Justin Bieber is going harder than ever on sizzurp and weed since living in Atlanta ... multiple friends involved in his life tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin has had an alarming problem with sizzurp for well over a year, and he's been a big fan of weed for a long time. But since moving to Atlanta, we're told he's "constantly high" ... rarely leaving the house. As one source said, "Drinking more lean, smoking more weed than ever."

When Justin lived in L.A. he had a schedule set up by people connected to his business. Since moving to Atlanta, he has no schedule and no rules.

Some of the people in Bieber's life that have confronted him about his drug use have been pushed away since Bieber made his move. And we're told -- one by one -- Bieber is removing people he says have "ratted" him out over his drug use.

Justin does spend a fair amount of time in the studio in Atlanta ... working on hip hop ... but we're told rarely is he sober during those sessions. And the thing is ... that's part of the rap game.

Seth Rogen testified before a Senate subcommittee Wednesday and pledged allegiance -- to "House of Cards."

Seth went to Capitol Hill to voice his support for legislation to increase funding for Alzheimer's research. Seth's mother-in-law suffers from the disease.

By congressional standards, Seth was hilarious ... and a little too hip for the room.

Safe to say Senator Tom Harkin, Chairman of the Senate Appropriations subcommittee, is not a big fan of "Knocked Up" ... but he was clearly amused.

Justin Bieber had his ass up in the air during his short stint in jail ... impressively doing 23 1/2 pushups in 28 seconds.

The jailhouse video -- obtained by TMZ -- shows Justin in his cell after being busted last month in Miami Beach for DUI and resisting arrest.

It's unclear what possessed him to show off his physical prowess, but he seemed excited about upping his cred.

If you're gonna get popped for cooking meth, you might as well dress the part -- some 21-year-old was just arrested in Illinois for making crystal meth inside his house ... and he was hauled in wearing a Los Pollos Hermanos t-shirt from "Breaking Bad."

The Smoking Gun broke the story ... cops pounced on Daniel Kowalski after receiving a tip that he was cooking glass again ... following his first meth arrest in July.

When cops busted Kowalski on Monday ... they claim they discovered glass beakers, burners, chemicals, and instructional materials for making controlled substances in his house.

Kowalski's reportedly been charged with four felonies, including possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials.

Gus would be proud.

Atlanta cops found marijuana in the Escalade that was seized at Justin Bieber's house Tuesday ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... cops took possession of the vehicle after they arrested the driver and bodyguard for allegedly stealing a photog's camera at a fun house Bieber rented for the day.

According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- after the vehicle was towed to police headquarters it was inspected and cops found pot -- less than an ounce. They also found 2 large glass smoking pipes with weed residue.

Law enforcement says there wasn't enough pot to charge anyone with a crime.

Here it is ... the footage of Justin Bieber in jail last month following his DUI arrest ... the same footage Bieber tried to keep out of the public eye ... but it may actually HELP him.

The video shows Bieber taking a sobriety test while inside the jail facility -- trying to walk a straight line.

Lamar Odom is getting the rap treatment ... thanks to a rapper on Rick Ross' record label who just dropped a new song inspired by L.O. ... and it's littered with some serious crack undertones.

The guy behind the song is Whole Slab -- a member of Rick's Maybach Music Group -- and his new single "Lamar Odom" is all about smokin' something called "Lamar Odom."

Slab tells TMZ Sports straight up ... "Lamar Odom is now the street word for that illegal white substance."

Clearly, the lyrics were inspired by Lamar's substance abuse issues -- particularly, his issues with crack.

As for Rick Ross' role on the song -- Slab says, "Rick inspired me and guided me through the making of my album. Lamar Odom is my first single and we're going to shoot a video for it."

Amanda Bynes has turned it around in a big way ... and one of the markers is that she is now remorseful about things she did and said when she was at her worst -- particularly her comment about Drake, "I want Drake to murder my vagina."

Sources directly connected with Amanda tell TMZ ... she is in the territory of being her old self again. They say the fact that the Drake comment "horrifies her" shows she again has a sense of the difference between right and wrong.

But there's more. We're told Amanda has stopped smoking weed, she's in the process of removing a number of inappropriate tattoos, and she's kind to people with whom she interacts.

Most impressive ... Amanda is now at FIDM -- the Fashion Institute of Design Merchandising in Orange County -- and she's become so self-confident she makes presentations to her entire class and freely interacts with her classmates.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolarity. It's apparent the meds and the therapy are working.

Real talk last week after a Dru Hill show in DC -- the 90s R&B group said they're still kickin' for one reason and one reason only ... to put food on the table for their families.

The singers were sitting for an interview Wednesday with AOSTL media group reporter Donna Jones -- she tried to ask how the guys deal with the ups and downs of a music career ... and Sisqo tried to give a thoughtful response ... but his pal Nokio cut him off.

We won't ruin it ... but Nokio doesn't mince words.

