Trump Supporters Chase Biden Bus Out of Austin, TX Area ... Try to Run It 'Off the Road'

Published | Updated

A group of Trump supporters on the outskirts of Austin reportedly ran a Biden campaign bus out of town after trying to hold an event there ... and, apparently, it got pretty scary.

A few Democratic lawmakers -- who were riding in the Biden bus and hoping to stump for JB and Kamala Harris in Pflugerville, TX on Friday -- tweeted out the frightening encounter as it was unfolding ... claiming they had to abandon their plans for security reasons.

Those reasons, according to them, amounted to a small caravan of Trump supporters who'd been following them along their stops in Texas, and who allegedly harassed the bus when it made a stop near the Austin area. One local politician, Rafael Anchia, even claimed some of the Trumpers were armed, and appeared to be threatening the group inside if they stayed.

Some have claimed the President's own sons were somehow responsible for inciting the crowd to do this, but it's unclear where those accusations stem from. In any case, the trouble didn't stop after the bus decided to get outta Dodge ... because the same group that was protesting them on the ground reportedly hopped in their own pickups ... and gave chase!

There's a bunch of different videos that show at least three to four Trump-flag bearing vehicles tailing the Biden bus along I-35 for a good while, and getting awfully close. A Biden campaign spokesperson even reportedly said the convoy attempted to run the bus "off the road," and was creating a dangerous situation on the freeway for surrounding cars.

In one of the videos, you see a few trucks surround the bus and attempt to slow it down. It's pretty freaky -- but luckily, it doesn't sound like anyone was harmed ... and the Biden campaign was eventually able to get law enforcement to step in and escort them to safety.

BTW, a lot of analysts are saying Texas is a toss-up this time around, and might actually go blue based on polling. Seems these people wanna sweep that fact under the rug and get any trace of Biden's surge away from the Lone Star State ... by any means necessary.

HALLOWEEKEND HALTED

A Halloween party packed to the gills with TikTokers, YouTubers and many others was unceremoniously broken up by cops after numerous complaints that the bash was COVD unsafe.

It went down Friday night in swanky Bel Air, CA., with scores of partygoers crammed together in tight spaces ... most of whom are not wearing masks.

Cops showed at around 2 AM after receiving multiple complaints from neighbors about noise, COVID restrictions and parking issues.

Police broke up the party without incident and the costumed partygoers got up and left ... many with drink still in hand.

No arrests were made and it's unclear if the owner of the house was cited.

Anti-Semitism 'Kentucky Fried Jews' Hitler Merch Pops Up Online, Website Down

Published | Updated

An online design store is accused of selling several grossly anti-Semitic products featuring Hitler made to look like Colonel Sanders with the logo for KFJ -- Kentucky Fried Jews.

The offensive images hit social media Thursday, purportedly showing items for sale on bapup.com -- including cell phone cases, face masks, neckties, umbrellas and more. However, late Thursday night the online store was seemingly shut down.

The site now has a message saying ... "Due to an ongoing internal investigation of our designer activities and an upgrade to our database system, our site is temporarily unavailable."

Many people online claim they contacted the site about the offensive content, while others went to the site's hosting company, GoDaddy, to report it as well.

Looks like it worked, but it's unclear if the products displayed were ever really for sale, or just mocked up. We've reached out to BapUp to find out if people were actually able to buy the disgusting crap ... no word back yet.

Maskless Woman Goes on 'Kung Fu' Attack In Racist Outburst

MASKLESS MOVES

This woman's taking face mask tirades to the next level, adding a disgusting racist tirade that included her busting out alleged Kung Fu moves on an Asian employee.

This all went down at Shoppers Drug Mart in Ontario, Canada where the employee had told the customer she had to wear a mask while inside the store ... and that set off the so-called "battle" you see in the video.

The maskless customer claimed she was doing Kung Fu because, "I know you know martial arts. So do I!" The employee desperately tried to get the woman out of the store and threatened to call police.

