George Lopez is sorely mistaken if he thinks he can out-party the party king -- Charlie Sheen sent him a clear message on the set of "Anger Management" Tuesday ... no one passes out like the Warlock.

The clip's pretty funny -- Charlie and George shot it together ... mocking George's recent arrest at a casino for public drunkenness.

George paid Charlie a visit after scoring a major deal at FX for his new show "Saint George," the same exact deal Charlie got for "Anger Management" -- a guaranteed 10 episodes with a promise of 90 more if the ratings are good. It's a small gamble for a HUGE payoff.

Darren Sharper has just been charged with 2 counts of sexual assault in Arizona stemming from allegations he raped two women in Tempe back in November ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Maricopa County Attorney's Office tells us ... Tempe detectives submitted the case to a grand jury, which decided there was enough evidence to charge Sharper with a crime.

As we previously reported, cops say ... two women claim Sharper drugged their drinks and sexually assaulted them at their apartment on November 20th.

Cops say they recovered the cup Sharper used to serve one of the women ... and it tested positive for traces of Ambien ... the drug Sharper allegedly used to knock out his victims.

AZ officials tell us Sharper has been charged with 2 counts of sexual assault and 3 counts of administering dangerous drugs.

Sharper has denied any wrongdoing in any of the 5 states where he's been accused of rape.

Sharper is still sitting in an L.A. jail cell while prosecutors in New Orleans decide whether to charge the former NFL star for allegedly raping a woman in Louisiana.

Sharper's attorney in Arizona, Skip Donau, tells TMZ Sports ... "We vigorously deny the allegations and expect at the end of the process to be exonerated."

"Little People, Big World" couple Matt and Amy Roloff can't stand living together anymore -- they've just announced they're separating after 26 years of marriage.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Matt and Amy have been living separately since the holidays -- Amy currently resides in the family's main house in Oregon ... Matt lives in the guest house.

We're told neither Amy nor Matt is currently pursuing other relationships -- they're just testing the waters living alone ... for now anyway. So far, divorce isn't on the table.

Matt has had a history of drinking problems -- such as his 2007 DUI -- but we're told alcohol was NOT an issue in the split.

The Roloffs -- who have 4 children -- released a statement, saying, "Though we have weathered many storms together, we recently made the tough decision to engage in a trial separation."

Chris Pine was popped for DUI after blowing through a sobriety checkpoint and then allegedly blowing a .08.

Pine had been partying at a bar in New Zealand with some fellow actors and his girlfriend, beauty queen Iris Bjork Johannesdottir.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... he caught their eye after driving through the checkpoint. Officers then made him stop and Chris reportedly blew a .08 ... the minimum for being legally drunk.

The incident occurred on March 1st. He must appear in court on Monday, and if he doesn't the judge will issue an arrest warrant.

Chris was his usual charming self ... very polite and "easy to deal with."

Marijuana could save the United States of America -- or at the very least Colorado -- because the State is $2 MILLION richer from its new marijuana tax -- and that's just for the month of January.

It's pretty staggering ... in the first month since the pot law became effective, more than $14 million worth of recreational weed was sold in the state. Taxes on gross sales reached $2.01 million.

Colorado has around 160 state-licensed pot stores and it's clear ... business is booming.

After 5 years in prison, rapper Lil Boosie couldn't believe how dramatically the world changed in such a short period of time -- but one piece of technology stood out as the most mind-blowing.

When Boosie got locked up on drug charges back in 2009 ... there was no Instagram, no FaceTime, Google wasn't making glasses -- and during an interview Monday, Boosie talked about what the technology overload felt like after his release.

Justin Bieber jumped the gun in his deposition Friday ... and in the process admitted he was taking
Rx meds illegally.

As you know, Justin is being sued by a photog who claims the singer instructed his bodyguard to beat him up.

During the questioning, the photog's lawyer asked Bieber if he had a prescription for Xanax. Before Justin's lawyer could object, the singer blurted out that he did not.

Justin's lawyer was clearly upset and told Bieber to hold his horses before answering.

It's a significant question ... because during Justin's DUI arrest cops say he admitted his mom had given him Xanax, and he tested positive for Xanax which is the basis for the DUI charge.

It probably won't impact the case. If Bieber was under the influence it doesn't matter whether he took it legally or not.

Marc Anthony doesn't want to up his child support payments to Dayanara Torres to $113K a month because he fears his kids will become spoiled brats ... and even worse.

Dayanara is asking for a huge monthly increase ... she currently rakes in $13K a month. She says she needs it because their kids live in relative poverty compared to the lifestyle they see when they're with daddy.

Dayanara says she wants the ability to fly her and the kids on private jets, to travel around the world and stay in 5-star hotels.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Marc says he's saving Dayanara from herself by refusing to up the child support. He claims, the boys already have everything they need and the increase would "spoil them rotten."

