Lauren Conrad is sooooooooooo over the Hollywood pad where she lived on "The Hills" -- and now you can own her leftovers for a cool $2.25 MILLION.

LC has listed her 3,009 square foot Spanish-style home -- which boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool, hardwood floors, a breakfast bar ... and a detached guest house where fellow "Hills" castmate Audrina Patridge used to live.

TMZ has learned Kristin Cavallari has accepted an invitation to attend a Marine Corps Ball in San Diego in November after a Devil Dog named Jonathan Burkett extended an invitation via Twitter yesterday.

The message read, "Wanted to know if you want to go the the Marine Corps Ball with me in San Diego?! Would make a video but still deployed!"

Cavallari promptly replied,"Would love to! When is it?" ... and now TMZ has learned her people are working out the details to make it happen.

Her relationship is solid as a rock.

According to People.com, 27-year-old Cutler proposed to the 24-year-old actress (?) during their weekend getaway to Cabo San Lucas.

According to docs filed this week in LA County small claims court, P3R Publicity claims Wahler breached a contract by failing to make payments to the tune of $5,000.

P3R tells us, "Considering Jason Wahler's track record, P3R is disappointed but not entirely shocked by his lack of honor and irresponsible behavior." They added, "Perhaps his next reality show should be VH1's "Charm School.'"

As we previously reported, Heidi called off her divorce from Spencer -- and as a symbol of their (unfortunately) undying love, Speidi fed each other s'mores that they'd cooked over an inferno of legal docs.

Heidi tells TMZ she was waiting for Spencer to make her his top priority: "All I ever wanted was to know that Spencer loved me more than he loved all this other nonsense."

For his part, Spencer tells us, "Through everything it's been Heidi's love that kept me grounded. Realizing my behavior was pushing her away was a terrifying wake-up call. I've still got a long way to go to repair the trust, but I hope with continued self improvement, our relationship will be stronger than ever."

One of the lucky bastards posing with Kristin is celeb photog Tyler Shields ... who took the pics "just for fun" ... no specific reason.

Police in Barrington, Illinois confirm Kristin's mom -- Judith Spies (that's her mug shot above) -- was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint at 2:15 AM late last month. Law enforcement sources tell us Kristin was riding shotgun at the time, and apparently she was a pretty hungry passenger.

We're told Kristin insisted on fleeing to a nearby Subway and yelled at cops to get her water while Mom went through field sobriety testing with officers. As one source put it, "Subway might be open in 'The Hills' but not here in Barrington at 2 AM."

Judith was arrested for DUI. Police say her car was impounded since Kristin admitted being drunk and couldn't drive.

We're told Kristin did not play the "do you know who I am?" card ... impressive since she's rumored to be dating Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler -- and we know how much Chicago loves Da Bears.

We're told Spencer has contacted the Rolls-Royce of porn -- Vivid Entertainment -- and is asking for a meeting.

As we first reported, Heidi has threatened to sue Spencer over a tell-all book -- but she has not made any mention of a sex tape. Unclear if the alleged sex tape with Heidi is pre or post-op.

Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch tells us, "I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag."

He continues, "We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal."

Spencer has told a friend that the alleged tape "makes Kim Kardashian look like an amateur."
