Tila Tequila's sex tape will get a full release next week as a Vivid video download ... and TMZ has the MSFW screen grabs.

The tape -- which we've seen and is packed with hardcore boy-girl action -- is elegantly named "Tila Tequila: Backdoored and Squirting." Her mama ... well, you know.

Porn giant Vivid inked the deal for TT's tape ... it'll be available online starting Monday.

Ludacris' longtime GF Eudoxie is turning a blind eye to her BF's infidelities that produced a kid ... because she's still determined to marry him.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Eudoxie forgives Luda for impregnating baby mama Tamika Fuller. Luda claims they were on a break when he hooked up with Tamika. Sound familiar, Dwyane?

We're told Eudoxie -- who's been dating Luda since 2009 -- is emotionally hurt, but she too is taking the position they weren't a couple at the time of conception ... even though their Instagram suggests otherwise.

Exactly 9 months before Dwyane Wade's son was born (by a woman who's NOT his fiancee) ... Wade and Gabrielle Union were still acting like they were very much a couple ... and TMZ has the proof.

We broke the story ... Wade's baby mama Aja Metoyer gave birth to Dwyane's son Xavier on Nov. 10. Wade claims the two were on a "break" at the time.

But on February 5th (9 months before the birth), Gabrielle was Instagramming about Wade ... posting a photo of the NBA star cuddled up with her dog Sasha along with caption, "Sasha don't play when it comes to her man... 'Down to ride 'til the very end, it's me and my boyfriend.'"

A couple of days before that (on Feb. 1), Gabrielle posted a romantic photo of the couple together from a photo shoot for a "Flashback Friday."

Doesn't seem like a couple on a break ...

There's more ... on February 19th, Gabby posted another pic of Dwyane holding one of her scripts ... with the caption, "It takes a village to help an actress learn her lines... @dwyanewade takin a break from his Gatorade commercial to give me a line reading. Thanks coach :)"

The patter continues until April ... when Gabby stopped posting pics of Dwyane and started posting a bunch of sad cryptic quotes. One reads, "We cannot start over, but we can begin now, and make a new ending."

Another says, "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were."

But on May 16, Wade returns to the picture ... with Union posting a photo of the couple, along with the caption, "I like this dude."

It takes a lot to get Leonardo DiCaprio turned on ... so says the actress who had the enviable task of giving Leo a lap dance in "The Wolf of Wall Street" ... but failed to get a rise out of him.

The woman who claims 4 of her computers were stolen because the burglars were targeting a Charlie Sheen sex tape has told cops ... she can prove the tape exists because she now has a copy.

Christina Fulton -- Nic Cage's baby mama -- triggered the investigation by reporting the theft, but cops never found the computers or the sex tape. Nonetheless, Christina's former handyman, Ricardo Orozco, has been arrested and charged with the burglary. Two other people who were on scene were cleared by the D.A. because there wasn't enough solid proof to mount a solid case ... something that has pissed off cops.

But now Christina says she has solid proof -- a copy of the tape and she has told cops she will fork it over next week.

The woman claiming Soulja Boy fathered her kid has some hard evidence he's the daddy ... including pictures of her straddling Soulja.

Diamond Shantaniece Mackey filed legal docs claiming Soulja Boy has a son -- 5-year-old Portlon.

Turns out Diamond may have struck gold with a picture taken in 2007 in a hotel room where she claims she took a pregnancy test ... which came back positive.

According to Italian officials, Minetti was one of the key people who supplied the hookers to Berlusconi's legendary "Bunga Bunga" parties. She's been sentenced to 5 years in the big house ... but that's on hold 'cause she's appealing the case.

The guy implicated in an alleged stolen Charlie Sheen sex tape and who faked his own kidnapping will NOT be charged with a crime, TMZ has learned ... it's bizarre but true.

Darwin Vela and his fiancee Kelly McLaren were in the getaway car when Ricardo Orozco allegedly broke into the home of Nic Cage's baby mama and stole 4 computers ... one of which supposedly contained a Charlie Sheen sex tape.

Orozco has been charged with the burglary. Now we've learned Vela and McLaren will skate.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... there's no clear proof Vela and McLaren knew Orozco was burglarizing the house at the time of the break-in. The D.A. believes at some point they knew the stuff was hot because they went to Charlie Sheen's lawyer to find out how much the actor would pay to keep such a sex tape off the market.

But the D.A. concluded there's no proof such a sex tape ever existed, so it's all speculative.

The D.A. also says Orozco is a scary ex-con and Vela and McLaren were afraid of him, though it's unclear how this plays into the decision not to prosecute.

Bottom line -- the D.A. feels it's unclear which parts of Vella and Mclaren's story are true and which are lies. Ultimately the jury would get confused and there's no chance of a conviction.

