Warren Sapp Arrested for Domestic Battery

Former NFL star Warren Sapp was arrested by Miami Beach police this afternoon and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery stemming from an allegedly violent confrontation with his girlfriend.

According to the Miami Beach Police Department, Sapp is accused of attacking his girlfriend of two years at around 5:00 AM Saturday at the Shore Club Hotel.

According to the arrest report, the alleged victim had "a swollen right knee and bruises on the back of her neck."

She claims Sapp allowed her to sleep in his hotel room -- then came into the room early in the morning and pulled her out of bed. The alleged victim says they began arguing about guys she was hanging out with earlier Friday night.

Sapp's girlfriend told cops that during the argument Sapp "grabbed her and began to choke her." He eventually threw her out of the room, she claims.

'Apprentice' Reject -- Before the DUI

She looks happy here, but we're guessing that smile was nowhere to be found hours later when "Apprentice" wannabeen Heidi Androl was busted for DUI.

Here's Heidi at Club Nokia Sunday night for an event for the L.A. Kings, the team she hosts a webcast for, before hopping into her car and getting arrested.

As we previously reported, Androl was later pulled over for driving way too slow on the freeway, where she then performed "poorly" on field sobriety tests and was taken in.

Katt Wiliams is becoming really familiar with the Coweta County penal system. Dude was arrested earlier this week for "a bond issue."

Williams was arrested late Wednesday afternoon in Newnan, Georgia -- details surrounding the arrest are sketchy, but Katt posed for two mug shots at 6:54 PM that evening.

As we first reported, Katt was involved in an incident at a Newnan Walmart earlier today ... stay tuned.

Girls Gone Wild At Justin Bieber Mall Signing

Cops tell TMZ a young girl was hospitalized this afternoon after fans went crazy ... anticipating the arrival of 15-year-old music star Justin Bieber at a Long Island mall.

Cops said the girl was taken out of the Roosevelt Field mall on a stretcher just moments ago.

Bieber never showed, because over 1,000 screaming girls showed up and mall security lost control of the crowd. The senior vice president for sales at Def Jam Records, 44-year-old James Roppo (mug shot, below right), ended up getting arrested.

Bieber posted the following message on his Twitter account, pleading with his fans to leave the mall:

"The event at roosevelt mall is cancelled. please go home. the police have already arrested one person from my camp. I dont want anyone hurt."

The injured girl should be okay.

: Employees at Abercrombie Kids tell TMZ someone in the mall falsely screamed out that Justin was inside their store, so a ton of kids rushed the place. The workers said a fight broke out in front of the store -- and that it wasn't the only fight that occurred.

NFL Legend Gets House Arrest for Coke Bust

Jacksonville Jaguars legend Jimmy Smith pled guilty to possession of cocaine yesterday ... and was sentenced to spend the next six months in residential lockdown.

The former NFL star was arrested in Florida back in April, when cops pulled him over for having excessive window tinting ... then found coke, pot and drug paraphernalia in his car.

The other three charges Smith was facing -- possession of marijuana, using or possessing drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle with a suspended license -- will all be dropped as long as he plays by the rules.

Smith was also sentenced to 18 months probation, his license was revoked until his probationary period is over, he has to pay $1,000 in fines and complete weekly counseling and random drug screenings during his six months under house arrest.

Wu-Tang Entourage Arrested for Blowin' Smoke

Two guys who kinda-sorta-sometimes perform with the Wu-Tang Clan rap group have been arrested in Arkansas ... on a tour bus that cops say was "filled" with marijuana smoke.

Ronald Bean (left) and Patrick Charles (right), aka DJ Mathematics and Streetlife, respectively, were busted last night after a routine traffic stop turned into a scene from "How High."

According to the police report, the officers opened the bus door and "could immediately smell the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the interior of the bus ... the bus was filled with smoke and the odor of marijuana."

The cops claim when they went onto the bus, they noticed "marijuana blunts and residue were laying in plain sight." Cops also claim they found 110 ecstasy tablets hidden inside a can and $8615 in cash.

