Ted Nugent's Wife I Brought Gun to Airport Because of Death Threats
Ted Nugent's wife says she carried a loaded handgun through airport security this week BY ACCIDENT ... a gun she owned because of death threats she had been receiving ... this according to the police report stemming from her arrest.
TMZ broke the story ... 51-year-old Shemane Deziel was busted Thursday morning at Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport for bringing a gun into the terminal.
But according to the police report, she didn't just bring the gun into the terminal ... she actually left it in her carry-on bag to bring it onto the plane ... and it was LOADED.
TSA screeners said they spotted the Smith & Wesson 38 special revolver on an x-ray monitor, and when police inspected Deziel's luggage, they noticed it was loaded with 5 rounds of ammunition with an additional 10 rounds packed in a side pocket of her bag.
Shemane said she had forgotten the gun was in her bag, but stated she had a concealed handgun license in Texas.
After Shemane was placed under arrest, she told police she began to carry the gun for protection after receiving death threats. She didn't specify where the threats were coming from or why she was receiving them. The gun and ammo were seized as evidence.

'Big Brother' Aaryn Evicted I'm Not Racist, I'm Just Texan
Aaryn Gries was evicted from the "Big Brother" house Thursday night ... and on her way out, she told Julie Chen she's not really a racist, she's just a misunderstood Texan.
Seriously ... Gries -- who mocked Asians, trashed black people and referred to a gay houseguest as a "queer" during her stint on the reality competition show -- had the cojones to look Chen in the face and say, "I did not mean to ever come off as racist."
Here's her ridiculous explanation:
"In Texas, we say things. Sometimes we joke and we don't mean it. I feel how bad it is being seen and how I've come across to people. I don't want to seem like that person."
Aaryn -- who told Julie she doesn't remember ever making a racist comment in the house -- added, "I apologize to anyone I offended for that. That was not meant to be serious and if I said those things, I feel horrible for that. I regret that."
Julie -- being the badass that she is -- didn't let Aaryn off the hook and READ some of the offensive comments right to Aaryn's face as Aaryn sat there like a racist, homophobic deer in headlights.
FYI -- Aaryn still has no idea she's been dropped by her modeling agency over her behavior in the house ... because she's made it to the "jury house" and will remain sequestered from the outside world until the show ends in September.

Dave Chappelle HISSY FIT AT LIVE SHOW Tells Off Crowd After Hecklers Interrupt
Dave Chappelle went off on an angry crowd in Connecticut last night -- refusing to perform his material and telling the the audience to BOO THEMSELVES after he was heckled during the show.
Chappelle had only been on stage for a few minutes when he started to become irritated with some loudmouthed people in the crowd. As an act of defiance, Chappelle reportedly sat on his stool and with his mouth shut for several minutes.
Eventually, Chappelle grabbed the mic and told the crowd: "I f**ked up when I left my show, you know why? 'Cause my show only has to be 22 minutes of television. I could've went on television, I could've read the phone book for 22 minutes and I would've got $50 million dollars."
"I shoulda done that sh*t but my ego wouldn't let me. Tonight is different. Tonight my contract says 25 minutes and I have 3 minutes left. and when my 3 minutes is up, my ass is gone."
When people started to boo the comic, Chappelle responded, "You're booing yourself."
After the show, dozens of pissed off fans demanded a refund.
People seem to be divided over Chappelle's reaction -- with comics like Patton Oswalt blaming the crowd: "Dear Dave Chappelle's fans: He's one of the best comedians working, & you're not letting him do what he loves. Stop being a**holes."

Xanax, Adderall, Vicodin We're Gonna SUE Over Druggie T-Shirts
Three major Rx companies are now gearing up to sue a famous L.A. clothing boutique for jacking their product names on snarky jerseys.
Kitson in L.A. is selling shirts emblazoned with popular prescription drug names like Xanax, Vicodin, and Adderall -- drugs that are widely abused and responsible for many deaths.
The people at DrugFree.org have already expressed anger over the shirts ... but now reps for Xanax, Vicodin, and Adderall tell TMZ, they're scrambling lawyers to get the shirts yanked from the shelves ... OR ELSE. The "or else" is a trademark infringement lawsuit.
Adderall's rep tells us, "We had no involvement NOR do we approve of the sale of such a product using Adderall to glorify the misuse of our product."
Vicodin's rep adds, "Prescription drug use should not be trivialized. It is a serious issue and we will be taking legal action to stop the clothing company from trying to sell such a product."
A Xanax rep tells TMZ they're also considering legal action.
Calls to Kitson were not returned.

Sean Kingston DANGER BEHIND THE WHEEL Drinking, Texting, Speeding
Sean Kingston could've killed somebody last night ... 'cause he got behind the wheel of his Lamborghini after BOOZING, pulled out his cell phone to text and then tore down the Sunset Strip at breakneck speeds.
The 23-year-old hip hop star was leaving Bootsy Bellows nightclub ... when we asked him an easy question about his favorite lyric on the new 2 Chainz album.
Sean's response: "I can't remember man ... too much drinks."
Kingston then got into the driver's seat and pulled out his cell phone -- began playing on it -- and then slammed on the gas, rocketing down the street.
It's unclear if Kingston was joking about the drinking -- but it wouldn't be the first time he's tried to drive on alcohol. Back in June, Sean got out of the driver's seat of his Bentley when he realized he was too drunk to drive.
This time, however, there was no such moment of clarity ... and if he continues to get behind the wheel after boozing, it'll only be a matter of time before someone pays the price for Sean's stupidity.

