Madonna & Rocco Gonna Dress You Up ... In a Mask

6/1/2016 7:04 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0601-madonna-rocco-ritchie-broadway-masks-INF-01Madonna finally got what she wanted ... her son Rocco back in New York City and she's wasting no time getting in some QT.

Madge took Rocco, older sis Lourdes and some pals out Tuesday to the off-Broadway show "Sleep No More." They all left wearing masks -- it's part of the show -- but their cover was already blown.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie made peace a couple months ago in their custody war over Rocco -- and it looks like he's out of school in the U.K. now, and ready to hang with Mom.

Happy ending for everyone.

5/26/2016 8:18 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0526-bristol-palin-levi-johnston-tmz-gettyBristol Palin scored a major victory in court when a judge ordered Levi Johnston to pay up a ton of back child support.

According to docs, the court is telling Levi to fork over $61,915.20 to Bristol for their 7-year-old son, Tripp.

Bristol and Levi had been locked in a bitter legal war for years, but we're told they've recently hashed things out and agreed to joint custody. The back child support was the last hurdle.

We're told Bristol and Levi are in a good place -- he's been keeping up on payments, and plans to chip away at the lump sum owed.

Chris Brown Scores Big Legal Victory in Custody War

5/25/2016 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0524_chris_brown_nia_guzman_tmz-instagramChris Brown annihilated his baby mama in court Tuesday, after a judge pooh-poohed her request to restrict Brown's custody because of alleged drug use and gang affiliation.

Nia Guzman claimed Chris was unfit to care for Royalty without strict supervision. She wanted a monitor and more ... Nia asked the judge to reduce the amount of contact he has with the 1-year-old.

The judge wasn't having it, so the status quo remains. We're told Chris and Nia will continue to have joint legal and physical custody. Under the existing custody order, Chris gets 12 days a month with his daughter and it will continue to be unmonitored.

Nia's also gunning for more child support, although that wasn't on the table. She's getting $2,500 a month but wants it upped to nearly $16k a month.

'Teen Mom' Star Gary Shirley Keeps The Kid ... and Scores Cash!!

5/23/2016 12:50 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0519_gary-shirley_amber_portwood_daughter_tmz_instagram"Teen Mom" OG star Gary Shirley is set for a great Father's Day ... he's keeping primary physical custody of his daughter with Amber Portwood ... and mama's paying child support.

Gary and Amber have been locked in a custody war for years over 7-year-old Leah.

Amber lost primary custody in 2011 and then went to prison for drug possession the following year. Amber says late last year they agreed to joint legal custody with primary physical custody going to Gary. They have since been fighting over child support.

The parents were in an Indiana court last week and struck a settlement. Gary will retain primary physical custody. As for child support ... Amber has to fork over $1,200 per month.

They both say they can put their beef behind them and properly co-parent their kid.

Ciara Loses Big to Future in Custody War

5/17/2016 7:53 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0516-ciara-future-tmz-2Ciara got shot down in a big way in custody court Monday ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the former couple say Ciara showed up in court asking for sole custody of their 1-year-old son, baby Future. She claimed Future was a bad parent who was not present in the child's life. We're told she and her lawyer also trash talked Future to the judge, saying he was a bad person.

For his part, Future showed up and asked for joint custody, and the judge was squarely on his side, rejecting her arguments.

California courts favor joint custody, so the decision was in line with the law.

We got Ciara leaving court, and she was mum.

It's been a bitter battle since baby Future was born. She's filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against him. The case is ongoing.

Brian Dunkleman Nuclear Custody Battle Assaults, Alcoholism, Child Stealing Allegations

5/13/2016 1:36 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0513-brian-dunkleman-divorce-GETTY-03Brian Dunkleman is in the middle of one of the nastiest custody fights in Hollywood ... with each firing various claims including physical abuse, alcohol addiction and child stealing.

Dunkleman says his wife, Kalea, is an alcoholic who is so out of control she poses a danger to himself and their 3-year-old son, Jackson. He says she has drunkenly punched him in the face and is now involved with a cartel drug dealer she met in rehab.

The former "American Idol" host says he was so fearful he took Jackson to New York last month, went to court and got an order giving him temporary physical custody, pending a hearing.

For her part, Kalea says it's Brian who's the abuser. She says he has picked her up and thrown her against a wall in front of their son and has verbally abused her, calling her a c***, an abomination and a useless bitch. And she says he's so abusive he once locked her out of the house and made her pee outside while he smirked at her.

She admits she's had alcohol problems -- she says drinking was part of her job as a publicist for big chefs like Wolfgang Puck, but she insists she's now on the straight and narrow.

Kalea is asking a judge to order Brian to immediately return Jackson to California.

They've been married since 2007.

'West Wing' & 'GOT' Director I Lost Half In Divorce But I Get To Keep My Emmys!!!

4/9/2016 12:20 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0202-alex-graves-imdb-hbo-01Emmy award winning TV director Alex Graves has finally hashed out a divorce settlement with his wife of 19 years ... and the split was pretty much even-steven.

Wife Sarah got half of the income from all his shows ... a pretty penny since Alex's resume boasts 2 Emmy wins for "The West Wing" and episodes of "Game of Thrones." His credits also include stints behind the lens on "The Practice," "Fringe," "Ally McBeal," and "Shameless."

That's not all ... Alex has to pay Sarah $8,625 per month in spousal support, plus a bonus if he earns more than $425k a year.

