Evander Holyfield is just a few weeks shy of his 57th birthday ... but he's still ready to throw down -- and will fly to Japan for a charity exhibition in 2020.

Holyfield hasn't fought professionally since May 2011 (he beat Brian Nielsen) -- but "The Real Deal" says he's kept himself in prime shape ever since and he's ready to get back in the ring.

The details about the exhibition fight are unclear but Holyfield says he still thinks he's got the at signature knockout power.

Don't get it twisted, Holyfield says the goal is to raise money for people in need -- and not to annihilate his opponent -- so the bout will be more of a performance than a no-holds-barred fight.

"The big thing is to give people in Japan the opportunity to see the only 4-time heavyweight champion of the world."

In related Holyfield news, Evander's 21-year-old son Evan "Yung Holy" Holyfield is about to make his pro boxing debut on the undercard of the Canelo Alvarez vs. Sergey Kovalev fight.

Evan is taking on Nick Winstead in a 4-round junior middleweight matchup.

"Yung Holy" previously told TMZ Sports he thinks he can be better than his Hall of Fame father.

"My dad always tells me every generation gets better. It's pretty much easy to believe, number one it's in the bible, and the bible don't tell no lies."

Justin Bieber took a bling cue from the Kardashian clan -- opting to use their private jeweler to gift himself a super-rare watch that's worth a pretty penny.

Sources tell us that the gold watch JB debuted on Instagram Monday -- which he called "a lil wedding gift" for himself -- is actually quite exceptional, in that it's from a rare, vintage luxury line of watches ... with this one retailing somewhere in the 6-figure range.

The watch is an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402BA, a line that dates back to the 1970s ... and that isn't really made all that much anymore. Current models of AP Royal Oaks have an average price tag of around $50k ... but we're told JB's was worth at least double that.

Now, it's unclear if Justin ended up paying that amount himself -- but if he wanted to auction off the timepiece ... he could probably get in the ballpark of $100k, and possibly more.

Stacey Dash says her husband and his 3 kids conspired to have her arrested ... to cover up her husband's alleged brutality.

TMZ broke the story ... Stacey called 911 Sunday, claiming her husband put her in a chokehold. When cops came out, they observed scratches on husband Jeffrey Marty's arms -- this, along with statements from his kids, got her cuffed and booked for assault.

Stacey says in the 911 call Jeffrey coached his 15, 14 and 10-year-old on what to say to cops. At one point, Stacey accuses Marty of faking his injuries, claiming he was taking photos of scratches on his arms ... scratches she didn't inflict.

Ray Lewis is OUT of "Dancing with the Stars" -- the NFL Hall of Famer suffered an injury while practicing a Cha-Cha .. and his castmates are already sending their love.

The 44-year-old Baltimore Ravens legend and his partner Cheryl Burke were rehearsing for their tribute to "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" when Ray tore a tendon in his foot ... just like he did during his playing days.

Of course, the whole thing played out during the broadcast of the show Monday night -- when Lewis revealed he tore 3 tendons in his foot and would need surgery.

With LaMelo Ball reportedly open to signing a shoe contract outside of the Big Baller Brand, TMZ Sports has learned Nike has a serious interest in working with the 18-year-old.

Our Nike sources tell us ... the company is actively scouting the youngest Ball brother and even has a scout in Australia monitoring him as plays pro ball overseas.

Some Eagles and Packers fans got into an all-out brawl in the stands at Lambeau Field on Thursday night ... and cops tell TMZ Sports some of the fighters were taken to jail.

At some point during the Philly-Green Bay game on "Thursday Night Football," fans in Eagles jerseys started wrestling with fans in Packers jerseys.

The brawl got pretty intense ... punches and kicks were thrown -- and bodies were dragged all over the bleachers.

Eventually, cops came in to break it up ... and a Green Bay Police Dept. spokesperson tells us the three main culprits in the brawl were all arrested.

Aubrey O'Day says she was shocked and disturbed when an American Airlines employee made her turn her shirt inside out in front of the entire plane, but as with most social media rants ... there's another side to it.

