Kyle Richards and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky's relationship is "good enough for The Grove" -- at least that's what the 'RHOBH' star tells us.

The duo have had a famously tumultuous few months after announcing their separation in July, but Kyle tells TMZ they're "getting along" after they were spotted together on a family outing at the L.A shopping center over the weekend.

Speaking outside Beverly Glen Deli Monday, Kyle also confirmed that she was spending Xmas this year with Mauricio and their kids.

However, she says this is no fast track to amending their relationship ... saying they're "just taking everything a day at a time."

This comes after the embattled pair played happy family as they posed alongside their daughters Alexia, Sophia, and Farrah Aldjufrie for a snap from the weekend.

K&M have had a dramatic few weeks with Kyle blasting the real estate boss for how he's carried himself with his "DWTS" costar Emma Slater -- and also referring to their split as a "divorce."

As with many things, BL's famed song grew in popularity as it got older ... and it's been hitting especially hard these past few years. Starting in 2019, 'Rockin' Around' began peaking on the Hot 100 at #2, and it stayed that way (around this time of year) for 3 years straight.

At long last ... the song has broken through and become #1, beating out Mariah Carey's beast of a Christmas song -- plus all the other hit singles out right now. BTW, this is Brenda's 3rd #1 single ... she hit no. 1 twice in 1960 with a couple ditties from back then.

Funny enough, Brenda is still singing this beloved classic even today ... including on airplanes.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky seem to be kumbaya again -- 'cause they posed together for a family photo after what's been a pretty bumpy past few months.

The estranged couple -- who announced they'd separated earlier this year -- were side by side in a sweet snapshot shared by their daughter, Alexia ... who was also in the photo alongside her parents and her sister, Sophia, and her half-sister, Farrah Aldjufrie.

The whole family was out at The Grove shopping center in L.A. over the weekend ... and based on how cozy everyone looks, you could argue Kyle and Mauricio are on good terms.

That's certainly what it looks like, anyway ... but another photo Alexia posted just features the girls -- no dad in sight.

It's hard to glean what this may or not mean, to be frank -- we've seen Mauricio and Kyle get together as a family for quite a while now ... even after they "separated."

While they've been putting out a "happy family" image on social media ... things have been a little dramatic between Kyle and Mauricio behind the scenes, much of which has become public ... including the fact Mauricio has recently gotten very close to his 'DWTS' costar Emma Slater.

Kyle has said she doesn't appreciate how Mauricio has carried himself with Emma in public -- including hitting dinners and holding hands at times -- and KR even recently referred to their split as a "divorce."

Maybe they're putting their problems aside for the sake of family ... especially as we head into the holidays.

The event was also a big personal moment for Macaulay as he was supported by fiancée Brenda Song -- and their sons, 2-year-old Dakota and their 11-month-old baby boy Carson ... who made their public debut.

Macaulay later thanked Brenda in his speech ... gushing she was "absolutely everything" and "the best person I've ever known" -- adding, "And, after the birth of our two boys, you've become one of my three favorite people."

Macaulay also delighted onlookers with the movie's iconic quote: "Ya Filthy Animal!"

Unless you've been hiding under a rock ... Macaulay is best known for the role of Kevin McCallister in the OG "Home Alone", which he took on at age 10 ... later reprising his role in the 1992 sequel.

A Kansas man found himself with some baggage issues ... after being stopped by TSA agents over an early Xmas present he was ordered not to open by his grandma until he reached California.

In a TikTok clip, Brett Gaffney claims he predicted the massive brown briefcase would be flagged for questioning ... and had pled with his grandma to tell him what was inside -- but she insisted he wait until reaching his destination.

True to expectation, eyebrows were raised -- and many questions were asked -- when it set off the airport detectors over the Thanksgiving holiday.

"They asked me what was inside, and I said I don't know, I don't know," Gaffney says ... adding skeptical agents probed him further about why he didn't know the contents.

Of course, agents followed security protocol and checked inside the briefcase ... ruining grandmother's surprise to tell him it was a vintage typewriter.

