1:45 PM PT -- FX is giving Louis C.K. the boot too, cancelling the deal with his production company, Pig Newton. It released a statement saying ... "He will no longer serve as executive producer or receive compensation on any of the four shows we were producing with him – 'Better Things,' 'Baskets,' 'One Mississippi' and 'The Cops.'"

Louis C.K.'s publicist and manager have also severed ties with the comedian.

Louis C.K.'s second stand-up special with Netflix has been canceled in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations ... TMZ has learned.

A Netflix spokesperson tells us ... "The allegations made by several women in the New York Times about Louis C.K.'s behavior are disturbing. Louis's unprofessional and inappropriate behavior with female colleagues has led us to decide not to produce a second stand-up special, as had been planned."

The decision comes just hours after C.K.'s film distributor canceled the release of his movie, "I Love You, Daddy" ... which was supposed to come out next week.

Louis C.K.'s movie, "I Love You, Daddy" will not hit theaters -- the distributor is pulling it in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against the comedian.

The Orchard announced Friday ... it would "not be moving forward" with the release, which was scheduled for Nov. 17. The decision is a huge shot to C.K. -- he wrote the film, starred in it and reportedly self-financed it too.

The movie's about a successful TV writer's daughter -- played by Chlöe Grace Moretz -- dating a much older filmmaker. Louis played the TV writer, and there's at least one scene where his friend pretends to masturbate in front of people.

As we reported, 5 women have accused C.K. of sexual misconduct, including masturbating in front of some of them.

Another major Team USA gymnastics star claims she was abused by ex-USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar -- with Aly Raisman coming forward in the hopes of protecting future athletes.

Raisman -- a 2-time national team captain who won 6 gold medals -- opened up about the allegations to "60 Minutes" ... saying she met with the FBI after the '16 Rio Olympics.

23-year-old Raisman wouldn't get into the specifics of the alleged abuse -- she would only say she's very "angry" and looking for justice.

Nassar has been accused of sexually abusing scores of female athletes over the years -- including McKayla Maroney.

John Hillerman -- the co-star on "Magnum, P.I." who played Tom Selleck's condescending landlord -- has died.

A spokeswoman for the family reportedly said he died Thursday at his home in Houston. The cause of death is not known. Hillerman played Jonathan Quayle Higgins III alongside Selleck in the hit 1980s TV series.

Hillerman -- who also appeared on "The Love Boat," "The Betty White Show," "Murder, She Wrote," and "One Day at a Time" -- received 4 Emmy nominations for his "Magnum" role, and won for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series in 1987. He also won a Golden Globe in 1982.

His death comes on the heels of CBS' announcement the network is rebooting the show.

Hillerman was 84.

Jeremy Piven wants Hollywood to remember one thing amid the flood of sexual misconduct allegations against himself and others: Innocent until proven guilty.

Piven says, "We seem to be entering dark times -- allegations are being printed as facts and lives are being put in jeopardy without a hearing, due process or evidence." Last month, a woman claimed Piven had groped and sexually harassed her on the "Entourage" set. Two other women have also come forward with accusations against him.

Now, Jeremy says he's willing to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence, and adds he -- and perhaps Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein and Louis C.K. -- deserve "the benefit of a doubt before we rush to judgment."

Spacey's already been axed from the feature film, "All the Money in the World," "House of Cards" and Netflix, in general. Weinstein's been banished from multiple Hollywood organizations.

Pacman Jones says he's lucky to be alive -- after power lines fell down Thursday in the middle of the highway near the Bengals practice facility causing multiple cars to crash ... including his.

"I’m driving, these power lines just fall down out of nowhere bruh, in the middle of the highway. Almost got killed," the Cincinnati Bengals star said on video from the scene.

"I’m just so happy I’m alright man. If I wouldn’t have came across man I might be dead."

Jones showed damage to his black Dodge Durango -- but says he's not worried about that ... he's happy he wasn't hurt.

Ezekiel Elliott's 6-game suspension is back on ... after the NFL superstar's motion for an emergency injunction pending appeal was denied by the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

A 3-judge panel determined Zeke's legal team didn't meet the requisite standard ... which means he'll officially begin serving his suspension against the Atlanta Falcons this weekend.