Marc scoffs at Dayanara's plea for money so she can have a full staff, including a cook and a nanny. Marc says when he has the kids in L.A., "I cook or we order in. We often get Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut or Chinese food."

And get this. Marc hired a psychologist who wrote a declaration to the judge, discussing, "the problems of children who are raised with near unlimited funds, particularly children in Los
Angeles whose parents have made very large amounts of money in the entertainment industry."

Looks like Chief Keef learned tons in rehab ... just weeks after completing his court-ordered stint, the rapper posted a smoked out selfie.

C.K. posted the pic on Instagram Friday night with caption the "At Home" ... showing off his hair in fancy pigtails.

You'll recall ... Keef was released from jail back in December but a judge ordered him to rehab for failing 3 drug tests while on probation.

Keef might consider ... the judge was already pissed off at him.

The 76-year-old TV legend was promoting a chili restaurant Thursday in Arlington, Virginia ... and our photog asked for his advice on how to cure a hangover.

Cosby had a quick, enthusiastic answer -- but his opinion is a little biased.

Justin Bieber wants to be the Donald Trump of Double Cups ... the Sultan of Sizzurp ... because he wants to go into business to create his own line of signature styrofoam cups ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Bieber tell us ... the boring styrofoam cup -- which has been around since the 40s -- has become the container of choice for lean ... and Justin thinks it's a cool money-maker.

Sources tell us, Bieber has a special affinity for styrofoam because he loves to doodle on them, and that will be the inspiration for the line of cups with the JB logo.

By the way ... Bieber isn't the first person to jump on the styrofoam train. Rick Ross and Soulja Boy both have lines of cups with their monikers.

The one he went to on Friday actually sells coffee.

Lil Boosie is carrying serious baggage after rotting in the slammer for 5 years.

Boosie -- who was just released after serving his sentence​ on drug charges -- took his kids to The Esplanade Mall in Kenner, Louisiana Thursday where he dropped wads of cash on new clothes.

Sources tell TMZ, Boosie spent most of his time in the Polo section at Macy's and also bought some new kicks at Footaction USA. He also stopped at some store called Nouveau, hence the bags.

The Miami Beach cop who says he saw Justin Bieber drag racing before his DUI arrest may have been caught in a BIG FAT LIE ... because the GPS results from the cop's car shows normal speed.

TMZ has obtained the GPS readout during the 4 AM hour on January 23. Bieber was stopped at 4:11 AM. The cop claims he saw Bieber drag racing rapper Khalil at speeds between 55 and 60.

Now here's the problem. According to the GPS readout on the cop car ... it was going 11 MPH at the 2600 block of Pine Tree Dr. ... which is where the cop says he first spotted the singer in the Lambo.

The cop accelerated from 11 to 31 MPH in a single block but stayed between 30 and 40 for 3 blocks.

The GPS readout shows the cop car accelerated to 46 and then 49 ... but that's the FASTEST it went.

Now this is significant ... at the 3700 block of Pine Tree ... the cop car had slowed down to 31 MPH. This street is critical because according to the cop it was smack in the middle of the drag race. And get this ... we already broke the story that Bieber's GPS shows he was going 27 MPH on that block.

So the question ... where the hell is the drag race? Remember, the other cop on scene may have lied about smelling alcohol on Bieber's breath ... fact is, the singer registered a .014.

The GPS makes the case against Bieber VERY shaky because it calls the arresting officer's credibility into question. We're told Khalil's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, is going to attack the cop's credibility. Khalil was also busted for DUI.

Lil Boosie is a free man ... the rapper has just been released from a Louisiana State Penitentiary where he's been locked up since 2009 on drug charges.

31 year old Boosie -- real name Torrence Hatch -- was intitially locked up on a marijuana charge in '09 -- but during his stay, he was busted attempting to smuggle drugs into prison -- so a judge tacked 8 years on to his original sentence.

But Boosie caught a break and has been released early. A rep for the penitentiary has told the media Boosie will be on parole until 2018.

Someone put a spell on Carlton Gebbia -- the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' resident witch -- passed out at dinner tonight and had to be taken to a hospital by ambulance.

Carlton was having dinner at Mastro's Steakhouse in Bev Hills ... and according to sources in the restaurant she'd been boozing ... HARD.

We're told Carlton was footing the dinner bill for her party of 6 women -- and immediately started the night by slamming tequila shots ... at least 5 of them.

After that, things went downhill quickly and only 20 minutes into the dinner ... Carlton passed out at the table -- and someone called 911 at 9:22PM PT.

Witnesses tell us it appeared Carlton was still unconscious when she was wheeled out of the restaurant on a stretcher and placed in the ambulance.
