A drunk driver became an unwanted visitor at Jennifer Aniston's house Saturday night after the guy hit a curb and took out some of her plants.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... it happened at around 8:30 PM at her Bel Air estate. It's unclear if Jen was home, but her rusty trusty security guy instantly called 911.

When cops arrived the driver told them he was not behind the wheel, but security footage from the home clearly showed otherwise. The guy flunked the field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Justin Bieber is well into his 21st year, but the birthday train rolls on.

Justin -- who could drink legally March 1 -- celebrated Saturday night, singing happy birthday to himself and awesomely dancing on top of DJ Ruckus' station at the Heart of Omnia Las Vegas.

59-year-old Kris Jenner was there by herself.

As we reported ... Mally Mall told us he was going to give JB some sort of exotic feline in Sin City, but he wasn't there. Kind of weird ... the 2 are real close. We don't know if Justin got the cat.

Wayne Static, frontman for the metal group Static X, OD'd on a mixture of alcohol and a bunch of drugs ... including Oxycodone.

Wayne was found dead in his bed last November ... his wife was in bed with him at the time. The San Bernardino County Coroner's Office says toxicology results showed a fatal combo of prescription meds -- Oxycodone (generic Oxycontin), Hydromorphone, and Alprazolam (generic Xanax) -- along with alcohol.

Right after Wayne's death ... his wife had denied he was abusing any drugs at the time, but admitted he might have been drinking heavily.

The Coroner also said years of chronic drug and booze abuse played a factor.

'Buffy the Vampire' star Nicholas Brendon should stay far far away from geek conventions because it never ends well ... he was arrested AGAIN in Florida Friday night.

According to a police report, Brendon called cops reporting his phone and wallet had been stolen. When officers arrived they saw Brendon had flipped his bed and over-flowed the toilet in his room. He had done other things to himself suggesting he wasn't of right mind. As for his wallet -- it was on the dresser.

The report states that hotel employees told police Brendon had been mixing pills and alcohol at the hotel earlier in the day. Officers discovered a pill bottle that was filled with 10 pills earlier in the day only had one remaining.

Brendon was in town for ALTCon, a pop culture convention.

TMZ broke the story ... the actor was arrested in February for a similar drunken hotel incident at the same time of convention. He did $450 worth of damages to a room and refused to pay his $380 tab for food and beverages.

And Brendon was busted in October after an incident in an Idaho hotel lobby when he got into it with guests and staffers.

He clearly needs help.

A Tallahassee newspaper spoke with Brendon this afternoon who claims he's been off his depression medication which has led to his recent issues. He also claims that he was molested as a child by a teacher and it drastically changed his life. Click below to watch the interview.

Kyle Richards is calling BS on some people in the TMZ newsroom who believe the whole wine-glass throwing scene on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was fake.

Kyle and hubby Mauricio were leaving Mr. Chow in Bev Hills when our photog asked if it was one of those breakaway glasses ... because we thought the whole thing was staged.

Kyle was pretty convincing it was the real deal when her Lisa Rinna hurled the glass at her sister Kim.

Robin Thicke had 7.3 million reasons to crawl into a big dark hole Tuesday night, but instead he chose to fill it with champagne and half-naked chicks to blow-out his 38th birthday party.

TMZ obtained pics from inside Thicke's party -- which started at the Chateau Marmont and moved to Robin's Hollywood home ... where a hottie rolled around in a hamster ball and exotic dancers bared and bounced their tatas around the crib.

In other words, lots of eye candy to keep his mind off the "Blurred Lines" loss he and Pharrell Williams suffered hours earlier -- and the massive check they'll have to cut for Marvin Gaye's kids.

Party sources tell us Marlon Wayans, YG, Sean Stewart, Russell Simmons and pops Alan Thicke attended. As for Robin's birthday cake wish -- gf April Love Geary was on hand for those duties.

Cincinnati Reds prospect Tanner Jeremy Rahier went into a drunken rage after he was cut off at an Arizona bar ... and that's what led to him accidentally hitting his girlfriend with a rock ... this according to the 911 call.

TMZ Sports has obtained the call, made by an employee of the bar where the incident went down. In the 911 call, the employee explains that Rahier became enraged when he was cut off ... and that caused Rahier to throw rocks at the bar.

The 911 caller told police one of the rocks was meant for another a customer, but missed ... and instead hit Rahier's girlfriend in the face. The caller described Rahier as "obviously nuts."

Rahier was booked into jail on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault with intent to injure. He told police he didn't know the woman and denied throwing the rocks.

Wrestling icon Kevin Nash says pro athletes should be all about the green ... telling us tokin' up to treat pain is a much better option than pills.

Nash -- who was a badass in both the WWE and the WCW back in the '90s -- explained why he thinks herbal therapy is the way to go ... and he sounds like he's done his homework on the issue.

Nick Gordon was so whacked out on drugs and alcohol before his "interview" with Dr. Phil, he couldn't even walk and was pushed around on a luggage cart.

