Tiger Woods Aerial Assault -- More on the Way
Tiger Woods is still in the crosshairs of an aerial prankster -- who plans to strike again ... by flying a third scandal-inspired banner across the sky today during the Masters in Augusta.
TMZ has learned today's banner will read: "You knew, Stevie...You knew" -- a reference towards Tiger's caddy Steve Williams, who has vehemently denied any knowledge of Tiger's multiple affairs.
Still no word on who is financing the aerial pranks, but one thing is certain: the banners certainly didn't knock Tiger off his game ... yesterday, dude posted his best first round scores since he began playing in Augusta.
UPDATE: Our boy at SportsByBrooks is reporting that there are three more banners set to fly.

'Clueless' Star Stacey Dash My Husband Beat Me
Stacey Dash from "Clueless" claims her soon-to-be ex-husband beat her on multiple occasions ... and she got a restraining order against him on the day she filed for divorce.
TMZ obtained the restraining order -- originally signed by a judge January 29 and still in effect -- in which Dash claimed her husband, Emmanuel Xuereb, hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage ... but she was afraid to report it to police.
Dash, 44, also claims a drunken Xuereb once violently pinned her down to a bed and threatened her, saying it would be the worst night of her life.
Xuereb must stay 100 yards away from Stacey, her two children (neither of whom are his) and the family home. They're due back in court in June.

Anna Nicole's Daughter Supreme Force
Anna Nicole Smith's daughter may only be 3 1/2, but her lawyers are all business, threatening federal judges to either reverse themselves or get ready for a dose of Supreme Court humiliation.
Lawyers for Anna's estate -- who effectively rep Dannielynn -- just
with the federal appeals court that shut down the estate's claim for a big piece of J. Howard Marshall's fortune.
In the papers, filed today and obtained by TMZ, Dannielynn's lawyers note that the same three judges who shut them down last month did the same thing years before, only to have their decision reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The new legal docs are a not-so-veiled threat to the entire 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Dannielynn's lawyers want 11 judges on the 9th Circuit to review the case and side with the cute little kid. The lawyers warn ... if the 11 judges don't heed this advice, they will be embarrassed when the U.S. Supreme Court tells them for a second time they're all wet.

Search Warrants Served in Jesse Vandalism Case
Cops executed two search warrants yesterday in connection to the Jesse James vandalism/stalking cases ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told the Long Beach Police Department was looking for evidence connected to a March 25 incident in which Jesse claimed he was being stalked by a paparazzo ... and the paparazzo claimed Jesse vandalized his car.
Sources say investigators rolled through two homes where the pap had been staying and seized several items including videotapes and photographs -- which presumably show the confrontation.
Both Jesse and the pap made citizen's arrests. No charges have been filed.

'Scrubs' Star Needs $$$ Help, Stat
Donald Faison from "Scrubs" may be the next celebrity domino to fall in the great housing crunch.
Luther Burbank Savings just filed a lawsuit, claiming he hasn't been paying the mortgage on an apartment complex he bought in Inglewood, CA for $525,000 back in 2008.
The bank claims Faison hasn't paid a dime since November and wants permission to initiate a foreclosure action.
The bank is also suing for $514,657.76
"Scrubs" -- like Faison's apartment -- is in limbo.
No comment so far from Donald's people.

TMZ Video Used in McCourt Divorce
The L.A. Dodgers divorce just got even uglier, and this time a TMZ video became evidence against the lawyer Jamie wants to represent her.
Frank McCourt's lawyers went to court today, objecting to Jamie McCourt's request to bring D.C. attorney David Boies into the case to represent her. Boies had applied to the court for permission to practice in a California court for this case only.
Frank's lawyers filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- arguing that Boies violated a cardinal rule in the legal profession -- interrogating an L.A. Dodgers employee, despite the fact that all Dodgers employees are represented by counsel.
Boies grilled a security guard at Dodger Stadium on March 27, when Jamie tried in vain to get inside to move her stuff out of her office. Frank's lawyers say the guard is an employee of the Dodgers, who are represented by counsel and Boies had no right to intermeddle.
Nonetheless, the judge allowed Boies to enter the case. BTW, for whoever ends up paying the legal bill, Boies is really expensive.

