Jared Fogle might have his most ridiculous legal argument yet for a judge to undo his plea deal -- and Larry Nassar is his exhibit A.

Fogle filed docs seeking to withdraw his guilty plea, and focuses on one of his many charges ... traveling for the purpose of engaging in illicit sex. He points out Dr. Nassar did NOT get slapped with this charge, and Fogle clearly thinks he should have been.

Yes, it's true ... Nassar was traveling with Team USA Gymnastics when he committed some of his crimes. Fogle, who filed the docs himself, thinks there was some bias against him because he did get that charge. He thinks he and Nassar should have gotten equal treatment under the law.

Here's why Fogle's not a great lawyer. Just one of Nassar's several sentences was for 175 years -- whereas Fogle's doing 15. He's asking the court to let him withdraw his guilty plea, presumably to get a do-over in his case.

Tamar Braxton's estranged husband is taking a very expensive L on a Rolls-Royce he once leased in Florida.

A Florida judge is ordering Vincent Herbert to fork over more than $65k after failing to make payments on a Rolls-Royce Wraith. According to docs, Vincent fell so far behind on the ride ... Manhattan Leasing Enterprises repo'd it. They turned around and resold it, but since it was used, the company says it lost more than $62,000.

Someone's gotta cover that, and the judge says that someone is Vincent, who never responded to Manhattan Leasing ... so the judge entered a default judgment.

Scumbag ex-Team USA doctor Larry Nassar got the private jet treatment Friday to fly from Michigan to Tucson to begin his federal prison stint ... and TMZ Sports has the photos.

Nassar boarded the plane at Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport in freezing Michigan temperatures -- the fact he didn't get a jacket makes us smile.

Records show the flight lasted 4 hours and 36 minutes. Nassar appears to be shackled and surrounded by law enforcement officials ... so we're guessing it wasn't exactly a Paris Hilton style private jet flight.

We asked the Federal Bureau of Prisons if it's typical for a high-profile prisoner to fly private but only got this response: "Due to security reasons, we do not share information on methods of prisoner transportation."

The good news ... Nassar has begun his 60-year sentence for child pornography crimes in a high-security federal prison in Tucson -- with roughly 1,500 other inmates.

USC wide receiver Joseph Lewis -- the top-ranked high school WR in the country in 2016 -- was arrested for felony domestic violence Monday in L.A.

Details surrounding the allegations are unclear. We're working on it.

What we do know ... 18-year-old Lewis was taken into custody around 2 PM PT. Bail was set at $50,000 and he was released early Tuesday morning. He's due in court on March 6 -- the first day of USC spring football.

According to his booking sheet, Lewis is listed at 6'3", 215 lbs.

USC says the school is investigating the incident -- and in the meantime, Lewis has been suspended from all football-related activities.

Lewis didn't play a lot in 2017 -- but he was expected to blow up this year.

Bella Hadid just got a restraining order against a man who had allegedly been threatening her online and apparently lurking around her apartment.

Brian Perez has been ordered to stay clear of Bella. He had posted a pic of Bella's apartment recently, and she fears he might be staking out her New York City apartment.

Cops say Perez had been on a harassment campaign against Bella. According to legal docs, Hadid had received multiple Instagram messages from an account registered to Perez. She also received an Instagram video of Perez near her Tribeca apartment building.

One Instagram message reads, "You want me to come? I'm going to come there now." He goes on, "Please don't make me come all the way down there."

Miley Cyrus has an obsessed fan who traveled cross-country -- without invitation -- to see her in person, and left some bizarre Facebook posts that forced cops to take him into custody ... TMZ has learned.

The guy is from the Milwaukee area, and a couple of weeks ago he wrote several posts referencing taking a trip to see Miley. He claims he knows her address, how best to enter her home and says they'll "finally get together."

There's also a creepy thank you to Miley for "getting rid of Liam" ... and some rambling commentary about a "horrific act" he's going to pull off that will be on the news. The posts caught the attention of a concerned citizen, who alerted Milwaukee police.

