Tyga seems to be back to his old tricks of refusing to pay money he owes, and this time he might get arrested for it ... TMZ has learned.

There's a bench warrant out for the rapper after he failed to show up to a court hearing. Tyga was supposed to give the judge a rundown of his available assets to satisfy a $236k judgment against him.

TMZ broke the story ... Shyanne Riekena sued Tyga's company and won, claiming she sustained serious head injuries when a light stand came crashing down on her during one of his concerts.

Tyga's company was eventually ordered to pony up, but she still hasn't been paid and the judgment has swelled to more than $250k.

"The Price is Right" host might be nursing sore ribs after falling victim to a massive fail during Wednesday's show. A woman named Sona won the prelim round, and went HAM on Drew.

Luckily for the host, a light fixture kept him from toppling completely off the stage after the wild bear hug -- or this vid would be a lot less funny. Carey popped up like a true pro.

Steve Wilkos is lucky to be alive after a car crash sent the talk show host and former Jerry Springer bodyguard to the hospital.

Law enforcement sources in Darien, Connecticut tell us Wilkos was involved in a single-car accident Sunday afternoon. We're told his vehicle struck several poles and a tree before ending up on its side ... Wilkos was transported to a local hospital for his injuries but has since been discharged.

Wilkos tells TMZ he typically wears glasses when he drives, but he was not wearing them before the crash. He says he was reaching for his glasses to put them on when he hit the curb and then struck the poles and a tree. Wilkos says he never drinks or does drugs.

Wilkos tells us he's pretty beat up but will be ok. In a terrible coincidence, Wilkos says the same day he crashed, his audio guy on the show and the crew member's wife were driving in the same area when they crashed -- both were killed. Production is set to start back up in a few days.

Wilkos found his fame as Jerry Springer's bodyguard on the popular talk show before creating his own show -- "The Steve Wilkos Show" -- in 2007.

Police tell us the crash remains an "active and open investigation."

Cristiano Ronaldo faced off with a cleat and won a goal, but lost some skin in the process -- which seemed to piss him off after a quick mirror check on the nearest phone possible.

The Real Madrid striker suffered a nasty injury Sunday in the final few minutes of his team's match against Deportivo -- going in for a header, scoring ... but walking away with a bloody face from a cut near his eye.

As he left the pitch, Ronaldo used a team medic's phone to check out the damage to his second crown jewel (feet first, of course) -- and couldn't help but look annoyed AF.

Pope Francis went from Pontiff to Good Samaritan on a dime, after a police officer fell off her horse during a procession in Chile.

The Pope was in Iquique, Chile to urge the country to end its ongoing conflict with the Mapuche people -- the indigenous people of Chile -- when the incident occurred.

The Pope got off the Popemobile and stood by the cop until an ambulance arrived.

The Vatican says the woman "received words of consolation from the Holy Father."

She was taken away in the ambulance and her condition is unknown, although the Vatican stated she was conscious the entire time.

Tom Cruise should really consider getting a stunt double, 'cause he screwed up another jump on the set of "Mission: Impossible 6" ... and might've injured himself again.

Filming resumed in London this week, and in this clip you see Cruise attempt to leap onto the ledge of a window ... but he slips on something before he gets out.

A cameraman on the scene says the actor was later seen using crutches, but there are no pics and we haven't confirmed.

It's strange -- Tom appeared to have nailed this exact scene last week, unclear why he did it again. As we reported ... he's fresh off a broken ankle from a failed jump on the set last year.

She may have lost the fight ... but Paige VanZant once again proved she's tough as hell -- fighting 2 more rounds after BREAKING HER ARM!

The former "Dancing with the Stars" finalist cracked her right arm while throwing a spinning back fist at Jessica-Rose Clark at UFC Fight Night 124 on Sunday. She was obviously in pain but refused to stop the fight.

In fact, Paige battled for 2 more rounds -- throwing punches with the broken arm!!!

In the end, PVZ lost the fight (props to Clark) ... but damn -- impressive.

"I’ll be back better and stronger than ever," Paige wrote on Instagram ... "It’s all apart of the fight game. God had other plans for me. Darn spinning back fist."

No, you're not watching an episode of "Royal ER" starring Prince William ... dude actually scrubbed up and joined surgeons in the operating room of a cancer hospital in London.

The future King of England sat in on a robotic surgery at Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea. The hospital was one of the first in London to use the technology on cancerous tumors, and since Wills followed in his late mom footsteps as the president of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, he got to see the bot firsthand Wednesday at work.

Rapper Kevin McCall says he suffered 3 broken toes and a fractured tibia after being shot in the foot in broad daylight in South Central L.A. and he swears he wasn't the one who fired.

McCall was taken to Centinela Hospital in Inglewood Wednesday after he says someone put a hole through his shoe as he was coming out of a convenient store.

There was a rumor going around that he accidentally shot himself in the foot, but Kevin gave us the play-by-play. He says police took a report, but Kevin does not plan to take any further action.

A couple fans claim they got jacked up from an alleged stampede at a Future concert last year, and say the rapper and Live Nation are responsible ... so they're suing.

Catrina Washington and Shauntay Harris filed separate lawsuits against Live Nation and the Barclays Center in Brooklyn -- where the show went down last May -- for injuries they say they suffered after getting trampled in a stampede at the concert.

