Justin Bieber Doing Something in a Tree ... That's It, Really
Boston has Justin Bieber going out on a limb ... and we have no idea why.
24 hours after declaring he doesn't want fans treating him like a "zoo animal" -- Justin climbed into a tree in the Boston Commons and started meditating or stretching ... or both. Hard to tell what the hell he's doing.
The fans who spotted Biebs-in-a-tree say they actually talked to him. Remember, Justin griped his fans weren't interacting with him ... so at least that happened.
Something definitely seems off with him lately, but maybe he's just trying to catch up with friends.

Eagles of Death Metal Gruesome Photos Ear Chewed Off During Concert
An unlucky Eagles of Death Metal fan got Mike Tyson'd, right in the middle of a concert.
A brawl erupted during Saturday's show at Toronto's Opera House, after a man bumped into the ear biter. The victim lost a chunk of his left ear, running from just above the lobe to the curvature.
The Toronto PD tells us the biter was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
A witness says a concertgoer picked up a piece of ear, put it on ice in the hope doctors could reattach it. We don't know if the surgery was successful.

Steve Aoki Animal Rights Group Goes Apes*** Chimps Don't Like Dress Up
Steve Aoki's new music video borders on bestiality ... or at least chimp-on-woman love ... so claims a very angry animal rights group.
The brouhaha is over Steve's vid, "Can't Go Home," where a chimpanzee goes bananas over a chick. The girl in the video parades her prize around in various outfits, including a silver chain and gym shorts.
The North American Primate Sanctuary Alliance is outraged at Aoki and Adam Lambert, who's featured in the song.
NAPSA claims trained primates are poorly treated, often ripped away from their mothers at a very early age and put in training houses where they're abused. Once the entertainment projects are completed, the chimps are viewed as useless and left to psychologically suffer for the rest of their lives.
We reached out to Aoki ... so far no word back.

Minnie Driver Sued She's Blasting My House With Baby Food Jars Full of ...
Minnie Driver's wreaking havoc on her neighbor by chucking baby food jars filled with black paint against his walls ... according to a new lawsuit.
In the docs, Daniel Perelmutter says Driver's made it impossible for him to finish construction on his home, and her obscenity-laced tirades are stressing him out -- a serious issue, since he says he's had a heart transplant.
Daniel's asking the court to remove the electronic gate he used to share with Minnie because she's cut off his access. He also says she's thrown construction materials on his property and blocked in his workers for up to 8 hours -- not to mention those baby food paint grenades.
These 2 have been warring for years -- but now he wants a judge to stop her from blocking his construction.

50 Cent Family Wants $10k for Autism Bullying
The family of the autistic teen 50 Cent bullied still wants the rapper to open up his wallet, but this time it's for a good cause and far less cash ... the family's attorney tells TMZ.
Attorney Matthew J. Hammer says Andrew Farrell and his family want 50 to cough up $10k for Autism Speaks, an autism advocacy group.
The donation is far less than the $1 million Andrew's stepdad was first eyeing.
We're told Andrew and his family received 50's signed, albeit short apology Tuesday via an email after news broke of Andrew's disabilities and were happy he said sorry.
As we reported, 50 got in Andrew's face at an airport accusing him of working while on drugs, when in fact he's autistic and is also afflicted by Asperger's.
50 has yet to answer back about the $10k donation.

'Sesame Street' No STD Worries For Bert & Ernie
"Sesame Street" is threatening a company for suggesting Bert and Ernie may have contracted STDs.
Mately, a company that makes at-home HIV/STD testing kits, used the BFFs in a new campaign aimed at sexual health awareness. Problem is, the 'Street' says nobody at Mately got an OK to use Bert and Ernie's likeness.
A spokesperson for Sesame Workshop tells TMZ, "The Mately ad is an unauthorized, unlicensed use of our characters. We will be contacting Mately and the appropriate parties with a cease and desist letter instructing them to take this down."
Mately got the message loud and clear -- it's removed all Bert and Ernie images from its site and says there was no intent to "tarnish the Sesame Street brand."
Sex keeps getting the famous roommies in trouble. A few years ago "Sesame Street" had to squash rumors about Bert and Ernie being gay. The 'Street' clarified ... they're puppets and don't have a sexual orientation.
This post was brought to you by the letters C and D (cease and desist).

Prince Mad Scramble to Cash In On Famous Image
A free-for-all has erupted over the right to sell merchandise with Prince's mug.
We did some checking, and turns out there's no particular law in Minnesota that protects a person's image after he or she dies. Translation ... when Prince passed away last week, there's nothing in the law specifically prohibiting any Tom, Dick, or Harry from plastering Prince's face on t-shirts, socks, posters, key chains and all things cheesy.
It's way different from places like California and Tennessee, where courts and legislatures have given the estates of dead celebs the right to go after people who try and make a quick buck off famous images.
Fact is ... Minnesota hasn't been home to that many deceased international celebs, so it looks like the courts have never had to deal with protection of images after death.
As a result, there are a bunch of fly-by-night companies that are hawking R.I.P. Prince gear.
We're told Prince's siblings are aware people are profiting off Prince's image, and they're considering filing a test case. It's unclear how the Minnesota courts will rule, but for now it's the Wild Wild West in the Midwest.
Desiigner My Show is SICK! Rapper Pukes Onstage
Kanye West's new artist is making a serious splash in the biz -- by throwing up his guts in the middle of a show, and acting like it never happened.
Desiigner, who 'Ye signed to his label earlier this year, was performing his hit "Panda" Saturday night in NYC. Apparently he caught the same flu bug Prince caught recently ... because while D was jumping around onstage he lost it.
Props to Desiigner though ... he kept the show going.
Even more props to the janitors.

