Here's the grossest thing you'll see all day ... NY Giants WR Sterling Shepard straight-up pulled the nail off his big toe -- and documented it all on video.

The New York star hit the Giants locker room Monday ... and noticed his foot needed a little manicuring after beating the Buccaneers on Sunday.

So, Shepard reached down ... grabbed the nail on his left foot ... plucked it straight off -- AND DIDN'T EVEN FLINCH!!!

"Aw, yeah! It's time to come off! Yessir!"

Unclear when Shepard suffered the toe catastrophe that caused the gruesome scene ... but we're all hopeful he puts the camera down next time it happens.

Ever blurted out Jay-Z's famous lyric to "99 Problems"? Bet it's never resulted in cops pointing guns at you ... 'cause that's EXACTLY what happened to one man in Tennessee.

Davon Eddington tells TMZ ... he was in his backyard last week in Spring Hill, Tennessee drinking a beer and talking to his brother on the phone about LeBron James and the Lakers. Davon's brother called him a bandwagon Lakers fan ... to which Davon replied, "I got 99 problems, but a bitch ain't one."

A neighbor, apparently overhearing the conversation, misinterpreted the lyric and told cops he thinks Davon's beating his fiancee -- who, BTW, was upstairs taking a bath.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, cops raced to Davon's home after the caller told them he heard Davon say he had "99 problems and this bitch ain't one."

Davon says cops ultimately got to his house and onto his property with guns drawn before they realized it was a total misunderstanding, to say the least.

Davon says cops apologized, 'cause it seems he got swatted. Davon kept his cool ... but it seems it's one particular neighbor who is NOT cool with him.

Some members of the British Royal Family are just like you ... because Princess Beatrice used a ride-sharing app to whisk her away from the airport.

We got Princess Beatrice on Friday at LAX after flying in from across the pond ... and, we gotta admit, it was a bit shocking when she hailed an Uber.

Of course, this was no uberX ... Fergie and Andrew's daughter got picked up in a Lexus Hybrid. Regardless, it's nothing like the transportation available to her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.

Props to Beatrice for grabbing the Uber on her own and opening the car door without waiting for the driver, who apparently had no clue he was picking up royalty.

Beatrice tells us she's in L.A. on business, and it didn't take long for her to get a taste of what the common passenger deals with at one of America's busiest airports ... because she had to walk to another terminal to find her ride!

New York City authorities are stepping in to make sure Central Park's famous Mandarin duck survives the winter ... TMZ has learned.

Meghan Lalor, Chief of Staff for NYC Parks, tells TMZ… the Urban Park Rangers are monitoring the colorful bird after the Big Apple was hit with its first snowstorm.

People were worried the non-native species would hate the freezing temps, but Park Rangers assure us they're doing everything they can to keep tabs on his health ... and he actually seemed pretty delighted by snowfall.

It's funny ... the duck sometimes leads Rangers on a wild goose chase, because it's difficult to track his every move and he often disappears for days at a time ... but the Rangers eventually find him.

We're told the duck is likely a pet that was let loose in Central Park, and Rangers are prepared to make a rescue attempt if the bird ever appears injured, in need of care, or demonstrates a change in behavior.

Laura Avila, the Dallas realtor who ended up in a coma after a botched nose job procedure in Mexico, has been moved to hospice care ... TMZ has learned.

Laura's attorney, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ ... Laura's family made the difficult decision Saturday to move her into hospice, and the family believes her life is now in God's hands.

We're told the family decided hospice was Laura's best option after deep deliberations with her medical team.

As we reported ... Laura slipped into a coma after surgeons in Ciudad Juarez botched her nose job by incorrectly administering anesthesia.

A Dallas woman who went to Mexico for a nose job is now fighting for her life after the botched procedure put her in a coma, and her family is desperately trying to get her better medical care.

Real estate agent Laura Avila traveled to Ciudad Juarez last month to save some cash on the plastic surgery, as it's significantly cheaper there. Her attorney, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ the anesthesia used on her was administered incorrectly ... and way too early.

We're told the clinic staff left Laura under anesthesia for hours because the head doc was running late. As a result, Laura suffered severe brain swelling and went into a coma.

Laura was stuck in Mexico for 8 days before her family could finally transfer her to a hospital in El Paso, TX, where doctors revealed she'd have to be kept alive with breathing tubes and machines, or be taken off life support. The family now wants a second opinion in Dallas.

The problem ... we're told they're having trouble getting Laura admitted to a facility in Dallas, because she reportedly lacks insurance. The family has created a GoFundMe page to help with medical costs.

Jeff Ross had just left Craig's restaurant Saturday night in WeHo when he started talking to our photog about the California wildfires when suddenly the sound of a crash brought everything to a screeching halt.

A biker got hit by a car just outside the restaurant. It's a dicey street on any given night, with lots of traffic and lots to look at.

Here's a little ditty about a swan that got saved by a vet with a big heart -- or, at least, that's one version of what you're about to see.

The swan was crossing a rainy street in the English town of Guildford -- IN the crosswalk, mind you -- when Prof. Noel Fitzpatrick, a local veterinary surgeon, sprung into action.

Fitzpatrick was afraid the swan was seconds from getting run over, so he followed the wandering bird ... gathered it up in his tweed (naturally) jacket and returned it to a nearby waterway. Yay!!! What a hero, right?

Alternate theory: The poor bird was walking crosstown to meet up with his wife -- swans mate for life, remember -- when the Professor intercepted him. Probably set the poor guy back at least 30 minutes, his wife got pissed and left him. Reverse 'Notebook.' Just sayin'.

