Steve Levitan's bitter divorce has come to an end, and his ex-wife is walking away with a huge amount of money ... but so is he.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Krista Levitan will get at least $4 MILLION a year in income from various projects -- including "Modern Family" -- but as long as that cash keeps flowing in ... he won't have to pay any spousal support.

But, that's not all -- Krista and Steve are also splitting several bank accounts worth tens of millions of dollars ... along with going 50/50 on various properties and cars.

Specifically, the docs say the 2 are to split the profits from the sale of their Santa Monica home ... which is worth about $40 million.

We broke the story ... Krista filed for divorce from Steve in 2016 after 23 years of marriage, and it appeared there was no prenup.

Things later took a nasty turn when Krista made claims of assault against Steve and tried to get a restraining order. A judge shot it down, but the divorce battle raged on.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reached a custody agreement, but it is vague for an obvious reason ... Ben's issue with alcohol.

As we have already reported, the couple long ago agreed to joint custody of their 3 kids. There are 2 elements to the agreement -- legal and physical custody.

Legal custody is simple ... they will jointly agree on decisions that affect the kids, such as education and various activities.

As for physical custody, that's where it gets tricky. As we reported, the divorce was held up for a long time because Ben was on and off the bottle, and Jennifer didn't want to strike any custody arrangement until he was sober and stable.

We're told the physical custody agreement is vague ... it doesn't outline any specific division of time with the kids. But, we're told, at least at the beginning, Jen will get the lion's share of custodial time, and when Ben has the kids he will have a monitor to ensure he's sober and the kids are safe.

There's another factor -- their kids are older now -- 12, 9 and 6 -- and they may be conscious of Ben's problem with alcohol and how it's affected their family, and they will have a voice as well.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have officially signed their divorce papers ... but the split isn't final yet.

Ben and Jen met Garner's home Thursday for several hours to hammer out the remaining details in their divorce. After reaching a final agreement ... both signed on the dotted line to officially end things.

In order for the divorce to be finalized and make the pair legally single, they'll still need approval to use a private judge who will then need to submit the docs to the court for the papers to get stamped. We're told that will happen by the end of this year.

As we first reported ... Ben and Jen's final settlement was to be agreed on once Ben got out of rehab. With him now out of rehab, that plan was set into motion.

TMZ broke the story ... Ben's drinking was a sticking point in the settlement. Before rehab, Ben had fallen off the wagon for 18 months. It was an issue because when Ben isn't sober ... it puts Ben and Jen's 3 kids at risk when he's with them.

We broke the story ... Jen filed for divorce back in April 2017 and it was as amicable as it can get. They reached a property settlement, which was complicated and time-consuming because of the fortune that needed to be divided. They did NOT have a prenup, so all of their earnings during their 12-year marriage went into one pot.

As for custody ... Ben and Jen agreed to joint custody, though the settlement does not say how much custodial time Ben and Jen each get. They've gotten along great coparenting the kids ... and felt shifting custody based on their work schedules rather than abide by a rigid formula served them better.

Zac Brown is separating from his wife, Shelly, after a dozen years of marriage.

The Zac Brown Band lead singer and Shelly made the announcement in a joint statement to People.

“We feel blessed to be on such an incredible journey in life and sometimes the journey begins to lead in different directions. It is with deep love and respect that we announce we are separating as a couple."

Zac and Shelly got hitched in 2006. They have 5 kids together: son Alexander, 4, and daughters Joni, 7, Georgia, 8, Lucy, 10, and Justice, 11.

Jennifer Garner wants her never-ending divorce case over and done with ... so she's now filed legal docs to supercharge the process so she's a single woman by the end of the year ... TMZ has learned.

Garner is asking the judge in her divorce to have the case yanked from the court system and put in the hands of a private judge. The reason -- the courts often move at a glacial pace and Jen is out of patience. A private judge can accelerate the process and handle the final details quickly.

Our sources say Jen's goal is to have a final divorce decree by year's end. She filed for divorce in April of last year and the couple has been separated since June 2015.

We're told the major reason for the delay ... Ben's drinking. TMZ broke the story ... Jen did not want to set a custody agreement in stone until she knew Ben was sober, and he's been up and down for years, and that was the primary reason for the delay.