According to law enforcement sources ... Milwaukee PD contacted LAPD and the L.A. Sheriff's Department to give them a heads up, and good thing they did. We're told the guy actually did make his way to Los Angeles -- cops located him on Monday, interviewed him and took him in for psychological evaluation. They can hold him for up to 72 hours.

It's unclear if Miley was aware of the apparent danger. We've reached out to her legal team.

The owners of the famed Los Angeles mansion where "American Horror Story" shot its first season say they got sold a bill of haunted goods, and now they're suing ... a ghost ... so to speak.

The Rosenheim mansion hosted Ryan Murphy, Connie Britton, Sarah Paulson and the rest of the cast of 'AHS' when they shot the "Murder House" season back in 2011. Cut to 2014, when Ernst Von Schwarz and Angela Oakenfold purchased the mansion for $3.2 million.

In a lawsuit, Von Schwarz and Oakenfold say everyday since they moved in has been a nightmare. They say they had no idea their new mansion was a "macabre tourist attraction" ... visited by hundreds of loyal 'AHS' fans who trespass and even attempt to break in.

The couple says the seller never disclosed the mansion's recent past as a TV set, so they feel hoodwinked. Now the twist -- the previous owner is dead. Greta Von Steinbauer passed away in 2017, so Von Schwarz and Oakenfold are suing her estate for at least $3 mil.

4:30 PM PT -- Jerry's attorney, Orin Snyder, said in a statement, "This lawsuit is delusional. Jerry independently created 'Comedians in Cars' and Mr. Charles only concocted this claim after the show became a commercial success. We are confident that this shakedown lawsuit will go nowhere."

Jerry Seinfeld's hit show about comedians, coffee and cars wasn't his idea at all ... according to the producer who's now suing.

Christian Charles says he pitched a show idea to Jerry in 2002, and claims it's the basis for "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee." In his lawsuit, Charles says Jerry turned him down, initially, saying he wasn't interested in doing the show.

Charles claims Seinfeld called him back in 2011, and asked about the original concept -- and they went on to shoot a pilot with Jerry in the driver's seat. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jerry and his team were totally into it, and came up with production budgets and marketing plans.

Now the plot twist -- according to the suit, Seinfeld got pissed Charles was claiming ownership interest in the show, and wanted to be paid like it. Charles says Jerry ditched him, and went on to produce the show without him.

Mike Vick is officially out of the hole -- a judge has closed the book on his bankruptcy case after the ex-NFL star paid back more than $17 million in debt.

Vick filed for Chapter 11 back in 2008 after the infamous dog-fighting scandal -- when he lost his NFL salary and several lucrative endorsement deals. Vick owed approximately $17.6 MILLION to dozens of creditors.

But, Vick busted his ass to pay off his debts ever since he was reinstated with the Eagles in 2009. He reportedly made nearly $50 million in NFL salary in his 2nd stint in the league.

According to the docs, the outstanding debt was owed to Bank of America (related to one of his properties), BMW financial services, and his friendly neighborhood tax collector.

Vick made his final payment back in November -- and now a judge has officially closed the case, granting Vick's discharge and final decree.

Seal will not face any criminal charges in the sexual battery complaint filed by a former neighbor ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office rejected the case citing lack of witnesses or evidence to corroborate allegations made by actress, Tracey Birdsall. What's more, the statute of limitations has run out. Birdsall claimed the assault happened February of 2016, according to docs obtained by TMZ.

We broke the story ... cops opened a criminal investigation after Birdsall alleged Seal groped her and forcefully kissed her after he invited her into his house.

They were neighbors in L.A. at the time and she said they had developed a close friendship, but that's all. Birdsall said she decided to come forward after Seal encouraged women to share their own stories of sexual misconduct.

