Justin Bieber's new chick is pissed about reports claiming she has a string of arrests in her past ... and has one big regret about hanging with Bieber in Miami and Panama -- it's exposed her life to the world ... warts and all.

Chantel Jeffries -- who was in the Lambo the night Justin was cuffed -- tells TMZ, "I have not been arrested five times as has been stated in the media, nor am I guilty of physically assaulting anyone, in any way shape or form."

A NY newspaper reported 21-year-old Chantel has a lengthy rap sheet, including busts for assault with a deadly weapon (a knife) and reckless driving -- 92 mph in a 70.

Her attorney Matt Morgan tells us ... Chantel was arrested when she was 18 for a misdemeanor assault, but it was ultimately dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Other than that, he says she's only had "traffic violations."

Chantel also denies being thirsty for publicity, saying ... "I am a full time student who had enjoyed a normal lifestyle, free from public scrutiny and criticism, until now.

She adds, "What has happened to me is wrong."

Presumably Chantel means the media attention, and NOT ... joyriding in a Lamborghini, and flying by private jet to a Panamanian resort with an international superstar.

Jason London can now say he was never convicted of crapping in a police car ... even though he pled guilty ... TMZ has learned.

Jason had pled guilty to disorderly conduct -- for sharting in a squad car after getting popped for a drunken bar fight in Scottsdale, AZ.

According to the plea deal he struck, Jason was required to complete a 16 hour alcohol-ed course. Once classes were completed, the judge agreed to erase the conviction -- as if it never occurred.

Well Jason graduated magnum cum laude from his class ... so it's like he never crapped in the car.

Usher and Scooter Braun had nothing to say as they arrived back on U.S. soil after spending time with Justin Bieber.

Several photogs peppered both -- especially Usher -- with questions about what is loosely being described as an "intervention."

Not a word from either.

Flavor Flav is begging the judge in his speeding case for mercy ... because if you can't speed to your mom's funeral ... when can you?

Flav says he was late for the funeral earlier this month ... when he was pulled over for driving 79 in a 55 zone. When the cop learned he was driving on a suspended license, Flav was arrested and taken to jail.

The rapper accuses the arresting officer of having no respect for life ... even in the face of death.

Seems the cop in the Yasiel Puig case overreacted when he said the Dodgers star could've killed his mom on a FL highway ... because officials have now dropped the reckless driving charge saying Puig is nothing more than a common speeder, TMZ Sports has learned.

We posted the video of the crazy arrest ... in which Puig, sporting pink shorts, was pulled out of his Mercedes and berated by an angry Highway Patrol Officer who caught the MLB star doing 110mph with his mom in the car.

At the time of the Dec. 28th arrest, the cop insisted Puig was driving recklessly and hauled him to jail. If convicted, Puig could have been sentenced to 90 days in jail.

But today the State dropped the case against the 23-year-old ... saying speeding alone on an open highway doesn't constitute "reckless driving" and he wasn't doing anything else to warrant a charge other than "speeding."

So in the end ... Puig gets a speeding ticket ... and that's it.

Flavor Flav has what he believes is a solid excuse for beating his speeding ticket ... he was racing to his mother's funeral.

Flav -- aka William Drayton -- went to court in NY today for his speeding case ... and yes, he had to remove the clock he wears around his neck before he could go through the metal detectors.

Flav was stopped in Hempstead, NY Jan. 9 for driving 79 in a 55 MPH zone. He told troopers he was on his way to his mom's burial. But officers discovered he had 16 different license suspensions -- all stemming from unpaid tickets. He was arrested ... then released.

Soulja Boy never told police he owned the loaded gun found in his car ... and thinks cops violated his rights by searching him in the first place ... according to Soulja's manager.

TMZ broke the story ... rapper Arab was driving Soulja's car -- with Soulja in the passenger seat -- when they got pulled over for running a stop sign. LAPD officers found a loaded gun in the car ... and arrested Soulja on the spot.

But Soulja's manager, CEO Miami Mike claims a neighbor left the gun under the car seat and Soulja had no idea it was there. Further, he claims Soulja never admitted the weapon was his, and only told cops he owned the car.

Mike claims officers told Soulja someone had to take responsibility for the weapon -- but insists Soulja never copped to the gun ... just the vehicle.

We're told Soulja believes the whole search was illegal because cops didn't have probable cause.

But here's the thing ... according to law enforcement sources the gun was in plain view -- in which case officers wouldn't need a search warrant.

Justin Bieber was nailed for DUI by cops who were desperate to bust him for ANYTHING ... so says music mogul Jermaine Dupri who claims he and Bieber are both victims of celeb profiling by the Miami Beach PD.

Justin's bust sounds very familiar to Dupri ... who accuses Miami Beach officers of targeting HIM back in Dec ... when he and his pals were pulled over by 5 squad cars and a K9 unit. Police claimed they smelled pot in the car ... but a search turned up ZILCH.

Dupri tells TMZ it's no secret people openly smoke weed in Miami clubs ... so he thinks cops know there's a good chance anyone leaving a nightspot -- like Bieber last week -- will smell like pot.

He adds ... cops know if they pull over people leaving the clubs "9 times outta 10 they gonna find something."