The couple will have joint custody of their two teenage children. Alex must cough up $5,657 a month in child support.

Silver lining: he got to keep his parent's antique furniture and both Emmys.

Blac Chyna Tyga's Full of Crap He's Making My Life Hell

4/7/2016 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

040616-tyga-blac-chyna-tmzBlac Chyna is privately calling BS on Tyga for pretending to be supportive of her engagement to Rob Kardashian ... we're told her ex is really trying to destroy her life.

Sources directly connected to Chyna tell TMZ, Tyga has gone to great lengths to drive a wedge between their son, King, and her. We're told he's filed legal docs trying to wrestle custody from her and will not back down.

Our sources say Tyga will not even speak to Chyna ... their only direct contact is email. We're told he changed his cell and won't give her the new number. Most of the parenting decisions are made with their nanny as the go-between.

What's more, our Chyna sources say Tyga and his crew have been on a campaign to destroy her reputation, calling her a "drunk whore," "deadbeat mama" and "nasty bitch."

Madonna Plays Let's Make a [Custody] Deal ... In London

4/7/2016 7:18 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0407-madonna-heathrow-airport-SPLASH-02Madonna flew into London Wednesday, presumably to follow judge's orders and hash out a custody deal with ex-hubby Guy Ritchie.

A judge ordered Madge and Guy -- who have been at war for years over how to raise Rocco -- to come up with a plan on how they will handle custody of the 15-year-old, who now lives with Guy in London.

The judge laid down the law last month, urging them to call a truce for the benefit of the boy. And the judge made it clear ... if they don't come up with a plan, he will.

No word if she bought 2 return tickets.

Mel Gibson Baby Mama Gunning for Epic Payday

3/19/2016 12:50 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0318-oksana-grigorieva-mel-gibson-TMZ-01Mel Gibson clearly loves his little daughter, but he's gotta be regretting hooking up with the kid's mom, who's going back to court for a bloody fortune.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva is asking the family law judge to increase her child support from $20k a month to well over $100,000 a month.

Our sources say Oksana wants significantly more than $10k a month just for security, even though we're told she can't point to any security risk involving 6-year-old Lucia.

The case is about to go to trial, with Oksana claiming she needs to support a lifestyle of vacations, travel, lodging and other items that make Mel look like mobile home material.

TMZ broke the story, Oksana got $20k a month and a house from Mel after a brutal legal fight.

Lane Kiffin's Wife Files For Divorce 'Irreconcilable Differences'

3/10/2016 3:53 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

0310_Lane-Kiffin_LAYLA-KIFFIN-GETTY-2He said it was coming ... and now Lane Kiffin's wife has made it official -- filing divorce papers in Los Angeles ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Layla Kiffin -- who married the Alabama offensive coordinator back in July 2000 -- pulled the trigger on March 4th ... citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple has 3 minor kids together -- and she's asking the court for joint legal custody. However, she wants primary physical custody with Lane getting visitation.

We're guessing the proposed arrangement has to do with Lane's busy traveling schedule.

Layla is also asking for spousal support -- but notes the two are engaged in mediation to resolve other undisclosed issues.

Lane issued a statement about the split back in February saying the decision to break up was mutual -- adding, "We will maintain an amicable relationship with respect for each other as we raise these three wonderful children."

Madonna & Guy Ritchie Scolded by Judge in Custody War ... You're Hurting Rocco!

3/2/2016 12:37 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF
Breaking News

0202-guy-ritchie-madonna-rocco-TMZ-INSTAGRAM-01Madonna and Guy Ritchie both called into a New York custody hearing Wednesday afternoon, and the judge went after them ... saying THEY are the ones hurting their 15-year-old son Rocco

Here's what went down in court ...

- Rocco is currently enrolled in school in London. Rocco's attorney called it a "great fit for him."
- The judge is pleased about the school decision and doesn't want to move Rocco out of the school.
- Rocco's attorney said the uncertainty of the situation is having a negative effect on Rocco, but the judge says the real problem is the "inability of the parents to come up with a solution."

Bottom line -- the judge isn't forcing Rocco to move back to New York with his mother at this time ... but is urging Madonna and Guy to find an amicable resolution to visitation issues.

If they can't, the judge is ready to intervene.

Madonna, Guy Ritchie Showdown In Rocco Custody War

3/2/2016 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

0301_madonna_rocco_guy_ritchie_getty_instagramMadonna and Guy Ritchie will square off in court Wednesday over custody of their 15-year-old son Rocco, and we've learned Madonna has changed her strategy.

As we reported, the singer and Guy have not gotten along since their 2008 divorce. In fact, we're told they aggressively dislike each other.

Madonna's initial strategy to get her son back was to trash Guy's parenting skills. She believes he's way too permissive and Rocco suffers as a result. Our Madonna sources say she is an extremely strict and controlling parent ... which often benefits the boy, but at the same time pisses him off.

Now we're told Madonna has changed her tune. Rather than trying to force Rocco back to the U.S. through a judge's order, she's trying to win him back by proclaiming her undying love ... frequently through social media.

That said, as one well-connected Madonna source told us, "She always has to be right. It's her nature. She and Guy have disagreed on every [child rearing] decision they talk about, and it's made her feel like he's a bad parent."

Rocco -- who's been living with his dad since late December -- will have a voice in where he ends up living.
