The cold-hearted bastard who kicked a squirrel off a Grand Canyon ledge will absolutely be hunted down because he pissed off the wrong people ... according to actor Fisher Stevens.

Fisher was outside BOA Steakhouse last night when we told him about the insane story -- 2 French-speaking men recently used bread crumbs to lure the squirrel, and then one of them punted the poor animal into the air. Video of the crime went viral.

Now the suspects have law enforcement on their asses, but Fisher thinks the key to their capture might be PETA's $15,000 bounty.

Fisher's an animal rights advocate himself -- he won the Oscar for "The Cove" -- and thinks the killers won't get away with it while PETA's on the case.

Nicole Murphy went on a search and destroy mission to find Michael Strahan in a Beverly Hills hotel room -- where she suspected he was cheating -- and flew into such a rage she got kicked off the premises.

It all went down at the famous Beverly Wilshire Hotel back in January. Sources tell us Nicole had gotten word that Michael was staying there ... and she suspected he was with another woman.

We're told Nicole showed up at Michael's hotel room, unannounced ... and began banging on the door shortly before midnight, causing a major scene.

Witnesses tell us Nicole was screaming Michael's name, saying, "I know you're in there with some bitch." She also yelled, for all to hear, "It's Michael from 'Kelly and Michael' in there."

The commotion woke up several guests in neighboring rooms -- some of whom stuck their heads out into the hallway. She ranted for 20 minutes before hotel security booted Nicole from the hotel.

We have no idea if Michael was ever in the room ... but the door never opened.

Wiz Khalifa's great defense for blowing off court in Texas Wednesday -- he was hanging out with Megan Fox and Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show."

Sure, Wiz could've kept a low profile -- since there's a warrant out for his arrest -- but instead he popped up as a guest on Fallon's show.

As we reported ... Wiz was supposed to be in court in El Paso Wednesday for his pot bust in May ... but when he didn't show, the judge issued the warrant.

Wiz's next hearing might go something like this: "Your honor. Pictionary. With Megan Fox?!!"

Jay Leno may have a future in competitive eating ... because he's the latest Fatburger XXX challenge champ!

The challenge is both simple and daunting ... devour an entire three-patty, 24-oz Fatburger with all the fixins.

Jay scarfed it down in 5 minutes flat at the new Bev Hills Fatburger. For that he got a certificate.

Jay joins an impressive list of gluttons, including the record holder who scarfed down a 16-patty, 128-oz monstrosity in 35 minutes.

Marlon Wayans made it clear to our photog ... he's unapologetic for generalizing about white chicks on the dance floor.

Marlon took a selfie at a Beyonce/Jay Z concert with a white woman dancing in the background and Instagrammed it with the caption, "UNRHYTHMIC WHITE WOMAN dancing next to me ..."

Marlon took a ration of crap from people who say he was racist. It didn't help that the chick was Australian singer Delta Goodrem, who's pretty popular.

Marlon was leaving Equinox gym in West Hollywood Wednesday when he made it clear ... he stands by his words.

Ludacris landed in Atlanta Monday morning and left one item at the airport ... his 13-year-old daughter ... but Luda says Delta royally screwed up.

Sources tell TMZ ... the two were flying together from LAX to Atlanta, where his daughter Karma was going to catch a connecting flight to NYC solo. Turns out there was a 4-hour layover. Ludacris left his daughter in the first class lounge.

The problem ... Luda's daughter is not allowed to fly without an adult, because she's under 15, so Delta would not let her on the flight.

We're told Delta called Ludacris and informed him the airline would provide adult supervision if he paid a $100 fee, but the rapper refused. So he came back to the airport, picked up his daughter and they went home.

A rep for Ludacris tells TMZ ... Luda booked the flight himself -- a first class ticket -- and was told there would only be a 1 1/2 hour layover. Luda claims he was told when he bought the ticket the only requirement was that an adult needed to be present in NYC when the plane landed -- Karma's mom.

Luda was shocked and angry when Delta changed the rules.

The scene: Mema (grandma) is in her backyard chowing down when her grandson rushes in to say they have a meeting with producer David Weintraub ... who eventually introduces them to Ray J.