Of course, up to this point cops don't have much on Bieber. As we reported ... Justin's blood alcohol was only .014 -- and there's no evidence he was speeding in a drag race either.

Justin Bieber's blood alcohol level was damn near zero the night of his arrest -- and now TMZ has learned his rapper pal Khalil's BAC actually was ZERO when he got busted in Miami.

Khalil was the guy driving the red Ferrari last week, and got booked for DUI and drag racing -- but TMZ has seen the data from his breathalyzer and the numbers don't lie ... his blood alcohol level came up 0.00 both times he blew for cops.

The goose eggs make sense ... sources close to Khalil tell us the rapper does not drink at all.

It's the latest hole in the case ... coming on the heels of major issues with Bieber's arrest. As TMZ first reported ... the police report said an officer "smelled an odor of alcohol" on JB, but his BAC was actually a minute .014.

As for the drag racing -- that's been blown up by GPS data and video.

The only remaining issue is cops say Bieber and Khalil failed field sobriety tests ... which could indicate being under the influence of something other than booze ... such as marijuana or pills.

We're still awaiting urinalysis results ... which would show what if any drugs were in their systems.

"Moesha" star Marcus Paulk just dodged jail time for socking his girlfriend in the stomach -- courtesy of a plea deal.

TMZ broke the story ... Paulk was arrested last August when he and his GF exchanged blows in a nasty fight that ended with him allegedly kicking and punching her in the gut.

According to court docs, Marcus plead no contest to one count of battery, and got 4 other charges dropped. As part of the deal, he must enroll in a year-long domestic violence treatment program.

Lil Za and Justin Bieber are still roomies --- TMZ has learned Za is NOT moving out ... and is NOT being forced out of Bieber's Calabasas home ... despite his arrest for drug possession.

There was speculation Bieber ordered Za to pack his bags and move out ... after Za was spotted at a hotel near JB's house immediately after the arrest.

But sources close to Za tell us he was only visiting his mom, who flew in from Texas following his drug bust -- and chose to crash at a hotel instead of Beiber's pad.

Za's girlfriend -- Atifa Barwany -- also came out from Texas. She's the chick who's been tooling around Bieber's house on Segways with Za.

Justin Bieber will never get a sweet deal with Proactiv again if he keeps screwing up ... but even if Justin turns into a choir boy, he's gotta 86 those pimples.

It's hard to miss the zits on Bieber's face in the now famous mug ... pretty ironic, considering Bieber was a spokesperson for Proactiv in 2012.

Proactiv co-creator Dr. Kathy Fields tells us, she's seen the mugshot and it's clear Justin's stress is causing him to break out ... so they're gonna send him some Proactiv+ and X-Out to help get him back on track.

As for him getting a full-on spokesman deal again ... Fields says they look for people who are in "the right state to help others and right now Justin needs to get himself healthy."

Usher has high-tailed it down to Panama to talk some sense into Justin Bieber ... TMZ has learned.

Justin and his mentor posed for pics with a woman who appears to be a Panamanian Belieber (they really are everywhere).

Sources tell us Usher flew to Panama for a serious come-to-jesus with JB on the heels of his arrest in Miami.

We're told Justin's manager Scooter Braun, and Justin's childhood friend Ryan Butler, are also there for the sit-down. Scooter got roped in for a pic with a Belieber at the resort where they're all staying.

We haven't heard this word used, but this meeting has all the earmarks of an intervention.

Worth noting ... even the fan who posted the Usher pic acknowledges the kid's hit rough times, describing him as the youth idol who some love and many others hate.

Justin Bieber's "drag race" through Miami Beach was captured on surveillance video ... and backs up evidence TMZ first uncovered -- there didn't appear to be any high-speed racing going down at all.

In the video ... Bieber is leading in the Lambo, while his buddy Khalil drives BEHIND him in the Ferrari, and an SUV drives along side of both cars.

Single-file driving at reasonable speed ... with an SUV preventing any passing ... would make a race between Bieber and Khalil near impossible.

The video -- obtained by CBS4 in Miami -- also shows police tailing the group for a few blocks.

With his ex-GF out of the picture (she's all yours Bieber), TMZ Sports has learned Philadelphia Eagles superstar DeSean Jackson has been hangin' out with a new chick in Hawaii ... a bigtime porn star.

We've learned ... DJ's been getting close with Michelle Maylene (34B-24-32) ... star of such films as "Da Vinci Load," "Fine Ass Bitches 4" and "Slant Eye for the Straight Guy 2."

Sources tell TMZ Sports ... the two are not "official" or anything -- just enjoying each other's time. They're currently in Hawaii where DJ is playing in the Pro Bowl.

We broke the story ... DeSean's ex-GF Chantel Jeffries was the passenger in Justin Bieber's Lambo when he was arrested last week.

Scary moment for Selena Gomez that had nothing to do with Justin Bieber -- instead it was a guy getting busted at her home for allegedly creeping around on her property Saturday morning.

Cops rushed to Selena's crib after a family member inside called 911 and said they spotted a young man lurking on the property ... this according to law enforcement.

It's unclear if Selena was home at the time, but the 19-year old man allegedly told cops he was there to see the singer in person.
