"Catfish" star Sunny Cross -- who starred on the first episode of the show -- has just copped a plea in her drunk driving case ... and she'll stay a free woman.

Cross was popped in Arkansas in January, 2013 after driving on the wrong side of the road. We told she flunked her field sobriety test, blaming it on her Christian Louboutins ... they're a bitch to walk in.

Ultimately Sunny blew a .08 which made her just drunk enough for prosecution.

Sunny plead guilty to 1 count of DWI and was ordered to complete a substance abuse program within 90 days.

Michelle Rodriguez upstaged the NY Knicks from her courtside seats by drunkenly posing for ridiculous selfies ... and snuggling up to smoking hot model Cara Delevingne.

Michelle was all over Cara -- and looked totally out of it -- while putting on what has to be the greatest party chick clinic in NBA history last night at Madison Square Garden.

It's unclear if Michelle -- who's proudly stated going "both ways" in the past -- scored after the game ... but click through the gallery.

Looks to us like Michelle put in enough work to earn some overtime.

Octavia Taylor got a temporary restraining order against Jeremy Sylvers ... who played military school student Ronald Tyler in the 1991 Chucky movie.

Taylor claims in the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- she dumped Sylvers after he got drunk at a party ... tried to start multiple fights ... and capped off the evening by whizzing on several guests.

Taylor claims after they left the party ... Sylvers called her a "a f**k whore," "a bitch" and "a piece of sh*t." Taylor says she's especially worried ... because she and Sylvers still live in the same housing complex.

Sylvers has been ordered to stay 100 yards away -- unless they're in a common area of their apartment complex ... in which case, he has to stay at least 20 feet away.

Jenna Jameson is slamming Tito Ortiz for his DUI bust ... claiming he's putting their children in danger while committing public relations suicide.

Jenna thinks Tito's arrest after crashing his Porsche proves what she's been saying all along -- that Tito's a bad dude, and told us -- "A lot of people think he's this fantastic guy ... it's just not true."

She added, "Slowly but surely he'll hang himself. Not literally, but figuratively."

Jenna also explains how Tito's arrest could lead to her snatching back custody of their 2 boys.

Dina Lohan seemed authentically shocked that her lawyer spent New Year's Eve sober as a judge ... and speaking of which ...

Watch the video (1 minute in) ... kinda hysterical -- it seems Dina just can't believe her lawyer didn't hit the bottle. As for her ... she says she stayed home.

Now staying home could still mean she boozed it up, but inside court Dina told the judge in her DWI case she's stone cold sober and is half way through her 12-step program, consistently testing negative for drugs and alcohol.

So Dina's back in court in March, when presumably she'll have completed all 12 steps and the DWI case will be resolved.

"That 70s Show" actress Lisa Robin Kelly died from "multiple drug intoxication" ... and her death certificate reveals .... she took an overdose of drugs by mouth.

The L.A. County Coroner's report -- obtained by TMZ -- confirms what we previously reported ... that Kelly's death was an accidental overdose.

Kelly -- who played Eric Forman's older sister on the show -- died August 15th at an alcohol rehab facility in L.A. County.

It's unclear how she obtained drugs in the rehab facility.

"Burn Notice" star Seth Peterson's a reckless druggie who abandoned his pregnant wife for a 22-year-old woman ... so claims his pregnant wife ... and now, shocker, she's filing for divorce.

Kylee Cochran filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. She says 43-year-old Seth bailed on their 12-year marriage in September to shack up with his 22-year-old side piece, while his wife was 3 months pregnant with their third child.

Kylee is now 7 months pregnant and wants a judge to give her full physical and legal custody of their kids, including their 5-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter. She claims Seth is already okay with this, and agreed to give up all custodial rights.

Kylee says she's open to giving Seth visitation, but only under supervised conditions, given his alleged past drug use.

And she wants spousal support -- if she's telling the truth, it's only fair.

Calls to Seth weren't returned.

The guy who plays Deacon Claybourne on "Nashville" CRUSHED IT at a famous Tennessee honky tonk this week ... spontaneously hopping on stage and SINGING with the band -- and TMZ has the boot stompin' footage.

We've learned ... Chip Esten rolled into Robert's Western World in Nashville on Thursday with his wife, their kids and roughly 15 other people to hang out and listen to some live country music.

Sources tell us ... Chip sprung for lunch for the entire group (which only ran around $100 'cause everything is so reasonably priced ... try the fried bologna sandwich) ... and then surprised the whole bar with an impromptu performance of the Hank Williams classic "Lovesick Blues."

