Angelina Jolie will not cooperate with law enforcement if there's a move to file child abuse charges against Brad Pitt ... TMZ has learned.

Our Angelina sources say she's adamant ... Brad should not face criminal charges for getting physical with 15-year-old Maddox on their private jet. We're told she'll go "radio silent" if authorities make a move to build a case against her estranged husband.

We're told Angelina was forthright with the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, telling social workers Brad struck Maddox (in the face).

Other sources say Brad did not strike his son in the face, but instead lunged at him and Angelina got in the way, causing Brad to inadvertently make contact with the boy's shoulders.

Angelina, we're told, has a singular focus ... protecting her kids, not punishing Brad.

DCFS does have the authority to recommend custody restrictions to the dependency court, although it's looking more and more like it will not reach that stage. Furthermore, given there were no injuries to Maddox and conflicting accounts of what happened, prosecution is also unlikely.

Brody Jenner is going to war with a ritzy OC hotel after he totally flipped out on 2 staffers who had entered his room to kick him off the property.

TMZ obtained this video of Brody's rage Sunday morning in the lobby of the Laguna Cliffs Marriott -- he's ripping into 2 security guards, and threatening to press charges against them. Sources close to Brody tell us it all started with a misunderstanding ... when he wanted to be let into his manager's room to grab some personal items.

When the hotel said that wasn't allowed, Brody got angry. We're told he was actually pissed about the situation, and at his manager. However, the hotel staffer thought Brody was going off on them ... and sent security to kick him out.

We're told Brody says they entered without knocking, and that was the last straw for him.

Law enforcement tells us Orange County Sheriff's deputies were called to the hotel around 7 AM to keep the peace. Deputies spoke to Brody, and eventually ... he calmly left the hotel.

The child abuse allegations against Brad Pitt have been referred over to the FBI ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services received an anonymous call that Brad was wasted on a private jet last week and became physically and verbally abusive to his kids.

As we reported, the DCFS followed protocol and notified the LAPD. Law enforcement sources say the LAPD's Abused Child Unit (ACU) got the report, but determined that the Department did not have jurisdiction because the alleged incident occurred in the air, on a flight from France to the U.S.

We know ... the plane landed a week ago Wednesday just before 8 PM at an airport in Minnesota. That's when eyewitnesses say Brad was "out of control" on the tarmac and even tried to leave in a fuel truck.

Our LAPD sources say because the incident occurred in the air, the FBI has jurisdiction. The ACU then closed its file and referred the matter to the FBI.

As we reported, DCFS has already interviewed Brad and Angelina separately and they will also interview the kids. Our LAPD sources say if those interviews produce information suggesting there was possible abuse at their L.A. family home, the LAPD will open a new case.

Our Pitt sources say the actor denies committing any sort of abuse.

Brad Pitt is under investigation by the LAPD and L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services for allegedly getting verbally abusive and physical with his children, and that's what triggered the divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Brad, Angelina and their kids were on a flight last Wednesday when he allegedly got wasted on the private jet. He allegedly went wild, screaming and getting physical with the kids.

We're told the plane landed at an airport around 8 PM, and witnesses say Pitt continued his rant on the tarmac, and even tried leaving in one of the fuel trucks.

Our sources say someone either on the plane or the tarmac anonymously reported the incident to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services. We're told Brad and Angelina have already been interviewed and DCFS plans to interview the kids as well. That investigation is ongoing.

We're also told the LAPD has the case ... which is routine when anyone reports child abuse. We do not know the specifics of the alleged abuse ... just that it was supposedly both verbal and physical.

Our sources say this incident triggered Jolie to separate from Brad the next day and file for divorce just days later.

A source close to Brad tells TMZ, "He takes the matter very seriously and says he did not commit any abuse of his children," adding, "It's unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light."

'Breakfast Club' star Anthony Michael Hall is being investigated for allegedly attacking his neighbor, leaving the man with a broken wrist and hurt back ... and it was all caught on tape.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Hall's neighbor called 911 ... claiming the actor violently shoved him to the ground, hurting him badly.

The alleged victim told cops ... the ruckus began when he left their condo gate open. The guy says Hall shouted to close the gate, came over and slammed it shut, and then melted down.

Check out the security footage ... it shows the 2 men in each other's faces when suddenly the alleged victim goes flying backward. Hall then storms away.

This isn't the first time AMH's been accused of being a bad neighbor. Condo residents claimed back in 2011 Hall scared the crap out of them, screaming obscenities and looking for fights.