Ex-MLB pitcher Esteban Loaiza was dealing $500,000 in cocaine from a home located steps away from a preschool ... and was using "sophisticated" devices to hide it, cops say.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Dept. is now releasing details about Loaiza's Feb. 9 arrest -- saying he was busted during a drug-smuggling sting by the Border Crime Suppression Team.

Loaiza was initially stopped by police during a traffic stop for a minor traffic violation -- but a search of his car led to the discovery of a "sophisticated aftermarket compartment used to conceal contraband."

Cops then got a warrant to search a home that Loaiza had been renting since early February -- located "steps away from an area preschool" -- and found roughly 20 kilograms of suspected cocaine.

Estimated street value -- $500,000.

Loaiza was booked into San Diego County Jail for 3 felonies -- Possession of Cocaine Over 20 Kilograms, Possession of Cocaine for Sale, and Transportation of Cocaine.

The company Mark Cuban handed $2 million dollars on "Shark Tank" to scare the living daylights out of people ... is now getting sued for an allegedly terrifying injury.

Ten Thirty One Productions famously creates frightening Halloween experiences, and one of them was on NYC's Randall's Island in 2016 -- the Haunted Hayride. A woman who was attending says a fog machine fell during her fright night ... and banged her on the head.

In the suit, obtained by TMZ, she says she suffered serious and permanent injuries that have prevented her from performing her regular duties.

She's suing Ten Thirty One -- which also produces the "Great Horror Camp Out" -- to compensate her for her medical costs, plus damages. She is not suing Cuban.

Malaysia is on the lookout for bearded men who love working out, because they're gay and gay is illegal there ... this according to one of the top newspapers in the country.

It's almost incredible ... the paper published a guide on how to spot gays and lesbians. The article says gay men's eyes light up when they see handsome men.

As for lesbians ... the newspaper says they have a tendency to hug one another and belittle members of the opposite sex.

Homosexuality is illegal in Malaysia and carries a maximum sentence of 20 years.

Nicole Eggert says Scott Baio is blowing up her phone on the heels of her going to cops with sexual abuse allegations against him -- something he flatly denies -- and now she's rolling with security.

We got Nicole Sunday at the L.A. Farmer's Market, where she was flanked by some huge dudes who she says she hired to help protect her and her fam from Scott -- especially since she claims he's been harassing her on the phone as of late.

Nicole claims Scott's been hounding her and telling her to stop the public shaming and just talk to the cops -- which she did last week when she met with LAPD detectives and filed a police report.

Scott's rep tells TMZ he has not called Nicole -- not even once -- since she made her allegations. The rep says Scott received several hangup calls in which the ID of the caller appeared to be Scott's own number. The rep says, "Immediately after, he was contacted by an individual who gave him 24 hours to accept an unspecified offer which was characterized as 'help.'"

The rep goes on ... saying Scott immediately changed his number, adding, "We have significant evidence about the origin of these calls, and are bringing it to law enforcement Monday."

There's also this ... Nicole says there are more cast members that are also coming forward against Baio. Again, for the record ... he's completely denied her accusations.

The suspicious man who showed up on William Shatner's property uninvited a couple weeks ago recently returned to the same spot, and took off once again before cops could talk to him.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the same guy who was busted by a neighbor peering into the 'Star Trek' legend's house in January before running away came back for another peek.

We're told he climbed a tree in Shatner's yard when the same neighbor who saw him the first time approached him again and asked what he was doing, to which he replied ... "I work with children." The man allegedly then started singing and bolted.

Our sources tell us LAPD's investigating the situation, and is once again trying to track the guy down to see what his deal is.

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested this weekend for domestic violence and possession of an assault weapon ... making this his 2nd arrest in a month.

According to the Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department ... Foster was arrested Sunday morning after cops responded to a welfare check and possible disturbance call. They say the 49ers star was arrested without incident.

He was booked on three separate charges -- domestic violence, threats and possession of an assault weapon. No further details were immediately available.

Foster was also arrested in Alabama about a month ago to the day for marijuana possession.
