Kim Richards was called on the courtroom carpet Wednesday for stepping out on a red carpet with high heels.
Kim has not performed her community labor for her public intoxication conviction -- her excuse is that she suffered a foot injury which prevents her from working.
But prosecutors blasted her in court, claiming if she's so injured why are there photos of her on a red carpet with high heels?
Good point, said the judge.
Kim was sentenced to 30 days community labor in her case. The judge has ordered her to come back to court June 1, and either prove she's enrolled in a community labor program or submit a doctor's note explaining why she can't.
We couldn't find the red carpet photo, but we did get this photo of Kim in heels over the holidays.
'Ray Donovan' Man Tackled & Tased On Set ... Got Too Close to Liev
Shooting for "Ray Donovan" was interrupted after cops say a homeless man refused to leave the set ... which resulted in a 5 officer takedown.
Law enforcement tells TMZ off-duty uniformed officers were working security on the Venice beach set last Friday when it went down. We're told cops told him several times to back away from Liev Schreiber -- but instead he took a swing at an officer and tried to run.
It took several cops and a taser to restrain the guy. He was booked for battery on an officer.
We're told no one on set was involved, but y'know Ray Donovan could've handled it.

Mandy Moore Alleged Stalker Terrorizes Again Still No Prosecution
Mandy Moore has good reason to be terrified ... her alleged stalker came back to her house for a third time in 2 weeks, ranting and raving ... yet so far prosecutors have said there's not enough evidence to lock him up.
We've learned Salahudin Moultaali was arrested Friday for the third time outside Moore's Hollywood home. The guy is off the rails, each time going nuclear at her doorstep.
Police were able to arrest Moultaali because a judge issued a restraining order keeping him from Moore's house. The problem is ... after the second intrusion, the L.A. County D.A. decided not to pursue the case because of "lack of evidence." The D.A. was not specific as to what evidence was lacking.
Moultaali showed up at Moore's house Friday -- 2 days after the D.A. rejected the case. Cops picked him up for violating the restraining order and felony stalking.
Moultaali's still in custody with a $150k bail. The D.A. says it still won't file a felony case. The matter is now in the hands of the L.A. City Attorney, who has yet to decide what to do.

Kesha Swears Under Oath Dr. Luke Did NOT Sexually Assault or Drug Me
Kesha now claims Dr. Luke drugged and raped her, but under oath she flatly denied it.
TMZ has obtained portions of a Kesha deposition taken in 2011. Kesha and Luke had both been sued by a manager, and she was asked under oath about comments her mom allegedly made against Luke.

Kesha Dr. Luke Forced Me to Lie He's His Generation's Bill Cosby
Kesha was threatened by Dr. Luke when she lied under oath and swore he never had sex with her, much less raped her ... so claims her lawyer.
Mark Geragos tells TMZ, portions of Kesha's 2011 deposition, which we posted Tuesday, are not what they seem. Kesha seems to freely say Luke never laid a hand on her and didn't roofie her.
Kesha's lawsuit:
Geragos says before the depo, Luke threatened to destroy Kesha's life and the lives of her family "if she didn't cover up his sexual assault." He also says Luke threatened her physical safety and she thought he was rich and powerful enough to make good on the threat.
And, Geragos took a parting shot, saying, "He's pathetic vermin. This guy is nothing more than his generation's Bill Cosby. Interestingly, they both impersonate doctors."

Suge says he's now sitting in isolation, unable to even make a phone call.

Suge claims his basic human rights are being violated. He's been in jail for more than a year after being charged with murder. Suge ran over a guy at a burger joint parking lot in Compton.

Dr. Luke on Kesha I Did Not Have Sexual Relations With That Woman
Dr. Luke is blasting Kesha, her lawyer and maybe even Taylor Swift ... unleashing for the first time about Kesha's rape allegations.
Luke says, "I didn't rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister." He also seems to be addressing celebs like Taylor publicly coming to Kesha's defense -- "I understand why people without all the information are speaking out. I can appreciate their compassion."
In a Twitter rant that went on for more than 30 minutes ... Luke also got personal with Kesha's attorney, saying ... "Mark Geragos represented Scott Peterson and Chris Brown. How can he pretend he cares about women's rights?"
Luke is reposting several web articles about the case ... including a TMZ post regarding Kesha's testimony in which she said Luke never drugged her and they never had an "intimate relationship."
Luke gloated a bit, pointing out the judge did NOT allow Kesha out of her contract during Friday's hearing. He added, "It's sad that she would turn a contract negotiation into something so horrendous and untrue."
