Alki David, the man who created Tupac and Michael Jackson holograms, fired 2 women he repeatedly harassed after they rejected his sexual advances ... according to a lawsuit.

The two ex-employees claim -- in lurid detail -- David's office was more like "Animal House." In the suit, one woman says David approached her from behind, picked her up by her legs and held her upside down ... exposing her underwear. She claims she had to scream for help before he put her down. According to the docs, he also tied her to a chair with computer wire once. She claims she was fired for reporting him.

The other plaintiff says David once had her in his office, with the door closed, and approached her from behind. In the suit, she says he "rubbed his crotch against her rear end and rubbed his right hand on her dress directly over her vaginal area." She claims she was fired for rebuffing him.

TMZ broke the story ... David is also being sued by a male ex-employee who claims the boss man showed his homemade porn around the office. In their lawsuit, the women also accused him of making employees watch porn, like the infamous "2 Girls, 1 Cup."

And according to the docs, filed by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom ... David's HR department was a total joke to workers because it had a sign on the door reading "Her-ASS" -- followed by "We Will Give You Just the Tip," and a picture of a man grabbing a woman's breasts.

The women -- whose names are btw, Chastity Jones and Elizabeth Taylor (no relation) -- are suing for lost wages and damages.

Alki's attorney tells TMZ ... the allegations are completely false, and the women are targeting him to pressure him into resolving a previous lawsuit he has against them.

"Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" star Moniece Slaughter was taken to court by a friend of hers who claims her former NBA star boyfriend wrote checks in the friend's name to pay her rent.

Timothy Clayton Roulhac-Carr claims he used to be Moniece's good friend and saved her from homelessness. She had no credit and he helped her by funding a bank account.

Timothy filed legal docs Thursday for a restraining order, claiming the former NBA star Joe Smith wrote checks from Timothy's account in Timothy's name. Timothy then says Moniece started dating Akon again -- she had dated him before -- and that pissed off Joe, who canceled the check out of spite and made up a lie that Timothy robbed Joe.

Timothy says in December he was robbed at gunpoint and he believes Moniece set him up. He also says she used her celebrity "to slander me and gay bash me."

Alan Thicke's widow, Tanya Callau, just got an assist from the judge in her legal battle with his 2 sons over her prenup and the future of Alan's estate.

The judge threw out a petition filed by Robin Thicke and his brother, Brennan, Thursday to block Tanya from challenging the prenup she signed with their dad. The judge decided the brothers' concern was misplaced, because there was no evidence Callau had any intention of mounting a challenge.

This is exactly what Tanya claimed back in July, as reported by TMZ, when she accused the boys of filing the legal docs simply to trash her in the media and make her look like a greedy widow.

It's not a complete victory for Callau, though -- the judge left the door open for Robin and Brennan to file a new petition on the matter, but he would "need more specifics." Their lawyer suggests they will, because there are other disputed issues besides the prenup ... like exactly how to divvy up Alan's property.

'Twin Peaks' actor Jeremy Lindholm's girlfriend says she'd just escaped his house, and days of beatings, when he came after her with a bat ... according to her frantic 911 call.

TMZ obtained audio of the call she made last month from a Spokane, WA store. The woman panicked as she told the 911 operator cops should bring "tasers and tranquilizers" to take down Lindholm. Moments later, before police arrived, Lindholm showed up in the store and someone else dialed 911.

The second caller described the horrific scene ... Lindholm was repeatedly bashing his girlfriend with a bat.

As we reported, police caught Lindholm -- who recently appeared on "Twin Peaks: The Return" -- attempting to flee from the store with the bat still in hand. He's been charged with attempted second degree murder and second degree assault.

Mel B is playing the sex tape card in her effort to convince a judge to seal her divorce and restraining order case from the public.

According to new docs filed by Mel, and obtained by TMZ, Stephen Belafonte intends to enter 54 videos as exhibits in their legal battle. Mel says Belafonte's made it clear he intends to disclose sensitive info and videos in court -- and she admits at least one of the videos "includes sexually explicit" images of her and Stephen.

Mel believes the court has a duty to shield her kids from being exposed to the sex tapes and any other explicit material he intends to air in court.

Chris Soules showed up in court for the first time in nearly 5 months ... this time in a suit and not a bright jumpsuit.

The former 'Bachelor' was flanked by his attorneys at Buchanan County Courthouse Thursday in Iowa for a hearing that lasted 5 minutes. They were there to formalize an agreement with prosecutors regarding evidence.