New York Jets tight end Chris Herndon always wondered why he had a scar on each hand -- until his parents revealed ... he was born with 12 FINGERS!

"It's weird," the former University of Miami player told SNY ... "They cut them off when I was born."

Herndon says he always wondered why he had tiny nubs next to each one of his pinky fingers -- until his parents explained that he was digitally enhanced.

Now, Herndon says he's got the "leftover pieces" on his hands -- and it's become a cool thing to show off.

It clearly hasn't bothered him on the field -- he's caught a touchdown in each of his last 2 games!

Herndon isn't the only star athlete who was born with extra phalanges -- boxing superstar Danny Garcia has 6 toes on his right foot ... and previously told TMZ Sports he feels it gives him an advantage in the ring!

Post gets most of his deliveries on tour ... spending more than $40,000 over the past year on quick eats from places like Chick-fil-A, Burger King, KFC, Panda Express, and Popeyes.

Fast food isn't the only thing Post can't live without ... some of his favorite orders include a 12-pack of beer, 3 Champagne bottles from Ralphs and 3 bottles of grape Pedialyte. Gotta stay hydrated when you're getting wasted.

As for Post's special requests ... he asked Chick-fil-A for the largest nugget tray they had and once asked for Target's most expensive chess board. Seriously.

A vintage World War II fighter plane -- for the Nazis, not the good guys -- crash landed on one of L.A.'s busiest freeways ... and miraculously the pilot survived.

The plane slammed down Tuesday afternoon on the 101 Highway in Agoura Hills -- just outside L.A. -- and went up in flames. Somehow, the pilot managed to avoid any cars on the freeway, and reportedly got it down cleanly ... until one of the wings clipped the center divider. That's when the fuel ignited.

The aircraft appears to be a Bf-109, a workhorse aircraft in the German Luftwaffe. It's unclear if the plane is a replica or the real deal. The pilot was the only person on board, and was somehow uninjured.

The Weeknd avoided near disaster when an unsecured object fell from the top of a stage and landed just feet away from the singer.

Abel posted a clip from his performance in Mexico City Sunday night that shows a piece of equipment come loose and drop to the ground. Unclear if the singer saw the object fall, but if he did, he didn't flinch and continued to sing "Party Monster" like nothing happened.

A cause for the mishap is not yet known -- but weather conditions were anything but ideal -- it was very windy and poured rain most of the show.

CHUBBS IS BACK!!!

Yeah, that massive 15-foot alligator sauntering through a Florida golf course has a name -- because he's become a "regular" ... and miraculously, no one's been eaten yet!

Chubbs was first spotted at the Buffalo Creek Golf Course in Palmetto, FL back in 2016 -- and has become a social media sensation ever since ... mostly because he's a giant, green monster.

But, the gator returned on Saturday -- with stunned golfers crapping their pants as the carnivore strolled through his home course.

Course officials have said Chubbs is almost like a pet -- he does his own thing and doesn't bother anyone.

Just as long as you keep your distance.

Elon Musk is going all George Clooney/Rande Gerber ... at least it seems that way because he appears to be serious about getting into the tequila game.

Musk has filed legal docs to develop a Tesla-brand tequila. This started as an April Fools joke ... where he tweeted Tesla had gone bankrupt and "Elon was found passed out against a Tesla Model 3, surrounded by Teslaquilla bottles, the tracks of dried tears still visible on his cheeks."

Well it appears it wasn't a joke, because Elon filed docs saying his company intended to manufacture the booze, ID'ing it as "distilled agave liquor."

He even tweeted the mock up of the bottle, adding, "Teslaquila coming soon."

This is creepy, even for Charles Manson -- the hospital gown the notorious murderer was wearing when he died, along with the coroner's toe tag and ALL of his bone fragments are headed to Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum ... a score he's calling the motherload of all motherloads.

The “Ghost Adventures” star tells TMZ ... Manson's grandson, Jason Freeman, gave Zak all of the items this week. They'll be front-and-center at his Vegas Haunted Museum ... which already features Manson's chompers and two paintings -- one that has his urine and another his ashes.

However, the latest cache takes the cake. Manson's hospital gown contains his body fluids ... same goes for the sheet that was draped over Manson's body while it lay in the morgue.

But, that's not all ... how about the electrodes taken off Manson's body after he died, along with his hospital bracelet? Then there are bone fragments ... we're told Freeman scraped the bones from the incinerator after Manson's body was burnt to a crisp. Zak tells us, "This is probably the most powerful possession I now own at my museum."

As for why Freeman donated the items ... Zak tells us Freeman said holding on to them at his home triggered paranormal activity, like weird noises. And then, there's this ... Zak says Freeman told him one day while pulling into his driveway he got a call on his cell from his home phone.

Things got nasty on the set of the upcoming "Joker" movie over the weekend ... we're told extras were locked on a subway car for more than 3 hours, and it got so bad some people started peeing on the tracks.

Sources on set tell TMZ ... extras for the movie were filming a scene in a Brooklyn subway station and they were locked in a train car and denied their break after 2 hours of work ... leading to a sticky situation.

The extras started banging on the subway doors asking to be let out because people needed to use the bathroom, but they were kept inside and eventually resorted to pissing on the tracks through the small spaces between cars.

We've learned SAG received a complaint about a break time violation and they sent a rep to the set to resolve the situation ... and SAG will continue to follow up and monitor the set.

Warner Bros. tells TMZ they're looking into what went down on the tracks.
