Rebel Wilson I Might Hookup With Drake In 'Pitch Perfect 2'
Sorry, Adam Devine ... but you probably won't get to bang Rebel Wilson in "Pitch Perfect 2" -- the actress says her love interest in the sequel may actually be Drake.
Rebel dropped the casting spoiler while leaving a West Hollywood salon after our photog asked about Drake's Rolling Stone drama this week.
The 28-year-old actress was tight lipped on more "P.P." details ... but did say what she would have done with the popular magazine in Drake's shoes.
Not the best way to start off a relationship.

Spike Jonze Sued You Stole 'Her!'
Spike Jonze should have an easy go at this lawsuit ... filed by 2 men who claim the famed director stole their screenplay when Jonze created "Her."
Sachin Gadh and Jonathan Sender claim in their suit they wrote a screenpay called "Belv" back in 2011 and submitted it to CAA. They were told the agency -- which reps Jonze -- didn't accept unsolicited scripts.
Cut to 2013, when to their horror they saw "Her" and also claim they saw their own work on the screen.
Here are the alleged similarities:
-- In both "Her" and "Belv" the main character carries around the love interest in his front shirt pocket.
-- Both "Her" and "Belv" examine the human psyche through interactions between the character and the computer.
-- The main character in "Her" is heartbroken after a failed relationship and seeks solace in a computer. In "Belv" a cell phone comes to life after a microwave mishap and becomes a witty wing man for dating (We report, but don't necessarily buy).
It sounds like these guys will be thrown out of court. Then again, O.J. was found not guilty.

'Monster-in-Law' Arrest Woman Jailed For Overdue Video Rental
An out-of-business video store in South Carolina just taught a former customer a very hard lesson -- DON'T BAIL ON RETURNING VIDEOS OR YOU'LL BE ARRESTED!!!!!
Kayla Finley was arrested Thursday when she visited the Pickens County Sheriff's Office on an unrelated matter ... and according to reports cops discovered she had a nearly 10-year-old warrant.
Turns out Kayla allegedly rented "Monster-in-Law" from Dalton Video in 2005 but never returned it ... so the store owner got the police involved before going out of business.
It's unclear when Dalton Video went out of business ... but cops say they've been trying to get in touch with her about the warrant for years and never heard back.
Kayla swore she never got a notice -- but was hauled off to jail anyway ... and released a few hours later on bond.
The charge she's facing: "failure to return rented video cassette."
Fun Fact: "Monster-in-Law" has a 16% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Ellen Page 'I Am Gay'
Ellen Page -- who hit Hollywood hard with "Juno" -- just came out in pretty spectacular fashion -- declaring she's gay and saying, "I am tired of hiding and I am tired of lying by omission."
The 26-year-old actress formally unveiled her sexuality at the HRC's Time to Thrive event, an LGBT conference designed to help the LGBT youth, saying, "I am here today because I am gay ... and because maybe I can make a difference."
Page said, "I suffered for years because I was scared to come out. My spirit suffered, my mental health suffered and my relationships suffered. And I'm standing here today, with all of you, on the other side of the pain."
Her next big film is "X-Men: Days of Future Past." Hollywood will embrace Ellen ... it will be interesting to see if studio big wigs will do the same.

Christina Aguilera just gave her production assistant a huge promotion -- fiance.
Matt Rutler met Christina on the set of the 2010 film "Burlesque," where he worked as a P.A.
She was divorced and he was there ... and they hooked up. They're living together in her new, $10 million mansion.
Lots of people thought it wouldn't last, but now -- 3 years later -- she just posted a Facebook pic of an ENORMOUS ring with the caption, "He asked and I said ......"
As for who plunked down money for the ring ......
Jeremy Piven: Peyton's Crappy Game Won't Kill Pitchman Career
Before the Super Bowl, Jeremy Piven said Peyton Manning was the GOLD STANDARD for a celebrity pitchman -- but after his pathetic performance, is Peyton's star falling in Hollywood?
Piven was leaving Freewheel Sports in Larchmont today and made a strong case for why Peyton's still the man ... but not everyone's convinced.
Some people in the office think Peyton's marketing power took a serious hit on Feb. 2nd -- and it could open the door for other players like Russell Wilson and Richard Sherman to swoop in on those coveted sports-oriented endorsements.
Then again, no one rocks a pair of stunner shades like #18.