Phil Robertson says he is not without sexual sin, but has put it in check by getting hitched.

Phil got up in front of his bible study group Sunday and said, "Sexual sins are numerous and many. I have a few myself." But his solution was plain ... "If you're a man, find yourself a woman, marry them and keep your sex right there."

Phil -- who sees the world in black and white -- is defiant about the torrent of criticism -- "I will not give or back off my path," adding, "All I did was quote from the scriptures."

Phil gave the Daily Mail access to the study group, and they heard an earful. He said, "Common sense says we are not going to procreate the human race unless we have a man and a woman."

And the strident "Duck Dynasty" star goes on, "If you're a homosexual, He'll take it away. If you're an adulterer, if you're a liar, what's the difference? If you break one sin you may as well break them all ... if we lose our morality, we will lose our country. It will happen."

And in a not-so-subtle way ... Phil calls out A&E, which acted shocked by his comments: "This week I have been asked, 'Is this the first time you have brought up sin? ... Are you kidding? I have been traveling to and fro spreading this message ... I have made hundreds of speeches ..."

And finally, there's this ... Phil railed on people who claim he's an idiot, conceding, "We are a bunch of rednecks from Louisiana, but I am not uneducated. I have a degree from Louisiana Tech."

IT'S OFFICIAL: Tila Tequila has multiple personalities ... at least in her brand new sex tape ... and in this clip, you'll meet Ashley, Tila's English speaking ass-flashing alter ego.

As we reported, Vivid Entertainment will be releasing a hardcore sex tape before Christmas starring Tila and an unidentified male co-star, shagging like rabbits.

The clip contains your typical sex tape nudity -- don't worry, we blacked it out -- but the interesting part isn't Tila's ass ... it's her impressive attempt at an English accent.

Mega-rich "Cosmic Artist" Jack Armstrong -- whose paintings go for as much as $6 million -- insists he did NOT drug and rape an unconscious woman in 2010 ... and he's got the lie detector test results to back his claim.

TMZ has obtained the results, and here are the questions Armstrong was asked during the test:

1) Did you give any drug to [the alleged victim], other than alcohol on March 4, 2010?
2) Did you have sex with [the alleged victim] against her will on March 4, 2010?
3) Did [the alleged victim] at any time on March 4, 2010 tell you she did not want to have sex with you?

Armstrong -- famous for his bright multicolored "cosmic extensionalism" paintings -- answered "NO" to each of the questions ... and according to the polygraph machine, it appears he was telling the truth.

It's worth noting, Armstrong hired the company that administered the test -- Jomac and Associates -- and polygraph results tend to hold little water in court.

Armstrong is currently facing a felony charge of "rape of unconscious person" after allegedly meeting the woman at a club in Beverly Hills. The woman claims Armstrong bought her beers, and next thing she knew she woke up naked in his bed.

He was arrested in November.

"Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson has been SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY by A&E after a series of homophobic comments he made in a recent GQ interview.

A rep for A&E released a statement, saying, "We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertson’s comments in GQ, which are based on his own personal beliefs and are not reflected in the series 'Duck Dynasty.'"

The rep added, "His personal views in no way reflect those of A&E Networks, who have always been strong supporters and champions of the LGBT community."

A&E has suspended him indefinitely from the show. The rest of the "Duck Dynasty" family is expected to remain on the show.

As we reported, Phil told GQ about how a vagina is more desirable than a man's anus, and how homosexuality and bestiality are the same sin.

Ke$ha tells TMZ ... there's one quality a man HAS to possess if he wants a shot at banging her -- he's got to be a "little bit of a c**t."

Ke$ha -- dressed like a 26-year-old Emperor Palpatine -- was rolling through LAX yesterday when our camera guy (a big fan of her reality show) asked why she's not drawn to nice guys.

4:55 PM PT -- A&E just dropped the hammer on Phil ... putting him on indefinite hiatus. The network says its disappointed by his anti-gay comments -- which are his own personal beliefs and not reflective of "Duck Dynasty" or the network. A&E says it supports the LGBT community.

8:15 AM PT -- Phil's trying to backpedal by releasing a statement through A&E in which he says, "I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me."

But he's still doing some thumping ... adding that the Bible teaches "women and men are meant to be together."

"Duck Dynasty" patriarch Phil Robertson is blasting gays ... and not in the usual Bible-thumping way -- instead he's going off about the benefits of vagina as compared to a man's a**hole.

Robertson went on a rant about religion, homosexuality, and a bunch of other things in an interview with GQ -- saying, "It seems like to me, a vagina -- as a man -- would be more desirable than a man's anus. That's just me."

He adds, "There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean, come on dudes! But hey, sin: It's not logical, my man."

Phil continued his verbal attack by claiming society's become too accepting of sin. He says, "Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and those men ... they won't inherit the kingdom of God. It's not right."
