Nelson was busted last week after cops found pot on the singer's tour bus at a border patrol checkpoint in Texas.

Cops initially thought Nelson had six ounces of weed -- which could have resulted in a felony charge. But now, officials have determined it was less than four ounces ... so Willie was slapped with a misdemeanor.

If convicted, Willie will be fined -- but not jailed ... but we think Willie can afford it.

Clearly he's had better days.

Nelson was busted at 9:00 AM at a Border Patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, TX. Nelson was in his tour bus, traveling from California to Austin, when he was detained.

He was booked into the Hudspeth County Jail on a $2,500 bond and posted shortly thereafter.

X, who was out on parole after an assault conviction, was busted in Phoenix last night at 6:00 PM for not following the terms of his probation. According to MyFoxPhoenix, he didn't check in with his probation officer.

DMX has a probation revocation hearing set for November 24.

It's all going down at a joint called King of Diamonds -- a 50,000 square foot mega strip club that's equipped with a shoe shine station, massage parlor, basketball court and "fine dining."

We're told Wayne and his posse already purchased dozens of bottles of PJ Rose Perrier-Jouët champagne at $700 a pop.

But sources inside the club tell us several fans have also purchased bottles for the rap star (bringing the total count to 48) -- and those people, along with anyone else who wants to gift Wayne some bubbly -- will be allowed to meet him at the party to let him know about the offering.

Wayne is expected to be joined at the club by Drake, Nicki Minaj and Baby-- and we're told the club has already stocked up on heavy security to make sure things don't get out of control.

Glanville was arrested at 12:05 AM by Beverly Hills PD. She was pulled over on Sunset Blvd. for an unknown traffic violation. According to law enforcement sources, officers detected the odor of alcohol and Glanville was given a field sobriety test. She was then arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Sean, who was also on Season 2 of "Celebrity Rehab," was pulled over for a traffic violation in the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday -- when police discovered he had an outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended license.

We're told Beverly Hills PD came to the scene and took Sean to 90210 jail, where he was booked at 4:33pm.

As we previously reported, Mars was arrested at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on September 19 -- after a bathroom attendant told hotel security that Mars took a "baggie of white powdery substance" into one of the stalls.

If convicted, Mars could spend up to four years behind bars and faces up to a $5,000 fine ... but since he has a clean record it's unlikely he'll serve jail time.

And speaking of records, a rep for Elektra TMZ, "We congratulate Bruno Mars on his chart topping success, and provide him with our full love and support."

In the police report, obtained by TMZ, Osgood and the cheerleader -- Mackenzie Rae Putnal -- describe the alleged attack by Julian Armond Bartletto at her Jacksonville home Monday night.

According to the report, Bartletto first pistol-whipped Osgood and Putnal, then held them at gunpoint -- and told her, "Suck my d**k and suck his d**k."

Shortly after that police say Osgood fled by jumping out a 2nd floor window, while Putnal and Bartletto exchanged gunshots.

TMZ has obtained the police report from the incident, in which LVMPD officials state a bathroom attendant at the Hard Rock Hotel informed security "there was a man in the bathroom stall with possibly a man using drugs."

According to the report, the attendant went on to say he could "see a male in a striped red shirt with a baggy of white powder substance."

Once law enforcement officers made their move -- cops say they asked Bruno to "give over whatever narcotics he had." According to the report, Bruno then "pulled out a white powder substance, which was consistent with cocaine, from his left-front jeans pocket."

Cops say Bruno --aka Peter Hernandez-- "admitted he did a foolish thing and has never used drugs before."

The report shows ... once the substance "came back positive for cocaine," Bruno was shipped off to the Clark County Detention Center and booked for possession of narcotics.

As we previously reported, Mars was popped at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino after security confronted him in a bathroom and allegedly found him in possession of narcotics.

Our law enforcement sources say the narcotic in question was coke ... 2.6 grams of the stuff.

We'd suggest he give Paris' lawyer a call.

Police in Barrington, Illinois confirm Kristin's mom -- Judith Spies (that's her mug shot above) -- was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint at 2:15 AM late last month. Law enforcement sources tell us Kristin was riding shotgun at the time, and apparently she was a pretty hungry passenger.

We're told Kristin insisted on fleeing to a nearby Subway and yelled at cops to get her water while Mom went through field sobriety testing with officers. As one source put it, "Subway might be open in 'The Hills' but not here in Barrington at 2 AM."

Judith was arrested for DUI. Police say her car was impounded since Kristin admitted being drunk and couldn't drive.

We're told Kristin did not play the "do you know who I am?" card ... impressive since she's rumored to be dating Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler -- and we know how much Chicago loves Da Bears.

According to police, Paris was the passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over outside the Wynn Hotel. The driver was arrested for DUI (drug-related, not alcohol) and when cops searched Hilton, they found her in possession of a controlled substance.

Police say tests revealed the substance to be cocaine.

She was arrested and released on her own recognizance.

UPDATE: Paris' boyfriend, Cy Waits, was arrested as well. He was booked on a charge of DUI.

As we first reported, Ice-T was pulled over on July 20 in New York City for allegedly not wearing a seat belt, and was then arrested after the computer discovered an "insurance lapse" from 2008.

But today, the case was dismissed after prosecutors decided to back down ... after Ice proved that he had insurance the entire time -- and also showed that the DMV did not properly update its records.
