Scott Stapp Wife Wants 60-Day Psych Hold He's Trying to Detox Himself
Scott Stapp is irrational, incoherent, delusional, psychotic, dangerous and needs to be involuntarily committed to a mental facility again and he's in great danger because he's trying to detox himself without help ... this according to his estranged wife and mother-in-law.
Jaclyn Stapp and Hayat Nesheiwat filed legal docs Wednesday ... trying to convince a judge Scott needs to be committed for 60 days ... this after he was released from a 3-day psych hold a short time ago.
The women echo what cops said before getting the 3-day hold ... they say Scott refuses to get help and is deep into drugs, including amphetamines, steroids, weed, coke, PCP, Ketamine and others.
They say the Creed frontman has been leaving messages that his son's school is about to be attacked by ISIS, biological weapons are on the way, he's been poisoned and he's threatened to hurt people. He's also drained his bank account and is living out of his truck.
The women say Scott is lying on the video he released -- that he's clean -- and the real issue they say is that he's trying to detox himself which if true can sometimes be fatal.
Scott's wife and mother-in-law also say they fear he'll harm himself or others if he's not committed.

Scott Stapp Placed on Psych Hold Fears ISIS Attack Against His Kid
Creed frontman Scott Stapp was placed on a psych hold after cops say he had drug-fueled paranoid delusions he's a marked man, and his wife says he hears voices and worries his kid will get attacked by ISIS.
TMZ has obtained a Madison County Florida Sheriff's Dept. report which says deputies found Scott on the side of a road Nov. 13 and he appeared wasted, incoherent and rambling that someone was trying to poison him. Cops placed him on a 72-hour psych hold.
Jaclyn Stapp -- who filed for divorce last month -- then filed new legal docs claiming Scott is off the hinges, threatening to kill himself and his AA sponsor, and she says he has the wherewithal to do it ... he has guns.
According to the police report ... Jaclyn said Scott hears phantom voices and has visions of people on fire. She says he's also paranoid. He left a message with the dean of his kid's school on November 10, warning that the school was about to become the target of an ISIS attack.
As for why he's out of his head, Jaclyn says he's on a potentially fatal drug binge, fueled by steroids, weed, cocaine, PCP, Special K, Crystal meth, and various Rx drugs.
Stapp posted a desperate video Friday, saying he's broke, sometimes homeless and sometimes goes without food. Jaclyn says it's because he blows all of his money on drugs, and has resorted to pawning personal items to fuel his habit.
Jaclyn dismissed her petition Friday to lock Scott up ... we're told she's now talking to Scott and hopes she can accomplish her goal by communicating with him and convincing him he needs help.

Creed's Scott Stapp I'm Homeless and Penniless Shocking New Video
Scott Stapp -- the lead singer of Creed and one of the most successful frontmen in the '90s -- says the government has stolen his money and now he's so desperate, he can't afford rent or even food.
Stapp just posted a 15-minute cry for help on his Facebook page, saying the IRS has frozen his accounts and the banks have conspired to rob him of his fortune.
The singer says his wife -- who has filed for divorce -- is trying to get him committed, falsely accusing him of doing meth and showing signs of paranoia. Her divorce docs reportedly contain text messages from Stapp which say, among other things, "Florida is not safe. Biological weapons on the way."
Stapp sent another text which read, "I wouldn't doubt it if the CIA is behind Alcoholics Anonymous." And he warns, "God created you and now God is ending you."
Watch the video ... it's really sad.
A rep for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office tells TMZ they did a wellness check at Stapp's home last week and spoke with both Stapp and his wife. All was well.

NBA's Stephen Jackson Sued 'I'll Spend It All' Before I Let My Wife Get It
Stephen Jackson's estranged wife says there's an innocent victim in her divorce from the ex-NBA star ... her Bentley ... which she claims Stephen sold off behind her back just to piss her off.
In some super bitter legal docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Renata White Jackson claims she filed for divorce from Jackson in 2013 ... and says both sides were instructed not to get rid of any major assets until the court could divide them up.
But according to Renata, Jackson wasn't having it ... and on October 9, 2014, he stole the keys to her Bentley and sold it off behind her back.
Then, Renata says Jackson taunted her about the sale in a text that read, "Clearly u make a lot of decisions without me. So I sold [the Bentley] for what I pay for it. U can get something else."
He continued ... "I will spend it all before I let u take it and spend it on another n**ga or bitch."
"I worked to [sic] hard and give u to [sic] much to be treated like a guest and not a man. F*k [sic] dat. I will get to the bottom of all this disrespect. I'm wit the bulls**t."
Now, Renata claims Jackson should BE THROWN IN JAIL until Stephen forks over her share of the profit from the sale of the Bentley.
Celeb attorney Marvin Solomiany, who is representing Jackson, tells TMZ Sports, "There is a valid prenuptial agreement that both parties agree is enforceable. While we’d like to keep these matters private, our client denies any allegations that he’s acted contrary to the terms of the party’s prenuptial agreement."

