Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have settled their divorce case ... TMZ has learned.

Paula filed legal docs Tuesday declaring they have reached a property settlement as well as a custody arrangement for their 4-year-old son Julian.

The terms of the settlement are private. There's an indication from the legal docs Paula is getting primary custody, but it's not spelled out specifically. They've also agreed on the terms of spousal and child support.

The divorce does NOT become final until April 14, 6 months after Paula filed. At that point they will be officially single, but now it's just a matter of time.

Pam Anderson says Rick Salomon may not be screwing her anymore, but he's definitely screwing the tax man ... because he's dodging a tax bill on $40 million in poker winnings in 2014 alone.

TMZ broke the story ... Rick has filed for an annulment from Pam in Nevada. She wants a California divorce, not an annulment, because it could entitle her to half his poker earnings.

Pam claims in new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Rick won $40 MIL from ONE GUY -- Andy Beal, a billionaire real estate mogul who plays high stakes poker. In one weekend, Beal gambled at the Bellagio in Vegas and was up $13 mil at one point and down more than $16 mil later.

Pam says in the docs, Rick is lying in his annulment papers by saying he's a resident of Nevada, where there is no state income tax. Pam says they have lived in Malibu, California, where the state tax rate is a whopping 13%.

Pam says Rick actually used some of his earnings last year to buy a $4 million Nevada pad by paying cash, and then had his assistant use Rick's credit card in Nevada to make small purchases, making it look like Rick was living there.

Rick's people say Pam is on a mission to ruin Rick because she's not happy about the proposed divorce settlement.

Here's Hilary Duff ... showing off what Mike Comrie will be missing out on now that she's decided to pull the plug on her marriage to the former hockey star.

Duff posted the pic to her Instagram account ... with the caption, "Hey #moms #westillgotit ❤️ #loveyourbod."

Duff and Comrie separated in January 2013 ... but she finally filed for divorce back in February.

Nick Cannon has figured out a surefire way to make people forget he once had a Mariah Carey back tattoo ... with a shock and awe tattoo for the ages.

Cannon inked over his old Mariah tat but he wasn't satisfied, so he hit up a Covina, CA parlor and invested 30 painful hours in the chair.

Cannon's business partner, Pep Williams, chronicled the process in photographs, which will appear in Urban Ink magazine later this month.

As for the new tat ... it features a cherub on each side of the cross (representing his kids). The text below reads, "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do."

Possibly a reference to his marriage to Mariah?

Pam Anderson just got a restraining order after claiming her estranged husband Rick Salomon tried to strangle her and smother her with a pillow during sex, but he claims she has killed untold numbers of unborn babies through abortion.

Pam's legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- leave no doubt about the bitterness between the 2. Pam has filed for divorce and Rick has filed for an annulment, claiming fraud.

Now we know the basis of Rick's annulment claim. Pam includes in her docs an email Rick sent, which says, "I did not no (sic) she was a serial baby killer to her husbands ... she should be locked up." He then says she begged him to get pregnant when they were married the first time and when she did she terminated the pregnancy.

Pam also includes a text from Rick to her, which says, "You never disclosed to me that you (redacted) a baby when you were married to kid rock. I heard you begged him to get pregnant with him too. I also heard it might have also been twice with him."

Pam claims in January, she and Rick were having sex and he flew into a rage, spitting in her face, putting a pillow over her face and trying to strangle her. She also says when he loses at poker he gets nasty, calling her a "slut," an "ugly old bitch" and "crack whore."

Keyshawn Johnson's wife has filed for divorce ... just 7 months after tying the knot with the ex-NFL star in a lavish beach wedding ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court on March 3rd ... Jennifer Conrad is asking the judge to nuke their marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Conrad says the pair separated back in February. She also notes she signed a pre-nup before they got hitched.

In the docs, Conrad asks for joint legal custody of their 2 minor children (ages 5 and 2) ... though she wants primary physical custody with Keyshawn getting visitation.

The two tied the knot in a 4-day oceanfront celebration in Newport Beach, CA back in August -- with Jennifer rocking a $6,500 pair of Louboutin shoes with Swarovski crystals.

But don't count Keyshawn out yet ... sources close to the former NFL star say there's still a chance the two will reconcile and call off the divorce.

Wiz Khalifa and Tyga's exes refuse to take a back seat to them when it comes to making exotic dancer support payments (just sounds classier) -- cause Amber Rose and Blac Chyna went big in an L.A. strip club.

The girls hit up Ace of Diamonds in Hollywood Monday night ... the same club where Wiz went crazy a few weeks earlier. Once inside, Amber and BC bumped and grinded with some of their ex comrades-in-lucite.

Our sources say both women were paid for their appearance at AoD -- though it's unclear how much ... some of it went back to the employees. We're told they rained $10K on the strippers ... right on par with what Wiz and his crew spent.

Nick Cannon got run over by the Mariah Carey express, because their business manager let her drive the train on the sale of their mansion ... while he was kept 100% in the dark ... according to Nick.

According to a new lawsuit ... Cannon says he never authorized the $9 million sale of the Bel-Air home he and Carey used to share, and believes biz manager Michael Kane was dealing exclusively with her people on the deal. He says he didn't find out about this until after the fact.

But the house isn't the issue -- Nick's cool with the sale -- he says the problem is Kane failed to keep him in the loop from start to finish. He's most concerned about how funds from the sale will be divvied up.

Nick wants the bulk of the $9 mil frozen until he gets a detailed accounting to determine how much cheese he's getting.

