle, but to ask him how he felt donating $996,631.90 to various families and orgs in his video for "God's Plan."

He tells us it's by far the greatest thing he's done for others -- probably in his whole life, in fact. Now the million-dollar question ... how the hell do you top something like that?

Drake's got an idea on how to keep the good deeds going. And by the looks of his new $2.5 million LaFerrari that he rolled away in ... we'll go out on a limb and say he can afford it.

Got to love the Drake ... but only partly.

ICE ON MY WRIST

Stop us if you've heard this one before ...

Floyd Mayweather hit up a crazy expensive restaurant sporting a crazy expensive watch -- and couldn't wait to show off his jewelry on camera!

This time, Floyd -- surrounded by his TMT bodyguards -- was in the mood for fancy Chinese food at Mr Chow in Bev Hills ... and on the way out it, he let his blinged-out wrist do the talking.

As we've previously reported, Mayweather has an insane watch collection -- including a $2 MILLION diamond-covered timepiece ... which he showed off back in 2016.

He also bought a $1.1 million diamond-covered Hublot watch during a shopping spree at a mall in Dubai back in 2015. It's one of the most expensive watches in the world.

No word if the watch he rocked on Tuesday is brand new or an old favorite -- but one thing's for sure ... it's expensive.

Aldon Smith I Can't Afford Child Support Payments ... Without NFL Job

Published | Updated

NFL superstar Aldon Smith is begging a judge to drastically reduce his child support obligations immediately ... claiming he can't keep up the high payments while suspended by the league.

28-year-old Smith hasn't played a snap in the NFL since 2015 -- when he was suspended for a hit and run arrest in which cops say he was also drunk. Smith says he's currently awaiting reinstatement.

The issue ... back in 2013, Smith was ordered to pay $9,007 per month in child support to his baby mama for their now 5-year-old son.

He has since fallen behind almost $79,000 in payments -- and he's concerned it's only going to get worse unless the judge cuts him a break.

Smith says, at the time the child support amount was determined, he was making $3 million per year ($250k per month) ... so he could easily afford the payments. But things have changed ...

"I have had no income since November 2015," Smith states in court docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... "I have done my best to stay current, but without an income I have fallen behind."

One source connected to the case tell TMZ Sports ... Smith is full of crap and continues to live a lavish lifestyle while blowing off child support.

It's possible Smith could be reinstated in the next couple of months -- which would definitely be a factor since the case is due back in court in May.
