Whitney Houston's brother and sister-in-law arrived in Los Angeles yesterday to attend Clive Davis' big pre-Grammy bash ... a bash Whitney's mom called "obscene."

Whitney's mother Cissy slammed Davis' invite, saying, "I got an invitation to the party, which is the most obscene thing. I don't know why they would want me to come to the party in which she died, you know? I guess maybe he just sent me a copy for remembrance sake."

Whitney's brother Gary -- along with his wife Pat (who was also Houston's manager) -- begged to differ and flew into LAX Saturday, telling us they were going to "support Clive."

Three 6 Mafia rapper DJ Paul -- famous for his song "Sippin' on Some Syrup" -- has some words of advice for Justin Bieber ... stay away from sizzurp, or you could die.

Paul was out in Vegas this week when we asked him about the photos circulating of Justin Bieber -- showing the singer surrounded by double cups and codeine -- and the rapper tells us, Bieber's playing with fire.

Paul says, "I can't say don't do [sizzurp] because I did my rounds with it. But I stay away from it these days because I had a lot of friends that passed away from it. It's dangerous if you do too much of it."

He added, "But everything's dangerous if you do too much of it. Sex. Water." A less convincing point.

As for concerns Bieber's new friends Lil Za and Lil Twist are bad influences -- Paul said, "Nah, friends are friends ... It's just a phase they're going through."

Floyd Mayweather says he's no winer ... and that's why he's suing a New Orleans wine bar that he claims used him and Justin Bieber to lure Super Bowl fans in for a pre-game blow-out.

According to the federal lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Mayweather claims The Wine Bistro heavily advertised that Floyd and The Money Team would be hosting the February 1 bash. In case you don't know, The Money Team is a nickname for Floyd's posse, which includes Justin Bieber, Lil' Kim, 50 Cent and Miss Jackson.

Floyd -- who in the lawsuit calls himself "the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world and one of the greatest technical fighters of all time" -- boasts he makes upwards of $100k for a club appearance.

But here's the deal ... Floyd says he never agreed to appear at The Wine Bistro -- nor did The Money Team -- and the bar went crazy advertising on Facebook, YouTube and flyers. Floyd is pissed that the bar profited off his name and worries his fans will be pissed because he was a no-show.

Floyd wants lots of money and wants the bar to stop using his name ... STAT!

Lindsay Lohan would rather party her face off than sit for a deposition -- so claims the paparazzo who's suing her ... and now, he wants a judge to lay down the law for LiLo.

TMZ broke the story, Grigor Balyan sued Lindsay and her assistant last year, claiming the assistant crashed into him in 2010 outside an L.A. nightclub. Lindsay was riding shotgun and wasn't hurt, but the photog ended up in the hospital.

Balyan says in new legal docs his attorney has been trying in vain to get Lindsay to sit for a deposition ... but she says she's too busy ... which pisses them off because they've been seeing pics of Lindsay partying up a storm all over the world.

And this is rich ... Balyan also claims Lindsay said she couldn't come to L.A. last week for the deposition, yet she showed up for that OTHER car accident that landed her in criminal court.

Balyan is asking a judge to order Lindsay to sit for a deposition asap. He also wants her to pay $4,842.43 for his lawyer fees.

Guns N' Roses partied pretty hard in their heyday, so it makes sense they'd know the craziest drinking games -- case in point, something called "Wear the Lamp Shade" as explained to us by former dummer Matt Sorum.

Sorum -- who banged the buckets in GNR for a better part of the 90s -- was walking his dogs in Studio City Wednesday when our photog got him talking about games the band played on the road ... and one in particular was quite simply ... enlightening?

It involves booze (obviously), a hotel room (of course), naked girls (how could it not) and ... (drum roll) ... a lamp shade -- we'll let the video explain the rest.

It's bad enough Rob Gronkowski could have screwed the Patriots by re-re-injuring his broken arm -- but the real travesty of his Vegas trip ... those insanely awful dance moves.

Rob Gronkowski scared the hell out of New England Patriots fans last night ... when the superstar tight end BODY SLAMMED his friend on stage at a Las Vegas nightclub ... landing hard on his broken forearm ... and TMZ has the footage.

Gronkowski -- who signed a $54 million six-year contract extension in June -- broke his forearm last season, then injured it again during the Pats' first playoff game against the Texans.

But that didn't stop him from executing a Stone Cold Stunner-esque move on a friend during a playful dance battle at XS nightclub last night.

As Gronkowski was throwing his friend to the ground, the tight end -- who was wearing a protective sleeve on his busted wing -- also crashed to the ground and smacked his damaged arm on the stage in the process.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew missed most of the season with a fractured foot, but he didn't let that stop him from partying in New Orleans last night ... on a scooter.

