Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa are back in each others arms and damn near each other's mouths -- call it a possible silver lining to their epic Twitter beef with Kanye West.

Amber showed up in NYC to support Wiz at his album release party. It looked and sounded like they were putting up a united front ... mostly for their kid. Wiz gave his "baby mama" a shout-out from the mic, and Amber posted a pic captioning it, "supporting Sebastian's dad."

Things went from PG to PG-13 in the back of their ride home from the party.

Blake Griffin's punching hand is still swollen and scarred ... roughly one week after the NBA star underwent surgery for injuries caused from his Toronto fistfight ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

The Clippers star finally surfaced in L.A. on Wednesday -- and you can see the scar on his right hand from last Tuesday's procedure to repair the spiral fracture on his 4th metacarpal.

The NBA is a much more peaceful place now than it was back in the '70s ... so says a guy who would know, Kermit Washington.

Besides having a 15 year run in the league -- Kermit infamously threw the punch that ended Rudy Tomjanovich's career back in 1977 ... one of the most brutal moments in the history of the NBA.

So, when we saw Kermit in L.A. Tuesday-- we had to ask how he felt about the recent wave of NBA violence ... including Blake Griffin, Matt Barnes and even the Kobe vs. Samaki Walker fight.

You gotta hear what Kermit says -- he actually gives props to today's players ... and says there's a good reason why they're on their best behavior -- $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

'RHOA' star Peter Thomas denies hitting a bar patron so hard the guy smashed his head, and TMZ has the video that could clear Peter's name.

We obtained surveillance video from inside Sports One -- Peter's bar in Charlotte -- where a guy named Brandon Link claims Peter pushed him into a table and he fell over and hit his head.

The security cameras definitely captured a dispute between Link and Thomas, and there is a shove. The injured head part -- is not so clear. In fact, it's non-existent in the video.

As we've reported ... Link filed a police report, claiming battery, and cops have issued a criminal summons for Thomas to talk to investigators.

Peter Thomas isn't in the clear for an alleged bar brawl in his Charlotte sports bar -- investigators want to have a sit down with him to get his side of the story.

Cops issued a criminal summons on Monday for the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star. As we first reported, Brandon Link claimed Peter attacked him during a business meeting at Sports One, which Peter and Cynthia Bailey own.

Link claims Peter threw him into a table ... but Peter claims Brandon was belligerent and only injured himself by slipping on ice outside the bar. Cops responded, and made no arrests but they continue to investigate.

Scott Weiland's ex-wife needed cops to keep the peace after going nuclear when she was barred from taking some of his instruments.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers were called to a recording studio in Burbank, CA last week -- where Scott's ex, Mary Forsberg, was causing a scene while trying to make off with a keepsake.

Mary showed up with her and Scott's teenage son -- we're told he wanted one of his dad's guitars -- but an employee of the recording studio refused to give them access.

An argument ensued ... and cops were called to calm everyone down.

Mary was told it was a civil issue ... and would need her lawyer to work out any division of property.

The tension's been building -- as we first reported, Mary filed docs stating Scott wanted her, not widow, Jamie Weiland, to be executor of his will.

Kanye West blinked ... indirectly apologizing to Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa for dragging their son into the epic Kanye/Wiz twitter war.

Kanye took to Twitter late Friday with this mea culpa ... "God's dream .... Never speak on kids again."

Mr. West crossed the line when he told Wiz, "I own your child!!!" The implication -- Kanye made Amber famous, which then made her desirable to Wiz, which then produced Sebastian.

Yeezy, who said his new "Waves" album was gospel seems to be hanging with the right people ... 2 Chainz posted a pic of Ye in studio with gospel musician Kirk Franklin.

Blake Griffin -- along with at least one teammate and the team's equipment assistant -- had been drinking in the hours leading up to the fight in Toronto ... multiple witnesses tell TMZ Sports.

According to several witnesses, Griffin and the equipment manager were seen fighting outside of Sotto Sotto restaurant in Toronto on January 23rd.

Before the fight, witnesses say Griffin's crew was spotted at Coco Lezzone -- across the street from Sotto Sotto -- where the group ordered a couple rounds of drinks.

We're told the guys left Coco and went to Sotto ... where they spent roughly 2 hours before witnesses saw the men fighting in the street.

Clippers president Doc Rivers has said he does NOT believe alcohol was a factor -- though he did point out the guys are old enough to drink ... and drinking alone is not a crime.

We spoke with a rep for the Toronto PD who tells us there is no record of an incident involving Griffin -- however, "It is highly possible that police were in the area at the time and may have dropped in. In Toronto it is very likely and possible."

As we previously reported, cops say there is no investigation into Griffin -- and won't be unless someone files a formal complaint, which has not happened.

When reached for comment, a rep for Sotto Sotto had no comment.

We also spoke with the Clippers and reached out to Blake's rep -- but they have all declined comment as well.

It's one strike and you're out when it comes to domestic violence ... so says the GF of ex-NFL linebacker Keith Mitchell ... who says she dumped him after he got violent, despite the fact she's pregnant with his child.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the former New Orleans Saints linebacker was arrested earlier this month after cops say they noticed a bruise on his GF's face following a domestic incident.

We spoke with the woman at the center of the incident, Sasha Gradiva (who gave us permission to use her name and image) ... and she says there's no 2nd chance when it comes to violence.

