Robert Blake has filed for divorce from his third wife, Pamela Hudak, just a year after the two strolled into Beverly Hills City Hall to obtain their marriage license.

Blake filed docs in Los Angeles Friday to call the relationship quits ... the 85-year-old got hitched to Hudak in Spring of 2017. The couple had known each other for decades and even dated years ago.

Blake was accused of murdering his second wife, Bonnie Lee Bakley, who was shot in 2001. He was later acquitted of the crime in 2005. As for his first wife, Sondra Kerry, the two were married for over twenty years before divorcing in 1983.

Cuban Doll, the female rapper Offset allegedly tried to rope into a three-way with his supposed mistress, tells us she's definitely not at fault for his breakup with Cardi B.

We got Cuban out Thursday night at Topanga Mall ... and she's adamant she NEVER hooked up with Offset, and never even spoken to CB's hubby.

The denials don't end there, because Cuban tells us she had no idea Offset was trying to have sex with her and says she wasn't even aware of his alleged threesome fantasy before it went public.

As we reported ... Cuban was thrust into the middle of Cardi and Offset's split after alleged text messages surfaced appearing to show Offset looking to set up a menage a trois with Cuban and his supposed sidepiece, Summer Bunni.

We broke the story ... Summer tearfully expressed remorse for hooking up with Offset not long before Cardi gave birth, but there's no crying coming from Cuban.

And, get this ... Cuban says Cardi recently reached out to her, and there's no beef between them.

Ariana Grande's 2018 has been a roller coaster ... and her emotions about it came spilling out as she accepted a Woman of the Year award.

Ariana was honored at Billboard's Women in Music Awards Thursday night and went from smiling and joking to fighting back tears. She was thrilled about reaching new heights in her career -- culminating with the success of her "Thank U, Next" music vid. The singer said that might have people thinking she's on top of the world.

She quickly reminded the crowd it's been one of the worst years of her life, outside of music, adding ... "As far as my personal life goes, I really have no idea what the f*** I'm doing."

Ariana was clearly referring to her recent breakup with Pete Davidson ... and losing her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller, when he tragically died in September. Not to mention dealing with the aftermath of last year's bombing at her Manchester concert.

Watch the video ... she also threw a jab at herself for giving away "love and forgiveness" to men. She says that's gonna change.

Cardi B might not be showing signs of heartbreak from her breakup with Offset, but Ray J seems pretty bummed about it. Really bummed.

We got Ray J at Craig's in WeHo Wednesday night and wanted to get his take on hip-hop's huge news earlier this week after Cardi broke things off with Offset amid allegations he cheated and tried setting up a threesome with a Cardi wannabe.

Ray J -- who earlier that evening hit up the Lakers game -- hopes Cardi and Offset get back together because he's adamant they belong together. Our guy also straight-up asks Ray J how bad of a look it is for Offset to try and finagle a threesome WITHOUT Cardi. In short, Ray J says it's no bueno.

Cardi B knew Offset had a tendency to talk to side chicks, but the fact he apparently made a play for another female rapper, who's also Latina, hit way too close to home ... TMZ has learned.

Offset was linked to rapper Cuban Doll when his alleged text messages leaked. The messages were to a woman named Summer Bunni, and mentioned a possible threesome with CD. We're told those messages, released Monday, put Cardi over the edge ... and she pulled the plug.

Sources close to Cardi tell us the "Bodak Yellow" rapper wasn't just pissed about cheating, but potential cheating with a rapper, who some people think tries to copy Cardi's flow. Not well, though ... we gotta say.

For anyone thinking Cardi's bluffing just to scare Offset, we're told she seems deadly serious. It's not just a warning. As we reported, she shocked fans Tuesday night with the breakup video.

She followed that up by posting the first photo of their daughter, Kulture.

Offset and Cardi had jointly decided to keep their 5-month-old daughter out of the spotlight, partially for her safety.

We don't know that it was, but the decision to finally reveal Kulture -- right after the split -- kinda feels like a dig at Cardi's future ex-husband.

Cardi B's not crying a river -- publicly, anyway --- after breaking up with Offset ... she's too damn busy getting that money.

We got the rapper at E11EVEN nightclub Wednesday night in Miami where she showed off some very colorful locks (very Tekashi-esque of her) and a super tight, see-through dress. Cardi grabbed the mic and did her thing ... showing no signs of a heartbreak. Sorry, Offset.

Life in the single lane seems to suit her well ... she's taking selfies, yukking it up and making it rain out there. Bad Bunny and Teyana Taylor also showed her some love at her table.

You can also see Cardi rapping to her track, "Money" ... and even when "Drip" featuring Migos started blaring through the speakers, things did NOT seem to get awkward. She kept her cool.

Keeping it cool seems to be her thing. As we reported ... Cardi cut Offset loose on Tuesday and said the two remain good friends and business partners. But, as we first reported ... the fact Offset tried orchestrating a threesome with a Cardi wannabe hit too close to home.

Home might be where the heart is ... but Miami's definitely where the money is.

