Look, Telvin is an absolute beast on the football field -- the Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker made the Pro Bowl this year.

But when the Jags teammates hit the hardwood at Florida State -- Smith got a chance to put his hoop skills on display ... and failed spectacularly.

Can he dribble? Barely. Can he shoot? Absolutely not. Dunk? Nope.

(By the way, Telvin and Jalen are good friends, so the public shaming is all in good fun).

Philadelphia Eagles lineman Jason Kelce just gave one of the greatest Super Bowl parade speeches EVER -- blasting the team's haters in an expletive-laden, WWE-style scream-athon.

AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!

Kelce was decked out in his full Mummers costume -- and named names of writers/media members who predicted doom for the Eagles this year.

He cussed. He spat. He yelled a lot. He got the crowd to chant every time he took a breath.

Of course, his teammates and coaches loved it.

The man who tried rushing Larry Nassar in court last week says he's giving away the $31,000 people have raised for his defense to charity.

Randall Margraves -- the father of 3 of Nassar's victims -- released a statement Thursday, saying he'd be donating all leftover contributions from the $31k in a recently-established GoFundMe account in his name to several charities that support survivors of sexual abuse.

Margraves says he's willing to refund anyone who already donated to the account, and that anything left over after March 9 will be given to charities like Small Talk, RAVE and the Firecracker Foundation.

As we reported ... Margraves tried attacking Nassar in court last Friday, telling the judge he wanted alone time with the convict as part of his new sentence -- up to 125 years in prison.

Turns out, sitting behind Tom Brady for all those years paid off BIG for Jimmy Garoppolo -- dude just inked a $137.5 MILLION deal with the 49ers!!

The 2nd handsomest QB in the league's contract is one of the biggest deals in NFL history.

FYI, Jimmy G is only 26 years old -- kid's doing well!!!

Jimmy led the 49ers to a 5-0 record in games he started in after he was traded out of New England in the middle of the 2017 season.

An Australian politician is so pissed Ben Simmons didn't make the NBA All-Star game, he took the floor during a government session and alleged a full-fledged "Anti-Australian conspiracy!"

"No one with two brain cells to rub together would want Goran Dragic on their team," M.P. Tim Watts said this week in his Parliamentary address.

FYI, Simmons was born and raised in Australia before moving to the U.S. -- and the people Down Under are clearly bitter he's not getting the love they think he deserves.

"In a record breaking rookie year for the Philadelphia 76ers, Ben is currently averaging nearly 17 points, eight rebounds and seven assists per game. He’s already had five triple doubles," Watts said.

He's also upset Australian-born NBA player Joe Ingles was not included in the 3-point contest -- saying, "[It] makes me think there’s some kind of anti-Australian conspiracy going on at league head office at the moment."

"If you thought that Australia was angry about the Simpsons vs. Australia TV episode, Yanks, you ain’t seen nothing yet."

Here they are ... 8 of the morons arrested during the violent, insane Eagles Super Bowl celebration in Philadelphia -- with allegations ranging from attacking police to flipping cars.

The Philadelphia PD has released mug shots and some information about the incident that led to all 8 arrests. Good times ...

1 & 2) Robert Ehlers & Brendon Lopez -- busted for allegedly spray painting graffiti in multiple locations including University of Pennsylvania, Chestnut Law School and a wall at a loading dock.

3) Malcolm Cox -- busted for throwing a bottle at a police car. He ran, but he was caught. Charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses.

4) Mark Thompson -- busted for allegedly beating the hell out of a cameraman who was trying to document the chaos. Allegedly punched the photog in the face 6 times and smashed the camera. Charged with aggravated assault.

5) Rubin Garrido -- busted for removing his belt during the celebration, swinging it over his head and clocking a guy who was next to him, causing a laceration. When cops approached him, he was still holding his belt. Charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

6) Alexander Mawescu -- busted for drunkenly banging on police shields and then bullrushing officers on the police line. Charged with disorderly conduct.

7) Veasna Sary -- busted for throwing a bottle at a car that turned out to be an unmarked police vehicle. Oops! When cops arrested him, they saw he had injuries from a fight prior to police contact. He was hospitalized and later charged with criminal mischief and propulsion of a missile.

8) John Rigsby -- busted for helping to flip a 2017 Nissan Rogue SUV during the mayhem, along with 6 others. The others have not been arrested yet. Rigsby, the son of Villanova basketball announcer Whitey Rigsby, was charged with causing and risking a catastrophe, criminal mischief, riot and related offenses.

Kate Upton is finally detailing her allegations against Guess co-founder Paul Marciano ... claiming he was all over her during a meeting, forcibly kissing her and groping her.

Kate alleges during the 2010 meeting, Marciano "grabbed my breasts and started feeling them -- playing with them actually. After I pushed him away, he said, 'I'm making sure they're real.'"

The supermodel also told TIME ... although a photographer was with them, Marciano went on to grab her thighs, pull her closer by her shoulders and kiss her face and neck. She says he tried to walk her up to her hotel room, but the photog stepped in, in order to protect her from Marciano.

She says she was fired from the shoot the next day -- and eventually the photographer who helped her was also fired. Kate feels it was retaliation.

