Middleweight boxing champ Jermain Taylor saved Arkansas cops the trip -- turning himself in today for his SECOND gun-related arrest in just 3 days.

The 36-year-old Taylor was arrested Monday for felony assault after allegedly firing 2 shots during an altercation at an MLK Day parade. That bust violated the terms of his jail release for ANOTHER case ... where he is accused of shooting his cousin.

MMA Star David Herman Cops Say He Kicked an Officer During Roadside Arrest

During the arrest, Herman allegedly kicked one of the officers in the shin after another officer tased him.

As TMZ Sports previously reported, cops say Herman led them on a three-mile chase and tased him only after he approached them "in an aggressive manner."

Herman's wife, who was in the car at the time, claims he is the real victim in this incident and wants the officers charged with assault.

Kanye West I Was Racially Profiled for OfficeMax Felony Because of My Braids

Published | Updated

Kanye West says he has been racially profiled by cops ... arrested and charged with stealing printers from an OfficeMax back in 2000 ... all because of his braids.

We got hold of Kanye's deposition in a case filed by a photog who Kanye assaulted at LAX. In the depo, Kayne admits to being convicted of a felony ... and then recalls the incident where he says, "I was racially profiled for having a white T-shirt and braids."

Kanye says cops snagged him for allegedly stealing printers at the Illinois OfficeMax. He gets sketchy, not explaining where cops found him, but he does say at the time he was already a successful music producer.

Kanye suggests cops even doctored the evidence to frame him, saying, "I was driving a white Ford Expedition. When I saw the police report, they crossed out where it said 'Cream Ford Explorer.'"

In the depo, filed in court by his lawyer Shawn Holley, Kanye says he believes he was convicted of a felony but says it was actually "a mistaken identity for stealing some printers from OfficeMax after I was a platinum producer."

The opposing lawyer responded, "I'm sure that wasn't in the charge that you were ... a platinum producer." Kanye fired back, "Yeah, I believe so. I think that's what -- I think that's what -- where America had me at that time for having braids."

Boxer Jermain Taylor Bizarre Bathtub Video ... After Shooting Arrest

Published | Updated

Boxing superstar Jermain Taylor -- the WBC middleweight champ -- released a disturbing new video in which he essentially apologizes for firing a gun during a MLK parade in Arkansas.

The footage is shot while Taylor is taking a bath -- and he addresses the incident in which he was charged with 5 counts of assault for allegedly squeezing out two shots during an altercation with a man and his son.

"I know y'all disappointed in me ... I'm sorry if I let anybody down or hurt anybody."

But here's where things get even more puzzling -- the 36-year-old says he had a beef with parade organizers that day because none of the kids at the event had any candy.

"Y'all need to get it together," Taylor said to event organizers ... "Had my little girl out there. Nobody had no candy."

Taylor then suggests he could be in jail for next year's parade -- and says he won't try to duck serving time by claiming he has drug issues.

"If I gotta go to jail, I'm gonna sit my ass in there ... but I'm not gonna say I have no problems with no drugs to get out of jail ... I worked too hard for my life to put that in it. So you can kiss my ass."

Taylor has less than 24 hours to turn himself back in to authorities. No word on when he plans to surrender.

Gosling got a restraining order against her late last year but it has expired so he made a move to have it extended for 3 years.

We're told both Solo and Stevens were trying to play the dreaded, "Don't you know who we are?" card.

As for Stevens, we're told he refused to submit to a breath test -- so cops got a warrant to take him to a hospital to test his blood. Ultimately, cops were convinced he was wasted and arrested him for DUI.

The timing is interesting ... considering Solo was JUST let off the hook in a domestic violence case against her nephew and sister in which she was accused of going on a drunken violent tirade.

Richie says he's lost $250-300K this month alone in Super Bowl ads he couldn't deliver. He's also losing out because of cancelled appearances because he promotes them on his site.

Jaime Pressly My Accountant Screwed Me In My Garden

Published | Updated

Jaime Pressly doesn't have grounds that would justify a $220,000 gardening bill, but she definitely thinks she has grounds for suing her ex-accountant who paid that tab to her landscaper.

Jaime claims in a new lawsuit ex-pencil pusher Daniel Rivero paid the loot over just 5 years, which she says is ridiculous since she has a fairly modest home in the San Fernando Valley.

But it doesn't stop there. The actress says the accountant screwed up her taxes and now she owes $850K to Uncle Sam. And there's more. She says the guy made 3 bad business investments that cost her $170K.

Pressly's now asking for $900K plus punitive damages.

So much for lawn and order.

Animal Planet Star Ex Claims Physical and Drug Abuse He Says BS

Published | Updated

One of the stars of Animal Planet's "Battleground: Rhino Wars" just learned there's something actually more dangerous than a rhino ... a pissed off ex-girlfriend.

Azad "Oz" Ebrahimzadeh is under investigation by Memphis PD after Elizabeth Keister filed a police report claiming he punched and choked her during a trip to Australia last month. Law enforcement sources tell us since it happened outside of Memphis they can't do anything.

But Keister also claims she found drugs in his home he's possessing illegally ... ketamine and a bag with white powder, labeled "Viagra." Cops say they will investigate that charge.

But the Special Forces medic says she's full of it ... just a bitter ex who embarrassed him by getting wasted in front of his family during their trip. He denies striking her and says he has a DEA license for the drugs.

What concerns Oz most is his non-profit, VETPAW -- he says he doesn't want the allegations to jeopardize his work to protect African wildlife. He's considering his legal options against Keister.

Gilbert Arenas Back On Probation For Illegal Fireworks Bust

Published | Updated

Gilbert Arenas is back on probation ... stemming from an illegal fireworks bust from 2013 ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The former NBA superstar -- who was famously involved in a NBA locker room gun showdown back in 2010 -- was arrested in L.A. with 100 POUNDS of illegal explosives in June 2013.

The timing couldn't have been better for Arenas ... who had completed probation from the gun incident roughly one year before the fireworks arrest. Talk about a close call.

As for the fireworks bust ... Arenas was charged with misdemeanor fireworks possession and was facing jail time -- but ultimately cut a deal with prosecutors to get probation instead.

According to official docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Arenas pled no contest ... and in exchange was hit with $41,240 in fines, penalties and other fees. Plus, he was ordered to complete 10 days of community service pertaining to "fire prevention."

Court docs show Arenas paid the fines and completed the community service -- and will remain on probation until January 2016.

Translation -- probably best to leave the fireworks to the pros this year.

'24' Watch Co. Sues Fox You Really Ticked Us Off!

Published | Updated

Fox is being sued by a watch company that made a deal to produce special "24" timepieces ... a deal which turned into a financial disaster.

The U.S. Agency Watch Company claims Fox was asleep at the wheel in providing a style guide and approving watch designs branded specifically for "24." The company claims Fox dragged it's feet for months, and by the time they finally got approval they couldn't meet their production deadline.

They say as a result 15,000 orders had to be cancelled.

On the bright side, we're thinking the watches that were actually produced may become collector's items and more valuable.

Sounds like Jack Bauer needed just a few more minutes.
