Ed Sheeran was the bait in a successful plot to swindle a charity out of 4 primo tickets to Super Bowl 51 ... according to cops trying to track down the scammer.

Marc Pollick -- CEO of The Giving Back Fund -- tells TMZ his charity got a call from someone promising to deliver Ed's singing services for a charity concert on the eve of the big game in Houston. Organizers and cops believe the con artist went so far as to forge Ed's signature on a contract.

The deal was Ed would perform 2 songs, and in return he'd get 4 suite tickets to SB51 ... worth $50k. They met the alleged manager before the event and handed him the precious tickets, and never saw him again. Nor did Ed show up at the event.

We're told the charity found out Sheeran was touring in Australia, and got suspicious they'd been screwed. They contacted cops and found out the tickets were re-sold.

Law enforcement tells us it's got all the makings of a classic scam and the guy behind it could face felony charges.

Oakland Raiders star Aldon Smith is being investigated for what we're told is a domestic incident ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources tell us cops in San Francisco were called early Saturday morning and responded to a home in the city. Smith owns a house in San Francisco.

Police interviewed Smith and the alleged victim and took a report. The case is under "active investigation."

Smith has not been arrested.

An arrest would be catastrophic for Smith's career -- he's currently suspended by the NFL for multiple violations of the league's substance abuse policy.

Smith was expected to be reinstated in March, on the assumption he stayed out of trouble. An arrest could undo his prospects.

Smith has had several run-ins with police since he was drafted by the 49ers back in 2011.

Smith showed extreme potential when he was on the field -- he was the NFC Defensive Player of the Year back in 2012.

Jeffrey Sandusky allegedly texted his underage accuser asking for naked photos and shots of her "taking a piss" ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports.

The report mentions 2 accusers (referred to as "Victim #1" and "Victim #2") who are sisters. Sandusky was dating their mother.

Victim #1 claims in 2016, Sandusky made several secret inappropriate sexual advances toward her -- many of them over text message.

She claims in the report Sandusky asked for pictures of her "boobs" and explained "it's not weird because he studied medicine."

Also in the report, she claims Sandusky also asked for her to send photos of her "in the morning when she is dressing for school" and also "while she is changing or taking a 'piss,' etc."

Victim #1 told police she informed her mother about the incidents months later and she threw Sandusky out of the house. Victim #1 claims Sandusky apologized and said he knew his actions were wrong.

Victim #1 claims she told her older sister who said Sandusky had been texting her similar stuff back in 2013 and asked her for oral sex. The police report says Victim #2 claims she did have sexual intercourse with Sandusky when she was 15 and he was 37.

Victim #1 claims her sister was furious when she found out about Sandusky's alleged behavior and "tore into him." She claims he tried to explain his way out of it.

Jerry Sandusky's 41-year-old son has been arrested in Pennsylvania for allegedly sexually assaulting a child ... officials say.

Jeffrey Sandusky was arraigned on Monday. Charging documents show he's also been hit with multiple counts of child pornography, child sex abuse and corruption of minors.

Officials say an investigation was launched into Sandusky back in November after the child's father called police to report that Jeffrey had been sending his kid text messages requesting naked pictures.

Sandusky was reportedly dating the child's mother.

Sandusky's bail was set at $200,000 and he was ordered to stay away from minors.

Jerry Sandusky is currently serving 30 to 60 years in prison for raping several young boys while he was the assistant football coach at Penn State.

"Cash Me Ousside" girl is getting Hanes all in a bunch after she allegedly ripped off one of the company's best-selling brands for her own merchandise ... TMZ has learned.

Danielle Bregoli and her mom got an angry letter Friday from Hanesbrands Inc. -- which owns Champion sportswear -- because it's pissed about a "Cashmeousside" logo she's slapped on a bunch of gear.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Hanes accuses the Bregolis of using the identical stylized "C" it uses for its Champion logo. The company says it needs to protect its "extensive consumer goodwill and reputation."

Translation: "Cash Me Ousside" ain't spokeswoman material.

Hanes is giving Danielle a week to halt production of any merch using the Champion "C."

The company that makes Mike and Ike and Hot Tamales -- candy you buy at the movies -- is shortchanging customers and selling them air ... according to a new lawsuit.

A California woman claims she bought a $4 box of Mike and Ikes at a theater, only to discover it was half full of slack-fill -- 46% air. She says she was tricked by the packaging and never would have bought it had she known it wasn't loaded with candy.

The lady thinks it's a giant conspiracy ... the candy is sold in a glass case to keep her from inspecting it, but even if she had been able to shake it ... she still wouldn't have known the box was half empty.

The woman claims she did her own investigation and found that Hot Tamales boxes have the same deception inside -- half full. She goes on to say a competitor candy company that makes Boston Baked Beans fills its boxes to the brim.

Nick Young has been ordered to pay his ex-manager more than $700,000 after doing the exact WRONG THING one should do when being sued.

Long story short ... the NBA star was sued by Andre Chevalier who claims Nick failed to pay him his 2% commission for his role in securing his fat NBA salary and lucrative endorsement deals.

Nick was served with the papers but never responded, and failed to appear in court to fight the case.

