Kendall Jenner's had another uninvited guest, and this one was armed with a drone ... TMZ has learned.

The guy showed up with a 4-rotor drone Tuesday on the street outside Kendall's Hollywood Hills pad, and her security team was on him like white on rice ... taking down his ID, and immediately calling LAPD.

Kendall's team is on high alert after she had $200k stolen from her house last month. Not to mention, the trespasser who terrified her last summer when he followed her into her driveway.

Our law enforcement sources tell us officers checked out the drone guy ... even searched his trunk, but let him go because he hadn't done anything wrong at that point.

IF he'd been flying the drone over the house without a proper license, he could've been cited.

Louis Tomlinson will NOT be charged with criminal battery in connection with an airport scuffle last month ... TMZ has learned.

The One Direction singer will go to the L.A. City Attorney's Office for an informal hearing, where both sides are invited to present their version of events and a hearing officer will advise the parties how they should conduct themselves in the future ... but no criminal charges will be filed.

TMZ broke the story ... Louis was arrested after a photog and a woman claimed Louis struck them in baggage claim. The photog and woman made a citizen's arrest.

Our sources say since the incident several LAX employees came forward and told authorities Louis never intentionally struck the photog or woman. And the employees said the woman was attacking Louis' girlfriend at the time he confronted her.

The City Attorney's Office hearing will be held at the end of this month.

Ex-NBA superstar Steve Francis pled guilty to 1 count of driving while intoxicated stemming from a crazy Nov. 2016 arrest ... but he ain't going back to the slammer.

Francis appeared in a Houston courtroom Tuesday and pled guilty to the misdemeanor DWI charge. In exchange, he got 3 days in jail -- but the judge gave him credit for time served so he won't go back.

He was also fined $1,000 and his driver's license has been suspended for 1 year.

As we previously reported, Francis was initially pulled over in a black Chevy Tahoe for speeding -- but during the stop, the cop noticed he reeked of booze. Francis was also verbally abusive and allegedly vowed REVENGE on the arresting officers.

Marriott hotels got nailed by a disgruntled ex-employee who allegedly hacked into the reservation system and cut room rates to as little as $12 a night ... costing the company big money.

According to court docs ... Marriott fired Juan Rodriguez last August, and must have had a hint he wouldn't go quietly because he was ordered to stay away from the company computer system.

Several weeks later, he allegedly hacked Marriott's booking network to practically give rooms away. Prosecutors say he slashed rates on about 3,000 rooms from $159 - $499 per night ... to $12 - $59.

Rodriguez got nabbed because the IP address he used for his remote access matched an IP address used at his NYC home ... according to docs.

The passenger who was savagely removed from United flight 3411 is a medical doctor with a sordid history.

Dr. David Dao was charged in 2005 with 98 felony drug counts for illegally prescribing and trafficking painkillers. Prosecutors claimed Dao fraudulently filled prescriptions for hydrocodone, Oxycontin and Percocet.

Dr. Dao was also convicted on 6 felony counts of obtaining drugs by fraud and deceit and in 2005 was given 5 years probation.

Dao was also convicted for writing prescriptions and checks to a patient in exchange for sex.

In medical board documents ... Dao denied paying for sex, but indicated he accepted sexual favors from an associate in exchange for reducing a debt that associate owed him.

In February, 2005, Dr. Dao surrendered his license to practice medicine in Kentucky. In 2015 the medical board lifted the suspension and allowed him to practice medicine with some restrictions. Last year, the medical board imposed even more restrictions -- now he can only practice internal medicine in an outpatient facility one day a week.

Interestingly, and relevant to the United incident, one doctor assessing Dao's case said he had interpersonal problems, noting "... he would unilaterally choose to do his own thing."

David Dao, the doctor who was dragged off the United flight, made a killing on the World Series of Poker while his medical license was suspended in Kentucky.

Dao joined the poker circuit in July 2006 -- one year after his medical license was suspended due to multiple convictions for illegally prescribing painkillers.

In 2009, he came in 2nd in a tournament and walked away with more than $117k.

His player profile shows total earnings of $234,664 in the WSOP.

Some of Dao's competitors are starting to realize he's the same guy from the United incident.

Police used a taser to subdue and arrest Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette during an alleged violent incident at Black Beach Weekend in Mississippi ... law enforcement tells TMZ Sports.

We spoke with Sgt. Rhodes of the Biloxi Police Dept. who tells us an officer was flagged down around MGM Park for a fight around 10:30 PM on Friday. When the cop arrived to the scene, he claims he saw 6'2", 260 pound Galette punch someone.

Sgt. Rhodes says the cop went after Junior, but we're told the NFL star ran. When the officer caught up with Galette, he used his taser to take down the 29-year-old.

Galette was eventually arrested for disorderly conduct and failure to comply. From that point on, we're told Galette was "very cooperative."

All that being said, Sgt. Rhodes says the incident was "extremely minor" and Galette was not charged with assault because they didn't think the alleged victim would cooperate.

The guys in Five Finger Death Punch claim they're being held hostage by their "sinking ship" of a record label ... and they need a judge to rescue the band before it gets dragged under.

The heavy metal rockers destroy the label, Prospect Park, in a new lawsuit ... saying 5FDP is probably the only profitable band on the roster. The band accused Prospect Park of cooking up a bogus lawsuit last year to keep the band recording ... while it shopped the label.

The band says PP is drowning in debt and is more like "Prospect Dark" these days. Gotta love the delicious wordplay, right?

Remember, the label sued the guys last year, demanding they get back in the studio, pronto ... to finish an unreleased album.

