El testamento de Matthew Perry establece que sus pertenencias se dejarán en un fideicomiso que él creó con el nombre de un famoso personaje de Woody Allen.

Según nuevos documentos legales obtenidos por TMZ, Matthew creó un testamento en 2009 y expresó su deseo de dejar la mayoría de sus pertenencias en un fideicomiso. Resulta que Matthew debió de ser un gran admirador de "Annie Hall", ya que creó un fideicomiso llamado Alvy Singer Living Trust, y el dinero que tenía en su poder antes de su fallecimiento se destinarán a este fideicomiso.

Los documentos enumeran el valor de sus propiedades personales en poco más de $1 millón al momento de su fallecimiento. Cabe destacar que este millón de dólares es lo que los ejecutores encontraron como activos adicionales que aún no están en este fideicomiso privado. En otras palabras, no refleja con precisión su patrimonio neto. De hecho, es probable que Matthew tuviera muchos millones más; esto es simplemente adicional.

Per new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Matthew created a will in 2009 ... and he says he wants to leave a majority of his belongings to a trust -- and as it turns out, Matt must've been a big fan of "Annie Hall" ... 'cause he created a trust called the Alvy Singer Living Trust -- and the dough/assets he had on hand before he died are set to go into the trust.

The docs list the value of his personal property when he died at a little over $1 million. We should note ... this million bucks and change is what the executors found as additional assets that are not already in this private trust. In other words, it's not an accurate reflection of his net worth. Fact is ... Matthew probably had millions upon millions more ... this is just extra.

We don't know who the trustees are ... but Matt makes a distinction in his will that any kids he may have post-2009 are explicitly not entitled to his fortune. He never had children, BTW.

Two women named Lisa Ferguson and Robin Ruzan -- who's Mike Myers' ex-wife -- are listed as executors of his will. They'll be the ones in charge of making decision about how to divvy up and manage his property. Robin and Matt worked on the same game show called "Celebrity Liar" together back in the 2010s ... she was an EP and he was a contestant.

TMZ broke the story ... Matthew died in October after drowning in his personal hot tub at home -- and an autopsy later determined he had ketamine in his system when it happened.

"Love Is Blind" costars Jimmy Presnell and Chelsea Blackwell are back on as a couple -- or, at least they were this weekend, based on the video we got of them all over each other in a nightclub.

As fans of the Netflix dating show know, Chelsea and Jimmy ended the season with heartbreak and a lot of tears ... as they never even made it to the altar -- but Friday night in Hollywood, FL it looked like they were giving it another shot.

Folks at Daer Nightclub, inside the Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel, tell us they arrived together, and Jimmy had his arm around her most of the night. Their nightclub PDA marks the second sighting of the exes in South Florida.

As we reported, fans smelled something cooking when they noticed Chelsea and Jimmy had each posted images from the same table Thursday at JB's on the Beach in Deerfield Beach.

Even though they didn't post any pics of themselves, social media sleuths pieced it together when they both showed a bottle of Corona with matching backgrounds.

Chelsea -- who says people always say she looks like Megan Fox -- had mentioned she was heading to the Fort Lauderdale area for her best friend's wedding. She didn't say anything about Jimmy being there, but that could be because the "Love Is Blind" reunion isn't airing until this coming Wednesday.

Millie Bobby Brown has been flip-flopping accents lately -- and amid some criticism, she's telling haters to piss off ... 'cause she says she's a chameleon in terms of how she speaks.

The "Stranger Things" star recently addressed this issue head-on in a sit-down with TikToker Max Balegde -- where she was plugging her new Netflix movie, "Damsel," and where she was asked directly about her accent constantly switching up ... albeit, in very fawning terms.

Watch ... Max prods the subject, but does so in a way that's already taking Millie's side. He says he totally gets the notion of someone's accent changing depending on where they are.

That's the rationale a lot of her fans/supporters have offered up in defense of Millie after an interview she did with Jimmy Fallon nearly two weeks ago went viral ... where she sounded like a straight-up Yankee, despite having risen to fame with her signature British accent.

MBB took the reins in the convo here and explained why her accent changes on a dime -- BTW, during this conversation with Max ... she sounded like her usual red coast self, almost exaggeratedly so -- and basically said, yeah ... my accent changes with my surroundings.