Steve-O Fake Seizure Stunt Pisses Off L.A. Fire Dept.
7:30 AM PT -- Steve-O just told us he couldn't agree more ... his stupid stunt SHOULD be illegal ... but that doesn't mean he's taking any responsibility for it. "This 'seizure prank' wasn't my idea or my operation, and I agree it was a real stinker," he said, adding the stunt provided an "invaluable service by exposing a glaring shortcoming in the laws."
The L.A. City Fire Dept. is LIVID at former "Jackass" star Steve-O ... for a stupid prank Tuesday that triggered a 911 emergency ... but in reality there's nothing that can be done to him.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Steve-O and three of his cohorts FAKED simultaneous seizures at a West Hollywood coffee shop ... and the 911 call prompted cops and paramedics to rush to the scene.
TMZ obtained video of the prank ... showing Steve-O and the others seemingly going into spasms and frothing at the mouth -- while horrified customers frantically call 911.
Here's the thing. Since Steve-O and his friends were not the ones who called 911, they can't be prosecuted for making a false report to authorities ... and the people who made the call did so in good faith.
Capt. Jamie Moore tells TMZ he's contacting Steve-O, his lawyer and his publicist to let them know the prank was not only dumb ... it threatened lives. The ambulance or fire truck could have gotten in an accident, and someone who didn't get an ambulance in time could have died.
Capt. Moore tells us, "The L.A. Fire Dept. frowns on his action that impacted public safety."

Sid Caesar Comedy Legend Dead At 91
Comedian Sid Caesar -- one of the kings of television comedy in the 1950s -- has died at the age of 91.
Caesar came out of the Catskills comedy circuit ... hitting the big time in the early days of TV with his variety program, "Your Show of Shows" ... and later, "Caesar's Hour."
He often starred alongside comedienne Imogene Coca ... and many of his writers -- Mel Brooks, Carl Reiner, Neil Simon and Woody Allen -- went on to become huge stars in their own right.
No word on a cause of death ... but Caesar died at home.
He had three children. His wife died in 2010.
Shia LaBeouf Art Show He'd Been Crying 'Like His Cat Just Died'
Shia LaBeouf put on the weirdest art show in L.A. today by silently confronting fans one by one, offering them a variety of odd objects -- like whiskey and a ukelele -- all while looking like he'd been crying for days.
We have no explanation for why Shia set this up, but the show was titled "#IAMSORRY" ... and we sent one of our camera guys inside for a first person account:
"I walk into the gallery. A lady is standing behind a table with an assortment of different items apparently related to his life: whip [from "Indiana Jones"], a Transformer [from "Transformers"], Jack Daniels [he likes to drink?], bouquet of daisies, cologne, pink ukulele, etc. I pick the bottle of Jack and the lady escorts me to the next room separated by a curtain."
"Shia is sitting down, paper bag on his head, hands firmly planted on the table. I introduce myself, offer him tacos. No response. I tell him I find the bag to be distracting and if he'd be willing to take it off. He obliges."
"His eyes are red and puffy as if his cat just died."
"I tell him this all seems incredibly self-serving. No response. I ask him to share a swig of whiskey with me. No response. I ask him if any slimy characters have put their lips on the bottle -- he breaks into a wide smile. Then immediately his face returns to its regular stoic self."
"I tell him I think he's a good actor who's wildly misunderstood. I ask him if I can take a picture. No response. I say I'm a nice guy, please don't punch me in the face. I take a picture. He doesn't move. I thank him for his time and extend my hand -- he shakes it. I leave."
That's it. Perfect follow-up to his "seagulls" press conference.
We'll be having nightmares for weeks.