As if the situation couldn't get more bizarre ... the maskless woman appeared to threaten the employee with her own blood. You can see her waving a tissue she claimed had her blood on it.

Security ultimately arrived but the woman had bolted.

Costco Monkey Labor Farms Ain't Cool ... Pulling Coconut Milk Brand

Published

So, this is nuts -- a popular coconut milk brand allegedly uses abused monkeys to harvest its product, which is why you won't see it on Costco shelves anymore.

The wholesale giant says it's discontinuing Chaokoh coconut milk after PETA made it aware of the alleged monkey business going down in Thailand. We know it sounds like a joke: How many monkeys does it take to pick a coconut?

But, according to PETA, there's no punchline ... just monkeys taken from their families to be chained, caged, and forced to become "coconut picking machines" until their deaths.

Now, for its part, Chaokoh denies PETA's abuse claims, saying ... "We do not engage the use of monkey labour in our coconut plantations" -- and adds all of its suppliers have signed an agreement not to do so either.

Costco isn't buying that, clearly, as it follows Walgreens, Food Lion, Giant Food and Stop & Shop in yanking the company's products.

Applebee's Disputes Woman's High Chairs Account ... It Was a Fire Hazard!!!

Two babies, one high chair
UPDATE

2:19 PM PT -- A rep for Applebee's has doubled down on what was told to cops about a fire hazard, telling TMZ ... they simply couldn't put 2 high chairs where Malcolm wanted, because it would've been dangerous. They even attached photos to show where her booth was, and you can see ... it's right near a set of stairs that appear to lead to an exit. Pretty tight space.

UPDATE
UPDATE

They add, "We made attempts to reseat the party at a different table that would safely accommodate children in the two high chairs. While we understand the guests may have been disappointed to not be seated at the booth of their choice, we must adhere to local guidelines to maintain a safe dining experience for all our guests."

Here's an odd one -- a woman was arrested at an Ohio Applebee's after getting ticked off the restaurant refused to give her 2 high chairs for 2 babies ... and she streamed the encounter live.

Shannel Malcolm hit record when she and her family -- consisting of 5 people total -- allegedly got a hard time Sunday evening from the staff ... all because, she says, she wanted 2 high chairs for her twin 1-year-olds. Seems like a simple request, right?

Well, the Marion County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ ... Applebee's told responding deputies they denied Shannel the high chairs because she wanted them at a booth, which the restaurant told her would cause a fire hazard.

So, cops say the staff told them they offered to seat her at another table that could safely accommodate the 2 high chairs ... but it doesn't sound like that went over well.

The Sheriff's Department says they tried calming down Shannel, who they say was acting unruly and wasn't cooperating. There's no evidence in the video she posted ... in fact, she was complimentary to the cops. However, they ended up arresting her after cops first tried to resolve it by just giving her a court summons.

She was booked for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice, and released later that evening.

One last thing about this ... in her disbelief at the situation, Shannel -- who is Black -- does make mention of 2020 being "real," and her eyes being "open" in light of this. Unclear if she was insinuating racism was in play here .... but if so, she never explicitly says so.

Now there's a movement growing to boycott the Applebee's over the episode. We've also reached out to the restaurant for more clarification ... so far, no word back

Breonna Taylor Grand Jurors Speak, Feel Betrayed Over Lack of Homicide Charges

Published | Updated

Two grand jurors in the Breonna Taylor case are speaking on camera to call out Attorney General Daniel Cameron -- who they say betrayed them by never giving them a chance to consider murder or manslaughter charges against the officers.

CBS News' Gayle King spoke to the 2 male jurors -- one Black and one white -- who told Gayle they wanted to set the record straight about Cameron's characterization of their thinking.

