The controversy stems from an article that ran in OK! Magazine in Australia, written by international journalist Daphne Barak. In the article, Carter was quoted as saying, "Yes, [MJ] gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15. As for drugs? He gave me cocaine."

But Carter's rep tells TMZ, "Nothing was said that was reported" ... and directed us toward a YouTube video of the interview with Barak ... which seems to back up Aaron's side of the story.

We're told Nadya made her money doing various things like "Celebridate," The Cable Show in Chicago, MMA fights, a celebrity boxing match, bikini photo shoots, and several paid interviews across the globe.

And she has more paid gigs in the pipeline -- including another celebrity boxing match, several more interviews, and a possible instructional workout video.

Sources close to Kim tell us ... Kardashian worked out a deal with Platinum Motorsports in L.A. ... which will provide enough vehicles to transport Kim's entire family AND Kris Humphries' entire family.

And get this -- Kim is color coordinating the cars to match the rest of the wedding ... and has specified that she only wants white vehicles. We're told Platinum Motorsports has told her it's not a problem.

Of course, the entire party won't be driving themselves -- we're told each car comes with its very own chauffeur.

As we previously reported, Tobey is being sued by the bankruptcy trustees of a convicted felon who claims Tobey won more than $300,000 in unlicensed poker games in L.A. The trustees are trying to get the money back.

In his answer to the lawsuit, Tobey says the hold 'em poker games were not "controlled games," which required the host to have a license.

Tobey also denies there was any scheme on his part to defraud anyone. According to the complaint, the person whom Tobey took to the cleaners was Bradley Ruderman, who is serving time for defrauding a bunch of people out of more than $50 million in a Ponzi scheme.

According to the medical examiner, Savage suffered from cardiovascular disease -- and the deadly "cardiac event" resulted from the condition.

According to the toxicology report, Savage tested positive for alcohol and hydrocodone (an opiate) during the time of his death ... but neither played a role in his death.

Mark dropped the d-bomb earlier today on the "Morning Joe" broadcast -- claiming he thought Obama was "kind of a d*ck yesterday" at the President's White House news conference.

Mark has since profusely apologized for the comment, but MSNBC followed through with the suspension anyway -- claiming his "comments this morning were completely inappropriate and unacceptable."

Lindsay Lohan, who had said she was scared to leave home because of the paparazzi, went out to Lexington Social House last night -- where the paps were out in full force.

As she walked out with friends including "Into the Wild" star Emile Hirsch and "Nikita's" Lyndsy Fonseca, the flashes went wild -- causing Lindsay to block her face and nearly fall over on the curb as one photog shouted "She's drunk!"

As we previously reported, Lohan just completed 35 days in home confinement yesterday.

UPDATE: Lindsay says she went out last night to attend a best friend's going away party.

And she's telling friends, the reason she stumbled wasn't because of alcohol -- it was because her friend's husband jumped in front of her unexpectedly, and she tripped.

Lohan is adamant she did NOT drink last night ... and sources at the Social House tell us Lindsay was not served any booze.

Mother and son ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, crispy mac and cheese, half a Caesar salad, and another specialty pizza.

We don't know the identity of the man in the plaid shirt, but we do know that Mildred's older son was sitting to her right. The waitress told other employees that the older son was hitting on her, asking if she'd go to the beach with him. She says she declined.

TMZ obtained the video, which shows Bieber -- who was a presenter at the award show -- and his squad being stopped at the door last weekend. It appears one of Justin's bodyguards did NOT have a ticket ... and while both sides argued, Biebs eventually interrupted by saying, "I need to bring my security! This guy's a douche bag."

Everyone on Team Bieb ended up getting into the show -- and a BET rep downplayed the incident ... saying, "It is our standard policy to make sure everyone has their tickets or credential upon arrival. Justin had the proper credentials."

As for Justin -- his rep says the Biebs was just standing up for his bodyguards ... the guys who always have his back.

