11:48 A.M. PDT -- Mike and Marc Sorrentino just walked out of court ... both were released on $250K bond. Their lawyers say the brothers are not guilty. They'll be arraigned Oct. 6th.

The Situation has just been charged with the crime of tax evasion in New Jersey ... TMZ has learned.

According to the indictment ... obtained by TMZ ... the U.S. Attorney in NJ claims Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino did not pay his full tax bill on $8.9 million in earnings. In fact, prosecutors claim he intentionally filed fraudulent returns in order to make it appear he was square with the IRS.

The Situation's brother, Marc, was also charged with conspiracy to commit tax fraud.

Both the Situation and his brother are expected to surrender to federal authorities Wednesday. Sitch is facing a maximum sentence of TWELVE years in the federal pen.

He posted this on Instagram 30 minutes ago: "to be old and wise you must first be young and dumb."

Mama June is getting ready for a major upgrade ... now that she's 86'd Sugar Bear -- she's also looking to move into a new pad and took the fam house hunting Tuesday.

Most of the 'Honey Boo Boo' crew -- June, Alana, Pumpkin and Uncle Poodle -- checked out 4 houses in Hampton, GA ... about an hour away from where they live now.

As TMZ first reported, Mama June kicked Sugar Bear to the curb because she swears she caught him online dating. We're told he hasn't slept at the family home since the breakup ... though he still comes by to shoot for the show.

Here's the thing ... it looks like Suge's missing out big time, because June's looking at houses that are definitely a step (or three) up from the family's current digs.

Kris and Bruce Jenner's divorce settlement was probably less than you think, because multiple sources tell us ... the pot they divided was approximately $60 million.

We're told dividing the assets was "easy and amicable" ... almost all of their earnings were put in a joint account, and that includes their TV profits, Bruce's speaking engagements and their ownership in various businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... lawyers were not involved in the property settlement ... it was all done with the help of their business managers. Each filed legal docs in pro per -- meaning without lawyers.

Part of the settlement ... Kris gets the Hidden Hills estate. Bruce gets to keep his Sherwood Country Club membership.

There's no spousal support. The property gets divided, and that's that.

Bruce Jenner just went out and did what all men do when their woman is finally out of the picture ... drop $50k on a sick new toy.

Bruce bought a NASCAR-approved UTV race car. Kris Jenner's soon-to-be ex bought it from 928 Powersports who built it for NASCAR superstar Robby Gordon. And we're told it was an impulse buy ... we're guessing a celebration of sorts.

Bruce made the deal Monday at the Sand Sports Super Show in O.C. ... the same day Kris filed divorce docs. And, our spies on the ground tell us Bruce was literally grinning from ear-to-ear.

The Olympic gold medalist is a speed freak ... as in hardcore race fanatic. We're told he plans to break in his new speedster in February at the Griffin King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, CA with sons Burt and Brandon.

Being single does have its privileges ... many privileges.

Kris Jenner has filed for divorce, and TMZ has learned it's already a done deal.

Kris filed pro per -- meaning NO LAWYER. Our sources say this was all orchestrated. Bruce Jenner's response was filed at the L.A. County Courthouse shortly after Kris filed, and it was a mirror image of Kris' petition.

They give the standard "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for the divorce.

Everything has been worked out with their business managers ... our sources say. There was NO PRENUP and they have already agreed to a property split.

Neither party will get spousal support. As for Kylie -- who is 17 -- they have joint custody.

Bruce, Kris and their managers worked out the deal over the last few months.

They separated June 1, 2013. That's significant because once they're separated they don't continue to share earnings -- in other words, what's hers stays hers after separation.

We're told the divorce is "totally amicable."

Body shop workers are blowing the doors off the reality show "Texas Car Wars" ... accusing producers of treating them like slave laborers.

The show was a competition between body shops to find junkers to refurbish. It aired for a season on Discovery Channel.

Some body shop workers are now suing ... claiming deception. They say they never actually worked for the body shops ... the show's producers hired them ... but refused to pay even the $7.25 minimum wage.

Sugar Bear is standing up for himself in the break up with Mama June ... insisting he has not been online dating and has NOT cheated.

This weekend in Georgia ... Suge was asked about his online dating adventures and stood up for himself. He's tight-lipped on details, but adamant he's not a cheater.

He also says he's "not allowed" to talk. Question is ... who's trying to muzzle him -- producers or June?

Mark Ballas has a true rookie on his hands with Sadie Robertson because the "Duck Dynasty" star hails from a high school where dancing is strictly forbidden ... just like "Footloose."

Willie Robertson's 17-year-old daughter is partnered with Ballas for this season of "Dancing With the Stars" ... but she also attends Ouachita Christian School in Monroe, LA where administrators have a longstanding ban on all school dances.