Gradiva says she was shocked by Mitchell's behavior -- considering he's now a famous yoga instructor and should be able to channel his anger in a non-violent way.

"It was not an easy choice to call the police," Gradiva says ... "But I don't think his actions should be tolerated under any condition."

It's especially difficult for Sasha since she's due to give birth any day -- and the last thing she wanted was to have to separate with the father of her child -- but she felt he gave her no choice.

"I have to think about myself and my daughter ... I want her to grow up in a healthy environment."

We reached out to Mitchell for comment -- so far, no word back.

Doc Rivers says he does NOT believe alcohol was a factor in the Blake Griffin fist fight ... and confirms the NBA star and the man he punched were "good friends" before things got violent.

Rivers talked to reporters before the Clippers game on Tuesday -- and said Blake is learning a hard lesson about how to behave like an adult.

"We have to learn lessons and sometimes we have to learn it the hard way ... and this is one hard way. This is a hard lesson for Blake."

When asked specifically if the two men were drunk during the fight -- Rivers said, "They're grown men. They're at the legal age that they can have a drink but I dont think honestly alcohol had anything to do with this."

So, what triggered the fight? Still seems to be a mystery.

The L.A. Clippers have come out strong to condemn the actions of Blake Griffin -- confirming he punched a guy on Jan. 23rd ... and calling his actions disgraceful.

The team issued a statement saying, "Griffin suffered a spiral fracture of the 4th metacarpal in his right hand throwing a punch on Jan. 23rd in Toronto."

"His conduct has no place in our organization and this incident does not represent who we are as a team."

"We are conducting a full investigation with assistance from the NBA. At the conclusion of the investigation, appropriate action will be taken."

The statement comes in the wake of reports Griffin punched the team's assistant equipment manager during a dispute at a restaurant.

The Clippers say Blake already had a surgical procedure done on his hand early Tuesday morning -- and will need 4 to 6 weeks to recover.

The Toronto Police tell TMZ Sports they are NOT investigating the reported Blake Griffin restaurant fight that went down during the Clippers' recent trip to Canada ... because no one has filed a report.

We spoke with Toronto Police Service media relations officer, Caroline De Kloet, who says Blake's name is not in their system which means there's nothing actively underway.

According to several reports, Griffin punched the team's equipment manager during an altercation at a Toronto restaurant ... and broke his own hand in the process.

The other person involved in the fight was reportedly hospitalized for his injuries.

Kobe Bryant sucker punched a former teammate in the face -- over $100 -- back in 2002 ... and it almost caused a nuclear war between the players ... this according to the punchee, Samaki Walker.

Walker -- who played on the Lakers from 2001 to 2003 -- appeared on Brown and Scoop on CBS Radio's Play.It and detailed the entire incident ... saying Bryant struck him on the team bus in an effort to collect a gambling debt.

Walker says Kobe had won a half-court shot game the team often played -- where everyone throws a $100 in the pot -- and the person who hits the shot collects.

Walker told Brandon "Scoop B" Robinson and Jake Brown that Kobe confronted him on the team bus and hit him up for the cash ... and when Walker told him he'd pay him later, Kobe unleashed the fist.

“It was a sucker punch. Right to the face," Walker said ... "Out of nowhere. I’m sitting down on the bus and I said this man is crazy."

Eventually, Walker says Shaq's bodyguard, Jerome, got Kobe to apologize ... but it's clear, he's still pissed about it.

We reached out to Kobe's rep and the Lakers for comment -- so far, no word back. But we'll update as soon as we hear.

Nick Carter attacked and choked an employee in the Key West bar where Nick got arrested ... according to the lawsuit that the employee just filed.

Skylar Carden is the bouncer, and in the lawsuit he says the Backstreet Boy was originally escorted out of the Hog's Breath Saloon for his "unruly and disrespectful" behavior. He says that's when Carter got physically aggressive -- "striking and choking" Carden.

Sources connected to the bar described the alleged assault as Carter squeezing Carden's larynx.

We broke the story ... Carter was busted for misdemeanor battery. Nick has said, "the truth will come out."

Carden's attorney, Mark DiCowden, says Carter is nothing more than a "backstreet thug" who inflicted mental anguish, pain and suffering on Carden. He adds his client was just doing his job and didn't deserve the attack.

Jermaine Jackson's wife Halima won't be criminally charged for biting her hubby in the leg, because of what he did to her ... TMZ has learned.

Our law enforcement sources say their investigation shows Jermaine and Halima were engaged in mutual combat. Specifically, they concluded he spit on her, she bit him and they fought like crazy.

In the end, cops say they couldn't decide who the aggressor was, so it's case closed.

Halima was arrested last November for felony domestic violence, but now she's in the clear.

It appears Jermaine and Halima have reconciled.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Peter Thomas got a visit from cops in Charlotte after a guest in his bar claimed Pete tossed him like a rag doll and busted his head.

A guy named Brandon Link claims he was talking to Peter about renting space in Sports One Charlotte -- which Peter and his 'RHOA' wife Cynthia Bailey own. Link says during negotiations early Sunday morning, Peter yelled ... "You think I give a f**k about your money!" -- and then threw him across the room.

Link claims he hit his head on the corner of a table. He immediately called police.

Peter remembers things differently -- he tells us Link was aggressively drunk, and had to be escorted from the bar by security. Peter says once Link was outside, he slipped on ice and hit his head.

Link says he suffered a concussion, but responding officers saw no reason to make any arrests at the bar.