The takeaway from their statements ... the AG's office did NOT present them any possible murder charges, attempted murder charges or manslaughter charges -- which the two jurors believe would've been appropriate to consider, had they been given a chance to do so. The jurors make clear that after 20 hours of testimony, they thought that's where the case was going -- murder charges against the cops -- but when they got to the finish line ... all Cameron's team had for them was a wanton endangerment charge.

Gayle asks if the room said something in that moment, when nothing but a minor charge against former Officer Hankison was presented -- and both men say yes, telling her there was uproar and confusion. The answer they say they got back from prosecutors ... that's all that would stick.

THE BLOW-BY-BLOW

There's more ... the grand jurors say they were pissed when Daniel Cameron got up to the podium on the day he broke down their decision and told the media that even though there are 6 possible homicide charges under Kentucky law ... none of them applied to this case since the officers were justified in firing back in self-defense, and that the grand jury agreed.

The men say that couldn't be further from the truth, adding that the first time they'd heard about 6 possible homicide charges was right then and there when Cameron made it seem like it was their decision.

Speaking of the firing back at Kenneth Walker -- who says he fired one warning shot, thinking the cops were intruders -- the 2 anonymous grand jurors here say they find his story believable, and that there are too many inconsistencies with the officers' accounts.

"MILLION PERCENT SURE"

The white juror says that night of the raid was a complete mess on the LMPD's part -- no leadership, no solid plan and no organization ... just a ragtag team winging it. The Black juror puts it a bit more bluntly as far as the aftermath -- telling Gayle the state of Kentucky covered their ass and the ass of those officers, saying, "they covered it up."

One last thing ... AG Cameron recently told a FOX affiliate if the grand jurors wanted to ponder more charges in the moment, they could've -- doesn't sound like that was the case, though.

Trump's Omaha Rally Hundreds Stranded in Cold Afterward ... Bus Fiasco Leads to Hospitalizations!!!

Published | Updated

President Trump's rally at an Omaha airport left hundreds of his supporters feeling ice cold ... and several ended up in the hospital!!!

After Trump finished addressing a large crowd Tuesday night at Omaha's Eppley Airfield -- where he said, "Is there any place you would rather be than a Trump rally on about a 10-degree evening?" -- the bundled-up Prez got back on Air Force One and jetted off ... as temperatures got even colder.

Now, Trump was exaggerating -- it wasn't 10 degrees -- but the temp was below freezing and when his supporters had to wait to get on shuttle buses to take them back to distant parking lots, it became a major problem.

The buses were unable to accommodate for the amount of people waiting, leaving attendees standing in the cold for hours ... including many elderly folks.

Police tried to help get the most at-risk people to warmth and safety, but at least 7 people were reportedly taken to local hospitals. After waiting for hours, many people gave up on the buses and walked to their vehicles about 3 miles from the rally site.

According to the Trump campaign ... it provided enough buses for everyone, but there was a traffic jam on the 2-lane road leaving the airport after the event.

Typically, Trump rallies are inherently dangerous due to the lack of face coverings in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic -- but in late October in Nebraska, there are other risks too.

Miami University Football Players Charged ... After Insane Brawl At Fraternity Caught On Video

Published

Three Miami University football players have been hit with criminal charges ... after cops say they were involved in a MASSIVE brawl at a fraternity house that was caught on video.

According to the Oxford Police Dept. in Ohio, 19-year-old TE James Bomba, 19-year-old WR Dimitri Mitsopoulos and 18-year-old DB Terrell Rush were all charged Tuesday.

Cops say they played at least some role in an Oct. 3 melee at the Theta Chi fraternity house near the Oxford, Ohio campus that left several people hospitalized.

In video of the brawl -- released shortly after the incident -- you can see the fighting was widespread ... with people tackling each other and throwing wild haymakers.

Cops said after the fracas was broken up ... a few people were hospitalized -- and one person claiming to have witnessed it all told WLWT5 that somebody was hit in the eye with a golf club and suffered a broken orbital.