Brett shows viewers the briefcase in question ... expressing bewilderment over Grandma's choice of gift.

"Who am I, Tom Hanks?" he jokes ... referencing the actor's massive collection of typewriters -- adding, "Am I going to go to the park and … write a whole book with a typewriter?"

Lynne Spears appears to be doing her shopping on a budget ... buying from Dollar General after claims she's been selling Britney's belongings to stay afloat financially.

Lynne was spotted wheeling a shopping cart filled with items out of the discount store in Britney's hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana earlier this week.

There's a lot being made about Lynne's finances these days, though she's strongly denied claims she's been hawking Britney's clothes, hats and shoes in a Kentwood consignment shop.

It's interesting to see Lynne doing some shopping at Dollar General, but it's worth noting she's also got a designer purse in the store's bright yellow shopping cart ... and eventually unloads her goods into a white Mercedes.

Earlier this month, the Daily Mail published an article with a family source claiming Lynne has spent the last 5 years selling Britney's clothes and accessories from tour performances, her personal wardrobe and appearances on TV and award shows.

Lynne vehemently denied the report on social media ... posting a picture with some of Britney's clothes and the caption, "I would never sell my daughter's things. Get your facts straight @dailymail."

As we reported ... in her new memoir, Britney accuses Lynne of trashing her collection of antique dolls and personal journals, with Lynne denying the allegations.

Jevon Holland didn't just make the Dolphins and their fans happy with his 99-yard touchdown last week ... he also got to upgrade his entertainment room AND line his pockets with some extra cash for the score too!!

The Dolphins safety broke the whole situation down with Michael Babcock on the "TMZ Sports TV Show" on FS1 on Tuesday ... revealing he had no idea what was about to come his way after he scored the improbable TD in a win over the Jets on Black Friday.

It turns out, as part of a preseason promo called the "Ultimate Gameday Upgrade," TCL was offering to hand out a million dollars worth of 98-inch TVs if a player scored a 98-yard-or-longer touchdown during the Friday Night Football contest.

And, after Holland did it ... TCL decided to make him a spokesperson as well as give him one of their 98-inchers -- things he was very clearly thrilled about.

"It was cool!" said the 23-year-old former second-round pick, who's still on his rookie contract. "I was excited."

Holland said all weekend he heard from fans who also received the 98-inch TVs as part of the promo ... and he thought all the love "was awesome."

In even more fortunate news for Holland, he also said he happens to have a wall big enough to fit the TV -- though just barely!!

The house from "A Christmas Story" apparently didn't sell to a private owner after all -- 'cause the group managing the pad just announced a new owner ... it's one of their own.

Here's the deal ... this property currently operates as a tourist attraction in Cleveland, giving people a chance to tour the place as a museum and stay overnight -- which has been the case for a while ... that is, until they announced (as a company) last year they planned to unload it.

The plan, at the time, was to sell the entire lot to somebody new ... and, presumably, that meant the new would-be owner could either continue running it as a museum, or just move in and live in it as a regular home. Remember -- there was interest from a group of the actors from the OG film, spearheaded by Yano Anaya, to snap it up and keep the ticket sales going.

After a lot of drama and back-and-forth ... it appeared Yano and a group he was working with were in line to score the place -- but now, it would seem that totally fell through.

The business page for the 'A Christmas Story House' just said they have their new "owner" ... and it's none other than their current CEO, Joshua Dickerson, who's gonna take the reins.

They write, "While the face of the company has long been the founder, Brian Jones, the true work, and performance has been borne by Mr. Dickerson behind the scenes. It seemed only fitting that he should take the final step and become an owner."

In terms of how they're framing his new "ownership," the 'Christmas Story' house folks say Josh is taking an equity stake in the company and will become its managing partner. So, in other words, he's running the show and running the house.

Whether they actually "sold" anything to him remains unclear -- last year, we were told the company selling the house (the same company Josh works for) expected to fetch around 8 figures for this place.

Of course, this is probably a bummer for Yano ... who made peace with Brian and seemed primed to inherit the property, which he thought was fitting considering his history with it.

It wasn't meant to be though ... at least not for right now.