Owen Wilson New Son's Name Is Fishy
Owen Wilson's brand new baby boy will probably be a good swimmer ... because his name is Finn.
Finn Lindqvist Wilson was born at Cedars Sinai in L.A. on January 30th, 2014 to Owen's 42-year-old personal trainer Caroline Lindqvist ... who's currently married to another man.
Lindqvist is reportedly going through a divorce but apparently decided to get over her old man by getting under a new one.
Finn is Owen's second son. Owen and his ex-GF Jade Duell had Robert Ford Wilson in 2011.
Ex-MLB Star Eric Davis Did I Party with Charlie Sheen? HELL YES!!!
Question: Darryl Strawberry and Charlie Sheen walk into a party in the '80s ... who does the first line of primo Colombian coke??
Turns out, Eric Davis can probably answer that question ... 'cause the former MLB superstar (who was BFFs with Darryl) tells TMZ Sports the Warlock was a member of his party crew back in the day.
Sheen is a die-hard Reds fan ... and Davis says Charlie used to hang out and practice with the squad during his run with Cincinnati.
As for the partying -- check out the clip ... E.D.'s reaction when we bring up partying with Sheen is classic!
Dwyane Wade Marriage Gabby Demands Prenup 'I Gotta Protect My Stuff'
Gabrielle Union is lying through her big, beautiful teeth ... at least when it comes to her pre-nup -- because she says she's demanding one with Dwyane Wade ... and it makes NO sense.
Union went on "Arsenio Hall" last night and said she's demanding a prenuptial agreement before they tie the knot "at my insistence."
She explained, "I gotta protect my stuff" ... adding, "When you have your own stuff you don't need to worry about anyone else's stuff."
Only problem is ... it's not HER stuff that needs protecting, since Dwyane has gotta be worth at least 10 TIMES what she's worth. In fact, he's currently toward the end of a 6-year, $107 million contract with the Miami Heat.
AND he's expected to sign ANOTHER HUGE CONTRACT sometime in the next year ... some say it could be worth as much as $100 mil.
Let's do some simple math. Even if she's worth $20 mil ... he could be somewhere in the $200 MILLION range.
So, if they continue that financial pattern and he makes 10-times what she makes ... she's saying she would rather walk away with a tenth of what she COULD get.
It doesn't make her an anti-gold-digger ... it makes her stupid.
Shirley Temple Black Dies at 85
Shirley Temple Black -- arguably the most famous child star ever -- has died.
Black passed away at her home in Woodside, California from natural causes.
She was an enormous star in her heyday. She began her acting career at 3 and her singing and dancing was irresistible. Her most famous song, "On the Good Ship Lollipop" riveted audiences.
Her movies were must-sees in the 30s -- especially "Bright Eyes," "Stand Up and Cheer" and "Curly
Top."
She was so popular a drink was named after her, and kids copied her curly haircut the way people copied Farrah Fawcett's decades later.
In 1934, she was given a miniature Oscar for her work.
Black hung up the acting towel at 21 -- back in 1950 -- and after a break she returned to the public eye by throwing her hat in the political arena ... running for Congress as a Republican.
She became a U.S. diplomat ... serving as U.S. ambassador to Ghana and Czechoslovakia.
She married her first husband at 17, but it didn't last. Her second marriage to Charles Black endured.
Black's family and caregivers were with her when she died.
The family said, "We salute her for a life of remarkable achievements as an actor, as a diplomat, and most importantly as our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and adored wife for 55 years of the late and much missed Charles Alden Black."
Shia LaBeouf Someone's Getting Fired
Shia LaBeouf flew thousands of miles Monday -- from Germany to L.A. -- but he had to go an extra mile when he landed ... meandering through LAX looking for his limo driver who was MIA.
It's actually painful to watch. An independent paparazzo spots Shia as the actor begins his very long walk. Other photogs catch up, as Shia is silent, looking in vain for his driver.
The worst part -- he walks by a slew of drivers holding signs -- none for him.
Finally, a panicked driver appears and takes Shia on an endless walk to his car.
Having just been in Germany, Uber should have been top of mind.
