Cardi B already said you couldn't f*** with her if you wanted to -- now that applies to her fiance, Offset, who got hacked this weekend ... 'cause Cardi's coming with legal fire.

Cardi's attorney, Scott Mason, tells TMZ that videos released over the holiday weekend of a nude Cardi, among other videos, were illegally obtained ... and that her team is doing a full investigation to find the culprits.

At least a couple different clips said to belong to Offset surfaced Friday -- the same day Cardi's new single "Bartier Cardi" dropped. One appears to show Cardi dancing naked, and rumor is that it's the beginning of a full-blown sex tape.

Another video shows a separate naked woman in a hotel bathroom, with Offset allegedly behind the camera. Lots of people speculated that Offset had cheated on Cardi before proposing ... but the couple put that to rest with their own parody sex tape.

Cardi didn't seem bothered by the fact her nudes were out in the public -- she's an ex-stripper, after all. But she's definitely not cool with the stealing part. Her lawyer says once they find who jacked the footage, they'll pursue all legal remedies under the law.

Meek Mill might be behind bars, but that doesn't mean he can't buy himself awesome Christmas gifts from his commissary, and same goes Martin Shkreli, but not so much El Chapo and Abby Lee Miller.

Teresa Giudice and her kids got a sad lesson about the crappy kind of red tape this holiday season ... the kind that'll keep them away from Joe Giudice for Christmas.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the snag came last month when Joe was transferred from a federal prison in Fort Dix, New Jersey to another facility in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Teresa had to submit new visitor forms for her and the kids.

Problem is ... the process that goes into approving the paperwork moves at a snail's pace and won't be ready until after Christmas.

Plan B for Teresa, her dad and the kids is a trip to Mexico. If all goes as planned, they'll celebrate Christmas with Joe in the New Year.

The gun L.A. cops believed was used to murder Tupac Shakur has been located -- TMZ tracked it down, and conspiracy theorists are gonna love this.

TMZ broke the story ... ballistic testing on the .40 caliber Glock found in Compton -- back in 1998 -- showed it matched the one fired in the 1996 Tupac shooting. The mystery was where the the gun went after that testing. Neither LA cops nor Las Vegas cops knew for sure, but we've learned the feds actually had it last ... and it's been destroyed. Now here's why.

ATF agents did the testing in 2006. While it did come up as a possible match for the Tupac weapon, it also possibly matched another unsolved case in Las Vegas ... according to ATF spokesperson Ginger Colbrun. She tells us the ATF then sent the weapon to Vegas.

Multiple law enforcement sources tell us LV Metro PD conducted its own ballistic testing, and here's the big let down -- they determined it was not a match for Pac's case. It did match the other unrelated case, but police had no need for the handgun, so in 2006 they sent it back to the ATF.

The Glock sat in storage until 2013 when the ATF was taking inventory.

Colbrun says as part of standard ops, the agency decides what to do with items after a while. They checked with Las Vegas cops, who signed off on the weapon being destroyed ... and it was, along with a stockpile of other unneeded guns.

It's gone. That's it. Case NOT closed.

Miranda Cosgrove is still dealing with her stalker more than 2 years after he was ordered to stay away from her, and now he could be facing prison time ... so say cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Joshua Stockton was arrested earlier this month for allegedly sending Miranda dozens of ominous emails. We're told the messages weren't threatening, but creepy nonetheless ... calling her a "goddess" and himself a "prince."

We broke the stories ... Stockton was sentenced to probation and treatment after pleading no contest to felony stalking in 2015 after creeping on her at Disneyland -- which violated a previous restraining order she had taken out against him.

Young Thug agreed to perform at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel Halloween weekend for $85k, but refused to get on stage if the hotel didn't cough up an extra $20k last minute ... according to a new lawsuit.

The Roosevelt is suing Suntoucher Entertainment, claiming they locked Thugger's Oct. 28 performance for $85k and gave the booker half the fee a month ahead of the gig.

The Roosevelt says about a week before the concert, Young Thug contacted them saying he was not repped by Suntoucher and put them in touch with his agents at CAA, who demanded an additional $20k for the performance.

The Roosevelt says they decided to cough up the extra dough since they'd already sold tickets, but since the booker broke the original deal, they're suing to get back their $42.5k deposit and the extra $20k.

FYI ... some TMZ staffers were at the show and say Thugger's set was lit.

Sylvester Stallone just paid a visit to a powerful criminal defense lawyer, but not because he's going on the defense.

Stallone and his civil lawyer, Marty Singer, showed up Friday afternoon at the law offices of Blair Berk. We're told he's there because Berk is assisting him in filing a police report against the woman who claimed he raped her back in 1990.

Chester Bennington's ex-wife has some unfinished business with him even though he died earlier this year, so she's filed a claim with his estate for money.

Samantha Olit, who was married to the Linkin Park singer from 1996 - 2005, says she wants the money he allegedly owed for child support from 2012 to 2017, which she estimates at more than $502,500 plus interest.

She also wants a share in Chester's non-touring merchandising income and other royalty rights to his music.

Chester died by suicide in July.

Harvey Weinstein will likely not be charged with a crime in L.A. ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources with knowledge of the multiple Weinstein investigations tell TMZ, detectives from LAPD's Sexual Assault Section of the Robbery-Homicide Division are trying hard to gather evidence in the various cases, but they are coming up short on all of them.

We're told there are numerous problems with the cases. As one source put it, "It's all one-on-one. The woman says she was sexually assaulted or raped and he denies it. Even if the woman told others after the fact, it's just not enough."

Our sources say the fact that most of the cases are extremely old makes it an almost insurmountable uphill climb. They say there doesn't have to be a smoking gun. As one source said, "If there was video of a woman leaving Weinstein's hotel room crying, that would be powerful, but most of the hotels back then didn't have video and if they did, it was erased a long time ago."

