The girl who sued Kris Humphries for giving her herpes has slept with so many men ... she can't say for sure whether the NBA star is actually the one responsible for transmitting it -- this according to new court docs.

TMZ broke the story, Kayla Goldberg sued Humphries in 2012, claiming she had unprotected sex with Humphries two years prior in 2010 and he gave her genital herpes.

But apparently suing Kris isn't the only thing that's easy -- according to new docs filed by Humphries' attorneys, Kayla admitted during a recent deposition that she has no hard evidence he's the one who gave her the herp ... because she's had multiple sexual partners.

Humphries wants her lawsuit dismissed.

Robert Griffin III's recovery seems to be going well ... 'cause the Washington Redskins QB is stomping around the beaches of Hawaii with his smokin' hot wife.

Since his team didn't make the NFL playoffs, RG3 and his wife Rebecca jetted to the islands for a little R&R ... even playing a little grab-ass on the sand.

Of course, Robert was benched toward the end of the season to avoid re-injuring his already tender left knee.

Charlie Sheen did NOT actually tie the knot with his ex-porn star GF Brett Rossi over the weekend -- despite tweeting he did -- Sheen tells TMZ, he was just joking ... in a humorous attempt to incapacitate his ex-wife.

The Warlock sent the tweet Sunday from Iceland, including the photo, saying, "This is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic. it's also where S and I GOT MARRIED!"

But Sheen tells us, the tweet was all in jest ... "I wanted to give Denise [Richards] a stroke!!!"

As we reported, relations have been strained between Charlie and Denise recently. Charlie accused Denise of refusing to allow their daughters to open Christmas gifts at his house over the holidays, calling her a heartless ugly hag. Denise denied the accusation.

But not all of Charlie's recent tweets were a joke -- we're told the forearm tattoo he dedicated to Brett and his children is 100% real. Each letter stands for one of Charlie's children: Max, Lola, Bob, Cassandra, Sam, and Denise's adopted daughter Eloise. The safety pin symbolizes Brett.

"Burn Notice" star Seth Peterson's a reckless druggie who abandoned his pregnant wife for a 22-year-old woman ... so claims his pregnant wife ... and now, shocker, she's filing for divorce.

Kylee Cochran filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. She says 43-year-old Seth bailed on their 12-year marriage in September to shack up with his 22-year-old side piece, while his wife was 3 months pregnant with their third child.

Kylee is now 7 months pregnant and wants a judge to give her full physical and legal custody of their kids, including their 5-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter. She claims Seth is already okay with this, and agreed to give up all custodial rights.

Kylee says she's open to giving Seth visitation, but only under supervised conditions, given his alleged past drug use.

And she wants spousal support -- if she's telling the truth, it's only fair.

Calls to Seth weren't returned.

As we previously reported ... Selena hadn't been spotted with JB for months until earlier this week.

Ludacris' longtime GF Eudoxie is turning a blind eye to her BF's infidelities that produced a kid ... because she's still determined to marry him.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Eudoxie forgives Luda for impregnating baby mama Tamika Fuller. Luda claims they were on a break when he hooked up with Tamika. Sound familiar, Dwyane?

We're told Eudoxie -- who's been dating Luda since 2009 -- is emotionally hurt, but she too is taking the position they weren't a couple at the time of conception ... even though their Instagram suggests otherwise.

The guy Bethenny Frankel is dating is outraged that media outlets are sniffing around, accusing him of having committed a crime, TMZ has learned.

34-year-old Michael Cerussi III tells us, reporters have been asking him about a lawsuit he filed in 2001 against a woman who had accused him of committing a crime against her while he was at Union College in New York. Michael sued her and the school for defamation, insisting the girl's claims were false ... and the school had no right to expel him.

Michael tells TMZ, "Claims were made to the school, which were false and unfounded and ultimately withdrawn."

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have segued from separate to together ... at least for the afternoon.

The two haven't been spotted together for months, and it seemed Selena was done with him.

Justin is clearly showing her who's boss ... leaving Selena in the dust at a mighty 12 MPH.

Exactly 9 months before Dwyane Wade's son was born (by a woman who's NOT his fiancee) ... Wade and Gabrielle Union were still acting like they were very much a couple ... and TMZ has the proof.

We broke the story ... Wade's baby mama Aja Metoyer gave birth to Dwyane's son Xavier on Nov. 10. Wade claims the two were on a "break" at the time.

