'Star Trek' actress Alice Eve is now getting the wrath of a furious neighbor who claims she illegally built a fence on city property.

The Hollywood Hills dispute is all over a 6 foot fence installed back in April at the edge of her property. Neighbors were outraged because the fence is blocking off a wildlife corridor, which is NOT part of Alice's property. One angry neighbor filed a complaint with the city.

City officials tell us the beef is legit ... the fence is on government property.

The city tells us Alice was put on notice in July for the violation, and there was a hearing on the matter in September. We're told Alice was not there. We reached out to her camp, but no word back yet.

As of Friday, the fence is still standing. The neighbor who dimed her out to the city is pissed and wants it torn down ASAP. He's clearly not a fan of her work in "She's Out of My League."

He might be alone on that one.

Amber Heard is speaking out about domestic violence in a letter describing the pain victims go through, and in the process ... she might be walking a thin line with Johnny Depp's lawyers.

Amber wrote a letter for the December issue of the fashion magazine Porter. She never mentions Johnny Depp, but it's not hard to connect the dots when she writes, "I never felt anyone would or could rescue me, so naturally I resented the label of victim."

Amber did a similar thing last month when she sat down for a PSA on domestic abuse. The issue is her divorce settlement includes a confidentiality clause prohibiting her from talking about Johnny.

As we reported, he's agreed to pay her $6.8 mil, and Amber says she'll donate the money to charities. The deal could be off if Depp's team thinks she's in violation.

"Silicon Valley" star T.J. Miller got arrested in Hollywood for allegedly making his Uber driver see stars, and not the good rating kind either.

Law enforcement sources tell us T.J.'s driver picked him up from the GQ Men of the Year party early Friday morning, and during the ride they got into an argument about President-elect Donald Trump. The driver claims T.J. slapped him in the head when they got to his house.

We're told the driver got pissed and decided to make a citizen's arrest. He called cops who showed up and took T.J. into custody. We're told the driver did NOT have any visible injuries, and it's he said/he said at this point.

T.J. was released without having to post bail. Our sources say he seemed intoxicated.

Makes sense ... he was in a festive mood Thursday night. Besides the GQ party at Chateau Marmont, T.J. also went to the Vulture Awards bash at Sunset Tower.

Niall Horan looked like he knew he had just let a giant cat out of the bag leaving one of L.A.'s most expensive baby stores with a basket of pink stuff.

Niall's old 1D bandmate, Liam Payne, and his partner, Cheryl Cole, are reportedly expecting in early 2017, but haven't revealed the sex of their baby. Naturally 1D fans jumped to the conclusion the girly stuff Niall's toting is for the couple.

Of course, it's possible the basket is for someone else ... after all, it is the holidays and Liam and Cheryl are hunkered down in London.

Bobby Shmurda's lawyer just pulled a legal rabbit out of the hat -- the rapper has a new opportunity to reduce his prison time.

Shmurda was in court Tuesday with attorney Alex Spiro for allegedly getting caught with a shank behind bars. We're told prosecutors are offering Bobby the chance to plead guilty to a reduced charge of "attempted promoting prison contraband." If he does he could get 1 to 4 years.

Bobby's already serving 7 years for his murder conspiracy case, but if he takes the plea deal for the shank ... the sentence will run concurrently.

Sources close to Bobby say his friends, family and lawyers are all pushing him to take the deal. They're concerned because he's been a loose cannon in court lately.

One of Bobby's counterparts was sentenced to 98 years back in May ... so the possibility of him getting out in anything less than 10 is some damn good deal. Shmurda can think over his decision on the plea until a January 7 hearing.

Just because Blac Chyna's marrying a Kardashian doesn't mean she can get in the club -- the Kardashian sisters are going to war to block her from cashing in on the family name.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney's companies are opposing Chyna's request to trademark "Angela Renee Kardashian" -- which she was trying to lock down for use while working in entertainment, and also on social media.

The mean girls sisters throw down the gauntlet in docs, saying if Chyna gets the trademark they'll "suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill."

Translation: stay in your ex-stripper lane ... you're not one of us.

Make no mistake ... this is nasty. In the docs, they say Chyna is "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity" of the Kardashian name.

One Hailee Steinfeld autograph seeker got an ambulance ride from LAX, but video of the incident makes it seem like he might deserve an Oscar.

Our photog was on the scene as Hailee walked to her car, and the autograph seeker persistently buzzed around her. The dude desperately wanted her Jane Hancock, but Hailee's handler wasn't having it and did get a little physical.

We caught the whole thing on video, and while it didn't seem like mortal combat -- the guy ended up needing medical assistance.

The handler had to talk to cops, and the autograph seeker was writhing in pain in the ambulance.

We don't know if anyone's faking here. We're just saying watch the video ...

Nicki Minaj is getting more than social media backlash for posting video of a woman losing it in Miami -- now a mental health organization is dressing her down for allegedly mocking the woman.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-Miami) is sounding off, just like several of Nicki's fans, saying the clip is an invasion of the woman's privacy, which dehumanizes her.

