Offset's not slowing down just 'cause Cardi B's birthday has come and gone ... he's still dropping tons of cash for his new wife ... for some super expensive jewelry.

We're told the Migos rapper is giving the "I Like It" rapper a necklace, charm bracelet and Kulture's name emblazoned on a set of earrings. Offset reached out to Pristine Jewelers' owners Avi and Ofir 2 months ago to plan something special for Cardi's 26th birthday.

The 3 pieces are 100 carats strong in diamonds. Offset flew out the jewelers to personally hand over the cache to Cardi ... who couldn't contain herself and flaunted the sparkle at parties last weekend.

Cardi also sported the new bling Saturday night when she performed at Drake's concert. All in all ... we're told Offset dropped over six figures. And, that's just the tip of the birthday iceberg. Remember ... Offset also gave Cardi a Lambo earlier this month.

No word yet if Cardi's sexual birthday request was fulfilled.

"Family Matters" star Darius McCrary says it's absurd to think he dislocated his 2-year-old daughter's arm -- as his estranged wife claims -- and suggests his daughter was coached into faking the injury.

We spoke to Darius after his estranged wife, Tammy Brawner, filed docs claiming he dislocated little Zoey's arm in March 2018 while attempting to take her to the bathroom. Zoey was reportedly diagnosed with Nursemaid’s Elbow ... a common childhood injury where the child's elbow partially dislocates.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are all smiles Down Under on the heels of their pregnancy announcement ... but royal watchers might say something's missing.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex hit up Australia Monday on the first day of their royal tour there ... no doubt still sporting wide grins after Kensington Palace announced earlier in the day they're expecting baby no. 1.

The former "Suits" star is due sometime next spring ... around their one-year anniversary. We know what everyone wants to see, but it just ain't there yet -- the royal baby bump.

Slash is slamming the door on his ex-wife, Perla Ferrar ... blocking her from their son's huge Hollywood performance -- opening for Slash -- but it looks like she's totally ignoring the ban.

Sources close to Perla tell TMZ ... the Guns 'n Roses rocker banned her from attending the Tuesday night gig at the Hollywood Palladium -- 16-year-old London's band, Classless Act, will warm up the crowd before Slash takes the stage.

We're told someone from Slash's camp reached out to Perla and told her she wouldn't be able to attend. The bad blood between them is nothing new -- they just settled a drawn-out, contentious divorce that ended with him having to shell out serious gwap.

Despite the stay-away notice ... Perla said Monday she was planning to be at the show. She said on social media, "Can’t wait to see my baby boy London open for his father at this historical event tomorrow night! #icouldntbemoreproud."

Unclear if Slash is going to take more drastic steps to keep her out. We've reached out to his camp, but no word back yet.

Don't stick a fork in La La and Carmelo Anthony just yet ... 'cause the actress says the couple is trying to figure things out after separating in 2017.

We broke the story ... La La and the NBA superstar started living separately after going through a rough patch last year -- but neither side ever filed divorce papers.

When asked about their status on Saturday, La La revealed it's not totally over for the couple of 15 years ... and their focus is on their 11-year-old son.

“We’re good. I mean ... we’ve been together for a really long time, so we’re figuring out how to make it work for what is best for Kiyan and what is best for us," she told People.

The two have hung out in public several times over the past year -- most recently teaming up to support the family of a 15-year-old boy who was murdered in New York.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ain't much for wasting time -- they're already expecting their first royal baby.

Kensington Palace announced Monday morning Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, is pregnant and said she's due sometime next spring ... which would be right around Mom and Dad's one-year anniversary.

As for baby names, according to Ladbrokes, the favorites are as follows ...

Chances of the baby getting Meghan's mom's name, Doria, are 50/1 and Samantha (Meghan's sister) are 100/1.

Meghan and Harry tied the knot in May of this year. We know, everyone's doing some quick math (don't forget to carry the one) ... and, no ... it was NOT a shotgun wedding.

They just had a very busy first couple of months of marriage ... in bed.

For what it's worth, when their child arrives, he or she could be a future king or queen -- although it's really unlikely. Meghan and Harry's kid will be 7th in line to the U.K. throne.

Teresa Giudice seems to have broken her silence in the wake of her husband being ordered to be deported after prison ... and it looks like she (and Lady Liberty) are heartbroken.

The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star shared a photo on Instagram Sunday depicting the Statue of Liberty holding its face and apparently crying. She captioned the pic with a ton of praying hand emojis -- so it's pretty clear she's referencing Joe.

This is the first post she's added to her IG since a judge ordered that Joe be deported back to Italy once he's finished with his stint behind bars. He's more than halfway done serving his 41-month prison sentence for conspiracy to commit wire and bankruptcy fraud.

As we reported ... Teresa has no plans as of now to relocate her family to Italy once Joe is deported, fearing the culture shock of an international move would do more harm than good to their 4 kids.

While some of Teresa's 'RHONJ' costars feel like she might be shedding crocodile tears over Joe's inevitable fate ... her own words (or pictures, more like) speak for themselves here.

Fabolous and his baby mama's father agreed to let bygones be bygones shortly after that on-camera confrontation where Fab made death threats ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the rapper and Emily B tell TMZ ... as heated as the argument was back on March 28, Fab and Emily's dad connected the very next day. We're told they discussed how things got out of hand, and said they would bury the hatchet. They've been hanging out together like family ... just like they used to before they went toe-to-toe.