There are reports out that Jennifer Garner is pregnant with her 4th kid. Too bad for the 4th non-existent kid, because she's not pregnant.

Nicole Murphy had a secret romantic fling in the Caribbean with former NBA star Jim Jackson in early July -- the exact same time she says she suspected Michael Strahan of cheating on her.

TMZ has obtained photos of Nicole and Jim at the Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton in Puerto Rico, where they stayed from July 7 through July 10.

You see them in a cabana on the beach ... and they got very snuggly. People at the hotel tell us they were hugging, kissing ... definitely affectionate.

Sources close to the exes tell us ... Nicole had gone to P.R. with some girlfriends, and just happened to run into Jim -- an old friend -- and even though they "hung out" ... it was nothing serious.

We're told Michael knew Nicole was taking the trip with her GFs, but was not aware anything went on with Jackson.

We're told Nicole now says she and Michael were "on a break" when she hooked up with Jackson -- but she did not feel the relationship was over.

Robin Thicke was not cavorting with a chick on Lake Perris when he was supposed to be performing a concert ... he was with his son and his nanny.

There have been a slew of reports the chick might be Robin's new girl. But we've learned it's not. Robin, we're told, isn't dating anyone and has no interest in getting back on the saddle ... at least for now. He still wants Paula back ... but he knows it's probably not gonna happen.

As for why Thicke canceled his Indiana concert and hung out on the lake ... we're told he was having vocal issues, so he decided to make the most of a bad situation and spend time with his kid.

NBC's primetime special of Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour has the FCC hot on the tail of the Peacock.

The show -- which aired July 6 -- has triggered a slew of complaints with viewers griping the network allowed obscenity on the air. TMZ has obtained some of the complaints, targeting stripper costumes and Miley rolling around in a bed with half-naked men and women.

The stunt that got a bunch of complaints ... Miley grinding against a costumed Abe Lincoln.

The FCC is investigating whether the content violated its rules against broadcasting "sexual or excretory activity."

CNN is being sued by 2 EMTs who claim one of the network's reporters bit them in a drunken rage.

Arwa Damon -- the Beirut-based senior international correspondent for CNN -- was in the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad back in July. According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- she became "seriously intoxicated" and became unruly and violent.

Authorities arrived and according to the suit ... EMTs Tracy Lamar and Charles Simons were trying to help Damon when the correspondent bit both on their left arms. Simons also claims his knees and elbows were injured. Lamar says she was also bruised.

The suit claims while the EMTs were providing assistance ... Damon played the famous card, saying she was a "major reporter for CNN."

The suit claims CNN knew Damon had a history of becoming drunk and abusive, and had a penchant for violence, even when sober.

Lamar and Simons are each suing CNN and Damon for $1 million.

The trend we hoped would never catch on apparently has, because Sunday afternoon at LAX ... "Orange Is the New Black" star Laverne Cox was seen sporting the infamous V. Stiviano visor.

The Emmy-nominated actress fully channeled Donald Sterling's side piece as she made her way out of the airport and to her waiting car. She kept the visor down and remained silent the entire time, but trust us ... it's her.

The LAPD is worried the paparazzi will start using drones to shoot celebs and their homes. Turns out ... it's already happening.

We've learned a major paparazzi agency -- AKM-GSI -- has been selling drone videos of celebrity homes. Steve Ginsburg, who owns the agency, tells us he has no problem shooting the real estate but he wants nothing to do with images that include actual celebs behind their walls.

Ginsburg is clear - there is no law prohibiting his company from shooting aerial footage of homes ... even if the celebs are in the shot. But he says there would be a "huge backlash" if his or any other agency tried to hawk the footage.

Ginsburg says a photog tried to sell him drone video of Miley Cyrus in her backyard but he wouldn't bite. Miley actually spotted the drone and was pissed ... shooting the aircraft from the ground and uploading it on Instagram to show the intrusion.

Ginsburg tells TMZ, "We have the utmost respect for celebs and we stand by our word that we will not distribute any drone video capturing celebrities on public or private property."
