Phaedra Parks to Cardi B It's Good to Book Work ... But Don't Get Booked to Jail!!!
Phaedra Parks wants Cardi B to handle her business -- in court, that is, before it starts affecting her money biz.

As we first reported, Cardi pissed off the judge in her strip club beatdown case when she was a no-show to Monday's court hearing in NYC. Turns out she was twerking her ass off in Miami ... for work, of course.
Remember, the judge's already warned Cardi -- show up to court Friday or face arrest. Phaedra's free advice ... just get it over with, Cardi.

Michael Vick Urges Kareem Hunt To Get Help ... 'He Can Always Reach Out To Me'
Michael Vick says the only way Kareem Hunt can get back to the NFL is if he gets serious help ... and the ex-QB tells TMZ Sports he's willing to be a part of that whole process.
"He can always reach out to me, I'm going to give him positive advice," Vick says ... "I didn't condone what he did, I'm against that -- but he's gotta learn from the situation."
Of course ... Vick knows all about what it takes to go from exiled to NFL superstardom -- he came back to the league after serving 19 months in prison for illegal dogfighting.
Vick says it was help from others that paved that whole road for him ... and now he's urging Hunt to find the same thing.
"You gotta get help. That's what I did. I got help. People helped me in my situation. He gotta get help, and that's what's most important."
Vick's advice for Hunt on where to start that journey?
"Anger management. Learn to control it."
Mike says the NFL is a second-chance league ... and says Kareem can latch back on if he does all the right things -- but admits he'd still pause at the idea of bringing the RB aboard his team.
"If I'm a CEO, I'll bring my daughters in and let them ask the questions. I mean, for real," Vick tells us.
"As a man, you've got to take everything into account. And hopefully, he lands on his feet. As long as he works on it."

Cardi B Alleged Victims 'Angry' She Chose Beach Twerk Over Court
Cardi B's got no respect -- for the law, the courts or the 2 strip club bartenders she allegedly had beat down -- and her Miami twerk session proves it ... according to the bartenders' attorney.
Joe Tacopina tells TMZ ... Cardi's no-show in court Monday was blatantly defiant and disrespectful, and he believes she's getting special treatment because she's a celeb. He says his clients, Jade and Baddie Gi, are "very angry" about the images TMZ posted Monday ... of Cardi twerking in tiger body paint while shooting a music video
Tacopina adds, "She decided not to show up for court because it was more important to take photos in a bikini in Miami. If any other defendant did that there would be a warrant issued for their arrest immediately."
As we reported, the judge wasn't pleased and issued a stern warning Monday to Cardi -- show up for court Friday or risk being arrested.
The hearing is for the August strip club incident, in which Cardi's accused of orchestrating an attack on the bartending sisters. She got arrested for it in October.
Tacopina says his clients think Cardi's court snub "shows that she thinks what she did is a joke instead of the crime that it is."

11:46 AM PT -- A G League spokesperson tells us ... “The G League is aware of the allegations against Raptors 905 guard Kahlil “Kay” Felder and has placed him on indefinite leave pending a full investigation into the matter.”
Kay Felder -- a 2016 NBA Draft pick who currently plays in the G League -- was arrested near Toronto early Monday morning for assault and we're told the alleged victim is a woman.
Felder was demoted by the Toronto Raptors to the team's G League affiliate back in October -- and he's been playing for the Raptors 905 squad ever since.

Cardi B was just issued a stern warning from the judge in her strip club beatdown case ... show up to court or face getting arrested.
Cardi's legal team was in court Monday -- without the rapper -- for a hearing about the August incident. We're told prosecutors expressed their frustration that Cardi herself was a no-show considering they've already given her a 6-week extension on the case ... so they asked the judge to issue a bench warrant.
The judge denied the immediate request, but did issue a serious warning -- Cardi must appear in court Friday morning -- or there will most likely be a warrant issued.
Cardi's defense team also revealed in court they've been having a tough time getting in touch with her directly -- instead only communicating through Cardi's management team -- and only found out Thursday Cardi had a prior commitment that would prevent her from attending Monday's hearing.
TMZ broke the story ... Cardi is accused of unleashing her posse on 2 strip club bartenders -- Jade and Baddie Gi -- and badly injuring both. Jade told us ... prior to the attack, Cardi had threatened her for months, accusing the two of sleeping with her husband, Offset.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Nicki Minaj recently featured Jade and Baddie Gi in her music video ... a definite shot at Cardi.