She notes that she bounced around as a kid in terms of where she grew up -- including living across the pond, as well as here in the States -- and now, she's living in NYC with her fiancé, Jake Bongiovi ... so she says she's adopted more of an American accent lately.

That's all fine and good, but what Millie also admits is she'll tweak her accent depending on who she's talking to -- as a courtesy, it seems, and to fit in better. Which is ... interesting.

As everyone expected, Sen. Katie Britt was roasted in the 'SNL' cold open, but the surprise was Scarlett Johansson making a cameo to fill the role, and nailing the hilarious send-up of Britt's State of the Union response.

ICYMI .. the junior Alabama Senator went viral after her GOP response to President Biden's Thursday night SOTU address. The speech -- delivered from her kitchen for some reason -- struck most as oddly performative.

Scarlett still managed to take it over the top, saying, "I’ll be performing an original monologue called ‘This country is hell.’ You see, I’m not just a senator. I’m a wife, a mother and the craziest bitch in the Target parking lot.”

She also perfectly mocked Sen. Britt's facial expressions, hand movements and even some questionable fact-checking with lines like ... "I’m going to do a pivot out of nowhere into a shockingly violent story about sex trafficking. Rest assured, every detail about it is real except the year, where it took place, and who was president when it happened.”

On Thursday night, the Senator shared a story of a woman she met in Texas who told her about being sex trafficked by the cartels. While Britt blamed President Biden’s border policies, the Washington Post reported the woman’s experiences took place in Mexico during President George W. Bush's administration.

One of Scarlett's best lines in the skit imitated the QVC host tone of Sen. Britt's speech -- out of nowhere, she started hawking the diamond cross necklace she was wearing, saying, "Goes with anything, and you can wear it from da’ church to da’ club.”

The Vermont man who crashed into Treat Williams -- resulting in the beloved actor's death -- is pleading guilty to a reduced charge, and, as a result, he will not go to prison.

Ryan Koss pled guilty on Friday to negligent driving with death resulting. Koss was turning into a parking lot last June when he collided with Treat, who was riding his motorcycle. Although he was wearing a helmet, and was airlifted to a hospital for treatment, Treat did not survive his injuries.

In exchange for his plea, Koss is getting a one-year deferred sentence, probation and his license is revoked for a year. In addition, he'll have to complete a community restorative justice program for the misdemeanor charge.

Prosecutors say Koss has fully cooperated, and been accountable for the tragedy from the start, and even called Treat's wife from the scene of the accident to tell her what had happened.

During Friday's hearing, he said, “I’m here to apologize and take responsibility for this tragic accident.” Interestingly, Treat's family was not interested in pressing charges or seeing Koss do time.

Treat's son, Gill, was in court and told Koss, “I do forgive you, and I hope that you forgive yourself." Treat's wife, Pam, expressed a similar sentiment in a statement that was read in court ... but she added, “Our lives will never be the same, our family has been torn apart and there is a huge hole that can’t possibly be filled."

Koss had originally been facing up to 15 years in prison ... as he'd been charged with gross negligent operation with death resulting, a felony. He pled not guilty to that charge, before copping a plea for the reduced misdemeanor charge.

Boy, does Bill Maher have a golden pair ... and he's handing 'em out to celebs and normies who've said screw cancel culture -- folks like J.K. Rowling and Garth Brooks, in Bill's opinion.

The "Real Time” host held the 2nd annual Cojones Awards Friday night on his show, and the dangling brass pair went to Garth for continuing to serve Bud Light in his Nashville bar ... even as conservatives boycotted the brew for its partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

Bill applauded Garth for taking a stand, because "country singers are beholden to red state fans ... it's why there's no song called, 'She Thinks My Prius Is Sexy.'" Remember, Garth responded to the Bud Light boycott by saying, "If you're an a**hole, there are plenty of other places to go."

And, reminding everyone cancel culture comes from the right and the left, Bill also handed some cojones to Rowling. The 'Harry Potter' author's been ripped for insisting transgender women are not the same as biological women.

Most recently, she ranted about British media coverage of a transgender woman convicted of murdering a man, and several cats. When outlets refused to refer to the killer as transgender, she said, "These are #NotOurCrimes" and "I'm so sick of this s***."

Maher gave her props and agreed with her stance, saying "How many biological women torture cats? None. It's a guy thing."