You'll recall Chris first appeared in court back on April 25 in prison garb. He was told to speak up at that appearance, and this time around he didn't say a peep.

Madonna withered under oath recently as she was grilled over her allegation that a former close friend and art consultant stole her panties, a letter from Tupac and other stuff.

TMZ has obtained a transcript of Madonna's deposition in the case where she's suing Darlene Lutz, claiming Lutz is a panty thief. As we reported, the auction house Gotta Have Rock and Roll was poised to sell Madonna's stuff until the singer got an emergency order blocking the auction, claiming the goods were stolen.

In the deposition, lawyers for Lutz asked Madonna, "Do you have any good-faith basis to allege that my client, Darlene Lutz, took these underwear from you?" Madonna replies, "I do not."

The lawyer pounded away, making it clear all Madonna had was an unsupported hunch.

Madonna also admits that she gave the worn undies to former boyfriend Peter Shue. She then makes a tortured argument that she mailed them to Shue but doesn't know if he actually received them so technically she still owned them.

The lawyer asked, "You're not claiming in this lawsuit that those underwear are still your property, are you?" She says, "It depends." Lawyer: "What does it depend on?" Answer: "Whether he actually received them." Peter actually told TMZ he did indeed get the panties.

And there's this ... it seems Madonna may have a thing for sending people her panties. Lawyer: "In addition to Peter Shue, how many boyfriends have you sent panties to?" Her lawyer says, "You don't have to answer that," and Madonna jumps in, "I couldn't."

There was also a brush that the auction house wanted to sell and represented it contained Madonna's hair. The lawyer asked about the locks, "And that's grossly offensive to you?" Madonna responded, "Well, it is my hair. It's creepy."

Alki David, the Greek tycoon who famously created Tupac and Michael Jackson holograms, forced his employees to watch videos of him having sex with his wife ... this according to a new lawsuit.

A guy named Grant Zimmerman worked for Alki and says he booked Chief Keef to be the subject of a new hologram, and was promised a piece of the action, but got stiffed. He's suing for that money and, in the lawsuit ... Zimmerman claims Alki's workplace was rife with sexual harassment.

Zimmerman says Alki would show the staff pornography, including the famous "Two Girls, One Cup" -- as well as personal videos of Alki and his wife, a former model, having sex.

Zimmerman also says he saw Alki touch a female employee's breast, and also enter the women's restroom while employees were in there. He's suing Alki, and several of his companies, for unpaid wages, hostile work environment ... and wants more than a million bucks in damages.

Anthony Weiner says he's turned a corner in his recovery, and he's asking a judge to show leniency when he's sentenced for sending obscene material to a minor.

Weiner fired off the letter to the judge in his case, saying, "I am 345 days off my destructive behaviors and have a daily practice to help me never return to them." Those behaviors include his multiple sexting scandals ... the last of which involved his lewd online communication with a 15-year-old. Weiner pleaded guilty, and will be sentenced Sept. 25.

The letter, obtained by TMZ, contains repeated references to his treatment and deep regret for continually humiliating his wife, Huma Abedin, and crushing her aspirations -- a clear reference to her role as Hillary Clinton's longtime aide.

Weiner also describes how he plans to explain his actions to their toddler son when he gets older. He writes, "I'll tell him I was a guy who did a very bad thing to a young person I never met. I'll tell him I put his amazing mother through years of trauma and broke her heart."

Huma filed for divorce the day Weiner entered his guilty plea. There's no talk of reconciling with her in the letter, but he sounds determined to mend fences with her.

The judge could give Weiner a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison, although sentencing guidelines recommend 21 to 27 months.

O.J. Simpson's actually got some misgivings about his impending release ... he feels a bond with his comrades in lockup and is finding it hard to say goodbye.

O.J.'s lawyer, Malcolm LaVergne, tells TMZ ... Juice has been bored and sad in his current situation -- in an isolated cell for his own safety since he was granted parole in July. He says the decision was bittersweet for Simpson, because he's developed close friendships during his 9 years behind bars.

LaVergne says O.J. actually "loved being in general population" because he's super social and feels most comfortable around other people, and he even misses his prison jobs ... like being commissioner of the softball league.

Still ... LaVergne says O.J.'s ready for a return to normal life, and there's a chance he'll get to say goodbye to his prison buddies.

LaVergne tells us O.J. is working on paperwork to get himself moved to Florida to be with his family once he's released ... which he expects to be the second week of October.

Martin Shkreli is back in federal custody after his bail was revoked due to online threats against Hillary Clinton.