In total, 8 men, including Math and Street, were arrested on suspicion of drug possession with intent to sell -- the bus driver was released with a speeding citation.

Katt Williams was arrested early Monday morning in Georgia and is being held on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. He's being held in Coweta County jail and is set to face a judge today.

Power Ranger -- I Wasn't Mighty Drunk

Because one Power Ranger story today just isn't enough, here's one more: The Black Ranger just pled not guilty to DUI.

Lawyers for Walter Jones -- the dude who donned black spandex to fight Rita Repulsa as "Zack Taylor" back in the day -- were in an Alabama court yesterday to enter the plea.

Jones was arrested back in July when cops said he was driving while hammered around 4 AM.

A trial has been set for mid-November.

'Three's Company' Star Charged with DUI

TMZ has learned "Three's Company" star Joyce DeWitt was just charged with DUI over her drunken driving arrest earlier this year.

DeWitt -- who was stopped on July 4 by cops in El Segundo, CA -- was charged with one count driving under the influence and one count driving while having a BAC of .08 or higher.

The complaint, filed yesterday by the L.A. County District Attorney, shows DeWitt blew a .15 -- almost two times over the legal limit.

John Mayer's $25,000 Mug Shot

Kurt Angle Busted for Alleged Harassment

TNA Wrestling world champion Kurt Angle was arrested this morning for allegedly harassing a female wrestler who had a protective order against him.

Angle allegedly was served with a "protection from abuse" order earlier in the morning -- and then was spotted following the woman to a local Starbucks.

According to WPXI in Pittsburgh, Angle was also in possession of HGH and was driving on a suspended license.

He was charged with driving while operating privilege is suspended, prohibited acts-possession, harassment and prohibited acts.

Angle is scheduled to compete in a TNA event in Orlando Sunday night.

George Michael's bad luck behind the wheel continues -- he was arrested in England early Saturday morning (different time zone, people) after being involved in a nasty car accident.

Michael -- who lost his license in 2007 after admitting to driving under the influence of drugs -- smashed his Land Rover into a seven-ton truck at around 1:00 AM in Newbury, Berkshire ... this according to Sky News.

Michael was arrested at the scene, but cops say he was released without being charged with a crime.

'Sandlot' Kid Yeah Yeah, He Needs Money

It sure is expensive fighting charges you beat up your girlfriend -- that's why the guy who played Yeah-Yeah in "The Sandlot" has taken to asking for a little financial help from his friends ... on MySpace.

Marty York was arrested on Easter Sunday for allegedly beating up his girlfriend. He pled not guilty and even showed up to court with his girlfriend, who has forgiven him and stands by him 100%.

He wrote a bulletin on his MySpace that explained his situation, which said in part, "I'm asking anyone on here friends and fans that have supported me through the years or I have helped, to please make a donation, and I promise to anyone that helps I will provide you with a signed autograph and give you a shout on my page."

Sounds like a good deal.

Porn star Stormy Daniels allegedly lived up to her name this weekend -- her husband claims she became an enraged hurricane of destruction over "the way the laundry had been done" and a few unpaid bills.

According to Tampa cops, 30-year-old Daniels was arrested on Saturday after she allegedly smashed a bunch of stuff inside her home and then beat up her husband. Stormy's hubby, Michael Mosny, told cops she got mad over the way the laundry had been done ... then lost her mind shortly after when she discovered some unpaid bills.

Mosny told cops she threw a potted plant into the sink then "hit [me] in the head with her hands several times." Stormy was booked for misdemeanor battery -- which may screw up her chances when she runs for Louisiana Senator in 2010.

Mighty Drunken Power Ranger Busted for DUI

The guy who played the Black Ranger on "The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers" TV show was busted in 'Bama for DUI this weekend.

We're not trying to be insensitive in a Harvard sort of way. His character, Zack Taylor, was the guy who dressed up in the black spandex costume and fought evil monsters back in the day.

We're told the actor -- whose real name is Walter Jones -- was arrested around 4 A.M. Sunday morning by Alabama State Troopers in Huntsville and booked into a local jail.

Law enforcement sources tell us Jones was arrested without incident.

He eventually met bail and was released.