MJD underwent surgery last month after only playing in five games this season. He wasn't about to let the injury make him miss the Super Bowl, where we spotted him all dressed up and wheeling his way around town.

The three-time All-Pro is no stranger to partying on wheels ... we spotted him out in Hollywood last month doing the same thing.

Justin Bieber partied with his boyz this week ... and there are photos that appear to show a large bottle of codeine at the shindig -- aka sizzurp.

The photos show Justin, Lil Za and Lil Twist (we're told both of whom have smoked pot with Bieber) at a table rolling up blunts. Also on the table -- two sets of double cups (a known style of consuming sizzurp which was made popular by Lil Wayne).

In one of the photos, Bieber is drinking out of a double cup. Sources connected to Justin adamantly deny he uses the drug. Based on multiple recent photos, however, it's pretty obvious he smokes pot. In the pics, we don't see anyone present actually consuming the drug.

Bieber is getting pressure from some of his people who think he's basically a good kid ... but hanging out with Za, Twist and some other dudes are taking him down a bad road.

Kris Humphries only had one point during last night's Brooklyn Nets game, but saved his real scoring for afterward ... where he landed a hot chick at a NYC nightclub.

Humphries was spotted leaving a club called Finale at around 3:00 AM ... arm-in-arm with a new squeeze. We're told Kris came to the club with a group of friends, but was only talking to this girl all night.

Our spies inside the club say Kris and the girl were very affectionate and dancing together the entire time and Kris went out of his way to avoid pics while inside. After the pics were taken, we're told the pair got into a cab and drove off.

Sources close to Kris tell TMZ they don't know who the girl is, but said she is definitely "not his girlfriend."

Dressed similarly in blue-ish outfits, hard-partying Hollywood playboys Gerard Butler and Mel Gibson were in good spirits as they hung out for dinner at Zuma in Miami on Thursday night.

We're told the new BFFs were with a large group and chowed down on fancy 28 oz steaks, caviar and even threw back some sake ... without incident.

TMZ has footage of the running back, wide receiver and linebacker hitting up the legendary Penthouse Club in the Big Easy last night ... a 3-level adult fantasy land.

You can spot Frank by his green beanie -- that he was wearing earlier in the day while hanging out with Crabtree and Willis at the team hotel.

It's possible the guys were just hungry ... because the Penthouse Club is famous for its "Naked Sushi" ... in which paying customers can eat raw fish off of naked strippers. Sounds appetizing.

Then again, we spoke with someone inside the club who told us there were roughly 120 STRIPPERS working the floor last night.

One source, very familiar with the strip club scene in New Orleans, tells us ... "Penthouse Club is the real deal ... but you have to be a baller in that place. That's a high-end spot."

Guess Chris Culliver won't have to worry about these guys in the locker room.

Financial titan Warren Buffett is an expert in all things money ... so naturally we asked him the most hard-hitting money question we could think of: WHEN IN THE CLUB, DOES HE LIKE TO MAKE IT RAIN?????

That's right, 82-year-old Warren (who's reportedly worth about $50 BILLION) was out in DC Saturday attending some fancy-schmancy shindig when our photog took the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pry into the biz mogul's clubbing habits.

It's been roughly 6 weeks since Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew had surgery to fix his busted foot ... but last night, the dude was back in public and rollin' around Hollywood ... literally.

MJD hit up Supperclub in L.A. last night ... with the help of a modified scooter to keep the pressure off his left foot.

FYI -- Maurice injured his foot back in October, but for some unexplained reason, waited until the end of December to go under the knife. Neither Jones nor the Jags have revealed any specifics about the injury.

MJD definitely isn't the first athlete to hit the Hollywood club scene while sportin' a delicate injury -- L.A. Dodgers star Matt Kemp took his busted shoulder out to Supperclub just 4 days after rotator cuff surgery.

Hours after the San Francisco 49ers destroyed the Atlanta Falcons and punched their ticket to the Super Bowl, the squad celebrated at a nightclub in San Jose ... and TMZ has the pics.

Tons of 49ers players -- including star QB Colin Kaepernick and former star QB Alex Smith -- rolled into Motif nightclub late Sunday night ... fresh from their 28-24 victory in ATL.

Sources inside the club tell TMZ ... the DJ announced each player as he walked in the door ... and the crowd went absolutely insane.

We're told the guys were pretty tame -- no crazy, insane drunk people. Sources say some of the guys WERE drinking (some bottles of Moet and Cristal were ordered) ... but the night was more of a "sipping and toasting" event ... not a "let's get effed up" kind of a thing.

One source tells us ... most of the clubgoers swarmed Kaepernick ... and it got so crazy, that he went upstairs to a private area to escape the crowd.
