Hilary Duff's rekindled an old flame ... and sealed her reconciled relationship with a kiss.

It's back on again for Hilary and Matthew Koma, her music producer boyfriend she split with back in March. The 2 were seen looking lovey-dovey after a coffee run in L.A. Tuesday.

Duff told the ladies of "The Talk" it's the third time she and Koma have dated, adding ... "Timing is such a big deal ... third time's a charm!"

The couple's been dropping hints of their reunion for a few months ... but it looks like it's official now.

Naya Rivera has filed for divorce ... this after she was arrested for allegedly hitting her husband, Ryan Dorsey.

Naya cites irreconcilable differences for ending her 3-year marriage to the actor.

In her legal docs, filed by "Disso Queen" Laura Wasser, she's asking for joint custody of 2-year-old Josey. She also wants the court to block either of them from getting spousal support.

Naya previously filed for divorce in November 2016 but later dismissed it.

Sources tell us the arrest over Thanksgiving weekend was the last straw for her. As TMZ reported, Naya was arrested Nov. 25 for domestic battery after allegedly hitting Ryan in the head over a dispute involving their son. Interestingly, she lists the date of separation as Nov. 24.

Our sources say it's not the first time the police got involved in their marriage. We're told Naya called the cops on Ryan 3 times during their marriage.

Anna Faris is not just moving on ... she's moving.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris Pratt filed for divorce Friday and Anna filed her response at the exact same time. It's unclear who's living in the family home, but we're guessing it will be sold as part of the property settlement.

Unclear if Michael's moving in with Anna or whether he's just tagging along.

Jamie Foxx was actin' all sorts of shady at his Privé sunglasses event in New York City Monday night, but not when it came to his relationship with Katie Holmes.

Katie and Jamie, who famously don't do public events together -- despite dating for years now -- came one step closer. Jamie reps the brand, and Katie showed up for the event ... sporting a new shorter hairdo. They still didn't pose for any pics together, but everyone knew why Katie was there.

It wasn't the kinda PDA we saw during their romantic stroll on the beach in Malibu, but these kids are inching closer. They'll be hand-in-hand before ya know it.

Meghan Markle's gonna get trained on how to escape being held hostage ... and it'll be focused on alerting and escaping.

After marrying Prince Harry -- who's a trained combat vet himself -- Meghan will undergo military training from the British Special Air Service on how to deal with a hostage situation -- S.O.P. for Royal newbies.

Meghan's hostage training will last about a week, and it will teach her techniques on how to transmit a distress signal that she's being held against her will if her captors make her record a video ... this according to Scott Jones, director of the London-based security firm Garvian.

Meghan's training will include mastering micro-expressions, key words and other signals to let either her family or law enforcement know if she's under duress from captors. We're also told she'll get some basic psychology training on dealing with her captors.

She'll also be taught how to get out of restraints ... like duct tape or zip ties.

Another source who served in the British Armed Forces tells us Meghan's hostage training will be primarily geared toward facilitating a rescue, and would probably not include combat or weapons training.

BTW ... Meghan is following in the footsteps of her princess predecessors like Diana and Kate. Both of them underwent similar training after joining the Royal Family. They both did it at a Special Air Service base in Hereford ... so it'd make sense for Meghan to go there as well.

Casey Affleck is officially single because his divorce from Summer Phoenix is final ... TMZ has learned.

Summer filed for divorce in July, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple has 2 sons -- 13-year-old Indiana and 9-year-old Atticus. They are getting joint custody of both kids.

Summer said the date of separation was November, 2015.

He had previously asked the judge to deny Summer spousal support but as we reported they came to a financial agreement and settled the conflict.

The couple was married for 9 years.

Jeremy and Melissa Meeks were supposed to sit down in a room to mediate their divorce, but everyone was a no-show and we've learned it's because the lawyers are trying to work out a settlement.

The split has been super contentious ... this after Jeremy filed to end their 8-year marriage and hooked up with billionaire heiress Chloe Green.

The judge in the divorce case ordered the mediation, but we're told the lawyers asked the judge to push the mediation back because they were knee-deep in settlement discussions.

Melissa claimed in legal docs Jeremy made $1 million a month, but he fired back that he only pulls in $6k a month.

The couple has to work out spousal and child support as well as custody of their 7-year-old son.

Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac shelved whatever differences they have and took their 3-year-old daughter, Rose, on an XMAS shopping spree.

Chris Pratt has filed for divorce from Anna Faris... TMZ has learned.

Pratt filed legal docs Friday to end his 8-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. But it's not necessarily what you think, because he and Anna carefully orchestrated the move.

Anna filed her response to the divorce at exactly the same time and the 2 documents are mirror images of each other.

They are both asking for joint custody of 5-year-old Jack. They both reserve the right to get spousal support, but it's unlikely either will ask for it.

They list July 13 as the date of separation. They issued a statement on August 6 announcing their separation.

TMZ has learned they have a prenup. We're told the property settlement agreement is almost completely worked out.

Sources connected to Chris and Anna tell TMZ the divorce is "totally amicable."

Chris is repped by attorney Lauren Petkin and Anna is repped by Laura Wasser and Samantha Klein.

Anna has clearly moved on ... she's been seriously dating cinematographer Michael Barrett for months.

Ya gotta admit, it's kinda interesting to see someone who's about to be a member of the prim and proper British royal family posing like this. And, seeing as how Harry met Meghan in the summer of 2016 ... he probably would've seen these if he did some Internet research.

Rachel Lindsay's officially in engagement mode.

The 'Bachelorette' winner threw a huge engagement party Thursday with her fiance Bryan Abasolo, the guy she gave her final rose to on the reality show. The couple's party was held at a fancy crib overlooking the picturesque beaches off the Malibu coast.

Rachel wore a white gown while Bryan opted for the blazer-no-tie combo. This is at least the third engagement party for the couple ... first in Dallas and then in Miami.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are fresh off announcing their engagement but already in full swing with their royal duties ... shaking hands and probably kissing babies.

The newly-engaged couple visited Nottingham Friday and greeted a throng of adoring fans. The couple was there to raise HIV/AIDS and youth crime awareness. They later hit up the elegant Contemporary, which hosted the Terrence Higgins Trust World AIDS Day charity fair.