Justin Bieber Sharks and Recreation
Now we know why things have been so quiet in Calabasas ... turns out, Justin Bieber's been on vacation with his pal Lil Za in the Bahamas... where they splashed around with an entire shiver of sharks and TMZ has the pics.
Fun Fact -- a group of sharks is called a "shiver" ... like a "murder" of crows or a "pod" of whales. Weird, right?
Anyway, Bieb and Za stripped down to their swim suits (Za appeared to be in his undies) and played in the turquoise water at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club ... where they hung out with some local Nurse sharks.
Don't worry ... there was no real danger -- while Nurse sharks can grow up to 14ft and weigh over 700 lbs, they generally don't attack humans ...
... unlike some other people we know.

Miley Cyrus RIPPED BY TEDDY BEAR ORG. They're For Cuddling, NOT Twerking!
In case you've been living under a rock -- Miley's been under fire ever since she bumped, grinded and twerked her crotch through an army of seemingly drugged out teddy bears during her VMA performance.
Now, a rep for the Teddy Bear Fund -- an org. dedicated to giving out stuffed animals at abuse shelters -- tells TMZ, "Miley made a poor choice to use a universally loved children's teddy bear in an offensive way."
"There is always good art and bad art -- unfortunately ... this was bad art," the rep adds.
"Hopefully she might consider reversing this situation by giving lots of teddy bears to children in need of comfort."
We tried to find a rep for a foam finger organization -- but apparently, that's not really a thing ... yet.

Chris Brown Reppin' Bloods In Hawaii
Another brilliant move by Chris Brown -- the singer has affiliated himself with a dangerous street gang in L.A. called the Pirus (a subset of the Bloods) ... and he's bragging about it all the way to Hawaii.
Sources tell TMZ, Brown was in Honolulu Thursday, where he hired a guide to take him and his entourage around to places where they could legally spray paint.
Keeping it "legal" was responsible, but then Brown tagged up his signature monster artwork with the phrase "Fruits Piru," an apparent reference to the Fruit Town Piru gang ... next to the phrase, "F*** police."
Brown's even been claiming Piru on Twitter. He's gotten so cocky, he called out Jay Z for not letting Beyonce collaborate with him, and bragging he's not worried about Mr. Z because he's got Blood ties.
Strange ... just last year Chris tweeted, "I'm no gangbanger! where im from we say cuz, blood, folk, woadie, homie, patna, its slang and ebonics! US KIDS USE THESE TERMS."
For the record, Brown's not doing anything illegal by giving a shoutout to a violent gang -- it doesn't even violate his probation. It's just not smart for someone with his record. Really not smart.
But at least it helps explain Chris' red outfits and cars ...

George Zimmerman Shops For Tactical Shotgun
George Zimmerman was on the hunt today -- for a shotgun ... TMZ has learned.
Zimmerman went to Kel-Tec in Cocoa, Florida ... a gun manufacturing company. We're told he was asking questions about the legality of buying a shotgun -- specifically, the Kel-Tec KSG.
The gun in question is a tactical shotgun, often used for home defense. It holds 12 rounds of 12 gauge shells.
And this is interesting ... Kel-Tec manufactures the PF-9 gun -- the pistol Zimmerman used to kill Trayvon Martin.
We're told the owner's son took Zimmerman on a tour of the grounds, including the area where the firearms are assembled. The photo of Zimmerman and an employee (above) was taken inside the assembly plant.
It's unclear if he actually bought the shotgun while he was there.
5:40 PM PT -- We were initially told that Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara was with him at Kel-Tec, but O'Mara tells us that's not true ... he was in court all day today.

Lindsay Lohan Defends Hanging with Old Friends But Really in Danger Zone
Lindsay Lohan is fiercely defending her decision to hang with a friend who has an even more checkered past with drugs than her, and actually thinks it's a positive step for her recovery -- problem is ... she's delusional.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... she doesn't understand why her shopping trip with Vikram Chatwal would raise concerns she's hanging with a bad crowd, and putting herself in danger of a relapse.
As we previously reported ... Chatwal was busted for drug possession in April, but avoided jail by agreeing to 12 months of in-patient rehab.
We're told Lindsay thinks Vikram is good company because, like her, he's been through several rehab stints ... and is currently in recovery.
Here's the flaw in that argument ... multiple drug counselors -- from reputable clinics -- tell us Lindsay's playing with fire by hanging with old friends connected to her partying ways.
Most counselors told us ... it's "not recommended" for recovering addicts to hang with another addict -- especially if it's been a short stretch since they got out of rehab.
Lindsay's been out for 22 days, and while it's unclear when Vikram was last in treatment ...his drug bust was just 4 months ago. Not to mention, neither volunteered for rehab, but had to be forced by a judge.
As one counselor put it ... "Why hang out with someone whose commitment to sobriety isn't airtight."
