Stitches Super High Arrest Hands Cop a Joint, Forgets Gun Under Seat
Stitches learned karma's a bitch after parking in a handicap space, because cops busted him for gun and drug charges ... as he was backing out of the spot.
According to the police report, officers spotted the rapper's Porsche pulling out of a Miami Whole Foods lot Wednesday night. Cops immediately recognized Stitches from previous arrests -- he has a unique face -- and asked if he had a gun. He said no.
However, he did immediately hand over a rolled up, slightly burnt joint ... according to cops. When they searched the car, they found a Glock under his seat and 2 magazines of ammo. Cops say he apologized and said he thought they were asking if he had a gun ON him ... not IN his car.
Must've been a potent strain he was smoking.
Cops say they also found a mason jar filled with 39.2 grams of weed and one oxycodone pill, no prescription. He was booked for felony gun and weed possession.
Looks like he caught a break on the handicap parking.

Pacman Jones was kicked out of a Cincinnati casino for berating staffers and patrons in the hours before he was arrested at a Hyatt hotel on January 3 ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Cincinnati PD has confirmed Jones was "acting disorderly" at JACK Cincinnati Casino and was asked to leave. Security and police escorted the NFL star out of the building.
One witness tells us Jones had verbally attacked employees at the casino and had an altercation with a casino patron who was trying to record the incident on his cell phone.
We're told Jones also went off on a police officer who responded to the scene and was "fired up" as he left the premises.
Of course, Jones later went to a nearby hotel where he was arrested for allegedly getting physical with a hotel security guard.

Donald Trump Inauguration Cops Set Up Mobile Booking Stations To Handle Mass Arrests
Cops working Donald Trump's inauguration are prepped to handle mass arrests and avoid chaos in the jails ... and their secret weapon is the mobile booking station.
Law enforcement sources tell us the city will be littered with mobile booking stations where officers can book, issue citations and release demonstrators they arrest.
As we reported, there are new laws in D.C. that protect peaceful protests, and we're told local cops have been schooled on allowing demonstrations and not moving in too quickly.
Here's the rub. If violence erupts, all bets are off. Crimes of assault, battery and worse will almost guarantee a ride to jail, so lockup facilities could easily become overloaded.
The city will be swarming with law enforcement from various jurisdictions who will focus on crowd control and security. The National Guard will be 5,000 strong and they'll be joined by 3,000 cops.

Facebook Live Torture Suspects Have Criminal Records
The 2 sisters arrested in the hateful Facebook Live video torture have a history of theft and violence.
Brittany Covington -- the woman who narrated the despicable incident -- was busted in October for stealing liquor from a Chicago CVS. She and friends stole a bottle of Jack Daniels, 2 bottles of brandy and a bottle of Mike's Hard Lemonade. Covington caught a break when the complaining witness -- a store clerk -- was a no-show in court so the case was shelved.
We're told prosecutors have 4 months to refile and get the complaining witness on board.
As the older sister, Tanishia, 2 years ago she was arrested for endangering the life or health of a child. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, she open-hand slapped a woman in the face as the woman held her 10-month-old child. A protective order was issued and the case was dismissed.
Tanishia was also arrested in 2015 for refusing to leave a social services organization after visiting hours ended. She was also busted last year for riding in a stolen vehicle. She pled guilty and got 1 year probation, which means her probation can be violated for the Facebook Live incident.