He also lauded a "body positivity" influencer who decided obesity wasn't healthy, and dropped 60 lbs. -- and Dartmouth College President Sian Beilock for bringing back the SAT for admissions.

Shiny balls aside, Bill also had Oscar nominee Robert De Niro on to chat about Donald Trump's surging popularity. Of course, Bobby D might be the most vocal Trump hater on the planet, and he said if you want to "live in a nightmare, vote for Trump, and you'll get the nightmare."

He also predicted a fascist regime if Trump wins again ... as he warned Bill that Trump would take his show off the air, and also come looking for De Niro himself.

Amanda Bynes surfaced for the first time in public following Drake Bell's child molestation claims against a former professional mentor ... and she's got quite the new look.

The ex-Nickelodeon child star emerged Friday for the first time since her former 'Amanda Show' costar set the stage to level some serious allegations against Brian Peck, in a new documentary that'll air his story for the first time ever.

People have wondered whether Amanda herself would be part of this doc -- "Quiet on Set" -- since it touches on a lot of former child stars during Nickelodeon's heyday ... which is why this sighting of her out and about in L.A. is so interesting.

As you can see ... Amanda's sporting a colorful hairdo here -- namely, blonde on top with blue extensions. It's certainly a unique style -- and kinda in line with how she's rockin' lately.

Amanda has obviously been out of the spotlight for years now -- although these days, she's shown signs of putting herself out there again ... through podcasts and other ventures. Of course, with this Nickelodeon doc coming out ... many have wondered if she'd come forward to make allegations of her own, but so far -- there's no indication she's set to speak out.

Drake, on the other hand, is prepared to break his silence ... which is huge in itself.

Remember, he starred on "The Amanda Show" from 1999 to 2002 before getting his own Nickelodeon show in 2004 ... and he's among the former child stars who are going to speak out in the doc.

The network says Drake will make claims against Peck, who worked on "The Amanda Show" and "Drake & Josh" as a dialogue coach.

Peck pled no contest in 2004 to performing a lewd act with a 14- or 15-year-old and to oral copulation with a minor under 16 ... and when the doc comes out later this month, Drake is expected to allege he was one of Peck's victims from that case.

Drake remained anonymous for decades ... but now he, and others, are speaking out about the bad things that allegedly happened during their Nickelodeon days.

Peck's worked on countless children's shows through the years -- including Amanda's, BTW -- and recently, some "Boy Meets World" stars said in hindsight they regret their affiliation with him back in the day. Yes, he was hobnobbing with kid actors in those days too.

Amanda's been mum on the whole subject thus far ... and it's unclear what message she's trying to send with this fashion statement, if any.

The beauty mogul spoke to the NYT Thursday about a wide range of topics -- and, of course, the topic of her relationship with Timbo came up in conversation ... albeit, very briefly ... 'cause it was clear Kylie didn't wanna delve into her private life.

The interviewer is pointing out that a lot of KJ's fans were taken aback last year when she posted a shot of herself in a white dress that screamed "cottagecore" -- with many apparently saying her fashion sensibility had switched up ... and some attributing that to Timmy.

Kylie was asked if she'd seen any of those comments, to which she replied, "no" -- explaining she only reads feedback on posts tied to her businesses.

She was then quoted as saying... "I don’t know how I feel about that." The reporter notes that Kylie was getting uncomfortable as more questions about TM were being brought up, and she then said ... "I just don’t want to talk about personal things."

It's interesting ... Kylie and Timmy are fairly private as it is, although they hit the Golden Globes together as a couple -- which seemed to be them officially going public. Of course, they'd been spotted out before that ... making out and showing PDA at different events.

Since then, however, we haven't seen much of them together -- granted, though, Tim's been busy promoting 'Dune 2' with the rest of his costars ... so he's objectively been busy.

Some have suggested they're actually split up -- and while she was mum on talking about him in this chat ... there are other signs Kylie and Timothee are still going strong, if the new 'Kardashians' promo for Season 5 is any indication. It's incredibly 'Dune'-coded.

Kylie didn't discuss Tim ... but she did address the scrutiny her appearance has gotten throughout her life. She says in this same interview ... "It's just years and years of not feeling like my face or looks are accepted. There's nothing anyone could ever say now that would hurt me."

Sounds like Kylie's throwing up shields around her to protect her humanity -- which is understandable ... she's under a microscope constantly, and seemingly is always under fire.