Our sources say Nick was staying at an Atlanta hotel for what he believed was an interview with Phil ... when in fact it was an intervention staged by Nick's mom. We're told Nick's lawyer would not allow him to talk about anything connected with the events that led up to Bobbi Kristina's tragedy.

Nick's mom did a lot of the talking, and told Phil her son was deep into booze and Xanax. Nick was so messed up he could barely form sentences.

When Nick realized this was an intervention to get him into rehab, he went nuts. We're told on his way out of the interview he punched 2 members of Dr. Phil's staff.

Porn legend Asia Carrera was arrested Thursday in St. George, Utah for driving drunk with her daughter in the car ... and cops say her blood-alcohol level was MORE THAN DOUBLE the legal limit.

Cops reportedly received a call saying a woman was passed out on a couch in the Washington County School District building. Officers say they found Asia reeking of booze and she copped to driving beforehand with her daughter.

Asia -- real name Jessica Steinhauser -- took cops to her car, but reportedly attempted to leave during their talk ... so cops detained the former XXX actress for a field sobriety test.

Cops say the AVN Hall of Famer failed to pass -- and even fell during one walking attempt -- then blew a 0.254 and 0.202 BAC on two different machines ... well over the legal limit of .08.

Asia was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol with a minor and released the same day.

Justin Bieber now has a new way to impress women ... by dropping thousands of bucks on booze in his never-ending celebration of his birth 21 years ago.

Bieber hit up Ivy Nighclub's Varsity Friday where DJ Khaled was hosting the weekly bash. He dropped $3,600 on Dusse, Dom and Grey Goose ... but it was mainly for the women around him, including model Lira Galore.

And speaking of the women around him, Bieber went to the club just hours after cops were called to his Miami hotel room ... we're told several woman called police after security kicked them out of the room and didn't let them take their cellphones and other personal items.

Justin Bieber's never-ending 21st birthday party was busted up, temporarily ... when a group of girls who got 86'd from the festivities got pissed off and called Miami Beach PD ... TMZ has learned.

Justin, who's freshly legal to drink ... was hanging with friends at the posh Miami Beach Edition hotel Friday night. Law enforcement sources tell us around 8:50 PM ET cops got a call from the chicks ... who claimed Justin's security kicked them out of his hotel room after some sort of argument.

We're told the ladies were upset because they'd left some things in the room, and couldn't retrieve them.

Cops went to the hotel and escorted the women to Justin's room ... where we're told everything suddenly got smoothed out -- and the girls were actually invited to rejoin the bash.

Funny how that happens when cops show up. Calls to Justin's reps have not been returned, but bottom line -- no arrests, no citations -- and sources tell us the girls held no ill will towards J.B. because the whole thing was one big misunderstanding.

Nick Gordon checked into rehab for drugs after ranting he might kill himself during a taped appearance with Dr. Phil.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend sat down with Dr. Phil in Atlanta earlier this week for what he thought would be an interview -- but we're told it was more like an intervention organized by Phil and Gordon's mother.

During the taping, Gordon talked about committing suicide if Bobbi Kristina didn't pull out of the coma. We're told Gordon's mother complained her son was severely depressed and abusing drugs.

It's unclear where Gordon is getting treatment and for how long.

Here it is ... the first picture of the joint that prosecutors believe links Aaron Hernandez to the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Officials say the joint was found at the murder scene in Massachusetts ... and has Aaron's DNA on it. Prosecutors also believe the joint contain's Lloyd's DNA.

Officials believe both men puffed from the same marijuana cigarette ... which they say further proves that Hernandez was at the scene when Lloyd was killed.

Anderson Silva tells TMZ Sports ... he did NOT use performance enhancing drugs to give him an edge in the octagon ... saying he's genuinely SHOCKED he failed his drug tests.

The UFC legend was out in L.A. when we asked straight up -- how do you explain the failed drug tests surrounding the January 31st fight at UFC 183 with Nick Diaz???

His answer -- "I don't know what happened."

Silva says he was completely blindsided by the results -- but does NOT believe anything in his system affected his performance in the fight.

Anderson sorta acknowledges taking something to help his body heal after badly breaking his leg -- but says he's convinced he didn't violate any rules.

Still, Silva understands how bad the failed tests make him look -- "I think this is bad for [the] sport. This is so bad for me and my life."

"Dr. 90210" Robert Rey claims he was assaulted by a drunk dude in Brazil this weekend ... and the guy grabbed him by the nuts so hard the reality star says his testicles are STILL inflamed.

The doctor was dining at a restaurant Saturday in Campina Grande when he claims a man asked him to snap a pic. Rey obliged, but the man groped his crotch out of nowhere ... calling him "Dr. Gay."

Rey, who studies martial arts, says he defended himself by punching the guy twice in the jaw, and then took him down with a kick. His scrap with the guy sparked a drunken brawl between several other people in the restaurant, but Rey stayed out of it.

The reality doc says he didn't call cops and doesn't want to press charges because, "I was young and also did youth nonsense!"

Rey posted a picture of the nut job to prove he was justified in defending his family jewels.