Police say Bomba was ultimately charged with assault and criminal trespass; Mistopoulos was hit with 2 counts of assault, 2 counts of criminal trespass and 1 count of disorderly conduct; while Rush was charged with trespass.

The University said in a statement to WLWT5 that all 3 players have been suspended from the team indefinitely ... and they could face further school punishment going forward.

"With the OPD criminal investigation concluded, Miami has begun its investigation into the incident," school officials said. "Miami University holds its students to high standards of conduct and will not tolerate violence."

"Students who engage in misconduct face student disciplinary action up to and including suspension or dismissal."

The Miami Univ. football team is slated to open its season on Nov. 4 against Ball State.

As for what led up to the attack, several fraternity members told WLWT5 there was an incident at the house the previous night -- when members told an uninvited guest to leave.

The fraternity members believe the people who showed up the next day to fight were connected to that uninvited guest and may have been looking for revenge.

The fraternity members say some of the attackers showed up to the house wearing masks, hoodies and gloves.

In other words, the members believe the attackers showed up looking for violence.

2020 Election 'Trump Store' Collecting Ballots ... Undercover Video Shows

Published | Updated

Here's a GOP campaign HQ in California, doubling as a Trump merchandise store, AND allegedly collecting ballots -- a state violation -- according to this undercover video.

The video was shot in Newport Beach and shows "Trump Store" employees offering to collect a voter's ballot for storage in their safe. The footage was filed with a complaint made to the Orange County Registrar of Voters.

Vice obtained the video which briefly shows the inside of the store filled with Trump merch, before the lens is covered ... but you can clearly hear the conversation about collecting ballots. An employee, or volunteer, says "it's very safe" to drop off a ballot there.

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla and Attorney General Xavier Becerra fired off a cease and desist to the California GOP over its use of ballot boxes. The person who filed the complaint says the video was shot after that cease and desist.

The GOP has defended using ballot boxes, claiming they are legal under the state's ballot collection law.

Murder Hornets' Queen She Lives!!! Still in Tree, Job Not Done

Published

Washington officials would've really liked to say, "off with her head" ... as it relates to the queen bee hornet in that nest they destroyed ... but, sadly, they can't just yet.

The Washington State Department of Agriculture has confirmed their team from the Pest Program who ventured into the woods this weekend did NOT retrieve the mother of the hive -- the queen remains in the tree as far as they can tell ... implication being, she's alive.

An official for WSDA also told 'GMA' the tracker they recently placed on another one of those hornets was also still in the trunk ... so clearly, there's still some buggers in there somewhere. They say they sucked out roughly a hundred or so with their high-tech mission.

You'll recall ... about ten of those folks went out there at the crack of dawn Saturday in a sneak attack of sorts -- hoping to catch the hornets off guard by wrapping the area where their nest was in plastic wrap, filling it with a substance and then sucking 'em out dry.

They captured quite a lot in their haul -- but it appears the most important one remains ... and they might need to head back for a 2nd go. The WSDA official adds ... there are probably a handful of other nests they need to locate in the state, so the job's definitely not done.

Here's another scary factoid about these little bastards ... apparently, they can sting you with their venom multiple times. Not only that, but they can SPIT IT TOO!!! Worst of all, the hornets have a habit of wiping out bee colonies -- which can affect our crops/food supply.

Take heed, y'all.

Washington D.C. Buildings, Shops Boarding Up ... Prep for Election Violence

Published | Updated

Trouble may be just around the corner in this volatile election/pandemic year, because businesses coast-to-coast are starting to board up in anticipation of election unrest.

Washington D.C. is starting to shutter itself ahead of what might turn out to be a violent day and/or night. Check out these photos taken Monday in the business district of Downtown D.C. -- just a stone's throw from the White House. As you see, lots of different buildings and shops in the area are nailing up wooden boards to cover windows.

Construction crews are on hand doing their thing as passersby look on at an ominous scene -- folks don't usually do this unless they expect people to break in, like in a riot, for example.