"Star Trek: Voyager" actor Robert Picardo says his estranged wife is under investigation in a murder case, and he now believes his own life is in imminent danger.
Picardo -- who's in the middle of an ugly divorce from Linda Pawlik -- asked a judge to throw Pawlik off his property STAT, because he's deathly afraid of her. She's currently living in a guest house on the property -- after Picardo got a restraining order against her.
In new court docs, Picardo says Pawlik was questioned by cops after her friend, Edward Mello, was found dead Oct. 29 in a hotel room -- killed with a handgun he says was registered to Pawlik.
Picardo claims Pawlik was ordered to turn over all 10 of her handguns when he got the restraining order ... but he claims at least 4 guns were never turned in -- and one was used to murder Mello. He also claims Pawlik hangs out with violent criminals and drug users.
A judge sided with Picardo ... and ordered Pawlik to move out of the guest house and off the property by Dec. 7. ... but Picardo has to pay $10K toward her moving expenses.

Paige Laurie Dubbert Here's What a Walmart Heiress Prenup Looks Like
Walmart Heiress Paige Laurie Dubbert got her husband to sign a prenup that gives him $15 million ... but only if they're married for 30 years and she croaks.
Paige and Patrick Bode Dubbert have been locked in a bitter divorce, and they both just filed legal docs revealing the very long prenup agreement.
We're including the doc in the post in case you want to see how rich people do it, but the big thing is that Patrick gets $30K a month in spousal support for half the length of the marriage. They've been married almost 6 years, so he'll do ok.
Patrick obviously thinks he can do better, so he's gunning to invalidate the prenup. He says he had hired a lawyer to help negotiate the document before they got married, but he says Paige's lawyer underhandedly convinced him not to use her, saying she was a "crazy female lawyer" who didn't know what she was doing and who "had never dealt with billionaires."
And this is the best ... Patrick says Paige's mega-wealthy parents gave him an ultimatum -- either sign the prenup before the parents returned from a yacht trip, or the parents would not pay $100K for the wedding planner.

Ricki Lake Divorce Hubby Claims, 'You Defrauded Me!'
Ricki Lake tricked her estranged husband into signing a prenup and he wants the divorce judge to invalidate it ... TMZ has learned.
Ricki's hubby, Christian Evans, claims Ricki committed fraud in getting him to sign the prenup before their marriage in April 2012. He does not explain the basis of the fraud, but this becomes SOP in lots of celebrity divorces, where the other spouse tries to squeeze more cash out than the prenup provides.
If the prenup is invalidated, Evans would be entitled to half the earnings during their marriage ... although Ricki's heyday was her talk show era, long before they got hitched.
Based on what we see ... it looks like what Christian is really gunning for is more spousal support than the prenup provides.

Stephen Collins My Awful Wife Owes Me a Mil For Molestation Recording
Stephen Collins is on the attack ... demanding a million dollars from his wife for secretly recording his confession that he's a child molester ... TMZ has learned.
Faye Grant appeared in court Wednesday AM for the first day of their divorce trial. Stephen was a no show, but we obtained docs which outline his new demand. He claims Faye should pay because he can't get work as a result of TMZ posting the audio.
Stephen says Faye had no right to secretly record him in his therapist's office -- that she had a legal duty to protect his privacy. And he claims she's responsible for leaking the recording to TMZ.
Stephen wants a million bucks ... presumably deducted from her share of the community property, which we're told is valued at around $14 million.
The trial was delayed because Faye's lawyer told the judge he didn't want to rep her anymore because of a fee dispute ... so she needs a new lawyer.

Tyler Perry Star I'm Convinced My Husband Will Kill Me
Tasha Smith says she agrees with her husband that someone in their house has reason to fear murder ... but she says it's her.
The "Why Did I Get Married?" star just filed legal docs, claiming hubby Keith Douglas flies into jealous rages, calling her a "f***ing d**e" and accusing her of sleeping with other women. She says, "When he's in a rage, I feel that he is capable of killing me."
We broke the story ... Douglas has similar concerns, saying Smith flies into booze-fueled rages and threatens to kill him, warning him to "not fall asleep or something will happen."
Douglas got a restraining order last week, requiring Smith to stay an absurd 2 yards away from him while they're in the house together ... but we're told Douglas has since moved out.
Smith says she'll call a bunch of celebs in their divorce case to validate her claims of abuse, including Tisha Campbell Martin and Elizabeth Rohm.
Smith says in her docs she's friends with Michael Jace -- "The Shield" actor who allegedly shot and killed his wife -- and says she told her husband she was worried she'd end up like Jace's wife.
Both deny the allegations the others have made. Fortunately, they didn't have kids together.

Johnny Weir I Got the Dog and Faberge Egg ... My Ex Gets Squat
Johnny Weir's ex believes the judge in his divorce case screwed the pooch ... because Johnny has been awarded full custody of their tiny little dog.
And there's more in the bad news department for Victor Voronov ... he doesn't get to keep the $20,000 Faberge egg that was a big bone of contention in their nasty divorce.
We found out Johnny and Victor quietly went to court late last week and the judge laid down the law over some precious items. The Japanese Chin, Tema, was the biggest source of heartache. Victor sobbed back in March, as he watched Weir scoop Tema up and remove her from their home.
The judge also gave Johnny's lawyer permission to sell their wedding rings and the pricey egg to cover legal fees.
Johnny threw a crying fit over the egg -- which led to a 6-hour standoff at their storage facility.
Victor also got shut down in his attempt to get more spousal support, so all he gets is a grand a month.
Why do we think this fight's not over?