NAMI says it's pissed Nicki's used her fame -- she has 70 million IG followers -- to influence young people in a negative manner. A rep for NAMI says, "Nobody would make fun of a cancer patient, and mental illness is an illness like any other."

G-Eazy got some unwanted company at a recent music video shoot after a man allegedly attacked his crew simply because they were filming on his block.

Sources close to the rapper say he was in an L.A. neighborhood Thursday making the video. We're told things were running smoothly until one resident took issue with the production on his street. Our source says the elderly man became irate, at one point trying to take a generator and punching a producer.

We're told the situation got even more heated and a scuffle ensued with both sides calling the cops, who showed up, took a report and diffused the situation.

Law enforcement sources tell us they responded to take a report but no arrests were made.

Wayne Brady was surprisingly MIA for opening night of his new play, but he's got an excuse we can all relate to -- he ate way too much on Thanksgiving. Seriously.

We asked Wayne why he missed his debut in "Merrily We Roll Along" Wednesday night, and he told us -- despite rumors of a more serious injury -- it was something way more embarrassing.

Brady assured us and all his fans there's no reason to worry, though ... he's already recovered and will be onstage at the Bram Goldsmith Theater in Bev Hills Friday night.

11:55 AM PT -- Luke's people have responded ... they tell us a man in the front row was making crude hand gestures toward Luke during his show, which was insulting to him and all the families in the area. Concert security saw the man's actions and escorted him out.

Luke Bryan was razzed, hazed and taunted until he snapped and lashing out at a fan during a Nashville concert.

Luke was performing Wednesday night when several fans took aim -- one waved a sign that read, "We can see your camel toe" ... referring to the tight jeans Luke famously wears.

Another fan in the front gave Luke the finger, and that's all she wrote. He walked down, and with his fist wrapped around the mic, smacked the guy in the side of the head.

"Bachelor in Paradise" star Lace Morris is back on the market but she's absolutely certain about one thing -- the matching tattoo she got with ex-fiance Grant Kemp ... ain't going away.

Lace tells us even though she and Grant both got their couple name, "Grace," inked on their wrists, she's planning to keep it because it's not just about her ex and the broken engagement.

Lace says it's a reminder of good times she had with Grant, and memories of shooting 'BiP.' She says she always intended to get a tatt souvenir for her time on the show ... just so happens it ended up being about Grant when they got together.

We're told Grant's not rushing to remove the ink, but he's open to erasing it later. Translation: When a new hot chick wants it gone, he'll lose it.

As for the engagement ring -- reportedly worth almost $100k and bought by production, NOT Grant -- Lace says she's keeping it, unless producers demand it back.

Melania Trump just got what she was after ... the man who posted the YouTube video suggesting Barron had autism is taking the video down.

The guy who posted the video says, "TMZ just contacted me to tell me Melania Trump is threatening a lawsuit over this video ... I never ever meant this as a bullying video."

The video was posted by someone who says he was diagnosed with autism at age 5, and he says he posted the video because he wanted to stop people for bullying Barron over his "weird behavior."

Fact is ... Barron does not have autism and the video perpetuated the bullying, but the guy behind the video says it will come down and he will issue a retraction and an apology to Melania and Barron.

Sources close to 50 tell TMZ, "50 doesn't personally know him however he heard that he was assaulted, as a result of the vlad and Jimmy Henchmen interview that mentioned 50. Mafi personally commented on 50's post, and when 50 saw he was in fact not injured he then deleted the post."

50 Cent made a thinly veiled threat to cut a guy so badly he'd need 150 stitches -- so claims the guy who says all he did was try to interview one of Fiddy's baby mamas.

Courtney "Mafi" Johnson says he booked Shaniqua Tompkins for an interview, and the next day 50 Cent posted a photo of Mafi on his Instagram with the menacing caption: "I have nothing to do with him getting a buck 50 in his face ... now the poor guy has to staple his face together."

Mafi says Fiddy deleted the post after 45 minutes, but the damage was done -- he called police out of concern for his safety and filed an incident report. Cops in Wisconsin, where Mafi lives, say they've looked into it and closed the case.

Mafi says he's meeting with a lawyer to consider his options.

Tampa Bay Lighting winger J.T. Brown didn't get all of his aggression out on the ice Monday night -- smashing a fan's iPhone moments after he was sent to the penalty box after an all-out brawl.

Brown went straight Conor McGregor on Nashville Predator defenseman Ryan Ellis after a blindside hit in the 3rd period.

As Brown was sent off the ice, Preds fan Brendan Johansen began to heckle him ... and that's when Brown reached up and smashed the cell phone.

We spoke with Johansen who says he's not mad and isn't taking any legal action -- but says he hopes the Lightning will spring to get him a new phone ... because his screen got shattered in the mayhem.

As for the game, the Predators won 3-1.