D.C. isn't alone. Beverly Hills is bracing for unrest and the pricy shops on Rodeo Drive will also be boarded up ahead of November 3rd.

We saw a lot of this during the social justice protests that took place over the summer. This promises to be even more intense.

Phil Collins Demand Letter to Trump ... No More 'In the Air' at Your Rallies!!!

Published | Updated

Phil Collins is still NOT feeling Donald Trump's rally playlist ... he wants the Prez's campaign to quit pumping "In The Air Tonight" through its PA speakers.

Here's the deal ... Trump's campaign blared Phil's hit song at his Des Moines rally earlier this month -- and at several others since then -- and the singer is royally pissed.

Phil's legal team fired off a cease and desist letter to Trump's camp, obtained by TMZ, claiming the song choice makes it seem like Phil's fully onboard the Trump train, which he's not.

In the legal doc, Phil says he wants no affiliation whatsoever with Trump or his campaign ... and he rips the President for seemingly making light of the coronavirus pandemic with the song choice.

101420_donald_trump_1_4867539 10/14/20
IT'S IN THE AIR

Phil says he doesn't condone trivializing COVID-19 and says he's worried Trump's gonna stain his reputation if he keeps playing the song at rallies.

He also claims Trump pulled the same stunt back in June at the infamous Tulsa rally, and didn't respond to an earlier cease and desist.

Bottom line ... Phil's demanding an assurance from Trump that he'll keep his songs off his playlists at future rallies.

Jared Kushner Trump Policies Help Black People But They Have to Want It

Published | Updated

President Trump's setting up the Black community for success, but they've gotta pull themselves up by the bootstraps ... that's basically what Jared Kushner's now suggesting.

The president's aide, son-in-law, made the remarks Monday morning while discussing Trump's campaign working with Ice Cube. On "Fox & Friends" he claimed Cube was an example of the "groundswell of support" for POTUS in the Black community.

Kushner attributed that support to Trump's policies "that can help people break out of the problems that they're complaining about."

The word "complaining" is already pretty objectionable phrasing. But, then he added this ... "He [Trump] can't want them to be successful more than they [the Black community] want to be successful."

In other words, if Black folks aren't doing well, that's on them ... not the President.

Kushner went on to claim the Black community is realizing Trump is working for them and delivering results, and they want to get on board.

As we reported ... Ice Cube has been collaborating with the Trump administration on a plan to improve Black lives in America, but he told us he's down to work with Democrats too.

San Diego Man Threatens to Jump Off Roller Coaster Cops Try Talking Him Down

THE SCARY SCENE
UPDATE

4:39 PM PT -- San Diego PD tells TMZ ... they got a call around 1:30 PM about a guy who'd climbed the fence at Belmont Park and made his way to the top of the ride. We're told their negotiating team is out there now trying to get him safely down ... as he's threatened to jump.

A guy is threatening to jump off the very top of a roller coaster in San Diego ... and authorities have been unsuccessful thus far in talking him down.

This is happening right now at what appears to be Belmont Park, atop the Giant Dipper attraction -- also known as the Mission Beach Roller Coaster. As you can see, there's a man up there at the highest peak (which is said to reach around 75 feet), looking out.

He's not in a car -- doesn't look like the ride is even operating right now, but somehow ... he climbed his way to the tip-top and has been screaming, making threats and acting erratically for at least an hour now, according to eyewitnesses. We're told many on the ground there believe he's prepared to jump ... and that the fire department and police are on the scene.

We're told the guy's been pacing back and forth as negotiators try speaking to him, but thus far ... no sign of him cooperating. Witnesses also tell us the man has yelled out that he's 21 years old and that he's "no fool." There's about 100 people scattered about watching.

It's a delicate situation obviously -- a fall from there would likely kill him, so the folks running point on this don't wanna scare him into anything rash.

We've reached out to the police for more details ... so far, no word back.