Cardi B's breakup with Offset over alleged infidelity just got a little more dramatic -- 'cause the girl he's accused of creepin' with was in a Nicki Minaj video.

Turns out, Summer Bunni -- who Offset allegedly solicited for a threeway with another female rapper -- starred in Tekashi69 and Nicki's "FEFE" music vid. SB posted a clip of herself in the production shooting whipped cream in her mouth.

That's what they call a star turn in show biz.

As we reported ... Summer says she feels terrible about possibly being the reason Cardi and Offset split, and tearfully told us she never meant to be a homewrecker.

It's unclear if Summer was trying to stick it to Cardi by working with her nemesis. The "FEFE" vid came out in July -- meanwhile, Nicki and Cardi's bad blood boiled over in September. So, this could all be coincidence, but drama-filled coincidence, for sure.

Michael Avenatti and his estranged wife have an agreement in place for him to pay her child and spousal support, and it requires him to fork over a ton of his assets ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs filed in Orange County, a judge ordered Avenatti to pay Lisa Storie-Avenatti $37,897 per month in child support, retroactive to Jan. 1, 2018. We'll do the math for ya ... it's $454,764. The order also requires Avenatti to pay her spousal support of $124,398 per month, retroactive to Jan. 2018. That's roughly $1.5 million.

Now, cut to Dec. 4, when both parties filed docs stipulating Avenatti write child support checks for $40k now, and another in January.

As for the balance ... according to the docs, Avenatti agrees to hand over a bunch of his assets for Lisa to liquidate. The loot includes 5 luxury wristwatches -- some worth more than $50k -- a Frank Gehry sculpture, and several other expensive works of art.

Additionally, he has to hand over the keys to a 2017 Ferarri 488 GT Spider he was leasing. By the way, those go for about $300k.

The woman with whom Offset allegedly cheated -- not long before Cardi B gave birth -- says she's remorseful, and tells TMZ ... she never wanted to be a homewrecker.

Summer Bunni cried openly while telling us how guilty she feels after word got out her hooking up with Cardi's husband might have been a catalyst in the couple's split. SB is the woman Offset allegedly asked to arrange a threesome that would include rapper Cuban Doll.

Summer tells us she hasn't messed with Offset since Cardi had their baby, Kulture, but still feels ashamed for playing any role in breaking up their marriage. She insists she didn't know how serious Offset and Cardi were -- which seems absurd. They were married!

Bunni hasn't spoken directly to Cardi, but she tried to deliver an apology through us, and says she hopes the estranged couple will reconcile.

Pete Davidson's frustrations with online trolls have reached peak level ... he's putting them on blast and says no matter how many times they tell him to ... he won't kill himself.

The 'SNL' star says he just couldn't keep quiet any longer about the constant harassment he's been getting since he and Ariana Grande started dating.

He says he's been getting bullied online and in public for the last 9 months but doesn't say in what regard, and clearly it's taken a toll on him.

His IG post comes a day after we reported Ariana had her Pete-inspired tattoo wiped from her foot. It was replaced with a tattoo that's a tribute to her ex, Mac Miller.

It also comes just days after Ariana apologized to Pete in her "Thank U, Next" music vid ... saying, "Sry I dipped."

As you know ... Ariana and Pete broke their engagement back in October. They had only been dating for a few weeks before he proposed to her.

Ariana Grande is slowly but surely erasing Pete Davidson from her life AND body ... updating a tattoo with a tribute to Mac Miller.

Ariana's hawk-eyed fans noticed in her behind-the-scenes footage for the "Thank U, Next" music video the tattoo "Myron" on her foot. The name belongs to Mac Miller's dog. The tattoo used to have the numbers "8414" ... a badge number that belonged to Pete's late father and firefighter who died in the September 11 attacks.

It's hard to tell, but you can definitely see the numbers are gone. In the video, you can see Ariana bending over and pointing to her foot to show off her new tat. She says, "Look at my Myron. Guys, look. How cool, right?"

This tattoo cover-up game is just the latest since Ariana broke off her engagement with Pete back in October. As you know ... she covered up a "Pete" tattoo on her finger ... first with a band-aid and later converting it into a heart.

Pete hasn't been taking this lying down either ... the Ariana-inspired bunny tattoo behind his ear was also 86'd. But, Ariana's latest ink upgrade no doubt shows Mac's still heavy on her mind.

Not long after Mac died from an accidental overdose ... Ariana posted a video on her Instagram with Myron. It's crystal clear Ariana's got tons of love for this pup ... and she found a way to pay homage to Mac and his pooch while also erasing Pete from her life.

Kathy Hilton says she's sure her daughter won't live out her days single-and-ready-to-mingle ... but, honestly, she doesn't really seem THAT sure.

We got Paris' mom and dad leaving Mr Chow in Beverly Hills Friday night, and Kathy's all decked out in purple and gold pom poms. She and Rick were leaving Billy Idol's birthday party ... yeah, it's cool being rich and famous.