They also say, so far they don't have medical evidence -- such as vaginal tearing -- in a medical report that could help prosecutors prove their case.

The Sexual Assault Section is working closely with the L.A. County D.A. and we're told the D.A. has repeatedly said they didn't have enough evidence and needed more, but so far cops are coming up short.

What's more ... our law enforcement sources say it's looking to them like the D.A. will reject these cases outright, meaning they won't make it to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor prosecution. We broke the story, the City Attorney desperately wants a case to prosecute to make a point.

Mind you ... other police departments, including Beverly Hills, New York City and London are also investigating Weinstein and we do not know the likelihood of prosecution in those cases.

And we're told ... most of the other cases the Sexual Assault Section is investigating have the same problems as the Weinstein cases. The one exception -- if the victims are minors. Our sources say in those cases, even if it's just the minor's word against the alleged perpetrator, they would go forward if the minor is credible.

Actress Alice Amter jumped to Matt Damon's defense Thursday night, saying it's grossly unfair to skewer Damon for saying it's wrong to lump all men in the same basket on the subject of sexual harassment.

The 'Big Bang Theory' actress was at Craig's restaurant in WeHo and she was more than eager to support Matt, who said recently all sexual harassment shouldn't be treated the same ... that there's a spectrum of behavior.

Amter says it's unfair to lambaste people for offering their opinions. She's referring to a recent petition to ax Damon from "Ocean's 8."

A Katy Perry fanatic has been arrested and ordered to stay away from the singer at all times after he told a cop he'll "do whatever it takes" to be with her ... TMZ has learned.

Pawel Jurski -- a 37-year-old man from Poland -- appeared in a Miami criminal court Thursday and faces felony charges of aggravated stalking and escape ... and misdemeanor charges of loitering and resisting arrest.

Jurski allegedly tried to bum-rush the stage through a security area at Perry's concert at American Airlines Arena in Miami Wednesday night, but was stopped by security and held until cops showed up to arrest him.

According to the police report ... Jurski's been to at least 6 of Katy's shows in different cities in the past 20 days and has tried to contact her at each stop. When asked if he would harm Perry, Jurski replied ... "I will do whatever it takes to be with Katy Perry."

He also told cops while he was in Chicago, he secretly followed Katy to a steakhouse to surprise her.

L.A. City's top prosecutor is anxiously waiting for a sexual harassment case to land on his desk so he can "make a point" ... this according to sources inside his office.

We're told City Attorney Mike Feuer has his team ready to file what will almost certainly be a misdemeanor sexual battery case. Problem is ... so far there are no cases to file.

TMZ broke the story ... the LAPD's Sexual Assault Section of the Robbery-Homicide Division is writing reports on every sexual assault complaint the Department receives, even if the statute of limitations has run or the evidence is thin. The reports will all be forwarded to the L.A. County District Attorney, which can prosecute felony rape, battery or other criminal charges.

If the D.A. feels a case isn't suitable for felony prosecution it can be referred to the City Attorney for misdemeanor prosecution, and that's what Feuer is waiting for.

Our sources say Feuer wants in the game so his office can weigh in on the importance of prosecuting these cases.

We're told Feuer's interest is not specifically targeted at Harvey Weinstein, who we're told has the largest number of LAPD complaints. Feuer wants a prosecution, whether it's against Weinstein or not.

Harvey Weinstein's ex-wife says he's blowing stacks of cash on lawyers to fight sexual assault and harassment claims, and she's worried his children will get left in the lurch ... to the tune of $5 mil.

Eve Chilton was in a Manhattan court Thursday telling the judge she is watching all the lawsuits pile up against Weinstein. According to the NY Post, she insisted the movie mogul is pre-paying attorneys millions of dollars to defend him in those cases.

Chilton's concern, according to attorney Bonnie Rabin, is the money she says Weinstein still owes in child support. Their 3 daughters are currently 22, 19 and 15 ... but, according to their 2004 divorce agreement, Weinstein has to fork over $60 mil.

Rabin says there's $5 mil outstanding, and they have good reason to be concerned he won't have it when the dust settles from his legal woes. She added, Weinstein's net worth -- reportedly around $240 million -- means he can certainly afford to pay the lump sum now ... while he can.

Weinstein's lawyer says there's no reason for concern, and told the judge his client has never missed a single child support payment in 14 years.

Lauryn Hill and her team hired a trombone player to record some songs and hit the road with her, but then fired him before ever paying him ... or so he claims in a lawsuit.

Lauryn, her touring manager and her touring company are being sued by Matthew Hartnett, who says he joined L-Boogie's team last summer for some live recording sessions. Apparently it went well, he says she offered him a touring gig through the fall.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Hartnett claims he billed them an industry standard rate for the sessions, and signed a 10-week tour contract -- but never got paid for either. He says he was fired before the tour started.

According to the suit, Hartnett's entitled to at least half his touring contract ... not to mention another $4k or so for his studio cash. All in all he's suing for $11,521.60 ... plus damages.

We've reached out to Lauryn's camp ... so far, no word back.

Get this ... Lakers player Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is serving a 25-day jail sentence -- AND playing in the NBA at the same time.

No, this is not a joke.

24-year-old KCP was sentenced to 25 days after pleading guilty to violating his probation stemming from a DUI arrest in Michigan back in March.

The NBA player was initially sentenced to 12-months probation -- and was required to submit to drug and alcohol testing. Problem is ... he didn't comply, so the judge ordered him to be locked up.

But here's the catch ... the judge allowed KCP to do a "work-release" sentence -- where he's locked up at a facility for most of the day ... but he's allowed to leave to do his job.