Former University of Miami football star Jojo Nicolas is in critical condition after his car crashed into a semi-truck in Miami Beach early Tuesday morning ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Jojo -- a former defensive back who played from 2007 to 2011 -- was driving a grey Lexus that slammed into the back of a truck.

TMZ Sports obtained footage from the crash scene which shows the Lexus wedged underneath the truck. He was eventually removed from the car and transported to a nearby hospital.

Our sources tell us ... Jojo is currently in critical condition -- and as one source puts, "It doesn't look good."

Jojo last tweeted Monday night ... saying he was attending a party at a Miami Beach nightclub.

Law enforcement sources tell us alcohol "has not been ruled out" as a cause of the crash ... and we're told officials are aware of where Jojo was prior to the accident.

This video is HILARIOUS -- a pretty hammered Brooklyn Nets player getting smothered by a hot chick with a big ass in the middle of the day -- and he wants NONE OF IT!!!!!

The NBA player is Andray Blatche -- who hit up Crustacean in Beverly Hills with a girl named Sandrina Smith ... and it's clear, they had been indulging in a few cocktails. Ok, a LOT of cocktails.

But the best part of the clip ... when Sandrina grabbed him around the waist and tried to get him to admit they have some sort of relationship -- Blatche bobs and weaves like a young Cassius Clay!!

You just gotta watch the video -- if they are together, he might be sleepin' on the couch tonight!

Justin Bieber and Miami Beach prosecutors will NOT strike a plea deal in his DUI case ... and sources connected with the case say a trial is now almost certain.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors are offering a no contest plea to reckless driving, with strings attached ... notably Justin must submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months. Sources connected with Bieber say they will NOT accept any plea that has probationary terms ... especially drug testing.

Now law enforcement sources tell us ... they will not deal if Justin does not agree to random drug testing ... period. As a result, both sides are at an impasse.

With a plea deal all but off the table, a trial is likely. Law enforcement sources acknowledge there are problems with the arresting officers ... the fact that he may have lied when he said he smelled alcohol on Justin's breath (he blew a .014). And another cop claimed Justin was drag racing (at 27 MPH).

Nonetheless ... we're told prosecutors are not afraid of trying the case. And Justin's famed lawyer, Roy Black, is ready for a courtroom battle.

At stake -- Justin could be tried for 3 offenses ... DUI, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license. Worst case scenario -- 2 1/2 years in jail.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. tells TMZ Sports ... he celebrated his big Daytona 500 victory by boozin' with his team 'til around 4AM -- so why isn't he a hungover mess this morning??? Simple. He followed the cardinal drinking rule.

Amanda Bynes has just scored a victory of sorts in her DUI case, pleading no contest to a lesser offense ... TMZ has learned.

Amanda was arrested in April 2012 in West Hollywood and charged with DUI.

Amanda's lawyer Rich Hutton was in court this morning and accepted a plea of "wet reckless" -- a drinking-related offense that does not have the serious consequences of DUI.

Under the terms of the deal, Amanda will be placed on 3 years probation, must attend a 3-month alcohol ed course, and pay various fines.

It appears her license was suspended because she refused to submit to an alcohol test at the time of her arrest.

Her lawyer tells us she's doing well now.

Two Texas A&M football players were arrested over the weekend -- a blue chip recruit was detained -- after allegedly making a series of incredibly stupid decisions ... involving weed, booze and parking in a handicap space.

Here's what happened, according to cops.

Isaiah Golden (DL), Darian Claiborne (LB) and Devante Noil (WR) were all inside of a silver Infiniti parked in a handicap space at an apartment complex in College Station around midnight.

According to the police report, an officer approached the car ... and smelled weed. He detained all 3 players, along with another man, and proceeded to search the car.

The cop says he found weed along with a bottle of brandy ... which is a problem since all of the men are under 21.

But during the incident, the officer says Claiborne "became very loud ... complaining that this was going to ruin [his] college football career."

FYI -- Claiborne was recently arrested for allegedly hiding weed and pills in an oversized Hershey's kiss ornament.

The officer says he continued to yell and began "interfering with the investigation" -- so he was arrested for a "noise violation."

Golden was eventually arrested for the weed (cops say he was in possession of 1.9 grams).

As for Noil -- considered one of the top wide receiver recruits in the country -- he was let go.

We called A&M for comment -- and a rep essentially said the players who were arrested will be suspended ... telling us, "In accordance to Texas A&M athletics department policy, anytime a student-athlete is arrested he or she is immediately suspended from all athletic activities."

If steroid-abusing Alex Rodriguez wants to be in Cooperstown, he's gonna have to buy a ticket like everyone else ... 'cause Frank Thomas says the guy will NEVER be enshrined in the MLB Hall of Fame.

The Big Hurt -- who's getting ready to be inducted with the 2014 HOF class -- couldn't have been more clear about A-Rod's chances ... telling TMZ Sports there are only TWO guys from the PED era who deserve to be in the Hall.

As for Thomas, Frank says he's working on his own Hall of Fame speech ... and can't wait to be inducted by his 21-year-old son (who has the greatest nickname ever) ... The Little Hurt.