Anyway, even though the engagement's off between Paris and Chris Zylka, Kathy's got nothing but nice things to say about the guy ... and tells us she stays out of their business.

But, we had to ask ... do Paris' parents think their girl will ever be a bride? Rick believes he'll walk her down the aisle someday, but Kathy ... might need a little more convincing.

Charlie Sheen and his ex-fiancee Brett Rossi are no longer squaring off -- legally speaking, anyway -- because her lawsuit against him has been dismissed.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Brett's lawsuit -- in which she alleges Charlie bullied her to get an abortion because of his HIV status -- has been dismissed with prejudice. Translation ... all signs point to a settlement. It's unclear if money changed hands or how much.

TMZ broke the story ... Brett sued Charlie back in December 2015 claiming he told her he didn't want her to have his baby because he didn't want her "to give birth to a retarded child" after knocking her up in March 2014. She says she gave in to the pressure and got the abortion.

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett will remain husband and wife just a little longer thanks to a mess up on their part in filing their divorce docs.

The estranged couple filed their final divorce settlement to the court on October 29, thinking that was the end-all for their marriage. However, that wasn't the case ... and the settlement was rejected by the court on Wednesday.

As for why it was turned down ... according to docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the couple entered the wrong jurisdiction date on their divorce docs and also forgot to check a box on another section of the papers.

TMZ broke the story ... it was back in April when Kendra filed for divorce from her husband of 9 years. The two have two children together.

Just prior to the divorce filing, Kendra posted an emotional video of herself breaking down confirming the couple was on the outs ... and that she was scared for what was to come.

Unfortunately for Kendra, she's gotta stick it out just a little bit longer.

"Even Stevens" actress Margo Harshman -- who played Tawny Dean on the Disney show -- has filed for divorce from her husband.

Harshman was married to Austen Hooks -- who works in music -- for a little over a year before filing to end it in Los Angeles on Thursday ... it's currently unclear what led to the split. The two do not have any kids together.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Harshman says they separated on October 4. She doesn't want either her or her ex to pay spousal support.

As for property, Harshman says she should get control of her assets including an L.A.-area home, a labradoodle named Bullet, a trailer and a Honda Pilot. She says her ex should get his 2000 Toyota Tundra.

In the docs, Harshman says she wants the court to help them figure out who should have control of their gun safe and various firearms.

Harshman got her big break alongside Shia LaBeouf on "Even Stevens" in 2000-2003. She played goth teen Tawny ... one of LaBeouf's character's best friends. Harshman appeared in nearly 50 episodes of the Disney show.

She's also landed other gigs on shows like "Big Bang Theory," "Modern Family" and "NCIS."

Interestingly enough ... Shia recently split with his longtime partner Mia Goth, and has recently been linked to the singer FKA Twigs. Shia and FKA met on the set of the movie "Honey Boy."

David Charvet claims former Team USA soccer star Jermaine Jones has been stalking him and threatening him with a GUN over the FALSE belief that he's having sex with Jermaine's wife ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Charvet filed a request for a restraining order against Jones after the soccer star went on a social media tirade last week and publicly accused him of being a homewrecker.

Now, we've learned the request was GRANTED after Charvet painted a very frightening picture of how Jones has been terrorizing him privately.

Charvet claims he met Jones and his wife because their kids played together in L.A.

Charvet claims Jones and his wife, Sarah, have been separated for about 2 months -- and in November, Jones began blaming Charvet for the split ... and began sending him nasty text messages.

"Next time I see you me and you will clear all that sh*t ... Man I f*cking have a problem with you."

Charvet claims Jones later sent him threats stating he would "punch me in the face but for the fact that he would go to jail for that."

During the recent fires in California, Charvet says he evacuated -- but Jones stalked him and threatened to come find him at the place he was staying.

Charvet says Jones also sent him text messages of a recently purchased AR-15 assault rifle with a message to stay away and watch out.

Charvet says Jones' wife Sarah found the AR-15 rifle unlocked in Jermaine's closet -- and when she confronted him about the situation, he made more threatening comments.

Another scary moment went down on Nov. 23, when Jones drove to Charvet's gated community and attempted to get to David's home, according to the documents. Security turned him away but David was so scared he filed a police report.

Charvet says, "I am in tremendous fear for my safety that he will stop at nothing to find me, continue to stalk me and carry through with his combative and threatening behavior."

In his court docs, David falsely claims Jones had contacted TMZ to "pass a story that I was having an affair with his wife." Jermaine NEVER contacted TMZ. We learned of Jermaine's claims through his social media posts.

Charvet wants to make it clear in the court docs he's NOT having a sexual relationship with Sarah Jones -- "We are not romantically or sexually involved in any way whatsoever, we are simply friends."

The judge granted Charvet's request for a restraining order and Jones must stay 100 yards away from the actor at all times.

As we previously reported, Jones -- who was a star for Team USA in the 2014 World Cup -- had posted a picture of Charvet on Instagram with a devil over his face last week ... with messages accusing the actor of ruining his family.