The Danity Kane singer took to Twitter Thursday night to put a male AA flight attendant on blast, claiming he treated her "like a punished lil child in timeout the entire flight" after making her undress in front of everyone because he "didn't like my shirt."

She also named the guy and called for the airline to fire him.

Witnesses on the flight tell TMZ ... there's more context to her story. We're told O'Day was boarding the plane while wearing a black shirt with bold white letters across the front, spelling out the word "F**k" ... uncensored.

Former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Peter Thomas is pulling the plug on his North Carolina sports bar ... and it's all because the place is dealing with some tax issues.

According to federal records, Peter's Sports One Bar and Lounge in Charlotte was hit with a tax lien for nearly $237,000 ... and now the establishment is closing its doors after racking up a huge debt.

Sources close to Peter tell TMZ ... the bar didn't have enough money to stay afloat after committing funds to other projects, and the place fell behind on its taxes. We're told Sports One Bar and Lounge will be shuttered for 3 to 6 months while Peter and the bar's legal team clear everything up and pay down the debt.

It's been a rough year for Peter ... as we first reported, he was arrested in Miami back in March on an out of state warrant for allegedly writing a $4,000 check that bounced.

Another allegation of sexual misconduct has come up against Antonio Brown ... this time, the artist who was hired to paint a mural in his home says AB had sex with another woman in front of her while she worked.

The artist, who has not gone public with her identity, was previously featured in a Sports Illustrated article about Brown, in which she claimed the WR got naked and hit on her while she was working at his home in 2017.

In the article, the woman says she declined his advances and felt he was being completely inappropriate ... but never went to cops or took any legal action against him.

After she went public, Brown allegedly sent her a series of menacing text messages as part of a group chat ... instructing associates to look into her personal life. AB included a photo of the artist's children, which she took as a clear threat.

In fact, the artist's attorney, Lisa J. Banks, sent a letter to the NFL saying her client is "understandably frightened by these text messages, which are clearly intended to threaten and intimidate her."

In the letter, Banks rehashes the initial sexual misconduct allegation featured in the SI article ... but then drops this additional allegation.

"What is not detailed in the story is that Mr. Brown engaged in other forms of sexual misconduct during the two days that she worked in his home, which included Mr. Brown having sex with another woman while the artist was working in the same room."

The NFL immediately launched an investigation into Brown -- who was cut the by the New England Patriots a short time later.

Justin Bieber had a needle in his arm as he walked the streets of Beverly Hills, but it's actually the picture of health.

Justin cruised out of a medical building Wednesday and Thursday with an IV bag, our sources tell us he was there for a vitamin drip.

In case you didn't know ... aside from curing hangovers, vitamin drips improve immune health, boost energy levels, abate depression and anxiety, improve mental clarity and cognative function, reduce migraine symptoms, combat fatigue and maintain muscle strength.

It's not without danger. Kendall Jenner was hospitalized last year after she had a bad reaction to a vitamin IV drip.

New York Yankees star pitcher Domingo German has been placed on administrative leave while Major League Baseball investigates allegations of domestic violence.

A source tells TMZ Sports the alleged incident happened earlier this week after the Yankees returned from their road trip in Toronto. We're working on more details.

For their part, the Yankees have announced they fully support the MLB's decision saying, "We support this policy which reinforces that domestic violence has no place in our society and cannot be tolerated."

"We have followed the lead of Major League Baseball and will continue to provide our complete cooperation throughout the investigative process."

Under MLB policy, German's stay on Administrative Leave can last up to seven days ... although the league has the power to extend that timeline.

German has been a stud for the Yanks this season, winning 18 games with 153 strikeouts in 143 innings.

The 27-year-old just pitched for New York at Yankees Stadium on Wednesday night ... throwing 2.1 innings and giving up just 1 hit and no runs.

He was expected to be relied on heavily when the Yanks kick off their run toward their 28th World Series championship this October.