Dani Mathers cozied up to an anti-cyberbullying group after her despicable body shaming incident in an L.A. gym, but went radio silent when it came time to do any work ... according to the organization.

Cure the Hate tells TMZ they first reached out to Mathers after she made headlines for posting a photo of the unsuspecting woman -- but only heard back when police turned up the heat on her.

TMZ broke the story ... cops found Mathers' victim and earlier this month recommended she be prosecuted. Cure the Hate says that's when Mathers said she wanted to partner up ... but they now believe it was just lip service.

The org says they followed up with her 7 times, but never heard a peep. Cure the Hate thinks Mathers' actions, or lack thereof, show she's not serious about making good after the incident.

The woman who called the cops on Chris Brown says the singer pulled a gun on her because she was admiring a piece of jewelry ... and afterwards his people demanded she signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Baylee Curran appeared on "TMZ Live" and said she had partied with Chris in the past and he was always nice, but this time he appeared to be out of it ... on drugs or alcohol.

She says she came to his house with a friend, spent a little time in the hot tub, and then walked back inside where a member of Chris' crew was displaying jewelry. Baylee says when she admired one piece the guy went nuts, and then Chris followed suit by demanding she "get the f*** out" and pointed a gun at her.

The craziest part ... as she tried to leave she says Chris' people wouldn't let her take her cell phone until she signed a non-disclosure agreement. She refused to sign, and she and her friend left.

TMZ broke the story ... Baylee, Miss California Regional 2016, called 911 and that started the standoff with Chris.

3:00 PM PT -- Chris went back inside the house. His lawyer is still there, and police have NOT arrested Chris yet.

2:30 PM PT -- Chris just walked out of the house in a red cap. He is NOT in handcuffs, and police are standing watch ... but Chris looks totally relaxed and chill about the situation.

12:49 PM PT -- Chris' entourage has started filing out of the house. They're all lining up outside the front door with cops checking them for weapons. Still no sign of Chris yet.

At the same time ... police are holding a news conference at the base of Chris' driveway.

12:30 PM PT -- Chris' attorney Mark Geragos just arrived entered the house. We're expecting Chris to surrender sometime soon.

11:11 AM PT -- We're live streaming outside Chris' house ... where police are waiting for him to surrender.

Police have retrieved at least one gun, other weapons and drugs from Chris Brown's home, after Chris threw a duffel bag out the window of his home ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... cops raced to Chris' home early Tuesday morning after a woman called 911 and claimed he pulled a gun on her.

Police have been at the house since 3 AM and are in the process of getting a search warrant. Chris has not left the house, but multiple sources tell us he was defiant as he threw the duffel bag out the window, taunting cops and saying, "Come and get me."

Chris posted a video in which he refers to Black Lives Matter, saying "f*** the police."

Two sources on scene tells us in addition to weapons there were drugs in the duffel bag.

As for the woman who called 911 ... she's a beauty pageant title holder.

Rodney Harrison is in full backtrack mode -- apologizing for saying Colin Kaepernick is NOT a black person ... saying, "I never even knew he was mixed."

Harrison's explanation seems almost IMPOSSIBLE to believe -- considering Kaepernick's story is pretty well-known and Rodney has been a co-host on "Football Night in America" since 2009.

That being said, here's what Rodney posted on Twitter:

"I never intended to offend anyone, I was trying to speak about my experiences as a African American. I apologize to anyone that I offended, wasn't meant to be hurtful to anyone. God bless."

PETA has declared WAR on the scumbag Baylor football player who beat up his dog -- calling for an immediate steroids test, claiming increased testosterone may have contributed to his violent rage.

Sophomore wide receiver Ishmael Zamora has been under serious fire ever since footage surfaced from June showing him mercilessly whipping and kicking a small dog.

Baylor interim coach Jim Grobe has said Zamora will be disciplined for his actions -- but the exact punishment is unclear.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals are asking the school and the court system to drop the hammer.

"PETA is calling for drug testing, since testosterone is particularly aggression-inducing, as well as psychiatric counseling and anger management, for everyone's sake, at his own expense," Stephanie Bell tells TMZ Sports.

"And he should be suspended and banned from ever owning animals again."

Bell -- PETA's senior director of cruelty casework -- is also praising Baylor for "recognizing that this man's behavior is dangerous to animals and that such a violent outburst against a defenseless individual does not bode well for his future."
