John Oates says he's gutted by his estranged musical partner's allegations ... that he tried to secretly sell his half of a Hall & Oates enterprise.

John filed a declaration in a Tennessee court, saying he's "deeply hurt" that Daryl Hall took a private dispute they were having and made it embarrassingly public.

As we reported, Hall has gone to court over what he claims was a move by Oates to sell off his share of "Whole Oats Enterprises," the company they formed to control some of the group's assets.

Hall claims Oates ambushed him by finding a buyer whom Hall does not want. Hall got a temporary restraining order, halting the sale until a judge could determine whether Oates had the right to make the deal.

In his declaration, Oates says, "Daryl has consistently and publicly been adamant about being perceived as an individual rather than as part of a duo or group."

It was clear last year when Hall appeared on Bill Maher's "Club Random" podcast, there was no love lost between the two.

Oates says he can't talk about the specifics, but acknowledges "Daryl and I have not seen eye to eye." Thing is ... he wants those peepers to be private eyes.

Oates insists he's trying to maintain the integrity of Hall & Oates, but he's having trouble because Hall will not work with him.

TikTok user TwistDCreole captured security confronting a woman and claims she was later thrown out of the venue -- with the bottle she allegedly threw.

Somehow this all feels like it could've been prevented.

Ari Lennox don't play ... that much is crystal clear, because she stopped her show and threatened to knock out a fan in L.A. after she got belted with a water bottle while performing!!!

The D.C.-born singer, who's been signed to J. Cole's Dreamville Records since 2015, was onstage opening up for Rod Wave’s "Nostalgia" tour when the water bottle whizzed in her direction and struck her in the arm.

An enraged Ari immediately addressed the Kia Forum crowd in hopes of seeking out the bottle-throwing bozo and told them don’t be fooled by the glitz and glamour … she’s a “real ass bitch” and she’ll “f*** them up!!!”

Ari appeared to have scoped the fan out and was MORE than willing to rearrange their face ... but her bodyguard wisely escorted her from the stage before the violence could erupt.

No word if the fan got removed from the venue but troublemakers have been out of pocket all year -- just ask Drake. He actually caught the book thrown at him during his "It's All a Blur" tour, but other artists such as Bebe Rexha haven't been as lucky.

The fan is probably lucky security held Ari back ... she was going to do much more damage than a water bottle!!!

Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, showed up at a recent event in Dubai ... but it was the couple's furry companion that stole the spotlight.

KW and BC breezed into a pop-up store to honor Jordanian-Romanian fashion designer Amina Muaddi --- and Bianca was carrying another noteworthy guest: her large, cuddly stuffed animal.

Bianca wore an oversized Russian-style shapka on her head while decked out in a tight-fitting mini dress. Kanye was dressed in an understated all-black ensemble topped off by a matching hood.

Apparently, Brandon collects fees for booking the gigs, and the labor commissioner ordered Brandon to fork over those commissions to his former wife ... totaling $2,641,374.

BTW ... fun fact -- Brandon scored $1.98 million for commissions from her role on "The Voice." By contrast, he only got $93.30 in commission for Kelly hosting the Billboard Music Awards.

Taylor Swift said her goodbyes to boyfriend Travis Kelce in Kansas City Wednesday and flew over to London for the premiere of Beyoncé's new concert flick.

Shane MacGowan, founder and frontman for The Pogues, is dead ... according to his wife, Victoria Mary Clarke.

Victoria announced Shane's death early Thursday morning. Although she hasn't mentioned a cause of death, Shane had reportedly been recently diagnosed with encephalitis and discharged from a Dublin hospital.

Shane formed The Pogues in 1982, amid London's punk scene, with fellow members Peter "Spider" Stacy, Jem Finer and James Fearnley. The original band name was Pogue Mahone, a Celtic phrase that translates to "kiss my arse" -- as the name portends, they played Celtic folk music, but with a punk attitude.

The band first gained popularity opening for The Clash in 1984, and eventually worked with Elvis Costello ... who produced some of their early records. The Pogues' biggest mainstream success came with their hit, "Fairytale of New York" in 1987.

The Christmas-themed track has become a holiday staple -- especially in the UK -- so, there's something poetic about Shane passing at this time of year.

He was actually kicked out of the band in 1991, following a legendarily chaotic live performance at a festival in Japan -- and, after recording one more album, The Pogues broke up.

Shane eventually got the band back together for a successful reunion tour in 2001.

Victoria said of Shane, "I am blessed beyond words to have met him and to have loved him and to have been so endlessly and unconditionally loved by him.”

Shane was 65.

Jeremy Allen White and Rosalía aren't putting dating rumors to rest -- in fact, they're adding fuel to the fire and lighting a match ... to spark up cigs, and more rumors, no doubt.

TMZ got these photos of "The Bear" actor and the Spanish singer hanging out Wednesday in WeHo ... where they were chopping it up in a parking lot, and enjoying a smoke break in each other's company.

It's kinda funny ... you could argue this scene here is life imitating art a bit -- namely, on Jeremy's end. His character from the TV show is constantly stepping out to inhale a cigarette amid the restaurant chaos ... and while this moment isn't nearly as dramatic, it does feel familiar.

Anyway, JAW and Rosalía ended up talking a bit more -- sans cancer sticks -- and ultimately departed with a nice big hug ... but no kiss, something we know Jeremy ain't shy to do when he's into a new boo.

Still, it's interesting to see them continue to hang amid last month's public farmer's market outing -- where Jeremy was walking around with a huge bouquet of flowers ... which may or may not have been for his new would-be significant other.