We spoke to Sadie's principal Jamie Stokes, and he was unapologetic about the school's policy ... which he says includes banning all dances. Even proms. Zero tolerance dancing, y'all.

Mark and Sadie advanced last week, but judge Julianne Hough told the 'DD' heir she's gonna need to get "more down and dirty" to win it all.

Sadie's dad shot that down almost immediately -- and we're guessing it's ditto from her principal.

"Ink Master" judge Chris Nunez was arrested Saturday in Florida ... after he got busted for driving under the influence.

The Spike TV star got pulled over for allegedly running a stop sign ... and he was eventually hauled off to jail for DUI -- according to the Broward County Sheriff.

It's unclear what Nunez was allegedly on -- booze or drugs -- but we're told he was released hours later on bond.

We reached out to Chris for comment, so far ... no word back.

Honey Boo Boo is handling her parents break up by gripping a paintball gun and spending the day with newly single dad Sugar Bear.

HBB and her pops hit up a local paintball park with Pumpkin and Chubbs Saturday. Mama June was noticeably absent following the split.

Probably better June doesn't have a weapon around Suge. As we previously reported ... June reportedly caught him trolling dating sites -- and now plans on moving the kids out of their home once they're done filming this season.

The guys from "American Choppers" got major props for creating a wheelchair-accessible motorcycle -- only problem is they allegedly stole the concept from a disabled biker, and cut the poor guy out of the deal.

Christ Tavantzis -- who suffers from polio -- claims he patented the modified 3-wheeler and pitched it to 'AC' stars Mike and Paul Teutul Jr. at a bike show in 2008.

Now Tavantzis is suing the Tuetul bros because he says they went ahead and built their own version of his trike -- without him -- and then unveiled it at a charity event for the Chris and Dana Reeves Foundation ... where they were lauded for the creation.

In his suit, Tavantzis says it's bad enough polio has taken away his physical abilities -- but now he has to fight to protect his thoughts and ideas too. He's suing for fraud, conspiracy, and discrimination against people with disabilities.

This video is great ... we asked Bruno how he felt about Lolo's emotional breakdown after she became the 1st person eliminated from the show last week -- and the guy didn't hold back.

As we previously reported, Lolo expressed her devastation on Facebook after she was 86'd -- saying she was sick of being a loser ... and wanted to use the show to redeem herself after multiple failures in the Olympics.

Kanye West is about to get REAL PISSED ... because someone leaked what appears to be nude pictures of his wife Kim Kardashian onto the internet -- making her the latest victim in a string of celeb hacking incidents.

The pics were uploaded to 4chan and Reddit ... and because the both companies have taken a harsh stance on hacked photos, they were quickly removed from both sites. Nude photos were also released by a hacker of what appears to be Vanessa Hudgens and Hope Solo.

It's unclear when the pics were snapped -- but K.K.'s not wearing a wedding ring in either of the photos.

We reached out to reps for Kim, Vanessa and Hope ... so far, no word back.

Sugar Bear will not get a pink slip from TLC in the wake of his separation from Mama June ... but TLC is now scrambling to make sure "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" doesn't implode the way "Jon & Kate Plus 8" did.

Sources close to the show tell TMZ ... they have made a decision -- Sugar Bear is the father of the show's star, and the story line would be "ridiculously incomplete" without including him. The separation itself will become a significant part of the show.

Producers are not looking to exploit the split, and haven't yet decided how to cover it, but one source was candid, "To tell the truth it's good for the show. It had hit a bit of a lull and now there are tons of story lines ... dating, single parenting, breakups."

That said ... TLC wants to make sure the kids are not "emotionally bleeding" on camera because their parents broke up. TLC watched one of their signature shows -- "John & Kate" --- go down the toilet because of the strife over the kids.

TLC wants to give Mama June an even higher profile on the show, following her life as a newly-single woman. They don't want to portray her as an emotional wreck ... she'll remain the rock of the family.

Rob Kardashian is NOT a daddy ... he's intentionally punked the media by tweeting out some not-so-cryptic hints he's a father and then watching the lies spiral out of control online.

Sources VERY close to Rob tell TMZ ... Rob was testing the media Thursday night by tweeting, "Was with my baby mama tonight." In July, he tweeted, "Happy I got my Son with me for the 4th tomorrow."

Various outlets immediately took the bait, but here's the thing ... there is no baby mama and no baby.

Now that Mama June's given him the ole heave ho, Sugar Bear slipped off his ring and sought the comfort of an old friend today in Georgia.

Suge was outside the 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' family home sans wedding ring, but he did have the male version of bon bons and boxed wine -- a fountain soda and fries from McDonald's ... supersized, of course.

If he's looking for a silver lining -- nobody likes sharing their fries, right?