5FDP wants a judge to sign their walking papers, and to make the label fork over a mil in damages.

Young Thug's in the clear for allegedly slapping a woman outside a nightclub last month ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the case was presented to the court to see if there was enough to get a warrant and charge the rapper with battery, but the judge threw it out for lack of evidence.

We broke the story ... a woman claimed she was arguing with Thug's fiancee in the parking lot of Palace nightclub in March when he stepped in and smacked her in the face.

It's been a good week for YT, legally speaking -- he also had a felony drug charge against him dropped.

The famed producer behind Madonna's "Vogue" says he's getting the short end of the stick -- to the tune of half a million bucks -- because the record label's out for payback.

Shep Pettibone, producer extraordinaire -- who's worked with Madge, Janet Jackson, Paula Abdul and a ton of other artists -- says WB Music Corp owes him a ton of back royalties for the 1990 mega hit.

It appears everything was fine up until 2012 ... when Shep and WB were sued for allegedly jacking "Vogue" from someone else. In his lawsuit, Shep says they both came out victorious in that case, but the label spent a ton on lawyers -- more than $700k, according to docs.

The mega producer says WB's been withholding royalties since then to cover that massive legal bill. Translation: we forked out the dough to defend your song ... now you owe us.

Shep ain't buyin' that theory though, and says his contract with the label doesn't give them the right to hold back his "Vogue" dollars.

He believes he's been screwed out of as much as $500k, and wants a judge to force WB Music to hand over the loot.

2:20 PM PT -- Paul doesn't share his ex biz partner's memory of the deal. He tells us, "Unfortunately, Mr. Derbyshire's interpretation of said events is without merit."

Paul Teutul Sr. -- co-founder of Orange County Choppers and star of "American Chopper" -- cost his business partner millions and ruined a future TV project ... according to a new suit.

Thomas Derbyshire claims he and Teutul formed a company specifically to produce a show for A&E called "Orange County Choppers: American Made." Derbyshire says he agreed to fund the project entirely -- up to $3 mil -- but he would own 51% and Teutul would own 49%.

According to the docs ... Teutul agreed to the terms, but a few months after Derbyshire wrote a $1.8 million check to start production, Teutul tried to change ownership to a 50/50 split. Derbyshire says he refused to sign off on the new terms, and production fell apart.

Derbyshire says Teutul was screwing him even before that, though, by striking a side deal with a dog food company, paying his son, Michael, out of the budget without consent and demanding "endless reshoots of himself."

Derbyshire now wants to dissolve the company, and have Teutul cut him a big check for all the money he lost producing a show that never aired.

The officer who forcibly removed the United Airlines passenger Sunday night at O'Hare International has just been placed on leave pending an investigation.

The Chicago Department of Aviation said Monday that "the incident on United flight 3411 was not in accordance with our standard operating procedure and the actions of the aviation security officer are obviously not condoned by the Department."

It's unclear which officer the CDA is referring to ... but videos from multiple witnesses on the plane show a man in plain clothes violently grabbing the passenger and dragging him down the aisle ... as 2 uniformed officers follow behind.

Chicago PD said the man started yelling before Aviation Officers tried to forcibly remove him.

Ex-NFL wide receiver Titus Young just got hit with a 4 YEAR PRISON SENTENCE stemming from a crazy 2016 street fight, TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the former Detroit Lions prodigy (a 2nd round pick in 2011) was arrested in L.A. after ducking out of a court-ordered mental facility and then beating up his neighbor on January 30.

According to court records, Young recently pled no contest to 1 count of felony battery causing serious bodily injury ... and was sentenced to four years in state prison.

Morocco Omari's mug shot looks worlds away from his gig on "Empire" ... where he's usually the one taking in the suspects.

Morocco -- who plays FBI agent Tariq Cousins on the show -- was arrested and booked last Wednesday in Chicago for misdemeanor domestic battery after he allegedly pushed a woman to the ground several times.

The 24-year-old victim claims she suffered scratches to her neck and chest, which were enough for cops to take him in.

Morocco denies the allegations.

Karrueche Tran is taking some much needed alone time away from her Chris Brown drama ... and she's doing it with Quavo from Migos.

Quavo was performing with his crew and a bunch of other rappers Saturday night at Gulf Coast Spring Fest in Biloxi, Mississippi, where we're told Karrueche watched from backstage.

After the show, Quavo and co. left the stage to make their way toward the exit with Karrueche in tow. Eyewitnesses tell us Quavo gave her a hug before they rode off together in the same whip ... by themselves.

Looks like Karrueche's CB courtroom battle has her feeling a little bad and boujee.

Chief Keef has been charged with a DUI after cops pulled him over in a traffic stop-turned-drug bust this weekend.

According to the Miami Beach Police report ... Chief was booked Saturday for felony DUI after he failed a sobriety test when he and another vehicle were stopped for what appeared to be a weed transfer.

Police stopped Chief in his green Maclaren, as well as a vehicle behind him, when a guy in Chief's passenger seat got out and handed off some bud.

Officers searched and found more weed and other substances in the trailing car and charged 4 others with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. At least 1 of the guys had a couple warrants for his arrest in NJ related to drug charges and robbery.

As for Chief ... cops say he had bloodshot eyes and dry mouth before a drug expert showed up on the scene. Chief reportedly told them "It's okay. When you find weed in my urine I'll just get my attorney to get my marijuana card."

Cops also found a cup full of "sizzurp" ... the codeine-laced drink Lil Wayne's always rapping about.

Unclear whether Chief's still in jail as of Sunday.