Tracy warned his audience at a performance in New York City this weekend, "Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids." The audience groaned, but Tracy didn't stop: "Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps."

But more was yet to come. Tracy reminisced about a girl he once dated, describing her as "a cripple" with a prosthetic arm, a mechanical larynx and a portable dialysis machine.

You'll recall, earlier this month, Tracy drew fire for another performance, in which he said he would stab his son to death if he spoke in a "gay voice."

Tracy apologized for the comments about gays, but now we gotta ask ...

One of Stow's friends posted a photo on Facebook, showing Stow and his buddies proudly sporting their team colors in a sea of blue on March 31 ... while two unidentified Dodgers fans photobombed the shot by flipping off the camera.

As we previously reported -- Stow had a verbal altercation with another Dodger fan during the game ... after Stow allegedly yelled out that he'd rather eat his own feces than a Dodger dog.

Stow was brutally beaten in the parking lot after the game and is still recovering from some VERY serious injuries.

Banks' owner is suing Ross -- claiming 3 pit bulls escaped from Rick's mansion in Atlanta back in April ... entered her property and ferociously attacked her tiny pet Yorkshire Terrier.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the yorkie suffered "3 large bite wounds on his back " along with a "very large bite wound" around his neck.

Cops were called to the scene -- and officials managed to free Banks ... but his wounds were so extreme, that the owner had no choice but to euthanize her beloved companion.

Investigators eventually cited Ross for the incident -- but the owner wasn't satisfied so she filed suit, demanding Ross fork over $15,000 in damages and court costs.

We're told the owner is especially upset because Ross has NOT apologized for the incident.

Sources tell TMZ ... Halle is concerned for 3-year-old Nahla when she's in the care of Gabriel. Our sources would not be specific about the violations, but we're told it has to do with requirements Gabriel was supposed to follow when he had custody of Nahla.

The lengthy documents go into great detail about Gabriel's parenting skills, claiming there was once an incident overseas when Gabriel allegedly neglected Nahla, imperiling her safety.

Halle wanted the judge to find Gabriel in violation of the custody order. Gabriel was not in court today, and the judge set a hearing on the matter for later.

Brooke's law firm, Trope and Trope, served legal papers on Warner Bros. last Friday, demanding the studio withhold $55,000 a month from all monies due Charlie to satisfy his child support obligations.

The lawyers are demanding that the studio send the $55 grand a month directly to Brooke.

Sources connected with Brooke concede Charlie is not behind on his child support, but Brooke wants to make sure she gets her support if Charlie begins to run low on cash.

Warner Bros. must comply, because a judge signed the document ordering the studio to divert the money to Brooke.

Garnishment -- tasty on food, bitter on paychecks.

Durtiz just went to his Facebook page and explained, "I was f**king crazy. I needed meds. I took meds. Now I'm less crazy. I need less meds. I'm stopping meds."

Back in 2008, Duritz detailed his condition to Men's Health magazine, "I have a form of dissociative disorder that makes the world seem like it’s not real, as if things aren’t taking place. It’s hard to explain, but you feel untethered."

Duritz says he needs the meds to keep himself balanced -- but today, the singer says he already cut his Lithium dosage by half ... and with the withdrawal, he's doing "not so good." Lithium is commonly used as a mood-stabilizing drug.

Duritz adds, "Gotta keep pushing/get off this sh*t. Going faster than I should but it still takes too long."

According to Duritz, it's not a drug addiction problem and he's not trying to get sober -- in fact, the singer openly admits, "I like drinking. A lot. Sober=not for me."

Linda sat down with Matt Lauer on the "Today Show" to talk about her autobiography -- "Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes" -- in which she details Hulk's alleged violent behavior.

She writes, "[Hulk] tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls. I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages."

When Matt asked if Hulk ever showed remorse for his actions -- Linda replied, "He did not feel remorse — and to this day he’s never apologized for any of his actions."