Some bad news/good news for L.A. Clippers star Glen "Big Baby" Davis.

The Bad News -- His marriage to his longtime sweetheart and baby mama Jenna Gomez is officially over.

The Good News -- He's got a brand new girlfriend ... and she's a model!!!

Davis and his new flame Jasmin Jaye his up Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills last night where they were on a mission to shoot down rumors that they were dating behind Glen's wife's back.

"I am divorced," Davis said. Davis and Gomez married on December 31st, 2013.

Glen also explained where he and Jasmin met and what first attracted him to her ... and it was all because "she had a big, ol ..."

Nick Cannon is becoming a bridge and tunnel kind of guy ... moving to New Jersey where the twins will have 2 lush acres in which to roam.

We're told Nick strategically picked Saddle River -- 1 hour out of NYC -- to keep the 3-year-olds out of the spotlight. Fact is ... it would be hard to find the equivalent in the City. The house has 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, a private lake, and on and on.

Nick's renting to own, but not because he can't cut it. He'll pay $11k a month with an option to buy the $3 mil estate, assuming he likes it enough.

The house will not have Mariah's ornate touches. Nick's mom will help him decorate ... after his escapades a few weeks back, we're guessing there might be some Jamaican influences.

"Shark Tank" star Robert Herjavec is pulling out of his biggest investment in life -- he's separated from his wife and headed for divorce.

Herjavec tells TMZ he and wife Diane Plese are already legally separated and we're told they will be divorcing soon.

The couple married in 1990 and have 3 kids together, two daughters and a son.

Herjavec, who is on the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars," says ... "Human Relationships are so difficult ... I wish nothing but love and peace for our family as we move forward from this."

Herjavec has a net worth in the nine figures, so ... the line forms to the right, ladies.

You get a ride! YOU get a ride!! Everybody got a ride on Nick Cannon while he was partying in Jamaica ... and we got video of all the women who lined up to get a piece of him.

Nick was at Susie's Cafe in Kingston last week when one woman backed it up on his crotch while he was dancing -- and that started the train rolling. Chick after chick after chick ... all getting up close with some Cannon crotch.

You gotta see Nick in action ... pretty impressive.

All of this was for work ... sorta ... since Nick is in Jamrock scouting locations for a movie he's directing down there in April.

Ex-NBA player Earl Watson claims he shouldn't have to pay up just because his estranged wife's acting career FELL OFF A CLIFF after her days of starring on a hit TV show ... and wants a judge to protect his wallet in their nasty child support war.

Watson has gone to battle with Jennifer Freeman -- who starred as Claire Kyle on "My Wife and Kids" back in the early 2000s. They have a 5-year-old daughter together.

The two are warring over cash -- she claims she deserves way more than the court-ordered $2,500-per-month in child support since he's rich. He claims he's not as ballin' as he used to be ... because he's retired from the NBA and only making $30k per year as a coach in the NBA's D-league.

But in new court docs filed in L.A County Superior Court, Watson also included a few digs at Freeman's acting career ... saying, "She has not been employed on a full-time basis since appearing in the early 2000s on the television show 'My Wife and Kids.'"

"She has secured sporadic acting roles for which she has received nominal remuneration. Her last paying job was in Nov. 2014 when she appeared on the Real Husbands of Hollywood."

Ouch.

We may understand where the hostility comes from ... back in 2010, Watson claimed Freeman attacked him with an iron!! Though the two reconciled after that incident.

As for Freeman, she claims she has a holding deal with BET which prevents her from getting other jobs. She also says she's the primary caretaker for their kid and needs more cash to pay for things like private school, extracurricular activities and other child-related expenses.

Freeman says Watson owns a ton of real estate worth millions ... and can afford to pony up more dough.

Rosie O'Donnell filed divorce papers Friday ... 3 weeks after announcing she and Michelle Rounds were splitting.

Rosie filed in Manhattan, and in the docs she calls the marriage "an irretrievably broken relationship." The papers also reveal they have a prenup, according to People ... which first reported the filing.

In the docs, O'Donnell says they've been separated since November.

She dropped the bombshell of their break-up at the same time she first revealed she was leaving "The View."

Wiz Khalifa believes in the motto, "If you don't succeed ..." because he threw a belated birthday party for Sebastian and this time the kid showed.

Wiz threw the bash at his home in Silver Lake Thursday. It was almost a carbon copy of the party he tried hosting last weekend, when Amber and 2-year-old Sebastian were no-shows.

Amber was not present this time around, which apparently was just fine with Wiz. He used his custody time to bring friends and family together to celebrate the BD.

Here's the good news ... Amber's name wasn't even mentioned, which is at least one small step in lowering the volume in what has become a super-bitter custody war.

The party was pirate-themed, so it's too bad Amber didn't show. Imagine her walking the plank.

It's a good thing "American Idol" Season 2 finalist Josh Gracin is a country singer -- he just got a ton of inspiration by losing half his music rights in his divorce ... which was just finalized.

According to divorce docs ... the exes divvied up their assets, and Ann Gracin is walking with a 50% stake in 24 songs Josh recorded during their 17-year marriage.

Josh will also shell out $1590/month in alimony, and $1436/month for child support. They have four kids -- and will share custody, but there's a complication. Each has a restraining order against the other, requiring them to stay at least 25 feet away.

Interestingly, Ann was ordered to return Josh's Glock. As we reported ... Josh was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold after posting an apparent suicide threat on Facebook last August. Ann filed divorce papers the next month.

Josh's next album should be interesting.