The performance was actually pretty damn good ... considering Chip started his career as an improv comic (seriously, he was a regular on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?").

There's more ... our Nashville sources tell us Chip was great to his fans -- taking pics and signing autographs ... and then left the bar staff an "excellent" tip.

Oh, one last thing ... Chip didn't take a sip of alcohol during the outing.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelly -- who played Eric Forman's older sister on the show -- died August 15th at an alcohol rehab facility in L.A. County.

An autopsy performed immediately after she died failed to identify the exact cause of death -- the coroner had to wait until the toxicology results were in.

The coroner did not identify which drugs were in her system.

Just days before her death, Kelly had been hospitalized with an alarmingly high .34 blood alcohol level ... a level that can sometimes lead to death.

The Coroner's full report will be released within 2 weeks.

The first man to make a legal weed purchase in the United States ... ever ... is doing the most un-stoner thing possible with his new stash -- he's locking it away in a safe.

32-year-old Sean Azzariti tells TMZ, he's storing his 3.5 grams of Bubba Kush, his truffle edible, and his $57 receipt from the Denver dispensary where he bought all the stuff because he plans to donate it to a museum.

"It's a piece of history, dude," Sean says.

But Sean didn't go un-high on the big day -- he tells us he blazed through some weed from his personal collection to celebrate the momentous occasion, and subsequently binged on gingerbread waffles with apple puree.

There's been a drug arrest connected to "Breaking Bad" ... and the culprit was as bold and prolific as Walter White himself.

Jesse Pinkman look-alike Ryan Lee Carroll was popped Wednesday after cops found a shocking 79,000 packets of synthetic pot ... with a street value of $1.25 mil.

As for the "Breaking Bad" connection ... Carroll is the dude who won the ultimate fan prize -- hanging with the cast during the series finale at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Carroll ironically said at the time ... the show was "highly addicting, just like the meth they make."

And get this ... Florida cops also popped Carroll for using his business or vehicle for the purpose of hawking drugs. In this case it wasn't an RV ... Carroll was allegedly selling pot out of his home.

Former "Teen Mom" star Maci Bookout had a momcation in Miami this week ... and with no kid to look after, the 22-year-old let everyone know it was BOOZIN' TIME!!!

Sportin' a shirt that read, "Off Duty," Bookout was seen smokin' ciggies, drinking beer and even swiggin' a champagne cocktail on the beach.

The 31-year-old was in deep crap with the IRS after they discovered she screwed them out of $53,626.29 in income tax back in 2009.

Omar Gooding will learn all about mixology in 2014 ... specifically, that alcohol and driving don't mix.

The former host of "Wild & Crazy Kids" just pled no contest in his DUI case. As we first reported, Omar was busted back in August ... for DUI and weed possession.

Under the plea deal ... the DUI charges were dismissed. In return, Omar pled to one count of reckless driving.

As for consequences ... He won't go to jail, but will be placed on probation for 2 years. And Omar will learn all about the dangers of booze and BMWs in his alcohol ed course. He also must attend 12 Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics classes.

A surprise lesbian wedding broke out at a Utah bar co-owned by "Modern Family" star Ty Burrell ... but the actor didn't just stand around and watch, Ty actually PARTICIPATED in the ceremony, TMZ has learned.

Ty (who plays Phil Dunphy on the show) was hangin' out at Bar X in Salt Lake City on Friday where a group of pro-gay marriage supporters were celebrating the striking down of an anti-same sex marriage law.

During the party, one lesbian couple decided they were so excited ... they were going to GET MARRIED RIGHT THERE IN THE BAR ... and asked Ty if he would sign the marriage certificate as an official witness.

Of course, Ty obliged ... and the women -- one of whom posed for a pic with Ty (see above) -- took the plunge right there in the bar.

The sad part ... Ty was NOT ALLOWED to buy the couple a celebratory drink (employees in the bar tell us it's illegal for bar staff to buy patrons a drink in Utah).

The star of the reality hit "The Devils Ride" is riding more than motorcycles ... because we've learned he banged 3 girls at once on video and the sex tape is now being shopped.

Chris Boultinghouse -- who goes by White Boi on the show -- is seen in all his glory ... doing 3 chicks as they're watching a sex tape featuring 3 other people.

It appears the tape was shot on a budget, because at times one of the women is shooting with the camera in the apartment.