Nick Carter says his brother, Aaron, has left him with no choice but to seek legal protection after he claims Aaron threatened to kill Nick's pregnant wife and unborn child ... though Aaron says he'd never harm family.

According to the temporary restraining order obtained by TMZ ... Aaron has to stay at least 100 feet away from Nick, Nick's wife, their kids and other family members, specifically their residence in Las Vegas.

Nick says both he and his sister were forced to seek the order against Aaron, "In light of Aaron's increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child."

A rep for Aaron tells us, "I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family."

Aaron responded to Nick on social media after he filed the restraining order, saying he should send a cease and desist letter while he's at it. Aaron adds he hasn't seen Nick in 4 years, and they ain't planning on a reunion.

As we've reported ... Aaron's family has been super concerned with his mental state lately, and the singer has raised concerns over his own mental stability.

Nick says, "We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else."

Aaron appeared on "The Doctors" and at least from the show, it seemed like he's suffering from anxiety, schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder and manic depression -- another term for bipolar.

L.A. County Sheriff's deputies recently went to Aaron's Lancaster, CA home for a welfare check ... and he claims they visited him again over the weekend and tried to place him on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Aaron's been flaunting his gun collection -- he says he owns a 9mm handgun, 2 assault rifles and other firearms -- and we've learned cops are looking into an obscure law that could be used to take his guns away.

Aaron came on "TMZ Live" Tuesday disputing the notion he's struggling with his mental health, and telling his family to leave him alone.

Clearly, the feeling is mutual.

Kevin Hart's sex tape partner who just filed a $60 million lawsuit against him said back when the story first broke ... Kevin, like her, was a victim and she was not going to sue him.

Montia Sabbag stood by attorney Lisa Bloom's side as Bloom stated their case ... that Kevin had no idea their sexual liaison was being secretly filmed in a Las Vegas hotel suite. Bloom also made Sabbag's position clear ... she didn't want a cent from Kevin -- rather she wanted to hunt down the perpetrator and bring him to justice.

Our sources say a subsequent lawyer for Sabbag -- her third -- recently made a secret financial demand to Kevin ... asking for "low six figures," and Kevin's lawyer rejected it and didn't offer a penny.

TMZ broke the story ... that lawyer who now reps Sabbag has filed a $60 million lawsuit against Hart and J.T. Jackson -- Kevin's former friend who was arrested for and charged with extortion.

So, now Sabbag has turned on Kevin, saying he was in on it so he could get more publicity -- strange, since even back then Kevin was one of the biggest movie stars in the world and the last thing he needed was media attention over cheating.

What's more ... sources with first-hand knowledge tell TMZ, Kevin has been working with the District Attorney for 2 years on the case. It seems odd he'd be so involved if he was secretly one of the perpetrators. As one source put it, "Kevin is working with the D.A. a lot because J.T. f**ked him over."

Mama June has been indicted by a grand jury on a charge of felony drug possession stemming from her arrest earlier this year ... TMZ has confirmed.

The charge relates to the bust at an Alabama gas station, in which cops say she was in possession of crack cocaine and a glass pipe. As we reported, her boyfriend, Geno, was also arrested on drug charges ... as well as domestic violence.

The grand jury also hit June with a misdemeanor charge for paraphernalia ... her boyfriend is facing the same charges.

Mama June was not at the Alabama courthouse Friday, but her sister was with a camera crew. We're told she hoped to stage an intervention with June ... but to no avail.

As we've reported ... Mama's life has seemingly gone off the rails in the recent months. Since her March arrest ... Honey Boo Boo and the rest of the fam already had one intervention for her and begged her to go to rehab.

She didn't, and has continued to stick with Geno. June and Geno held a bizarre garage sale and gutted her Georgia home before selling it and taking off for life on the road ... in an RV.

Riri threw her 5th annual Diamond Ball Thursday night in NYC. The soiree benefits the Clara Lionel Foundation ... it's the name of her grandparents. The org helps impoverished communities around the world with funding for education and health.