So the judge -- sick of waiting around -- entered a default judgment in favor of Andre in the amount of $722,558.

Good for that guy, right?

Of course, Nick can still try to fight the case -- but it's definitely an uphill battle.

There's a call for lewd and lascivious conduct, a call over "fraud," a call for a stolen vehicle, 3 disturbance calls, a call for theft, and a call involving an animal.

In one 10-day stretch there were 15 police calls to the house.

The fam is keeping Florida cops in business.

Grammy nominee Bryson Tiller's at the center of a lawsuit between his past and present reps, who are battling over his income now that his career's blowing up.

In a lawsuit, Bryson's ex-manager, Steven J. Dorn, says he got pushed out of his gig by the singer's current lawyer. Dorn says he covered Bryson's living expenses, child support payments, car insurance and secured recording facilities for him.

He says Bryson agreed to pay him back and then split his future income evenly with him ... according to the docs. Dorn, who's repped by Boris Treyzon, says the whole deal went south in 2015 when Bryson's lawyer gave him his walking papers.

Now, Bryson's hit, "Exchange," is up for best R&B song and Dorn is out in the cold. In the docs, he says there was a conspiracy to cut him out of the picture.

Bryson's not named in the lawsuit ... 'cause why mess with the goose that's laying golden Grammys?

Amal Clooney doesn't have to worry about someone booting her from her law office while she's on maternity leave, because she's fully protected.

Turns out, barristers in jolly ol' England who take time off work after giving birth are protected way more than in the U.S. The org that regulates the legal profession there allows women up to 12 months off and their job is fully protected.

Amal works with a group of barristers who champion human rights cases.

BTW ... if she's paying for her space in the law office, she doesn't have to cut a check for 6 months after delivering the twins.

A guy claiming to be Jesus -- THE Jesus -- showed up at Shia LaBeouf's home, and left in handcuffs after Shia called police.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a homeless man showed up at Shia's home Friday morning in L.A., identified himself as Jesus and declared he was going to save the actor. We're told Shia asked the would-be savior to leave, and he did.

We're told Shia called cops to report the incident, and when officers responded the guy was still on the block. They detained him with handcuffs, but didn't arrest him because Shia didn't press charges. Police suggested he might want to get a restraining order.

Shia's had unwanted guests before -- the last one actually got inside his house -- but this guy had some very bizarre things to say.

The guys who made Blac Chyna a thing -- according to them -- are on the warpath to get a cut of her riches, and if they don't get it ... they're gunning for the producers of her reality show.

Jason Alston and Lincoln Hayes of Infinite Grind Multimedia sent letters, obtained by TMZ, to NBCUniversal, Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim/Murray Productions ... putting all parties on notice about their legal war with Chyna.

The duo says shooting, promoting, or airing "Rob & Chyna" only fattens her pockets and since she refuses to pay them their fees ... they're threatening to add the producers to a potential lawsuit.

We broke the story ... Alston and Hayes claim Chyna signed a 10 year contract with them in 2007 and owes them at least $3 million in unpaid fees. They've threatened, but have yet to actually sue her for the dough.

DJ Khaled's hit track with Jay Z and Future features stolen property ... according to a producer who's suing over beats in "I Got the Keys."

Chris Hill says he produced a beat in March 2008 which appeared on "Chris Hill Beats (Gangsta Boogie Vol 2)." He says he met Khaled in October 2008 at an Atlanta nightclub, and handed him a CD.

Hill says he never heard a peep from Khaled -- then lo and behold, 8 years later, 'Keys' dropped. In the lawsuit, Hill says he immediately recognized his handiwork. He notes just how popular Khaled's track has become -- more than 79 million YouTube views.

Joe Mixon's victim told police the Oklahoma star and his friends were pissed she rejected their catcalls before the incident ... and called her a "bitch" and a "whore" before things got violent.

The nephew ordered to stay away from Katherine Jackson says he knows what is really going on ... some of Michael Jackson's siblings are plotting a money grab against the MJ estate.

A judge clearly sees it differently, siding with Katherine, who claims Trent Jackson has been fleecing her out of money and isolating her from her family. Trent, who Katherine says she is now scared he may physically harm her, has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and her home.

Sources close to Trent tell TMZ, he's adamant he did nothing untoward and believes some of MJ's brothers and sisters want him out of the way so they have a clear path to Katherine and MJ's estate.

We're told Trent believes some of Katherine's kids will now try and influence her to put pressure on Michael's estate to give her a bigger piece of the pie, and he believes they want to cut themselves in on the action.

Here's the problem with Trent's theory. Katherine has no right to simply get more money because she wants it. She gets a healthy stipend, and the duty of those in charge of the estate is to preserve and grow the assets for the benefit of Michael's 3 kids and his designated charities.

Teresa Giudice's paychecks are going to be a little fatter now, because she's completely paid up the six-figure tab that was part of her sentence for fraud charges.

Teresa's wages will no longer be garnished to fulfill the $414,588 restitution ordered by the court in 2014 ... according to new docs. The prosecutor's already notified the court she's all square.

The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star's not completely off the hook. She's still on supervised release for about a year, plus she should consider saving some of her disposable income for the tax man.