In the docs, Washington and Harris say fireworks were used during the performance, setting off a loud noise and causing a panic -- which allegedly led to them getting stomped all over as people scattered in chaos. Some folks thought gunshots had gone off.

For the record, the NYPD released a statement on this at the time. They said a loud metal-on-metal sound erupted when the stage was lowered too quickly at the end of the show -- insisting that, coupled with the sound of gunshots in one of the outgoing songs, is what caused the scare.

Future isn't named in the suits -- they name a rapper named Rome Fortune. We spoke to sources connected to the case, and we're told the suit will be amended to include Future. We're guessing Rome will be dropped 'cause he was nowhere near the Brooklyn show.

8:30 AM PT -- Kim just thanked the doctors and nurses who helped Saint, saying, "I just want to thanks every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all!"

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's son, Saint West, was hospitalized last week with a bad case of pneumonia ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the 2-year-old was brought to an L.A. area hospital Thursday with pneumonia, and that his parents were with him while he remained hospitalized, sharing overnight duties.

We're told Saint was released on Saturday, so he was checked in for just a couple days. He's at home now, and sources say he's doing well.

Kim shared a family photo from Christmas just a few days before Saint was admitted.

Kim and Kanye also shared a New Year's Eve kiss on Sunday. The hospitalization went down right after her mid-week meet-up with J Lo and A-Rod -- where Kim and co. enjoyed a taco Wednesday party.

Good thing Saint's on the mend ... his new baby sis is supposed to be coming home sometime this month. She'll probably need her big bro to show her the ropes, sniffle free.

Carrie Underwood might look different whenever she returns to the big stage ... 'cause she says she needed at least 40 stitches in her face after falling last month.

Carrie reportedly sent a health update Sunday to members of her fan club, revealing her doctor patched her face up with "between 40 to 50 stitches" while undergoing surgery from a nasty fall she suffered at home in November. She also broke her wrist at the time.

She goes on to say she's currently healing, but "not quite looking the same." She ends her note with a hopeful message about the new year ... adding "And when I am ready to get in front of a camera, I want you all to understand why I might look a bit different."

Carrie posted a photo of her covered face this Christmas season, but didn't address anything about her facial injuries ... which, apparently, were very serious. #GetWellSoon

Selena Gomez's mom got so worked up when she found out how serious things are between Selena and Justin Bieber, she had to be taken to a hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us police went to an L.A. area hotel last week to do a welfare check on Selena's mom, Mandy Teefey, at a family member's request. We're told she was taken to a nearby hospital to get checked out, but not under a 5150 hold -- instead, she was voluntarily transported for treatment.

Sources with direct knowledge of the incident tell us Mandy had a heated convo with Selena that day about the reunion with Justin. When Selena revealed she and JB were in couples therapy, Mandy flipped ... realizing the relationship was going to be more long-term than she thought.

As we've reported ... Justin is a huge trigger for Selena's family, some of whom say they'll never forgive him or accept him for what they think he did to her years ago.

Mandy was released from the hospital the same day. We're told she's giving Selena space to figure out what she wants, but the fam already knows what they want ... and it ain't Justin.

Hopefully it's just an abundance of caution ... but Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker was spotted in a wheelchair -- and clutching crutches -- after suffering a groin injury Tuesday night.

21-year-old Book suffered a strained left adductor during the 4th quarter of the Suns vs. Raptors game Tuesday night ... and he appeared to be in a ton of pain, having to be carried off the court.

Booker was wheeled through the airport in Toronto after the game -- and while he didn't say much, you can see he looks pretty sad.

Hopefully it's nothing serious for the young baller ... he's been off to a hot start in his 3rd season in the Association, averaging 24 points a game.

12/6/2017 -- Sources tell us the procedure was a success and John is recovering ... in addition to the NOLA show, the group's show in Orlando on Dec. 7 and in Sunrise, FL on Dec. 8 have been postponed, as well.

John Mayer's been rushed to a New Orleans hospital for an emergency appendectomy.

John was hospitalized early Tuesday morning according to a rep for the singer. Sources tell us he's in surgery right now.

The guitarist is touring with The Dead and Company. They had a show scheduled for tonight in NOLA, but we're told that's been postponed now.

40-year-old Mayer's also been touring with his own band. It's unclear when he'll be healthy enough to get back on the road to continue.

One of the stars of "Little Women: LA" is taking a bunch of doctors to court for a BIG payday ... 'cause she claims they screwed up her neck in surgery.

Christy Gibel just sued some M.D.s from a surgery center in Beverly Hills called 90210 Surgery Medical Center as well as Cedars-Sinai and other private practices, claiming the whole lot screwed up a spinal cord surgery she underwent with them in 2016.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Christy says she went under last November for a procedure called an anterior discectomy and spinal cord decompression, and during a couple post-op visits ... the doctors overseeing the matter misled her despite worsening symptoms.

She says she felt her left eye drooping, and her tongue swelling, and was unable to speak for a while -- all of which she says she was told would subside over time ... but it didn't. She also claims they admitted her jugular vein was nicked during surgery.

The reality star is suing for negligence and asking for an unspecified amount in damages and medical costs related to the alleged botched surgery. We've reached out to 90210 and Cedars ... so far, no word back.