What makes this awkward now is the fact Fabolous was just indicted for allegedly assaulting Emily, and for threatening to shoot her dad during that frightening driveway exchange.

TMZ got the video showing Fabolous fly into a rage while brandishing a pair of scissors, and yelling about shooting Emily and her father.

We're told Fab and Emily's father are so tight now, he's even willing to testify on Fab's behalf if the case goes to trial. As we've told you, Emily and Fabolous are still together. Likewise, our sources say he and her father were best friends before the incident, and remain that way now.

It's not a diss -- Shilo Sanders says he just doesn't want to rush into a decision since he's still got some time to weigh his options ... and he's got PLENTY of options.

Major programs including Oregon, Nebraska, Georgia and South Carolina have been after Shilo and for good reason ... he's a STUD senior cornerback at Trinity Christian School in Texas.

But, Shilo's dad is arguably the greatest player to ever don a 'Noles uniform -- which can cut both ways when making a college decision.

On one hand, it would be cool to follow in Dad's shoes. On the other hand, it might be better for Shilo to forge his own legacy somewhere else.

Shilo tells us he's been hearing both arguments and simply wants to give it more thought.

"I'm not saying [FSU] won't be the right fit, I'm just saying I'm not making the decision right now."

What's cool ... Shilo says he credits his football skills to his father, who's been teaching him the Jedi ways of the cornerback position.

In fact, Shilo -- one of Deion's three sons -- says it was Prime's idea to move him from quarterback to cornerback a few years ago and it was the best thing he's ever done.

"He was like, 'Just believe me, just trust me, and I'm going to get you some offers,'" Shilo tells us.

"'I'ma teach you how to play corner.' And, when the best corner ever tells you something like that, you can't deny it."

DJ Khaled could have just reserved a section at Chuck E. Cheese's for his son's 2nd birthday party, but you know he's gotta be the best ... so he threw a bash at Major League Baseball field instead.

Khaled's son, Asahd, will turn 2 next week ... but dad got the celebrating started early by hosting a carnival in his honor Saturday at Marlins Park in Miami. The stadium was available because ... the Marlins clearly aren't playing October baseball these days.

Michael Buble has just revealed how devastating his son's cancer diagnosis was ... it has fundamentally altered his life to the point he may quit showbiz.

Michael told the Daily Mail his upcoming album, "Love", may be the last one he ever records. According to the article, he says, "I'm retiring from the business. I've made the perfect record and now I can leave at the very top."

Michael also says he's done with social media forever, saying the 2016 cancer diagnosis of son Noah has put everything into rack focus and that he realized the absurdity of "celebrity narcissism."

The singer says Noah's cancer made it almost impossible for him to go on, saying, "You just want to die. I don't even know how I was breathing."

The great news ... Noah, now 5, is in remission.

RZA was desperately seeking medical help for his son, and when doctors didn't jump in quickly enough he went into full on Papa Bear mode ... so much so the cops were called.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the famous rapper had taken his son to the ER at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA early Saturday morning. We're told RZA was extremely unhappy with the medical care his son was receiving, and he began screaming at the medical staff.

We're told RZA was so agitated a hospital supervisor called the cops. By the time the police arrived RZA had calmed down so the police left. The rapper wasn't cited or arrested.

We're also told RZA and his son remained at Cedars.

Princess Eugenie tied the royal knot Friday and, while her wedding might not have all the shine of her cousins, Harry and William ... it's got as many celebs and better booze!

When Joe Giudice gets deported to Italy he'll have to get re-acclimated in his native country without his family ... 'cause Teresa Giudice ain't moving the kids.

Sources close to Teresa tell TMZ ... the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star has zero interest in uprooting their 4 daughters to a country where they have no friends and have never lived. We're told Teresa says moving them outta the country would be a culture shock and completely change their lives.

What's more ... the girls just started school where they've made countless friends. Gia's 17 and is in her final year in high school. 14-year-old Gabriella and 13-year-old Milania are in middle school ... and Audriana's only 9.

Our source says Teresa and the kids haven't visited Joe in prison in a while.

We also spoke with Wendy Feldman -- Teresa's former crisis manager -- who tells us, "I work with people every day to get them through the system. Now of course it's harder than ever with our new administration."

Way back in January, during the 'RHONJ' reunion show, Teresa said she was open to the idea of moving to Italy if Joe was deported.

Things change.

Fabolous is facing 4 felony charges related to his alleged assault on Emily B, the mother of his 2 children ... TMZ has learned.

A grand jury in New Jersey indicted the rapper last week on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon ... a pair of scissors.

Fabolous brandished the scissors in a video TMZ first posted back in March. The video shows him raging out at Emily and her father in the driveway of their Englewood, NJ home. During that altercation, he also threatened to kill her and other members of her family.

We broke the story ... Emily claims Fabolous repeatedly punched her in the face and knocked out her front teeth. According to the indictment, that went down on March 7 ... 3 weeks before the blowup in the driveway.

All 4 charges are for third-degree crimes in NJ. Each charge can bring up to 5 years in prison.

It's worth noting, Emily and Fab are still together. They've attended events together as a couple in recent months, and gone on family vacations.