Kate says the last straw came in May 2011, when she claims Marciano was rude and degrading toward her -- and she was told to leave set after Marciano said, "Get that fat pig off my set."

Marciano has claimed Upton was hungover and unprofessional on that final shoot, but she denies that and accuses him of "spreading rumors."

As we reported ... Marciano got out ahead of Kate's allegations when she initially hinted about misconduct on social media, claiming he was "sexually and emotionally" harassing women.

Marciano insisted to us ... he had never touched Kate or acted inappropriately toward her.

Nate Diaz is finally ready to fight Tyron Woodley -- saying, "I see him on TMZ every week, talking about me. I'm like, 'What the f*ck?'"

Diaz spoke with ESPN's Brett Okamoto and Nate was asked when we'd finally see him return to the octagon -- since he hasn't fought since the Conor McGregor rematch in 2016.

That's when he brought up Tyron ...

"I'm getting to the point where I'm sick of not fighting. I'm not getting any younger ... I put that tweet out saying I wanted to fight in May or June, but I didn't say who because I was weighing my options. And now, Woodley is my best option."

Tyron had previously said he was offered the Nate Diaz fight at UFC 219 but Diaz refused to sign the contract. Tyron's been calling Nate out on his show, "The Hollywood Beatdown" -- which drops every week on the TMZ Sports YouTube page.

"I see him on TMZ every week, talking about me. I'm like, 'What the f*ck? If that's what you want to do.' It's not really my weight class, but I'm with it," Diaz said.

"I think it's my title we're fighting for. If he's the one calling me out, whose title are we fighting for? Who's the real champion here?"

Diaz says he's eyeing UFC 226 in Vegas on July 7 -- because he wants a 3-month camp to get ready.

Dana White is building a personal weapons room in his Vegas mansion (seriously) ... so he hit up the guys from "Pawn Stars" to buy a REAL combat-used samurai sword.

The UFC boss had a hard bargaining sesh with Chumlee and Big Hoss over a whole batch of blades -- which the guys claim can be traced back to the families of the samurais who used them.

And in a matchup of equally intimidating bald dudes, Dana and Rick Harrison negotiated for the final sword -- bringing his total bill to $69k.

White made hundreds of millions on the UFC sale -- so we think he'll be alright.

Tony Dungy is ripping into Josh McDaniels -- saying there's "no excuse big enough to justify" screwing over all of the asst. coaches who are getting burned in his coaching flip-flop.

"It’s one thing to go back on your word to an organization," Dungy said ... "But having assistant coaches leave jobs to go with you then leave them out to dry is indefensible. For COMFORT??"

This all stems from Josh's last minute decision to back out of a deal to coach the Indianapolis Colts and go back with the Patriots ... AFTER he lured a team of assistants to leave other jobs and sign contracts with Indy.

Now Indy will have to hire a new head coach -- and that person will likely blow out McDaniels' entire team and bring in his own guys. Dungy clearly believes the assistants are getting screwed big time.

"Has nothing to do with the Colts. It’s about the families of those assistant coaches that he totally disregarded. But who cares about them???!"

The man who allegedly killed ex-Colts LB Edwin Jackson and his Uber driver while wasted drunk has been charged with 4 felonies ... and now faces more than a decade in prison.

37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Savala -- who was living in the U.S. illegally -- appeared in court today where he was charged with 2 counts of leaving the scene of a fatal accident and 2 counts of drunk driving resulting in death.

The first 2 charges are Level 3 felonies and carry 3 to 16 years in prison. The next 2 charges are Level 4 felonies and carry 2 to 12.

On top of that, Orrego-Savala has also been hit with a federal charge for illegally reentering the country after being deported. That charge carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

As we've previously reported, officials say Orrego-Savala is from Guatemala and illegally entered the country multiple times over the years. He was deported twice before.

He's come under fire by Donald Trump, who on Tuesday tweeted -- "So disgraceful that a person illegally in our country killed Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson."

Cops say Jackson and his Uber driver were standing outside their car on the shoulder of a highway in Indiana when they were struck by Orrego-Savala's truck.

Steve Wynn is out as CEO of the company he founded, announcing he's stepping down amid allegations of sexual misconduct against him ... TMZ has learned.

The casino magnate resigned Tuesday as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Wynn says ... "In the last couple of weeks, I have found myself the focus of an avalanche of negative publicity. As I have reflected upon the environment this has created -- one in which a rush to judgment takes precedence over everything else, including the facts -- I have reached the conclusion I cannot continue to be effective in my current roles."

The board has appointed current President, Matt Maddox, as its new CEO, and Boone Wayson as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

7:00 PM PT -- Kylie's edited her baby name announcement ... it now says "stormi webster." As we said earlier, Travis Scott's real last name is Webster.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott named their daughter Stormi ... according to Mom.

Kylie just posted the name on her social media. As we reported, Kylie's kiddo was born last Thursday at 4:43 PM weighing in at 8 lbs. and 9 oz.

Kylie announced Stormi's birth on Sunday, a couple hours before the Super Bowl. She also posted a video recapping the pregnancy she'd kept under wraps for 9 months.

Stormi arrived at Cedars-Sinai in L.A., the same hospital where sisters Kim and Kourtney delivered their kiddos. Rob's daughter, Dream, was also born there.