Mel Gibson Divorce - Goodbye, But Not Farewell
With all the strife in celebrity marriages these days, our sources say the marriage between Mel Gibson and Robyn is coming to a very amicable end ... but in reality the pair will be in business long after the divorce is final.
We're told Mel and Robyn have agreed on pretty much every big issue. In fact, it's so smooth, a judge isn't even involved yet. Instead, Mel and Robyn are using lawyers, accountants and business managers to hash out a settlement.
There is one complicating factor: The large majority of the couple's assets are in the form of houses and other non-liquid property. Robyn will get roughly half in the property settlement. The problem is -- property doesn't pay the bills month to month, and it's a bad time to sell.
Nevertheless ... the suits are busy valuing the assets, and we're told everything should be settled in the next two months.
But the divorce won't be the end of their relationship. We're told Mel doesn't have the ready cash to buy Robyn out of Icon Productions, his film company. So the plan is for both of them to stay in business together after the marriage ends.
So it is possible to end a long marriage without going to court every five minutes.

Kenyon Martin's Locker Room Tirade -- On Tape
TMZ has obtained the expletive-filled audio recording of NBA star Kenyon Martin going insanely ballistic on his Denver Nuggets teammates when an April Fools' prankster filled his Range Rover with buttered popcorn.
After seeing how the popcorn affected his white interior, Martin -- who's making roughly $16 million this year -- went back into the locker room and told his teammates, "I swear to God, boy ... when I find out who did it ... I'm gonna put my mother f*ckin' hands on one of y'all."
Martin continued, "I'm gonna put my hands on whoever did it ... you best believe dat ... it's f*ckin personal ... you best believe it."
After Martin calmed down, Kenyon learned the perp was the driver of teammate J.R. Smith. The driver later apologized for the prank ... but Martin reportedly won't accept the mea culpa.

Nic Cage Bye-Bye Malibu
Nicolas Cage had a bad day Wednesday: Not only did his Bel Air house go on the auction block, his Malibu properties were auctioned to the highest bidder. Problem is, no one was interested.
Nic owned two adjacent properties in the hills of Malibu ... hundreds of acres total. We've learned Nic lost the Malibu properties to the bank Wednesday. They went on the auction block for a minimum bid of $10 million, but there were no takers. The bank now owns both properties outright and will try to unload them through a real estate broker.
Nic owed a total of $8,878,886.82 on the Malibu properties.
As we already reported, Nic lost his Bel Air home Wednesday as well. The minimum bid at the auction was just over $11 million, but there were no takers there either. Nic owed more than $17 mil on the Bel Air property.

'Real World' Crash 911 -- Car Is 'Over the Edge'
TMZ has obtained the 911 call made after the horrific car accident involving Puck from the "Real World: San Francisco" -- a call that was only made possible because of the heroics of his 8-year-old son.
After Puck drove the car into a ditch in San Diego last month, his son managed to crawl out of the wreckage and flag down a person with a cell phone who then dialed 911.
With injuries to several internal organs, Puck's son calmly explained the situation to the caller -- who relayed the info to the 911 dispatcher. Both Puck and his son were hospitalized with multiple serious injuries.

Kate's Lawyer -- Jon's Move Is 'Pathetic'
Kate Gosselin's lawyer says Jon's attempt to wrestle custody away from his client is "pathetic."
Attorney Mark Momjian tells TMZ Jon's motives are transparent, saying, "He's never questioned her ability to provide for their children. He's out of the limelight, while 23 million people are watching Kate on 'Dancing with the Stars.'"
Momjian finds it ironic that Kate is effectively the only breadwinner, and when she goes to Hollywood to earn a living he turns around and says she's not in Pennsylvania caring for the kids.
Momjian says the legal docs filed by Jon are "incoherent" and so flawed that he fully expects the judge to throw his petition out ... stat.
Momjian says Jon is out for Jon, adding, "Do I think his motivation is the children's best interest. Squarely no."

Jon also wants the child support order that is currently in place reviewed by the judge. Jon claims the arbitrator in the divorce "failed to take into consideration the numerous factors provided for by the law in PA."
TMZ broke the story that Jon's lawyer, Anthony F. List, feels Kate is an "absentee mom" now that she is in Hollywood on "Dancing with the Stars."
Kate currently has primary custody and Jon is required to pay $20,000 a month in child support.