Now that Ben's out of rehab and sober again, we're told Jen thinks the time is right to formalize the divorce.

9/28 -- Roger posted a video vowing to win his wife back.

The next season of 'Jersey Shore' just got real interesting ... JWoww is divorcing her husband, Roger Mathews ... TMZ has confirmed.

JWoww -- aka Jenni Farley -- filed docs in Ocean County, NJ 2 weeks ago. The split comes just shy of the couple's third anniversary. She cites irreconcilable differences, and says their marriage has been on the rocks for at least 6 months.

Roger occasionally appeared on episodes of the original 'JS' run, but he has not been involved with the most recent tapings of the rebooted version of the show ... "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation."

It's unclear what's at the center of their marital strife -- but earlier this year Roger kinda poured his heart out on social media ... admitting he and Jenni went through several ups and downs. He said, "Some days it’s a struggle to stay together. Some days she calls me a f**king d**k head (cause I am). Some days the grass looks greener on the other side. We aren’t even close to perfect and I have no intention on pretending that we are."

JWoww and Roger have 2 kids -- a 4-year-old daughter, Melani, and a 2-year-old boy, Grayson.

2:30 PM PT -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Leah says they split on July 10. She cites irreconcilable differences.

She's asking for spousal support and says she wants to share custody of their child.

Brandon Jenner and Leah Felder have officially filed for divorce after 6 years of marriage.

Felder filed Tuesday to make the couple's split official. The pair dated for 8 years before tying the knot in 2012. They had one child together, a daughter named Eva.

Earlier this month, the couple released a joint statement about their split, saying, "Even though we have chosen to separate as a couple, we still love one another very, very much and remain a major part of each other’s lives — as best friends, family and loving parents to our daughter.”

Holly Madison is about to be on the market ... her husband, Pasquale Rotella, has filed for divorce from the former Playboy model.

Holly and Pasquale got hitched in 2013, and they have 2 kids together, daughter Rainbow Aurora and son Forest. The couple decided to end their union after their romance was said to have fizzled out.

According to the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Pasquale filed on August 31 in Vegas.

Rotella posted a statement Tuesday, saying, "It is with love in our hearts and a deep respect for one another that Holly and I have amicably made the decision to separate. First and foremost, we are forever partners and parents to two beautiful children, and are fully committed to raising them in an environment filled with love and positivity."

Holly famously dated Hugh Hefner and was one of the stars of the TV show, "The Girls Next Door."

Holly and Pasquale got married at Disneyland ... but their marriage won't have a storybook ending.

9/24 -- According to the judgment, obtained by TMZ, David will pay Carlton $11k in spousal support. She gets to keep the 2017 Maserati and he keeps the 2016 Cadillac Escalade.

They'll share joint custody of their 3 kids. The kids will stay in the same house while David and Carlton will rotate who stays in the house depending on their period of custody.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Carlton Gebbia is officially single -- her divorce from David Gebbia is now final ... TMZ has learned.

The judge signed off on the divorce settlement Thursday, according to docs obtained by TMZ. David filed in November 2017 -- citing irreconcilable differences -- but they'd separated nearly a year before that.

Carlton and David got married back in September 1997 and have 3 children -- 2 teenage daughters and a 6-year-old son.

9/18 -- According to the divorce judgment -- obtained by TMZ -- the couple is officially kaput November 9. Jessica will keep her 2015 Chrysler and the couple's two dogs. Logic will get their home in Tarzana and will not have to pay spousal support.

The docs also indicate Logic paid Jessica a sum of cash ... but it's unclear how much.

Logic is a single man again, at the ripe old age of 28.

The rapper just got a sign-off from a judge in his divorce case. He was the one who filed, citing "irreconcilable differences" in his marriage to Jessica Andrea. They tied the knot in Oct 2015, when Logic was just 25.

As we reported, Logic became "very distant" from Jessica after the success of his track, "1-800-273-8255," which dropped late last year.

Shortly after the 2 appeared at the Grammys together in January, he dropped the news to her he wanted a divorce. He told her he wanted to be single again ... news that was not received well by her.

We got video of Logic boarding a private jet with another woman shortly after he told Jessica he wanted out.

Our sources say the couple had a prenup, so there weren't many assets to split.

Logic and Jessica had no children.