But on February 5th (9 months before the birth), Gabrielle was Instagramming about Wade ... posting a photo of the NBA star cuddled up with her dog Sasha along with caption, "Sasha don't play when it comes to her man... 'Down to ride 'til the very end, it's me and my boyfriend.'"

A couple of days before that (on Feb. 1), Gabrielle posted a romantic photo of the couple together from a photo shoot for a "Flashback Friday."

Doesn't seem like a couple on a break ...

There's more ... on February 19th, Gabby posted another pic of Dwyane holding one of her scripts ... with the caption, "It takes a village to help an actress learn her lines... @dwyanewade takin a break from his Gatorade commercial to give me a line reading. Thanks coach :)"

The patter continues until April ... when Gabby stopped posting pics of Dwyane and started posting a bunch of sad cryptic quotes. One reads, "We cannot start over, but we can begin now, and make a new ending."

Another says, "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were."

But on May 16, Wade returns to the picture ... with Union posting a photo of the couple, along with the caption, "I like this dude."

Mystery solved. The dude is Miley's assistant, Cheyne Thomas. He's also the Dirty Santa on whom Miley was twerking.

Miley Cyrus may have a new guy ... or at least a new guy for the evening.

We got pics of Miley at the opening of Beacher's Madhouse in Vegas after Britney's big opening ... which Miley also attended.

Miley wasn't coy about it ... she clearly wanted everyone to see.

Britney Spears admits ... she ain't exactly the sexual dynamo she used to be back in her "I'm a Slave for U" days ... but the 32-year-old says she still LOVES to get down.

Spears confessed her love of coitus during an interview for her documentary, "I Am Britney Jean" .... saying, "I love sex. I think sex is great ... but I feel a little different about it now that I’m older. Sometimes I feel like I’m 20 and then sometimes I feel like I’m 50."

It's an interesting comment, considering Britney has been very outspoken about wanting to tone down her sexuality. She recently said she was being pushed too far sexually in her music videos and in the "Britney Jean" doc, she implied her most sexually charged concert performances are behind her.

Still, Britney insists she's all about bangin' ... so, congrats David Lucado.

George Zimmerman and the girlfriend who accused him of domestic violence both went to the Seminole County Sheriff's Dept. today to pick up the guns that were seized after his arrest.

George got his guns back yesterday. Today's outing was to pick up Samantha Scheibe's weapons, which were also seized by cops.

Samantha alleged that George shoved her out of their house and brandished a shotgun but later recanted the story and the case was dropped.

La Toya Jackson could not be clearer -- she's still a single lady, despite reports to the contrary.

Stories surfaced earlier this month ... proclaiming she got hitched to longtime BFF/business partner Jeffre Phillips.

Both La Toya and Jeffre made it clear as they left Katsuya in Hollywood ... they did NOT tie the knot. It looks like they're going the route of Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn -- sometimes that works better.

George Zimmerman's just won a big round in the "She-loves-me-she-loves-me-not" game -- his ex-girlfriend wants him back so badly, she's recanted her claim of domestic violence and the case has been dropped.

Zimmerman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery ... after GF Samantha Schiebe claimed he pulled a shotgun on her and pushed her out of their house.

But Samantha has had a change of heart ... she wants George back, and the State Attorney for Seminole County says Samantha now says she lied about the encounter and refuses to cooperate ... hence, there's no way to successfully prosecute him.

But there's still something blocking these lovebirds from reuniting -- a restraining order, which Samantha's lawyer is now trying to get lifted.

Ryan Seacrest's new lady Shayna Taylor nearly FROZE TO DEATH during her first big modeling shoot yesterday -- stripping down to a tiny bikini on an L.A. beach in the middle of the winter -- but even though it was cold outside, the photo shoot was hot as hell.

As we reported, the 23-year-old smokeshow just signed with a huge modeling agency thanks to the publicity she's gotten from allegedly dating the "American Idol" host.

Check the video ... she's a natch ... but she still needs a little coaching from the photographer.

No more angels ... no more goddesses ... Charlie Sheen says his new ex-porn star GF is the love of his life ... and he's dead serious about it.

The woman who stole the Warlock's heart is 24-year-old Brett Rossi -- who he's only been dating for the past couple of weeks.

But Sheen says he's downright smitten -- telling TMZ:

"I've been on a lifelong journey, a 1000 century quest, in search of the better and missing half of my heart and my brane (sic)."

"That expedition is now (rated) 'a major success' and beyond the valley of dunn-ski complete. The MaSheen wins again."

Sheen told us, "This is very serious" ... but it's unclear if he's pondering marriage.