Shkreli was arrested Wednesday in NYC after a judge revoked his $5 million bail in his securities fraud case. As we reported ... Shkreli got into hot water for his FB post offering "$5,000 per hair obtained from Hillary Clinton."

He also said, "The Clinton Foundation is willing to KILL to protect its secrets" ... and that's why he was offering cash for her hair.

Shkreli backtracked from his offer in a letter to the judge, calling it an "awkward attempt at humor."

Too little too late, clearly.

Sacramento Kings star Zach Randolph just struck a pretty sweet deal in his marijuana case ... and all he has to do is a TON of community service.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Z-Bo was arrested for felony weed possession with intent to sell back in August when cops say they busted him with more than 2 pounds of pot in Nickerson Gardens.

The charges were later reduced to misdemeanor possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana and resisting arrest ... and Randolph was facing up to 1 year in jail if convicted on both accounts.

But now, we've learned Randolph struck a deal with prosecutors to plead no contest to misdemeanor resisting arrest ... and in exchange, the pot charge was tossed completely.

Randolph was sentenced to 150 hours of community service as part of a diversion program, which means if he completes the hours and keeps his nose clean for 12 months, the resisting arrest conviction will be wiped from his record.

One more thing ... Randolph was specifically told he may not associate himself with or be around drug dealers as part of the terms of the deal.

The case is due back in court for a progress report in December. Good luck!

Michael Bennett and his lawyer are making it very clear -- their plan is to sue the Las Vegas Metro Police Department over that August 27 incident where he was detained at gunpoint.

The NFL superstar and his lawyer, John Burris, sat down with ABC News where they doubled down on claims he was racially profiled when 2 officers ordered him to the ground during an investigation into a possible active shooter at a Vegas hotel.

The Seattle Seahawks star is still adamant he was detained because he's a black man who was in the wrong place at the wrong time -- and says he was physically and verbally abused until cops realized he was an NFL player.

In fact, Bennett says it was only when cops Googled him, the abuse stopped.

"I went from being a black man to a football player."

Burris has laid down the gauntlet with the LVMPD -- saying, "Unless something changes drastically that we don't know of, we're gonna file a lawsuit."

O.J. Simpson will be playing a cat-and-mouse game with the media when he's released, and it involves his safety.

We've learned the media has a 1 in 18 chance of spotting the famous convict when he's released from Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada. That's because there are 18 release points and our prison sources say they are keeping the actual release site and date on the DL.

As for why the clandestine release ... we're told it's because prison officials are concerned for Simpson's safety. You'll recall, just after Simpson was granted parole, he was moved to a protective wing of the prison.

Prison sources tell us they're not just concerned about Simpson's safety. They worry a chase could ensue and prison staff, bystanders and Simpson himself could be injured or even worse. As one prison official told us, "We don't want another chase on our hands."

And, we're told, Simpson himself has made it clear to prison officials, he wants nothing to do with the media when the prison doors open. We're guessing it's part of a bigger plan for him to cash in with a splashy interview. The more he's seen, the more the value goes down.

Our prison sources wanted to make it clear ... the secrecy and conditions of Simpson's release will be made by the prison ... not O.J.

Kendall Jenner's company is being sued over something that's been dogging her for months now ... the use of some iconic rap legends to hawk her shirts ... and this time it's about Tupac, Biggie and Redman.

Famed photog Al Pereira has filed a new lawsuit against Kendall Jenner, Inc., claiming she had no right to take the image he shot of the 3 rap legends and slap it on a shirt with her face superimposed.

Kendall has been under the fire for the t-shirts. She has already been sued by another photog who took a pic of Tupac, and Biggie's Estate also threatened suit if she didn't back down.

Randy Travis is one determined country singer ... he's filed yet another lawsuit, gunning for the Texas officials who want to release a video of his DWI arrest.

Travis was arrested in 2012 for a DWI in Texas ... he had crashed his Trans Am and tried to walk naked into a convenience store after the crash.

Randy cursed the arresting officers, wishing they got cancer. He also threatened to shoot one with 60 rounds and bury him under a barn.

There has been a dogfight over whether the video showing the arrest scene should be released to the media. Several Texas courts have ruled portions of the video are fair game, but the judges did say shots of below the waist should not be released.

Randy is now going over the heads of Texas judges. He's filed a federal lawsuit this time around, arguing he has privacy rights ... namely, because he was exhausted, intoxicated and medicated, and this is tantamount to releasing private medical records.

Randy is asking the federal judge to block the state of Texas from releasing the video.