Dean DeLeo -- guitarist for the rock band Stone Temple Pilots -- is clapping back at his estranged wife who has accused him of being a violent alcoholic ... saying she's trying to smear him the way she did her ex.

Dean filed new legal docs in his divorce case and claims Jenn DeLeo's up to her old tricks. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Dean says when he was first talking to Jenn she would bitch that her then-husband was very mean and would throw her around and dangle her over a stairwell.

Dean says years later he got to know Jenn's ex and says he's a gentleman and not the mean violent man Jenn painted him out to be. Dean says Jenn's now attempting to do the exact same thing to him.

Dean denies he's ever been abusive and claims her cheating allegations are BS ... adding he's been clean and sober from drugs and booze since 2013. As for Jenn's claim Dean once took their baby daughter June into the ocean while he was drunk ... he says it's a bold-face lie.

Dean says don't just take his word for it. The musician attached declarations from his teenage son, ex-wife and current girlfriend ... all of whom vouch for him as a dad with a strong bond with his kids.

Tamar Braxton's relationship with her estranged husband is apparently so far gone ... she won't even visit him in the hospital.

We're told Vincent Herbert is hospitalized with gout in his elbow -- SUPER PAINFUL -- and Tamar has no plans to lift his spirits with a visit.

Vincent has been in the hospital since Thursday, but she's been radio silent. We're told he and Tamar aren't talking anymore.

Tamar filed for divorce in 2017 after nearly 9 years of marriage.

Florence Nightingale ... clearly not her favorite character.

Mel B agreed to submit to random drug testing to prove she's a fit parent, and so far ... it looks like a good decision.

Mel was tested for drugs and alcohol 3 times recently -- on September 6, 7 and 10 -- and the results were negative for all of them ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

To be clear ... the results show she tested negative for everything -- alcohol, marijuana, cocaine and addictive painkillers.

We broke the story ... the Spice Girl agreed to submit to the testing for a limited time as part of her ongoing custody battle with Stephen Belafonte. This came after a member of their household staff accused her of being an alcoholic and a sex addict who's unfit to retain custody of their kids.

Mel strongly denied the accusations, and now has test results to back her up ... at least pertaining to the alcoholic claims.

As part of their last settlement, Mel B also agreed to submit to a child custody evaluation with psychological testing. In new legal docs, Belafonte proposed a list of custody evaluators.

Pete Rose says his health is "deteriorating" -- and his income has taken a serious hit -- and he's worried his ex-wife is bleeding him dry.

The ex-MLB star had previously acknowledged that he had heart issues -- with 3 major procedures in the past 5 years -- but now, Rose has filed new docs saying his health is getting worse.

"[Rose] is currently disabled and can barely walk or travel," the 77-year-old said in new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

"His health is deteriorating and has a heart condition and on blood thinners."

Rose added, "I am in poor health and disabled ... and have trouble walking."

In addition to his health concerns, Rose also says he lost 2 jobs in 2017 -- he was axed by FOX Sports and Hit King -- and because of that, his yearly income has already dropped by $550,000.

Rose says he still makes $453k per year -- but has major expenses including attorney's fees and other "great debts."

The docs are all part of his nasty divorce with his estranged wife, Carol Rose. Pete is trying to block her from getting more spousal support and attorney's fees.

Vanilla Ice doesn't live with his estranged wife anymore, but she claims he should still pony up for desperately needed home repairs ... 'cause the HOA is breathing down her neck!!!

VI and Laura Van Winkle are in the middle of a divorce ... and she's asking the court to make Ice open his wallet and pay for repairs on the home they share in Florida -- according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Laura lives in the home with their daughter, and she says the HOA is PISSED they have a dirty or mildewed roof and no fence around their pool. The horror!!!

5:30 PM PT -- Jana and Van say, "Though we have decided to end our marriage, we still love each other very much. We will continue raising our kids together, running our businesses together and supporting each other's growth. There is no beef or drama -- just evolution."

CNN political commentator Van Jones and his wife are breaking up ... TMZ has learned.

Jana Carter filed divorce docs Friday in L.A. County Court. They have 2 minor children together, both boys. Van and Jana got married in 2005, and according to the docs, obtained by TMZ, they separated back in May.

She's asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children, and spousal support.

Jana is an entrepreneur and attorney.