The NFL Players Association can still appeal (again) to the full 2nd Circuit Court ... which would be heard on an expedited schedule.

Louis C.K. is being accused of sexual misconduct -- 5 women claim he either masturbated in front of them, asked to expose himself, or masturbated on the phone with them.

The women went on the record with the New York Times, saying the alleged behavior goes back at least a decade. Courteney Cox and David Arquette confirmed they were notified of one alleged incident -- an actress on a show they were producing claimed C.K. asked if he could masturbate in front of her.

Cox told the NYT, "What happened to Rebecca [Corry] on that set was awful." Corry stayed on the show, "The MidNightly News" ... C.K. was only a guest star.

C.K.'s rep declined to comment to the NYT. We've reached out, too.

C.K. canceled the Thursday night premiere of his new movie, "I Love You, Daddy." The film features a character who pretends to masturbate at length in front of other people.

The day of questioning has arrived for Venus Williams ... the tennis star is about to sit for her deposition in the lawsuit stemming from that fatal car crash back in June.

As we previously reported, the family of Jerome Barson sued Venus -- claiming she's to blame for blocking an intersection and causing Jerome's car to T-bone her in a crash that killed Jerome.

So, what happens today? Barson's lawyers will undoubtedly grill Venus about her driving decisions on that fateful day and try to paint her as negligent.

Venus will most likely fight back and continue to lay the blame on a third unidentified driver who she has claimed cut in front of her -- forcing her car to linger in the intersection.

Kevin Spacey's fall from grace is getting worse -- the actor's been dropped from an already finished Ridley Scott film after the director decided to remove him in the wake of more sexual abuse allegations.

It's pretty crazy -- Scott's movie, "All the Money in the World," is scheduled for a December 22 release, and the director is reportedly determined to keep that date despite the need for major reshoots with Spacey's replacement -- legendary actor Christopher Plummer.

According to Deadline ... the reshoots of key scenes are expected to begin immediately and the film's leads -- Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Williams -- are fully on board with the move.

Spacey was billed as one of the movie's main stars and is an important piece of the plot. He reportedly worked on it for 8 to 10 days ... so it seems like Plummer and the rest of the crew have a lot of work to do to make this happen.

As we reported ... more accusations of sexual assault came out Wednesday, with a former TV news anchor claiming Spacey grabbed her son's genitals in 2016.

Portia de Rossi claims Steven Seagal put her on the casting couch in his office during an audition -- and she's also blasting her then-agent for a callous and nonchalant reaction.

Portia says the incident happened during her final audition for a part in one of Seagal's movies -- she does not say which one. She alleges the action star told her "how important it was to have chemistry off-screen as he sat me down and unzipped his leather pants."

She says the next bombshell came when she ran out of the office and called her agent. According to Portia's tweet, her female agent only said, "Well, I didn't know if he was your type."

That makes it seem like whenever this happened, it was before 2005 ... when Portia came out. It also hints at premeditation if, in fact, her agent was aware Seagal intended to make the vulgar move.

Jeffrey Tambor is being investigated by Amazon over sexual harassment claims made by his ex-assistant, who happens to be transgender -- but Jeffrey's calling BS.

The former assistant, Van Barnes, made the claim about Tambor on Facebook ... saying only that he acted inappropriately around her. The allegation was not more specific. However, it was enough for Amazon, which produces "Transparent," to start looking into it ... according to Deadline.

Meanwhile, Tambor is already responding, saying ... "I adamantly and vehemently reject and deny any and all implication and allegation that I have ever engaged in any improper behavior toward this person or any other person I have ever worked with. I am appalled and distressed by this baseless allegation."

Amazon says it's interviewing "Transparent" cast and crew, including Tambor.

Amazon Studios exec, Roy Price, recently resigned after allegations of sexual misconduct were made against him.

Klay Thompson got a lesson in unlimited range at Warriors practice yesterday -- but it wasn't from Steph or KD.

Harlem Globetrotters Zeus McClurkin and Dizzy English hit the hardwood in Oakland to show Klay how to get wet from 4-point distance (30 FEET) ... but it looked like the Splash Bro had it covered.