Conor McGregor To Michael Chiesa I Wasn't Targeting You In Bus Attack!
Conor McGregor claims UFC fighter Michael Chiesa shouldn't be able to sue him for intentional infliction of emotional distress because he wasn't the intended target in his NY bus attack.
We broke the story ... Chiesa sued Conor over the injuries he suffered from the April 5, 2018 incident at Barclays Center where McGregor threw a steel dolly at a bus packed with UFC fighters and staffers, including Chiesa.
Chiesa was hit by shards of glass and suffered cuts to his face that were so bad, he was forced to pull out of his UFC 223 bout against Anthony Pettis.
4/5/18
Now, McGregor has filed a response to Chiesa's suit admitting his conduct was "unquestionably inappropriate," but should not be considered "outrageous."
So, why does that distinction matter? Because proving "outrageousness" is essential for collecting damages when it comes to intentional infliction of emotional distress.
McGregor also argues that his actions were "clearly not directed at [Chiesa] at all" -- which the judge should consider in evaluating the "outrageousness" of the incident.
Conor has publicly acknowledged that his target was Khabib Nurmagomedov -- who was also riding the bus that day.
Conor had flown into New York from Ireland to attack Khabib after the Russian fighter got into it with one of Conor's friends days before the bus attack.
In his court docs, McGregor also claims Chiesa has failed to prove that he suffered any real emotional distress from the incident -- noting that he's a "seasoned combat sports fighter" ... and therefore should be used to physical trauma.
McGregor was arrested for the incident and later pled guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 5 days of community service, and ordered to complete an anger management class.
Conor later got his wish and fought Khabib -- but lost ... badly.

Tekashi69 Immediately 'Gangsta Checked' When He Got Locked Up
Tekashi69 isn't getting the red carpet treatment in federal lockup -- several Crips wasted NO time "gangsta checking" him, and TMZ has learned that's what got him transferred to a new facility.
The tense showdown went down November 19 at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, right after 6ix9ine was denied bail ... according to our law enforcement sources.
We're told Tekashi, an alleged member of the 9 Trey Gangsta Bloods, was confronted by inmates affiliated with the Crips who were in the intake area as he arrived. That's when one inmate 'G Checked' him -- meaning stepped up to him to see if he's a real gangsta or just a wannabe.
We're told the Crip told Tekashi he better understand who's in charge -- and the only thing that saved him from a beatdown was the fact prison staffers quickly intervened.
His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, says 6ix9ine "was being threatened in jail. However, he was not scared nor did he request being removed. The [Bureau of Prisons], acting upon these threats, removed him to a different facility to eliminate the threat."
TMZ broke the story ... the new facility where he ended up is sometimes used for witnesses who cut deals. Our sources said Tekashi specifically asked to be in a unit away from Crips and Bloods.
We reached out to the BOP regarding the Crip incident, but a rep wouldn't comment because Tekashi's no longer in their custody.

Porn Star Jesse Jane Busted for Public Intoxication ... Wasted & Urine-Soaked
Jesse Jane might have celebrated a bit too much after a big win for her University of Oklahoma football team -- she was lying on a sidewalk after the game ... and got hauled off to jail.
The adult film star and OK native was busted for public intoxication in Norman on November 10, shortly after after the Sooners beat Oklahoma State in the Bedlam Series. Jane shared a video of her and a friend scarfing some food earlier in the day at the game.
Apparently they didn't eat enough. According to police, Jesse "pissed her pants" and seemed highly inebriated as she tried to answer an officer's questions.
Jane kept repeating "I didn't do anything," and was unable to provide a phone number for a ride or confirm with the cop she had cash for a cab ... so she got arrested instead.
The retired porn star was booked into the Cleveland County Jail. Later, she messaged a local news station, claiming she'd been drugged. Cops released her later ... we're presuming after she sobered up.
If this sounds familiar, it's almost exactly what Jesse claimed happened to her in Vegas in 2015 ... when she was found passed out cold in the middle of the day on the Strip.

Check it out ... Kevin -- an expert in brand-building -- says Tekashi's monumentally successful album, "Dummy Boy," means he won't have to worry about money ... even while he's sitting in a federal prison facility.

EXCLUSIVE

The confidential informant the feds are working with in Tekashi 6ix9ine's racketeering case is still a mystery ... despite online rumors that it's a popular hip-hop blogger close to the rapper.
DJ Akademiks has been accused by another hip-hop blog of being the "snitch" in 6ix9ine's crew ... but Akademiks tells TMZ it's completely untrue.
He says he "has zero connection to this criminal case against Daniel Hernandez & other co-defendants. I view them as good people to me." He adds ... "All these charges are a shock to me and do not involve me. I have never been questioned or much less cooperated in this. I am just a news reporter."
The outlet accusing Akademiks of snitching claims to have gotten its info from the lawyer of Tekashi's former manager, Kifano Jordan, aka Shotti. However ... Shotti's lawyer, Scott Leemon, also denies the allegations.
Leemon tells us ... "I never made any public statement relating to this matter. Any statement attributed to me is false. I have not given anyone an interview about this case."
We broke the story ... Shotti is one of the voices heard on federal wiretaps revealing Tekashi's former crew members talked about killing him. These recordings are separate from the ones feds say are possessed by the confidential informant ... which have yet to be disclosed.
6ix9ine's lawyer told us feds having an informant is concerning, but he believes any recorded convos with the rapper will help prove he's innocent.

Cops busted a former "America's Got Talent" singer for underage drinking ... TMZ has learned.
