Suzanne says she's in the process of corralling other contestants and filing a class action lawsuit.
Show producers tell TMZ, "We stand by the integrity of the show. The safety and well-being of our contestants is, and has always been, our #1 priority."

Ex 'Dual Survival' Host Sues Discovery Paired Me with an Axe Wielding Psycho
-
EXCLUSIVE

Former "Dual Survival" host Cody Lundin's toughest job was surviving his co-host, who threatened to kill him with all sorts of weapons ... according to a lawsuit he filed against Discovery.
Lundin says producers made it look like he was losing it on set -- but according to the docs, his partner, Joe Teti, was the real menace. He says while shooting in Norway ... Teti threatened to "bury" him on a mountain while waving around an ice axe. During a shoot in Hawaii, Lundin says Teti threatened to impale him with a spear.
Lundin says Teti, a former CIA operative, once said ... "You better not blow this for me ... I think you know what is going to happen to you" -- and also flaunted pics of people he allegedly killed during his CIA days.
His biggest issue -- edits that made it seem like he was cracking under pressure. For instance, they showed Lundin throwing matches into a pool of water -- a cardinal sin for any survivalist. Lundin says producers set him up and that scene, along with several others, have made it impossible for him to find work.
Joe Teti tells us he never threatened Cody, adding, "I always had the utmost respect for him, considered him a friend, and am hurt these accusations have been made."

Whitney Houston Hologram Duet With Christina Leaks!! Update: 'Voice' Gig Canceled
4:45 PM PT -- The duet isn't going to happen, after all. Sources connected to the deal tell us Whitney's estate decided to pull the plug once they saw the finished product 2 days ago.
We're told they weren't satisfied because the hologram simply "didn't look like Whitney." Producers and the estate reps all agreed Christina was flawless, but until technology can do the same for Whitney ... no deal.
It appears the Christina Aguilera-Whitney Houston duet rumors are true -- what looks very much like video of the performance just popped up on the Internet ... briefly.
It was supposed to be a surprise for Monday's season finale of the "The Voice" -- though there's been a ton of buzz about it, so the surprise was already kinda blown. It's unclear who got the footage or how it ended up on a Facebook page ... but it's already been taken down.
We've seen the whole thing, and we won't blow the whole secret ... but it appears Christina will sing a medley of Whitney's hits with the hologram.
'Voice' reps haven't gotten back to us yet about whether the footage is legit.

Naomi Judd Never Said 'Slave Food' ... Ray J Got It Wrong
-
EXCLUSIVE
- 1.1K shares
Ray J did Naomi Judd dirty when he accused her of calling grits "slave food" while they were shooting their reality TV cooking competition -- because she NEVER used those words.
According to sources connected to "My Kitchen Rules" ... when the cast gathered Wednesday, producers played back the "grits" footage in question. We're told what really happened is Lance Bass and his mom served shrimp and grits -- as part of the show -- and during the meal Naomi said when she was growing up her mother wouldn't let her eat grits ... because it was poor people's food.
It's a huge distinction from what Ray J said in his video post -- that he'd seen Naomi refer to grits as "slave food." We're told Naomi was merely telling a story about something her mom had said.
Not to say the "poor people" comment is great, but it's a big difference from "slave food" -- plus, they were her mom's words, not Naomi's.
Still, we're told Ray J took the comment as low key racism, and he's unhappy about it.

Naomi Judd Burns Cooking Co-Stars ... I'm Above These Brandi & Ray J Types
Naomi Judd wants nothing to do with reality TV stars like Ray J and Brandi Glanville, which is why she tried to quit "My Kitchen Rules" -- the cooking competition she's shooting with them.
Naomi went on the attack on Facebook claiming producers misled her about who her competition would be on the show. The other contestants include Andrew Dice Clay and his wife, Glanville and LeAnn Rimes' ex Dean Sheremet, Ray J and Brandi, and Lance Bass and his mom Diane.
Naomi skewered most of the cast, saying Brandi's from "one of those tawdry Housewives shows" ... Ray J's a "bad boy" who made a porn and calls Dice "a no holds barred comedian."
Naomi says she wanted off the show since she'd never "choose to socialize with" people like her co-stars, but she'd already signed on the dotted line. So, she's stuck.
She insists she's not judging, she just has different views from them. She also claims they've all formed an alliance against her on the show. Can't imagine why.

Phaedra Parks Son's 6th Bday Bash Family's All Here Except ...
'RHOA' star Phaedra Parks put her broken marriage with Apollo Nida aside to make sure the entire family was together for their son Ayden's 'TMNT'-themed 6th birthday party, minus Apollo, of course.
Phaedra rented out Stars & Strikes bowling alley over the weekend in ATL, and the guest list was stacked -- 100 of Ayden's closest friends and family, including Apollo's mom. Phaedra's 'RHOA' co-star, Porsha Williams, also showed.
Apollo wasn't there since he's serving 8 years for bank fraud, but Ayden still looked like he had the time of his life, which isn't really hard when you're turning 6 and laser tagging.
Phaedra might've lost some cool mom points in the gift department. She followed up last year's tricked out Mercedes SUV with a $50k deposit into his college savings account.
Good thing Ayden's got 100 more presents to unwrap!