Hollywood Animal Trainer 5 Animal Cruelty Charges for Vicious Tiger Whipping
8:40 AM PT-- Hackenberger just announced he is stepping down as Director of the zoo ... but still proclaims his innocence.
Bowmanville Zoo owner Michael Hackenberger, the trainer PETA filmed whipping a tiger, has been charged with 5 counts of animal cruelty by Ontario's SPCA.
The SPCA filed the charges Wednesday after thoroughly reviewing the Bowmanville Zoo, which he owns and where he trains his animals.
The charges against Hackenberger are based on the video which surfaced 4 months ago, and include causing the animal distress by striking it with a whip handle, repeatedly striking it with a whip, and pushing his thumb into the animal’s eye.
He was also charged for failing to comply with the animal care standards required by law. In Canada, the SPCA has the right to remove animals and file charges. For now, it's only closely monitoring Hackenberger's zoo.
PETA says it's pleased Hackenberger was charged and hopes this ends his "torment of animals made to suffer for human entertainment."

Kylie Jenner Lip Kit Website Glitch Personal Customer Info Exposed
Kylie Jenner's cosmetics site has a shaky foundation, because it's been inadvertently exposing very personal customer information.
Here's the problem. When someone tried to log into the site, it would send them to an existing customer's account, revealing names, email addresses, personal addresses, order history, etc. Every time a customer refreshed the site, it would send them to another customer's account.
Customers of Kylie Cosmetics were understandably upset, and complained to her people. We're told they had no idea it was happening, and just made a quick, temporary fix.
A lot of people could have had their info compromised, because Monday was restock day for Kylie's Lip Kit -- which sold out immediately with over a million kits bought.

Kate Middleton Toe Up! Duchess Goes NO Pedicure
Kate Middleton's been fully exposed ... 'cause now the world knows her royal dogs bark just like her royal subjects' do.
The Duchess of Cambridge kicked off her shoes during a visit to the Gandhi Museum in Delhi with Prince William -- and lo and behold, Kate's feet do NOT get the royal treatment. There is zero evidence of any fancy pedicure or nail polish.
Sure, you'd expect her feet to be done up to the nines, but Kate clearly does things her own way.
So, there ya go ... a princess (duchess) is NOT always waited on hand and foot.

Josh Homme Destroys Autograph Seeker 'You F***ing Loser!'
Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme got into a nasty name-calling exchange with a fan waiting for an autograph, and things nearly got physical.
TMZ got this video of Homme berating the guy -- who says he's a teacher -- Thursday night in Detroit. Homme was leaving an after-party for one his shows, and sources outside tell us the teacher asked for his John Hancock.
We're told Homme thought the guy was just trying to sell autographed memorabilia, and wasn't a real fan. Watch how the singer blew up, calling the guy a "f***ing loser" and a "spoiled mother f***er."
Our sources say the fan replied with a crack about Homme "making money off us buying your $90 tickets and $30 shirts." We're told that's what REALLY fired up Homme.

Jon Jones Ripped By Verne Troyer How Dare You Use the M-Word
Mini-Me is pissed ... with Verne Troyer blasting UFC star Jon Jones for using the M-word to attack Daniel Cormier ... a word that's clearly offensive to little people.
Jones hurled the insult at Cormier during their Twitter war this week -- calling him a "mental m**get"
Troyer says the word is extremely hurtful -- adding that people who use that word are "just naive and I would say stupid."
Troyer says he doesn't necessarily want an apology -- he just wants Jones to stop using the word.
Oh, and now he's also rooting for OSP at UFC 197.

'Gigolos' Star Brace I'm Definitely Not Hooked on Monkeys
A very famous gigolo just learned a very important lesson ... monkeys are way harder to control than chicks.
Brace, one of the stars of "Gigolos," was in the market for a pet after his beloved dog Zeus passed. Fate connected him with Mikey the monkey ... it was an instant disaster.
Mikey went on a tear, breaking drinking glasses, running his tiny motorized car into a family heirloom vase and violently yanking Brace's sister's hair.
3 strikes and the monkey was out. It could have been a financial disaster. He paid just shy of $5k, but the seller had given Brace a 1 week trial period and it took way less time for him to demand a refund.
If you're still curious, Mikey makes an appearance on an upcoming show. But you know, curiosity killed the cat ... which is good because if it didn't Mikey would have done it.
